CHAPTER 6
(ADILYN'S P.O.V)
"Well that was unexpected," I grinned as Jessica rang the doorbell. "Roman definitely has a crush on you." "I don't think so," Jessica shook her head in disbelief. "Poor guy seems broken and sad." Well she wasn't wrong about that. There seems to be alot going on with both Roman and Peter. For some strange reason they both reminded me of Bill and Eric. An unbreakable bond of friendship and brotherhood, Just then the front door opened to reveal a tall muscular guy. "Adilyn?!," the guy said in genuine surprise. "Uncle Aitor?... You recognize me?." I was surprised, since I had never met him. "Yes. Holly sent me lots of pictures of you." Aitor explained. "You girls come in. It's cold outside." We were then quickly led to a spacious living room. The warmth from the room immediately engulfed us, making us relax, as we sat across from Uncle Aitor. "How is Holly?," Uncle Aitor asked casually. "Oh where are my manners, would you girls like something to eat? Drink? I-" "Uncle Aitor you need to sit down," I suddenly said as my voice cracked with emotion.
Dumbfounded at my change in emotions, he silently sat. "Holly… my father… and all of our loved ones are dead." "What…" was the only thing a shocked Uncle Aitor could say, as Jessica gestured to him to let me continue uninterrupted. "The only reason Jessica and I are here is because Mom used her magic to transport us here!." I continued to wail. "I'M SO SORRY UNCLE AITOR !. I'M SO SORRY." Uncle Aitor and Jessica embraced me while they both tried to console me. Bon Temp was all I knew, and all it took was a villain to take it all away from me. Nothing was ever going to be the same. Why was fate so cruel?. How was I suppose to move on from this?!. Mom, Dad wherever you are, what am I to do?!.
(JESSICA'S P.O.V)
I quietly opened Adilyn's bedroom door at 6:00am, and snuck in, closing the door behind me. Last night was devastating for the three of us. It was so bad that Aitor had to give Adilyn a valium. This was a nightmare that Adilyn and I would never wake up from. Seeing her so devastated made me come to a decision this morning. "Adilyn," I whispered, shaking her lightly. "Yeah," she drawled while sitting up, " I know it's early 6:00am to be exact," I said as she glanced at the window. "You and I need some fresh air. Just a short walk to clear our heads." "What about Uncle Aitor?," Adilyn questioned. "We can leave a note on the bedroom door." I responded, leaving her to go change.
