So, with what happened now done and done, and looking forward to when that will happen, this one is something I have decided to make since my friend had no idea how to make something for this one, and it's about time Amanda Bright met the one who helped her save Michelle and the others last time and I think we know who she is. Chapter 522: Amanda and her hero counterpart…
(February 26. Lewis Residence, Olive Street.)
We are here at the Lewis House and the door opens and we see Lincoln, Luna and Michelle Lewis come out. Michelle feels happy about this day though Lincoln and Luna still feel kinda embarrassed from last night. Michelle notices this. "Kids calm down. What went down last night was just… a total misunderstanding."
Lincoln and Luna try to stay positive and they go into the car. Michelle then sees Amanda goes into her car and she waves to her. Amanda waves to Michelle as well and they both get into their rides. Amanda sighs and she tries to calm down. 'Alrighty then, last night was super awkward, and I doubt I will ever forget that, but the good thing is that I will be moving in with them.'
They then drive off together, and Amanda Bright looks super excited for what is going to happen today. 'This is it. After making so many calls, requests and whatever else is made possible, I am finally going to meet her after the last time we did, and I wanna thank her for helping me. She truly is, Ace-Okay.' Yet she is curious. 'But, I wanna know… Where did she get the idea, and her powers?'
(Outside of Royal Woods.)
The two cars arrive, and the gates open and they go inside. They park their vehicles next to some Multi-Gunner IFV's, and they come out and look around the base. Amanda takes some photos, and she has her photographers ID, and she is still amazed by this place and she has stars in her eyes.
The others notice this and chuckle, and then Lincoln speaks. "Looks like the whole place is still as busy as ever. I wonder when will your hero counterpart will show up mom."
"Chances she'll be here soon" replied Michelle. "Amanda's hero version is possibly busy. She is a super hero after all, just as the others and…" Then a portal opens from the Great Gate. "Huh, well that's some good timing." They see Luna Frost step out, alongside her son, Commander Freezer Burn.
This surprises them, and then they go over and high five with the others. "We're glad we showed up and good to see you guys" replied Luna Frost. "We also heard about the other things that happened, and we're sorry we weren't around to help you guys."
Commander Freezer Burn looks to Michelle Lewis. "Are you doing alright, Ms. Lewis?"
Michelle nods, and she replies. "I'm doing fine, and over it. I'm just glad that one of those bastard Carson's is now dead and never ever coming back. Also, we understand why you guys couldn't show up and help. It is a pretty busy time and we know that heroes have to do what they gotta do." Then she asks. "So, where is Amanda's Super hero counterpart?"
Amanda also asks and she looks super excited. "Yeah, I wanna know when she's coming. I have so much to ask her about everything that she's been…"
"Whoa. Whoa. Chill the heck out dude" replied Luna Frost. "Look, she'll be here soon. She said she had to take care of something, and that our friends Dana and Becky will take her shift to patrol and defend our Royal Woods." They all nod and then someone flies through the portal. "And there she is."
They look in awe as the figure takes to the skies at great speed, and then flies by so many aircraft. The figure then comes back down and does a freefall. Then goes back on course, and lands in front of them, super hero landing style and this amazes all of them, and both Amanda and Michelle blush seeing who it is. Lady Ace. "Hello everyone." She looks amazing, and beautiful even in her heroic pose.
Michelle Lewis and Amanda Bright blush seeing her, and they don't even know what to say. Lady Ace goes over, and she snaps her fingers. "Are you guys feeling alright? Was it something I said?"
They then snap back to reality, and both Michelle and Amanda are trying to come up with words, and this makes Lady Ace chuckle. "Guys, guys. Everyone calm down. One at a time please." She then sees Michelle Lewis go towards her and she speaks.
"Ms. Lady Ace, thank you so much for coming with Amanda, to save us. We don't know what would've happened if you both never came and stopped what those bastards were trying to do. You saved me, and my kids. We're forever grateful for that. You are a true superhero, along with my girlfriend to take down and end that bastard once and for all. Wish the others suffered the same fate though."
Commander Freezer Burn then answers. "The other damned Carson's might not be dead, but the beat down they got is enough to scar them forever and sure to heck they are never ever coming back or seeing each other again. We're glad you guys are doing alright once more."
Lady Ace then speaks. "What matters is that it's all over, and that chaos and horrible thing that happened is never going to happen again. I did what I had to and have some spare time to come here when everyone else was busy with another ordeal." She then goes over, and hugs Lincoln, Luna and Michelle. This makes them have tears and they hug her back. Amanda smiles seeing this and she snaps some photos.
Lady Ace then departs from the hug, and she goes towards Amanda. "Are you doing alright there, Bright?"
Amanda nods, and she smiles. "Yeah, I am. Thanks again for coming along and backing me up. I didn't know what would happen if it were just me, but you came through and helped take them down. Also, I need to be honest. That suit you're wearing is sexy as hell, and I dressed the same thing back during Halloween, and also have a web comic about Lady Ace. Didn't think what I imagined is right in front of me. I mean… Wow, you look awesome!"
Lady Ace chuckles. "Yeah, I know and you're welcome." They then take a walk with Lady Ace, and with Freezer Burn and Luna Frost following. "So, what is there that you wish to know, Ms. Bright?"
Amanda smiles, and then she asks. "Alright, so where did you get that suit? What powers does it have? Have you ever fought someone dangerous and intense to be your mortal enemy, and what was the first awesome thing you have ever done? Also, was there ever some complications when fighting crime?"
Lady Ace smirks, and so she tells Amanda Bright what she needs to know. "I got this suit, which has the powers when I tagged along during a raid on one of the facilities from Incognito Labs, and the suit adapted and became mine to use, and FutureTech seemed fine with it, as long as I can handle with the powers and try to master it, and I am learning new powers every time when in combat."
"Now, the powers I have involves super speed, flight, super strength, healing factor, super durability, energy manifestation to energies or projectiles or shields. I can cast some electric shocks and shut down some technology, and I even learned to manipulate the energies into nano-tech to hack and control some machinery. Also, I can survive in space with no air. This suit did start out as a grayish color."
"Now, I have fought a lot of dangerous foes and one of which is named Frightstrand, and she tends to come around and mess with me or cause some trouble. At times the other superheroes get involved and fight her, but she seems more focused onto me. She has black tendrils from her hair and body which is pretty much her weapon, and she can have sharp claws. She is my arch enemy."
"Frightstrand seems to be the only real bad guy, well gal who is locked onto me for no reason at all. I haven't met any other bad guys lately who are superpowered and want to take me down. Though, I will say that perhaps one arch enemy is better than more, and just taking down bank robbers and petty crooks is just a normal thing. I don't need another powered up baddie to take down."
"The first awesome thing that I have ever done was fighting with the Royal Defenders and becoming a member of the group. I have fought alongside them when Royal Woods was invaded several times by some dangerous things, and also got called in to aid hem in fighting some dangerous foes and laying the hurt onto the bad guys who try to do some dangerous and horrible things to other worlds. I can't name just one awesome thing I have ever done."
That one makes Freezer Burn and Luna Frost chuckle, and then Lady Ace continues.
"Now, sometimes fighting crime can be complicated, and there was the one time where I was with Luna Frost, and we were trying to fight some bad guys but they got the numbers advantage and tried to take us down, and then tried to grope us where they proceeded to try and strip Luna Frost naked, and that kinda pissed us both off and it made me feeling uncomfortable, but I gotta do what I gotta do to make these criminals pay and get locked up. We still have seen some bad guys still trying to capture us rather than kill us."
Luna Frost nods, and that means it did happen. Freezer Burn seems ticked off, and is ready to kill someone. The others didn't see this coming, and even Amanda is surprised, but she kinda knew something like this might happen since at times superheroes can be quite attractive, especially when it comes to their attire. Lincoln knows that too, from information of the DC superhero, Power Girl.
Amanda Bright feels concerned, but then she asks. "Are there other Lady Ace's, and who are you in a relationship with?"
Lady Ace then answers. "There is this other Lady Ace, she's in another world that involves the Silva Hound Family, and she is in a relationship with Katherine Mulligan, and she's had a lot of bad and good times. I haven't met her yet, but one day I might wanna see how she's handling things and if she needs some backup."
"Now, as for the relationship part, I am single and I don't plan to date anyone unless I feel like it. For now, I just wanna do my part and ensure Royal Woods and perhaps other worlds are safe and sound from any forms of trouble that are coming our way. As a superhero I wanna continue the job and just fight crime as I normally do, and make sure that everything and everyone is Ace-Okay."
Amanda chuckles and is inspired hearing this. "Looks like the whole Lady Ace concept runs into every versions of us, every single time."
Lady Ace smirks. "Yeah, I guess it does." They then head to the Canteen of the base, to enjoy something to eat and continue to spend some time and talk. Even telling them what else has been happening lately, and one of which involves tomorrow's event for Leni Loud, and her ordeal with someone whom she wishes to see again.
A/N: Amanda Bright finally got to see her hero counterpart again, and know more about her hero version, and perhaps she could get inspired by her, and perhaps one day… Meet the other Lady Ace (Helluva Loud Adventures.) I do hope that you all enjoyed reading this new chapter everyone.
