Avania got out of the car wearing her school uniform holding her backpack. She had a blank expression on her face looking around with her eyes seeing other girls like her socializing. "Have beautiful day Honey." Said a man before driving off. The bell rang signaling everyone inside going to their classes but Avania went to the library. She walks in nodding to the librarian checking in the return books and headed straight to the back. Avania found her corner with a single chair with a table facing the wall pulling out a pencil sharpener and grabbed a book propping it against the wall. She pressed the button creating a hologram of herself looking at the book taking notes. Avania then hit her watch activating the portal walking through it entering her old home. She hasn't been in to the house for three weeks after the AVL found her a family and had to change schools. Avania walked around seeing nothing was moved and saw a large man coming out of the bathroom stopping his tracks to see her. "How did you get in here?!" Said the man. "Lady this is my grandpa's place." Said Avania as the man quickly picked her up by the front of her sweater vest. "Do I look like a woman to you?!" Said the man. "Ive seen lady's with mustaches and beards before with voices like that." Said Avania as then walked to the backyard to the pool. She looked over seeing Wild Knuckles feeding the alligators with his back turned and looked at the man about to throw her in the pool. With a hard kick to the man's nose Avania was dropped hearing the man groan in pain. "What's wrong with y- Avania?!" Said Henry turning to see her. He pulled her into a hug for moment until Avania pushed him on his rear. "What the hell!" Said Avania. "I'm happy to see you too. Where have you been?" Said Henry. "I can ask you the same thing. Three weeks? A lot happened to me when you 'died'." Said Avania. "I'm sorry but my so called friends did all of that. Blame them. How's your mom?" Said Henry.
"Mom isn't around anymore. The AVL came three weeks ago to tell me that you died and took me to a foster care since Dad is out of the picture." Said Avania. "Did the doctors found out how your mom passed?" Said Henry. "It was Lung Cancer. They found it five years too late." Said Avania. "Where is she now?" Said Henry. "They had her cremated and put in a cemetery. I don't know where since I was adopted and had to go to private school." Said Avania. "I'm sorry Shortcake. But what are you doing back here?" Henry says getting up. "I just missed you. A lot. I come here a few times when I'm supposed to be in school." Said Avania. "Has this family been treating you well?" Said Henry. "The Dad is a high school wrestling coach with two boys no younger than a month old and twelve. Mom is a cop." Said Avania. "Boss?" Said a man with an afro. "What I'm talking to my granddaughter?" Said Henry. "Oh nevermind. We wanted to know if you wanted us to throw the girl out." Said Afro man. "Nobody touches her. If you do. She and I will show the true meaning of Living Hell." Said Henry. "Wanna go steal?" He asked looking at Avania. "Nah. I'm gonna go see Nafario and my friend Gru. Haven't seen since Mom had to get her plug pulled." Said Avania. Henry nodded kissing her head as she pressed her watch to going through the portal to Crime Records. Avania walked in through the alley and turned the corner to the store going inside. "Dr. Nafario?" Said Avania seeing the shop was kind of empty. "In the back Avania. Come right in." Said a man in the back room. Avania walked around the counter to a hall way leading to the storage room. She saw the boxes of records on her left and on her right was a small office. A man climbed down a ladder from putting a box on the very top shelf. He turned to face her smiling then dropped it seeing her in uniform crossing his arms. "Skipped school again." Said Nafario. "Yeah but they don't know with my holo sharpener." Said Avania. "Fair enough. Your glider is right where you left it." Said Nafario.
Avania went to the office area to the object covered by a grey blanket pulling it off showing a half built glider. She got the tools from the drawers starting her work taking her time. It's was three hours until Avania's watch beeped and hit showing a brunette boy with a bun. "Crap. Trevor busted me." Said Avania. "Maybe next time when you're not grounded. Anything new?" Said Nafario checking her work. "Wild Knuckles alive." Said Avania. "Good to hear. Were you told or did you see him?" Said Nafario. "I saw him at my old home. It's that I was almost to fed to the alligators by henchmen when I came in." Said Avania opening the portal to go back to the library. She walked in seeing not only Trevor but the principal and a dark haired woman in police uniform. "Hand it over now." Said the woman putting her hand out. Avania took off her watch handing it to her while Trevor threw her Holo sharpener in the trash causing it to break. "This is the fifth time that you skipped school. You and I are having a talk about this when your father gets home. Grab your school work." Said the woman walking Avania out of the library to her classes. She watched Avania get her assignments and text books taking her out of the school into the police car. Avania stayed in the police station doing her school work while her foster mom Blair was doing a case. She finished up early since the work wasn't that different than her old school and went home. Blair had her sit at the living room while Trevor went to his room and her foster father Bryce and her little brother Frank came home. "She did it again. Didn't she?" Said Bryce seeing Avania slouching on the couch doing nothing. "Trevor found one of her gadgets and called me. She suspended for the day." Said Blaire. "Get used to it." Said Avania. "You are our daughter now and will not behave like a " "Villain." Said Avania looking at Blaire. "Let's talk it out. We know your still in process of grieving over your mother and grandfather but we can find a better way to help you." Said Bryce as Avania sniffed something. He saw her look at him then at Frank in his arms and glanced down seeing a wet stain forming on the clothes. "Right after I give your brother a bath and fresh diaper." Said Bryce walking upstairs with the baby.
