(Was super sick while making this so sorry if the aki voice sucks lol)
"Aki's voice actor is sick?" Angel asked.
"I'm sure it won't be a big deal. Just deal with it!" Power blurted out.
"These people aren't us anyways," Denji said.
Most of the people nodded in agreement.
One normal morning, inside the Hayakawa apartment, a soft voice was heard displaying its tone of authority.
"Power, we went over this"
Another voice interjected. "Yeah Power, just eat your damn veggies" Denji semi-ordered.
Power turned her head to the side rejecting their orders. "No, I don't wanna" Her voice was robotic due to having no female voice actor available to play the character.
"Seems like you have it hard, huh Aki" Himeno said, patting Aki's back in pity.
"Unfortunately. Even in another world, I don't get a break" Aki groaned.
Power smiled devilishly. "Hehehe" she chuckled as she watched the suffering of Aki.
"Please don't make this more insufferable than it has to be, please Power"
Aki groaned in a sigh. His face showed mild disappointment.
Denji looked mildly irritated at Power, trying to get her to eat. "Cmon Power, it's not that hard"
Aki called out Denji's name softly trying to get his attention yet was quickly overpowered by Power who answered in disgust.
"Vegetables are the enemy" Aki became silent from Power's sentence before quickly calling out Denji's name louder than the previous attempt yet was unheard yet again.
"I will not consume them" Aki could only stare with a deadpan expression.
He quietly whispered to Denji, finally succeeding.
"Denji, come here"
"Yeah, what?" Denji asked confusingly.
"About time, looks like Denji finally heard him" Asa commented.
"He was talking to another person, so we can't be that hard on him," Reze added onto Asa's comment.
"I feel like I should butt into this conversation…cuz you know, it's about me?" Denji butted his head into the conversation.
"Don't worry about it Denji" Reze responded back.
"Do you not find Power's voice to be super fucking weird?"
"Uhhhhhhhhhh no?" After a few moments of thinking from Denji, he answered.
"Denji, she sounds like a robot," Aki said in a deadpan tone.
"She does?" Denji asked surprised.
"Yes, she does," Aki answered in his monotone voice.
Denji went dead quiet as he took a couple of seconds to process Aki's statement.
"I just don't hear it" Which is immediately interrupted by Power robotically exclaiming that she hates vegetables. "I hate vegetables, forever and ever"
"Have we ever considered that Denji…doesn't know what a robot sounds like?" Makima chimed in her thoughts.
A chorus of ohhhs erupted.
"Yes I do!..." Everyone stared at him judgmentally.
"Fine maybe I don't!...Sooo, what's a robot?" Denji asked in curiosity.
"Don't worry about it Denji" Aki answered.
Aki looks at Power disappointedly before groaning his frustration by dropping his head down in shame.
"Why can't her voice just be normal"
"Wasn't it something with like uhh…" Denji paused for a moment…
"Us not having a female voice actress?" he continued.
To which Aki could only respond with a confused "What"
"How could you forget Aki? You're the one who asked" Denji pointed out.
"'They'... were the ones that asked. The answer was because they apparently had no voice actors for Power. Like what 'they' said…On screen…right now" Aki answered in response.
"I could definitely voice myself! I love to voice myself! I would make a great voice actor!" Power yelled out.
"So, all I'm getting from this is that we are watching a bunch of people play ourselves by making us do the dumbest of things" Arai tried to sum up the entire gist of the skits.
"It seems so then" Galagi nodded in response.
"Y-yeah" Kobeni meekly said.
"I will not eat the vegetableee" Power robotically screeched.
Aki seemingly got a genius idea which he decided to try out.
"Power, hey Power" he called out to the Blood fiend.
"What" Power asked.
"Look at me Power, now look at what's in my hand" Aki held a piece of gum in his hand.
"What's in your hand-" Power looked down to see what Aki was in his hand.
A loud cheering sound can be heard as Power happily smiled saying "Gum"
"You would seriously fall for gum that easily?" Reze asked.
"sí" Power instantly responded.
"Wow, I never would've guessed," Aki deadpanned.
"At least being fooled by gum would be better than eating raw bread," Fami commented.
Yoru scoffed. "What's wrong with eating bread raw?!"
"You had strawberry jam in the fridge," Fami responded.
"Hmm… what's wrong with eating bread raw, sis?" Nayuta turned her body to face the Famine Devil.
"I eat bread raw too," Denji said.
"Did you put spread on it?" Falling asked.
"No. But that was because I couldn't afford it" Denji answered.
Famine then asked. "Do you eat bread with spreads or jams now?"
"Yeahhh?" Denji concurred.
"I eat bread with spread toooo!" Nayuta added in her opinion.
"See Yoru? Even Chainsaw Man eats bread with spreading" Famine reasoned.
"Okay, first of all. That's not even Chainsaw Man, that's just…him" The War Devil pointed aggressively at Denji making him perk his head up.
"Chainsaw? Pochita also eats raw bread too, you know?" Denji testified for Pochita.
"That's nice Denji" Makima gave an eye-smile to the blond.
Yoru looked at Denji with no expressions on her face. "I will start eating bread with spreading now"
"Yes, gum," Aki confirmed.
"Gimme," Power demanded.
"No, only after-" Aki was cut off by Power.
"Gimme" she repeated herself.
Aki gave a deadpan stare at the fiend.
"Only after you eat your vegetables"
There was a sudden silence as Power stopped to think.
"There's no way you can fall for that, Power" Kobeni said.
"Oh… she'll definitely fall for it" Himeno interjected and chuckled.
"Okay" after finally deciding, she started to eat carrots with the minecraft eating sound in the background.
"Told you" Himeno smiled devilishly.
Kobeni's mouth was wide agape at the simple trick that Power fell for.
Aki was in a daze at the funko pop version of Power with a stock image of carrots. "Huh"
" Haha! Behold humans! My plush!" Power exclaimed.
"Huh, would you look at that? I guess everyone really does get plushies" Kurose said in surprise.
"I wonder what a plushie of mine would look like?" The Longsword Hybrid asked himself.
"Non-existent and ugly. What makes you think someone like you is popular?" The Whip Hybrid answered to his rhetorical question.
The boy could only 'tsk' in response.
Yoshida meanwhile looked at the people who spoke in perplexity. 'That…is not a plush? That is a figurine'
Denji also made a comment at Power. "Wow, it's that easy"
"It really was that easy," the blond nodded in affirmation.
"Guess so," Aki responded.
Power then started to choke on the carrots she was eating.
"IBBHGBGHABGBJABG-GBGIBIBGBBABABHABG" Aki stared emotionlessly at Power.
"I'm choking I-" She said.
The audience could only blink in…Shock? Confusion? Due to the terrible representation of Text to Speech trying to do a choking sound.
"Thank you for telling us that you are…choking?"
"She was choking?"
As the audience ponders the terrible choking sounds, Power had different problems to worry about.
"W-what? I'm gonna die right now!? And to vegetables!? To be bested!? By vegetables!" The Blood fiend cried out in horror.
"Oh crap" Denji cried out in shock, while Aki continued to stare down at Power.
"How the fuck do you choke on a small ass carrot" He questioned to himself.
"Small carrot!? Aki, you're really trying to kill me!? Look at those massive carrots! They're too big to fit in my mouth!" Power growled at Aki.
"Power…those carrots are no bigger than the head of your action figure. They are literally baby carrots" Aki defended himself.
"W-well…well uhh." Power's brain started to turn its cog yet a comeback was yet to be said.
Unintelligent noises started to come from Power as she kept choking, before her voice started to give out a cough.
Aki then watched in disbelief at the sudden change of Power's voice.
"What the fuck is happening" he asked rhetorically.
"I think she's choking on the carrot," Denji answered.
"No I, I got that" Aki told Denji.
"Her voice…changed?"
"Wait, seriously!?" Aki asked in surprise.
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA" Power yelled before catching her breath.
"I ate, I ate the carrot" Power said as she laid on the floor.
"Good job, Power" Denji congratulated the Blood fiend.
"Oh my god, her voice is fixed. How the fuck does that work" Aki was mildly confused as this entire ordeal.
Aki also nodded his head in agreement. "Yeah, how does that work?"
"Topknot, gimme that bubblegum poshaste" Power proudly said feeling proud in her achievement. (There was a plush version of Power which everyone saw).
"I-" He paused for a few seconds before deciding to ignore whatever had happened in the last 2 minutes.
"Yeah whatever, okay" He started to hand over the gum to Power.
"WHOO! I Power the Magnificent am the GREATEST!" Power screeched.
"P-Power we g-get it" Kobeni meekly replied.
"Power. Quiet" Aki tried to calm her down.
Meanwhile, Denji was feeling left out. "Heyyy, what about my gum"
Aki looked at Denji confused."What"
"I want gum toooooooooo" Denji said cutely.
"Yeah well, this was never about you Denji, it was for Power eating her veggies" Aki explained to Denji.
"Yeah Denji, shut up" Power smugly smiled as she replied.
"HAHA, Yeah shut up Denji!" Power pointed at the blond with great arrogance.
Denji paused for a little before giving off a small smile.
"But I always eat mine, so why don't I get gum too" Denji refuted Aki's point before he crouched down into almost a fetal position.
Aki looked dead inside as he watched Denji act like a little baby.
He sighed before muttering to himself "I can't do this anymore, I can't do this anymore" (a faded youtube panel with the words Submarine (2010) The best coming of age movie and makima has assets was shown faded in the background) as music played for a split second.
"Aki sighed. "I also wonder…how I even managed to get through it" He muttered to himself.
"You're doing better than I am" Denji responded to his comment.
Aki turned his head around. "What was that Denji?" he asked.
"Huh? Nuthin? Whadda I say?" Denji asked back.
"Uh…ah nothing, nevermind" Aki sat back in his seat.
"Okay, rock, paper, scissors" Aki said as both Power and Denji exclaimed out a "what"
Aki then reiterated what he said "Rock, paper, scissors for this gum"
"I'll obviously win this game!" Power exclaimed loudly.
"No way! Denji is obviously going to beat you!" Nayuta yelled back.
"What? Denji? AS IF!" Power stared at the little devil in superiority.
Nayuta pouted in anger. "Tell her Denji!"
"Ah? Sure?" Denji didn't know how to defuse this situation.
Denji didn't seem to like this idea and voiced his concerns.
"Whwhwhwhwhw, that's, that's, that's not fair" While Power did not seem concerned.
"Rock"
"Wait, we're starting," Denji exclaimed.
"Paper"
"Wait" Denji yelled out but Power ignored.
"Scissors, shoot" Power than held out her hand choosing paper.
Denji on the other hand decided to go for scissors, which meant Denji won.
"Ha! You're wrong! Denji beat you" Nayuta said proudly.
"WHAT NO FAIR! THIS ISN'T FAIR AT ALL" Power raged out.
"Power, No. Don't do that!" Aki tried to control her to relax.
It didn't work.
"Wow, this isn't working out," Himeno commented.
"A-as long as it d-doesn't come near me then" Kobeni looked on worryingly.
"What a rowdy bunch!" Barem grinned- no he smiled at the chaos.
'Urgh, this guy will never fail to make me think he's a complete weirdo' Miri Sugo thought as he looked at the devil-hybrid.
"What the fuck, but, but I ate my vegetables, fair and square" Power said in anger.
"Yeah, well, I don't care, I got the gum, nyenyenyenynenye" Denji meanwhile decided to sing a little victory song boasting to Power. (a faded image of a video called denji noise overlapped them)
Power all the more raged out, as the Video Denji taunted her all the more.
"POWER! Stop!" Aki restrained her even more.
Nayuta meanwhile gave off a similar taunt to the Blood fiend.
"He got the gum, Power" Aki stared at Power without a shred of expression.
Power made an angry noise before angrily shouting. "I will conquer human civilization and destroy you both in timee-"
A white screen with the words (power was then grounded for a week)
"Oh if this keeps up, Power might also be grounded for a week in this reality as well" Himeno remarked.
"Tsk, too bad we won't keep these memories anyways, so it doesn't matter" Reze responded
(oh and the voice actor of Power was decided to through a game of connect 4 in our discord server)
A very confusing scene was played which none of the cast understood because they are not accustomed to the modern 2020's era.
"What was the end part supposed to be?" Makima asked.
Karma appeared once again.
"OH, at the end? Ehh…Don't worry about it. I'll cut it out in later parts anyways." Karma muttered the last sentence to himself.
"Right, what I was doing? Oh yeah, that's right. Discussion time! Go on and discuss your thoughts and opinions!
Karma paused "By the way, later in future videos, I won't be appearing as frequently as before or even appearing at all! Isn't that great?! So this means, when a video ends, you'll….!" He stopped again to emphasise his point.
"Have a couple minutes of your time discussing with each other everything you think about that video! Alright that's all. BYE!" The godlike figure disappeared as quickly as he appeared.
"We're supposed to discuss what we saw?" Yoru asked.
"I guess…" Asa answered hesitantly.
"IT WOULD HAVE BEEN ANOTHER AMAZING VIDEO…BEFORE DENJI STOLE MY GUM!" Power screeched out.
"Power, it wasn't even you who lost your gum. Also why don't you just wish for gum right now?" Aki spoke to the fiend.
A piece of gum magically popped out.
This immediately caught Powers' attention.
"Ooh, gum!" She quickly grabbed it with her hand and swallowed it whole, wrapping and all.
"Okay…that's weird…maybe a little disgusting?" Yuko expressed that she witnessed the whole scene unravel in real time.
"Though nothing noteworthy appeared early on or later…I still think it was an enjoyable video to watch. Its entertainment was certainly great. Utilizing each cast member as much and as well as they could. The plot of the story is quite simple but simple can be quite effective as much as Complex storyline" Makima logically responded thinking of both good and bad parts of the video.
"It's okay…I guess" Nayuta gave a completely basic response with no thought laid out.
"Well I think it was full of shit" Katana Man blurted out.
"What was full of shit?" Whip asked.
"The VIDEO! The video was…" Katana Man's words was halted by another person.
"Can you shut up?" Kishibe said.
"Everyone who keeps yelling is making my head…ache." Kishibe groaned.
"Since when was he wasted?" Tendo asked.
"That is…can you even say that was impressive?" Subaru responded.
"YOU! Don't tell me what to-..." Before Katana Man was able to say his sentence. He was once again cut off.
kobeni and power have a rap battle - RG33
This was written back before Miri Sugo was officially named dropped, and back before Whip Devil was given any sort of personality. I simply assumed she was childlike and had a sibling rivalry with Miri instead of being some 81 year old woman who isn't smart. I stopped writing this story cuz I had no idea how to make this chapter funny. Eventually I gave up and decided to make this a regular reaction. Also the chapter was shorter due to me trying out a different reaction style in the form of a story.
17/07/24 OH Wow. I really should have uploaded this sooner. Hell I don't even know when I wrote that first note above this one. WHOOPS. Anyways, this one wasn't funny and that's probably because I don't know how to make this one funny and also I haven't read Chainsaw Man in a while. I forgot what characters I added since they have new ones in the manga. ALSO So many characters' personalities changed and I can't just keep modifying the ones here to the ones in the current manga. So i guess they are keeping their personalities from Chapter like IDK 130 before and we'll see how that goes.
ALSO, ALSO, One more thing, which reaction style do you prefer? This one or the first one?
One last thing. I had this chapter written within the first couple hours of the 2nd chapter already written. I just didn't feel like writing the reactions and slowly added them on. I checked on this one more time and decided, WELL I AM ALMOST FINISHED WRITING THIS SO WHY NOT JUST FINISH IT. So yeah, I'll try to get the 4th chapter up maybe later and then we'll see where I go from there. But I'll quickly binge read CSM again to reignite my passion for this franchise cause I'm way too busy with Gacha games and also I liked reading Manhuas and Manwhas.
