Hello everyone. Gosh, how long has it been? Two years? Yep, almost two years. I'm very sorry it took me to make updates. I've got writer's block for a while for Trolls and I almost lost interest until I got my motivation back on.
Also, attending university colleges was never easy as I took my time focusing on my school, and I didn't have time for this story. I been stayed focus on my current stories until I finished them. While I was working on other projects, I was planning on plot of each of my chapters would present, and with the help of MasterClass60 and TU4QU0I53T4IAN6L3, I got full of ideas now. And since this is Summer Vacation, I decided this season took place during Summer Season.
Anyway, this was my first chapter in two years of my 3rd season of Trolls. I even decided not to label the story as TrollsTopia anymore as the setting was still in TrollsTopia while other chapters took place in different settings.
Enjoy this chapter while I'm working on the rest of the future chapters. Have fun!

Aggie: it's so mysterious to me. Yeah!
That's me!
Aggie paced around in her pod, waiting for Sid, who was nowhere to be seen.
"Now, Sid, I promised the leaders that if you'd want to stay here, I'd teach you some friendship lessons. Where are you?!" She yelled, hoping Sid would hear her somehow.
Holly, Synth, and Smidge stopped by her pod while she was still ranting and left a plate of cookies and a glass of milk in her fridge. "You know what? You get no milk and no cookies if you won't attend your first friendship class with me."
"Uh, Ags, who are ya'll a-talkin' ta? "Holly asked.
"My invisible responsibility," Aggie replied metaphorically.
"What invisible responsibility?" Synth enquired.
"She meant Sid," Smidge clarified. "You know, the Flexi-Troll who we believed was a bad guy. Poppy and the other leaders made Aggie responsible for Sid if he wanted to stay here."
"And he done won't steal our musik ayn' magik energy faw his own benefit," Holly added.
"Exactly, and that's why I have to keep an eye on him," Aggie answered, continuing to pace around.
Synth extended his arms towards an adjacent chair, believing Sid was invisible, as Aggie had indicated, "Oh, well, is he over here, Ags? Because I do not want to sit on him.
Holly furrowed her eyes and corrected him, "She means he's awful late faw his ferst friendship lesson, Synth."
"Well, if he's invisible, Holly, how would you know?" Synth inquired, waving his hands in front of Holly's face.
Aggie inspected the bottles Holly, Synth, and Smidge had brought and asked, "Um, so are you guys still playing that contest?"
Synth answered, "Oh, yes. The Funk Trolls created this fun juice drinking challenge. If it says 'winner at the bottom of this can,' then we win the ultimate mystery prize."
Holly, Synth, and Smidge drank their entire respective bottles of juice and burped loudly. They flipped over their bottle to see the results of their attempts.
"Man, it says 'loser'!" Synth exclaimed.
"Mahn too!" Holly cried out.
"So was mine!" Smidge scowled and threw her bottle away.
"I can't believe you three. Sucking down all those bottles and you don't even know what the mystery prize is," Aggie sighed until she made a vision look. Holly, Synth, and Smidge guessed Aggie had a vision. She stared blankly for three seconds before returning to her senses, "Oh, my Trollness! I saw us with the mystery prize, and it's unbelievable." She squealed excitedly.
"Oh my guh!" Smidge exclaimed gleefully before adding, "Wait! Wait! That means if you saw it, one of us has to be..."
Synth drank another bottle and peeked inside. He shouted, "A winner!"
Four pals shouted triumphantly as they hugged and hopped around, "We won! We won!" "We won!"
The cheering came to an abrupt halt when Synth said, "Wait. What do you mean by 'we'? I drank the juice.
"Hey, well, if you want to get technical, I bought the juice," Smidge corrected, snatching the bottle from Synth with her hair.
"Um, yeah, but ay done gave ya'll the mowney," Holly clarified as she grabbed the bottle from Smidge, "Thank you."
Then Aggie grabbed the bottle from Holly and said, "Yeah, but I know what the prize is."
"So?" Holly Synth and Smidge inquired in confusion and unison.
"So, uh, we are friends, guys. Best of friends. We should share it." Aggie responded. She wanted the mystery prize as well, so she cooked up an excuse.
Holly, Synth, and Smidge shrugged as they headed toward the opening of her pod, with Aggie allowing them out first.
"Come on, ya'll, let's go claim our prize," Holly remarked.
"Yo, what is the prize, anyway?" Synth wondered.
Aggie then followed her friends from behind, saying, "Oh, you're not going to believe this. It's a..."
Meanwhile, Sid went to Volcano Rock City to visit a group of companions he made during his stay in Troll Kingdom. There were two Rock Trolls and two Country Trolls. These Country Trolls also visited Volcano Rock City to see their Rock Troll friends. The five Trolls visited the market where they hang out.
While chuckling and talking with his new buddies, Sid checked his watch and informed them, "Sorry, guys, I have to go. I told Master Aggie I'd be home."
"Why? She's waiting for you with milk and cookies?" Gritty, the Rock Troll, mocked while the others laughed.
"I hope so!" Sid responded intriguingly, causing his friends to gape. Sid added, clearing his throat, "I mean... For her sake."
"Yeah, good, 'cause…" Gritty drew Sid closer to the group, "If you're gonna hang with our crew as your first new friends, you better be ready to hang."
"Ya'll best believe it!" Drought, a Country Troll, punched Sid on the shoulder playfully.
"Ow," Sid grimaced in agony before smiling casually, "Oh, I am hanging with you. I've got my hang on. I mean, Master Aggie said I needed to make friends in Troll Kingdom somehow."
"Good. Look around and see what you want, 'cuz everything's on special sale today," Gritty murmured, pointing to everything in the store.
The store had a Hard Rock motif, and the plushies were all hardcore and sharp, literally. Some were guitar picks, while others were hard rock instruments. Some included keychains, posters, and wardrobes. Sid looked around, and it appeared that nothing was for sale.
"I don't see any signs for a sale," Sid observed.
Gritty moved closer and said, "Bro, this is a private sale. Just for us. We get a four-finger discount."
"Yeah, count 'em," Another Rock Troll, Wyatt, began counting with his fingers, "One, two, three, four!" He added an extra finger to his other hand as Sid laid one down, correcting the Rock Troll's count.
Gritty demonstrated by taking a pair of sunglasses, covertly putting them in his pocket, and tugging his shirt down.
"Oh, I get it. "You mean stealing." Sid guessed while monitoring Gritty's actions, before understanding he was stealing. He started shouting, "Hey, you're stealing! He's stealing! Call somebody! Call somebody!"
Gritty, Wyatt, Drought, and The Other Country Troll Colton swarmed around Sid and covered his mouth to silence him.
"Shh! Shh!"
"What are you doing?!" Gritty snapped.
"You're gonna get caught," Sid claimed.
"Oh, yeah. Security's real tight around here," Gritty replied sarcastically as he pointed to the security officer, who sat blankly on his seat, ignoring his task, "Sid, come on. It's really easy. You can have whatever you want."
"Yeah, 'cause, uh, if y'all want it…" Drought groped for the spiky rubber ball and placed it in his hat. "Ya'll got it."
"Sid, you're not gonna punk out now, are ya?" Wyatt inquired doubtfully.
"Man, I'm no punk." Sid crossed his arms, "It's just there's nothing here I really need."
The whole crew scoffed frustratedly.
"Oh, man. Sid, if we needed this, we'd be pathetic. We take it because it's fun and that's what makes it cool," Gritty went on before adding "Come on, I thought friends can do anything together."
"I know, it's just..."
"Hey, hey, listen, I'm sure if you're too scared. You can run home to your little milk and cookies."
The crew laughed teasingly.
But Sid didn't appreciate being ridiculed and felt that he didn't fit in with his new friends, as he stated, "I'm not scared."
"Good. Then grab something and let's get out of here," Wyatt ordered him as the whole crew stood aside, allowing Sid to make his first stealing.
When Sid took a stride, he was apprehensive again, but the crew pushed him forward. Sid was afraid again, but there was no turning back now. He looked around to see what he liked, then approached a small table where the keychains were displayed. Sid looked back at the security Rock Troll, who was still staring blankly.
This was his chance. If he didn't take anything, his so-called friends would not consider him cool and would no longer be his friends.
Sid secretly took a vicious bunny keychain and tucked it into his hair.
His new friends were impressed as he proudly cheered and patted him on the back.
Sid accepted the gesture and joked, "Who da thief now?"
As his friends laughed triumphantly, Sid realized what he had done was wrong since he was unsure whether he or Aggie would be proud of themselves.
Speaking of Aggie...
Aggie, Holly, Synth, and Smidge returned to Aggie's pod with the prize they won.
Aggie excitedly stepped in, telling the others from outside, "Okay, bring the prize in," but the three other Trolls did not bring the prize into Aggie's pod, prompting her to question urgently, "Why aren't you guys bringing the prize in? Where's the prize?"Holly, Synth, and Smidge headed inside, arms crossed.
"We were just wondering, Aggie…" Synth asked, "How come you get it first?"
"Yeah," Smidge responded.
"Because I called it," Aggie replied.
"When?" Holly asked.
"Now. First!" Aggie yelped as Holly, Synth, and Smidge attempted to say "first," but Aggie had already beaten them to it.
"Well, she did beat us fair and square." Smidge acknowledged as she accepted defeat.
Surprisingly, Sid came in as he passed the three Normal Trolls, "Hey, guys."
"Hey, am I the only one who can see him now?" Synth asked as the girls rolled their eyes, while the Techno Trolls continued to believe Sid was invisible.
"He's not invisible, Synth. He's just late!" Aggie yelled, glaring at Sid, "You know what? You guys need to take that prize first, and whatever you do, don't get it wet." She told Holly, Synth, and Smidge before staring at the prize one more time. "Oh, it's so cute!" Aggie waved at the small prize goodbye before returning inside.
"Oh, oh, oh, let's take it to the mall in Vibe City," Synth said. "Prince D is in town to fetch up Cooper, so why not we hitch a ride with him?"
"We cannot. They're nahwt done allowed," Holly cooed sincerely.
"Wait, wait, wait. This one is," Smidge pointed to the reward and suggested that it might be allowed in the Funk Mall.
Holly gasped with realization and turned her frown upside down, "Oh, yeah."
The three Trolls excitedly exited the pod with their prize, hoping to join Cooper.
Aggie still had business to do with Sid after her friends left.
"Uh, excuse me, Sid, where were you?" She inquired, expressing concern.
"I was hangin' out at the market in Volcano Rock City," Sid explained, "with some Hard Rock Trolls and Country Trolls I met on our tour throughout Troll Kingdom. They miraculously became friends after Queen Barb's Rock apocalypse, and they are now known as 'The Cool Crew.'" He ended with a hand motion.
"Well, if they're hangin' with you, how 'cool' can they be?" Aggie questioned, attempting to replicate Sid's move in the end.
Sid removed the bunny keychain from his hair and spun it with his finger, "Cooler than you'll ever know."
But Aggie still didn't understand, and it made her worried for Sid.
At night, Sid has his own pod in Pop Village, as seen in his bed while tinkering with the bunny keychain.
"Four-finger discount, so easy." Sid squeezed the squishy keychain, and foam poured out of the bunny's mouth and its eyes turned red. Sid laughed at this sweet reaction, "Funny and free."
Sid hid the keychain in his drawer and hopped into bed to get some sleep after a good day with his new "cool" friends.
In the middle of the night, Sid was still sound asleep in his bed when he heard a strange thumping noise. He was jolted awake by the sound and sat up on his bed, examining the drawer where the bunny keychain was kept.
"Aggie, is that you?" Sid called, as if Aggie were making the pounding noises to make fun of him, "Stop playing."
But that wasn't Aggie. The thumping noises became louder as the drawer shook. Then it let out a tremendous growl.
Sid got out of bed, scared but curious, and approached the trembling drawer. He carefully grabbed for the drawer knob and slid it open. A gigantic bunny with frothing teeth and red eyes appeared, roaring and hissing at him.
"BUNNY THIEF! BUNNY THIEF!"
"AAAAAAHHHHHH!" Sid screamed like he hadn't screamed before. A giant evil bunny came to life and now haunted him. Sid rushed to his bed and wrapped himself in his blanket. He was still screaming and crying, "Forgive me! I am not a bunny thief! I am not a bunny thief! I'm not a bunny thief!"
Suddenly, a red hand stretched out and removed his blanket. Sid screamed even louder, pulling back the blanket and covering his head with pillows, believing that the bunny was trying to eat him.
Aggie cringed at Sid's loud cry as she yanked the cover off and grabbed the pillow from him. "Sid! Sid... Will you keep it down in here? Goodness gracious. You're ruining my beauty sleep," she complained. Her pod was close to Sid's, and she could hear his screams while sleeping.
Sid cuddled his pillow and pointed to the drawer, "Aggie, in my drawer, it's a giant bunny head."
Aggie turned around to see the drawer, but there was no bunny head. She turned back to Sid and stated, "There is no giant bunny head. You're having a bad dream."
"No, no, no." Sid persisted, "It is in there."
Aggie turned around and approached the drawer, sensing Sid's fear and consoling him, saying, "You know what, there better be a bunny head in here."
But when Aggie went to inspect the drawer, she opened it and slid her hand in, causing her to scream and appear to be pulling her in.
Aggie screamed and reached for Sid as the Flexi-Troll held her hand and tried to pull her out. Aggie relaxed, revealing he was pretending to get sucked into the drawer as she took her hand out and showed Sid the bunny keychain… a very small keychain.
"Relax, okay? It's just a stupid little key chain," she handed it to Sid.
Sid held the keychain and chuckled awkwardly, "Right. Ha ha ha ha. Just a stupid little keychain."
"Exactly," Aggie said, laughing along with him. The two laughed until Aggie took a serious tone and told him, "You know what? It's not funny. Go to sleep," she said as she exited Sid's pod and returned to her own.
The next morning, it's Waffle Friday in TrollsTopia, so the Trolls gathered to get some waffles. Trollzart and Delta joined TrollsTopia for Waffle Friday.
While the Trolls ate waffles under the Troll Tree, Aggie realized Sid hadn't emerged from his pod yet. He was going to miss Waffle Friday.
"Sid! It's Waffle Friday. "Come on!" She called.
Sid climbed neighboring branches to exit his pod, and he felt nervous and less thrilled for breakfast today ever since he had the night before, when he had the nightmare about the bunny keychain.
"Stop bunnying around!" Told Branch as he and the other Trolls watched him get down.
When Sid reached the ground, he was taken aback when Branch muttered "bunny," "Why did you say bunny?"
"It's just an expression," Branch explained.
"That's right. Sorry," Sid chuckled, trying to be casual.
Surprisingly, Poppy handed Sid a dish of waffles, which he took quietly.
Holly approached Delta while she was eating her waffle and remarked, "Wow, boss, ay ken't believe ya would visit Trollstopia just faw Waffle Friday."
"Ey also wan-ta chek things out with ya, especially somebody," Delta stated, forcefully glaring at Sid, wanting to see if he's as safe as Aggie intended. "And ay deserve Waffle Friday," When Delta unfolded the newspaper she had brought with her, she exclaimed, "Stealing! Ay done knew it."
Sid gasped as she dashed towards the Country leader, "How did you know?"
"Well, it says so raheet here," Delta gave Sid the newspaper, displaying the headlines about a Country Troll being arrested.
"Yeah. Somebody in Lonesome Flats were arrested faw stealing," Holly said, having heard the news earlier.
Trollzart leaned against Delta's newspaper and read it, "Oh, that is interesting. It states here that if an apple falls from your tree onto your neighbor's yard and you go onto their property to collect it, you are stealing."
"Well, in Pop Village, it's everyone's property, so no one steals here," Poppy said happily.
"It's because you guys have your pods built in the same tree," Val explained as she poured syrup all over her waffles.
"Stealing? Come on, it's just a bunny," Sid couldn't stop thinking about the keychain he took while everyone else was still oblivious to it. The Trolls were perplexed as he explained, "I mean, apple... A bunny apple. The little ones... Isn't that what it is called?"
"It doesn't mattuurr what they are done called. Stealing is stealing, ayn' ya ken go ta jail faw it," Delta declared, folding the newspaper back.
"Jail?" Sid inquired, still nervous.
"Yes, that there's thay ...err punishment," Holly replied.
"Or 'funishment'!" Poppy made a pun, but it was true, "We also have a Fun Dungeon right there," she pointed to the Fun Dungeon, which was illuminated from the inside.
Aggie groaned remorsefully and told Poppy, "You're a Pop Troll. There is always injustice in this tribe. You better practice some good cop, bad cop here," she rose up and looked for a spot to drop her empty plate.
Poppy leaned into Branch's side, whispering, "Is that even a real thing?" Branch simply delivered an obvious deadpanned expression.
Delta finished her waffle and remarked, "Okay, ay'm a-goin' bak ta Lonesome Flats. Ay'm gunna this here guy's a-hearin' soon. "
Holly murmured, "Good luck," as she and the other Trolls waved goodbye to the mayor.
Delta waved back at them before cackling, "Bunny apple," rolling her eyes and galloping away.
When all of the Trolls finished their waffles, they placed them in the dishwasher that the Funk Trolls had constructed, and they were taken to the Vibe Town spaceship. When the Trolls returned to do their business, Aggie and Sid were left alone in the area. It's time for Aggie to speak alone with her new protégé. She noticed Sid shivering as he poured orange juice into the cup.
"Hey, hey, hey, hey. You seem a little nervous."
Sid observed Aggie looking curiously at him as he hesitantly responded, "I don't know what you're talking about."
"Really? Well, um..." Aggie approached Sid as he put the pitcher and cup down. When Aggie approached him, he walked backwards, saying, "You can't sleep, you suffer nightmares, you're a little jumpy!"
"I am not!" Sid jumped backwards at the last moment.
"Hmm, Sid," Aggie gently placed her Classical hand on Sid's shoulder, "Whatever you did, bud, tell me."
"I... I don't know," Sid was unclear whether he could trust Aggie because she was the only Troll who stood up for him, and he had violated her trust by stealing.
"Listen, Sid. I'm your friend. Your first friend, okay? I won't judge you," Aggie promised him in a reassuring tone.
Believing Aggie's words, Sid had to come clean, at least just to her, "Okay. You know that bunny key chain?" Aggie nodded as he confessed, "I stole it."
"You dirty, little thief!" Aggie snapped.
"I thought you said you weren't gonna judge me!" Sid said.
"That was before I realized you were on a crime spree! I can't believe this. You've been here a week, and you've already committed a crime!"
"But it's just one, little key chain!"
"You've heard Delta Dawn, Sid! Stealing is stealing! You could go to jail! And because you took anything from Volcano Rock City, Queen Barb is not going to make it easy on you."
"I know, I know! I feel terrible!"
Aggie exhaled her stress away. Sid was her responsibility, and it was up to her to fix his mistakes. She needed to know more. "I have to get to the bottom of this, man, so whatever it is, I'll understand."
"Well, all the other Trolls that I met were doing it," Sid replied.
Aggie became enraged as she muttered through her teeth, "You spineless, little punk."
Sid felt offended when she noted that out, "You just said you'd understand!"
"Okay, you know what? I sorry. I admit it. That was my bad. Sorry about that."
"Aggie, please don't tell anyone. I want to show everyone that I'm not bad. Please. I promise, I'll return it right now and I'll never steal again.
Hearing Sid's guilty tone, Aggie had to give him another chance to prove that he is a good Troll, "Okay, Sid. I believe you. Because you are my responsibility, and I trust you with this."
"Thank you."
Sid dashed out, hoping to find a quicker way to Volcano Rock City. He then passed by Holly, Synth, and Smidge as they looked for Aggie. The three watched Sid sprint off.
"Okay, you all saw him, right?" Synth was still certain Sid had been invisible since yesterday. The other Trolls were fed up with his lack of attentiveness.
"Yes, Synth." Smidge responded aggressively.
"Aggie, did you realize this is your first day with the prize? You are going to love it!" Synth thrillingly stated.
"It's a-waitin' raheet there faw y'all, gerl," Holly said, pointing to the bushes where they had come from.
"I hope it's as charged up as I am." Aggie eagerly hurried towards the bushes while talking to her friends, "I can't believe I'm going to have my first day with my own..."
She was interrupted when she felt a vision approaching. She stared blankly, waiting to see what vision would come to her.
Sid was clutching a watch when someone touched his shoulder.
"Gotcha!"
The voice was unfamiliar, but the arm reaching for Sid was dressed in a uniform, and the security guard was seen in a quarter before the vision ended.
Aggie snapped back into reality and gasped, "Oh my gosh! Sid's going to steal again. He's gonna make the biggest mistake of his life. I have to stop him!" She was about to rush away when she turned to the three Trolls and said, "Oh, hey, keep an eye on the prize while I'm gone." Aggie swiftly fled.
When Holly, Synth, and Smidge were left with the prize, they stared at it, smiling. It was really precious to them.
"Oh, look at it. It's moving," Smidge remarked.
"Wait a minute. Where's it going?" Synth inquired when they realized the prize was likely walking away.
"I'm nahwt sure, but it's getting away. Go, go, go," Holly shrieked as they dashed off to pursue the runaway prize.
Sid returned to the Volcano Rock City market, where he and his new friends had previously spent time, to return the bunny keychain he had stolen. He approached the display with the keychains and pretended to check on the other keychains while the security guard watched him. When the guard assumed Sid was another customer passing by, he decided to let him be.
Aggie made it into the market, hiding behind the displayed guitars and checked to see if Sid kept his promise.
When the security guard wasn't watching. Sid promptly took out the bunny keychain and placed it back where he had stolen it the day before. He felt better about himself after eventually returning the keychain. It was the right thing to do.
Aggie smiled proudly at her protégé. "Way to go, Sid," she said in her mind. There seemed to be nothing wrong, and her vision might not happen. Aggie opted to leave the market, believing that Sid would be alright.
Just then, the "Cool Crew" arrived at the market to find Sid.
"Yo, Sid," they called as Sid encountered them again.
"Hey, back for another Four Finger Discount?" Gritty asked sinisterly.
"Uh, actually, I was just leaving," Sid answered uncomfortably. "There's nothing here worth stealing."
"Hey, man, that's not what we think," Gritty remarked, as he told the whole crew, "Hey, guys, do your thing."
Wyatt, Drought, and Colton separated out and began seeking out items they could steal covertly.
Aggie determined to keep an eye on Sid to avoid her vision from happening. She stuck her head out from under a doll, resembling a doll with a big head.
Gritty then focused his attention on the watch display as he drew Sid closer, "Oh, dude, check out these new watches."
"Yeah, they're okay..." Sid responded, glancing at the watches, "But I don't really care what time it is. I prefer to live in the moment."
"Well, the moment has arrived. Do you see that security guard over there?" Gritty pointed to the security guard, who was strangling a toy, and said, "He's going off duty, and the next guy won't be in for another 10 minutes."
As the guard prepared to leave, he saw something unusual about the doll behind him. He turned to face the doll with a large head. Aggie froze and pretended to be a doll to avoid being caught. The guard shrugged and started walking away. Aggie continued to monitor Sid from here.
"Whoa! You got it all figured out." Sid chuckled, knowing what Gritty wanted him to do, but he told Aggie that he would never steal again. He said, "Well, good luck."
"Hey, Sid... For about a day, I thought you were a cool friend," Gritty stated, depressingly.
"I'm a cool friend," Not wanting to lose his new friends, Sid exclaimed, "I'm cooler than cool! I'm ice cold!"
"Oh, yeah, that's what I like to hear," Gritty said, wrapping an arm around Sid.
"Say it loud!" Drought cheered.
This was the time Aggie realized her vision might come true and Sid would steal again. "Uh-uh, oh, no, man, I am not letting this vision come true," Aggie expressed worriedly, leaving her place and deciding to take matters into her own hands. She secretly snatched a pair of sunglasses, fake facial hair, and a mustache, "Sorry, pal, It's just a loner."
"Sid, I thought you're a loser because of who you are, but…" Gritty paused for a moment and smiled, "I think you're meant to be on this crew."
The whole crew shouted and laughed, agreeing with Gritty's remarks about Sid.
"Really?" Sid beamed as he realized he was making progress in establishing new friends during his first week in Troll Kingdom. "Well, I never thought I would have friends like you guys."
"Sid, if you don't do this with us, we're gonna tell everybody that you like to hug a squeaky bear," The crew leader indicated.
"How did you know?" Sid asked.
The "Cool Crew" began cracking up when they discovered they were right about Sid and the squeaky bear threat.
"You do?" Gritty grinned, "I was just fishing and caught a sucker!" He did a fist bump with Wyatt.
But Sid had enough. He learned that his "new friends" weren't actually his friends. They made him steal, and now they're threatening and bullying him. He wasn't going to go through with this stolen plot anymore. "You know what, Gritty? You can call me whatever you want, but you know what you cannot call me? 'A thief.'"
Gritty almost didn't have any trash talk for Sid before pointing out, "You stole that key chain."
"I put it back," Sid informed.
"Man, you're a loser. No wonder you didn't have any friends before Master Aggie met you." Gritty was disappointed before saying, "Watch this," and turning back to steal the watch he had been eyeing on.
Sid pursued him down and grabbed the watch from Gritty, "Hey, gimme this."
"What are you doing?"
"Man, this is not cool!"
"Gotcha!" A hand reached out to Sid as he was still holding the watch. It turned out to be Aggie in a security guard disguise, wearing the shades and fake facial hair that she took earlier, and wearing a security guard suit that was larger than her size. "Well, well... Well..." Aggie also spoke in a thick, raspy accent to hide her voice, "Look what we've got here."
"Sid, shame on you," Gritty scolded innocently, pretending that he and his gang had nothing to do with Sid's "stealing". Sid turned around and knew he was right about Gritty. He wasn't a friend. He would ditch him and accuse him for stealing, saying, "Come on, guys, we shouldn't be hanging around with such a bad influence Troll like him."
"Whoa, whoa! "Hold... Hold... Hold it!" Aggie stepped in front of the four Trolls, extending her left arm to prevent them from fleeing and getting Sid into trouble. "No one's goin' anywhere 'cause to me, looks like we got a little," Aggie lowered her shades, revealing to Sid her rainbow eyes, "Sit-i-a-tion on our hands."
Sid recognized those rainbow eyes as he realized this wasn't the real security guard. It was Aggie disguised as a guard.
"Uh, officer 'Ricky',?" Sid scanned the name tag on Aggie's uniform and asked, "Can I speak to you for a minute?"
"'Course you can, son. Just step over there. I'll be right with you. Let me take care of these fellers over here," Aggie replied before moving to the other four Trolls and tugging her waistline and belt of her pants like a real cop. "All right, boys, don't move, and no one gets hurt, all right?!" Gritty, Drought, Wyatt, and Colton flinch at the "guard's" yelp. "Good, and you know what? Just to let you know, I have everyone of your faces in my head. I have what you call a 'photo-taking' memory. Snap! Snap! Snap! " The four Trolls jerked backwards with each snap, believing they were being threatened. Aggie continued the charade and urged the four, "Get over there, Cleptos! "Thank you so much."
The "Cool Crew" followed orders and rushed to a display cabinet, where they stood there. Aggie turned around and continued her role as a cop.
"Aggie, what are you doing here?" Sid whispered to Aggie so the team wouldn't realize he knew the guard who was truly the Music Master, "I put the key chain back,"
"What about the watch?" Aggie mentioned the watch he held earlier.
"I was trying to stop Gritty from stealing it." Sid confessed, "I'm not a thief, Aggie. You taught me that."
"Oh…" Aggie realized that the security guard in her vision had been her all along, disguised as a security guard, which she was now. "I was wrong."
"Wait, how did you know I was here and thought I'm stealing that watch?" Sid asked suspiciously.
"Uh… well, because, uh…" Aggie wanted to tell Sid that she's psychic, but it was too soon. He was just her friend for a week, and she needed time to believe Sid wasn't one of the Flexi-Trolls Laguna had read about. She even remembered her parents' advice that she could tell anyone she was psychic as long as she trusted them, which she did with her friends. She wanted more time to trust Sid, so she had to come up with another excuse, "It's just instincts."
"Instincts?"
"Yeah, I always have it when it comes to my friends in trouble or causing trouble."
"Well, then, let's just get out of here before we both get in trouble."
"True, that," Aggie acknowledged, continuing with her cop play, "All right, son, you're coming with me. And the rest of you..." She spoke with the other four Trolls, preventing them from escaping.
Before Aggie could proceed, someone behind them shouted, "Freeze! Get your hands up!"
Queen Barb and Delta Dawn arrived on the scene as the Trolls raised their hands, including Aggie.
"She wasn't talking to you," Sid said quietly, reminding Aggie of her disguise.
Aggie forgot she was pretending to be a security guard, as she put her hands down and continued the charade.
"I'm a security... Uh...", Aggie said.
"That uniform's pretty big on you," Barb commented.
"Yeah, yeah, it was that new low-carb die," Aggie replied, maintaining her disguised voice.
"Okay, what have we got here?" Delta questioned as she and Barb approached the "Cool Crew"
"Your Rockness, Mayor Dawn, Sid was the one who was shoplifting," Gritty stated while pointing to Sid.
"Shoplifting?" The Country Mayor repeated.
"Hey, if there's any shoplifting here, everyone empty your pockets and hair," the Rock Queen instructed all five Trolls present.
"Well, you heard the queen, empty your pockets and hair," Aggie said, still playing the bad cop role.
While the Trolls were occupying their time, Aggie leaned close to Delta and Barb on her side and said quietly, "Thanks for backing me out."
It was revealed that Aggie called Delta Dawn and Barb on her way to Volcano Rock City. When Delta heard the message, she galloped from Lonesome Flat to meet with Barb with regard to Aggie's information.
"Hey, we done knew these Trolls was trouble, so we done had ta make sure y'all's Troll here wasn't trouble," Barb muttered, and Delta agreed with her.
Sid emptied only his hair because he didn't have any pockets, whereas Gritty, Drought, Wyatt, and Colton dug up their hair and pockets to empty them. They removed a large amount of trash they had stolen from this store. All are toys, trinkets, and guitar picks.
"See, well, this one is innocent," Aggie said in her disguised voice while placing a hand on Sid's shoulder.
Seeing that Sid wasn't stealing anything and they relied on Aggie about him, Delta and Barb believed them both and about the four Trolls.
"Okay, y'all ken go," Delta informed Aggie and Sid, then turned to the four Trolls. "The rest av ya'll… We're a-takin' y'all ta jail. "
"I'll handle these guys, Mayor," Barb approached Gritty and Wyatt, calling for her fellow Rock Trolls to capture the two. "I know these Trolls will cause issues again. We may be Rock Trolls who like to do crude things, but I have limits in my domain, so they will not be granted parole this time."
"And, once we get bak ta Lonesome Flats, y'all guys are in awful serious trouble," Delta warned Drought and Colton as she placed handcuffs over their wrists at their backs.
"Serious trouble!" Aggie snapped at the four, "Okay, ladies, I'll escort this one off the premises. Good job, there," Delta and Barb grinned back as Aggie took Sid out of the marketplace.
Once Aggie and Sid made it out, Aggie laid a hand on her protégé's shoulder and proudly declared, "Sid, I never imagined I'd say this, but I am so proud of you."
"I never thought I'd say this, but thanks for having my back," Sid responded humbly.
"No problem," said Aggie, smiling.
Before Aggie and Sid could leave, Sid paused and smiled as he learned something new today, "You know what? I've finally had my first friendship lesson."
"Really?" The Musical Master questioned.
"Yeah. If you know Trolls forced you to do something you're not sure is right, you don't have to do it just to impress them."
"Exactly, and if they don't listen to you that it's the wrong thing or they won't accept you for being a loser, they're not your friends."
Sid nodded in agreement. Guess Aggie was right all along. He had a lot to learn about friendship before he could find the ideal friends. He still had to follow Aggie so that he wouldn't make the same mistake of choosing the wrong friends again.
Once again, before Aggie and Sid could leave, Aggie realized she was still wearing her security guard disguise, "Oh, wait. I forgot," She gradually removed the shades and fake facial hair. "I didn't pay for these," She placed them on a nearby desk as she and Sid fled before they were caught for real.
The next day, Aggie was so overjoyed about getting to take care the prize that she didn't try for two days. She squealed and excitedly opened the door when Holly, Synth, and Smidge came at her home.
"Let me at it!" When Holly, Synth, and Smidge entered Aggie's pod sadly and silently, Aggie saw the reward was missing and closed the door, "Wait, wait, wait. Where's it at? Where's it at?
"Well, see, what had happened, was, um..." Smidge wanted to explain what had happened to the prize.
"What? Huh?" Aggie was desperate to know what happened to the prize.
Seeing Aggie's desperate expression, Smidge pushed Synth at him, allowing him to explain, "You tell her! She'll be your sister-in-law someday!"
"Hey, hey, hey. I can't tell her what happened. It was too horrible," Synth hesitated to say, not wanting to hurt Aggie's feelings.
"Oh, what happened?" Aggie questioned, but she could anticipate what had happened, "Aww, man. You got it wet, didn't you?
"Well, it done looked thersty," Holly claimed.
"It doesn't drink, Holly!" Aggie highlighted.
"Uh, now it doesn't do anything," Synth stated.
"Maybe we should bury it," Smidge suggested.
"Maybe we should sell it for parts," Synth recommended.
But Aggie was frustrated that she didn't get the chance to be with the prize, not even bonding or playing with it. "Man, I didn't get a second with it."
"Well, uh, Aggie, we took a picture with it," Synth pulled out a picture from his hair knot and presented it to Aggie. "If you want it, it's yours."
"I can't see the thing because someone's thumb is in the lens," Aggie glared at him.
"Yeah, but Ags, look how awful happy we look," Holly noted.
The photo showed Holly, Synth, and Smidge having fun with the prize, with a thumb covering the entire aspect of it.
Aggie wanted to cry since she didn't get to enjoy the cute and fun prize. So much for her vision about the prize.
This chapter was referenced by That's So Raven: Five Finger Discount. Since trolls and most characters had four fingers, I changed the title.
Special thanks to MasterClass60 for letting me borrow her OC, Sid.
The prize in the story was unseen, but it was implied to be an electronic pet
This chapter took place a week after Sid came to TrollsTopia, and he became Aggie's protégé. He now lived in Pop Village where he had his own pod to live in.
Vision:
Aggie saw herself Holly, Smidge and Synth with the prize
Sid was thought to be caught by a guard when he held a watch
