Information:

Justice, that is the job of the World Government and the Marines. To protect the innocent and to slay the evils of the world for a prosperous future, Luz Nocdea believed in that all her life as her mother served the Marines proudly as Vice Admiral. So much so that Luz wanted to serve just like him and did just that by becoming the youngest captain at age 15. That is, until one day, a pirate that was offered a spot as one of the Seven Warlords of the Sea. killed her and and nothing was done about it. That made Luz give up all faith in the navy and quit, deciding she would bring justice using her own moral compass. Not the compass of people that let a murderer into their ranks.

Luz's Abilities:

The Six Powers/Rokushiki: A set of special martial arts that allow humans to have the strength, speed, and durability beyond normal standards.

1. Moonwalk/Geppo: It allows users to push themselves off the air itself with superhumanly strong kicks, allowing them to travel through, and remain in, midair for extended periods in what effectively resembles flight.

2. Iron Body/Tekkai: It hardens the users' muscles to the level of iron, in order to nullify damage taken from attacks. However, it can be broken by strong enough forces and the user is unable to move while using it.

3. Tempest Kick/Rankyaku: A powerful projectile technique, in which the users start by kicking at very high speeds and strength, sending out a sharp compressed blades of wind that can slice objects and greatly damage a human body.

4. Shave/Soru: It allows the users to move at extremely high speeds in order to avoid attacks, as well as to attack at higher speeds and with greater power, by kicking off the ground at least ten times in the blink of an eye.

5. Finger Pistol/Shigan: A close-quarter combat technique, in which the user pushes their finger into a certain target at a very high speed, leaving a wound similar to a bullet wound. A very useful technique that can connect rapidly and accurately, which works well with the Rokushiki users' impressive speed and agile techniques.

6. Paper Art/Kami-e: It makes the users' body extraordinarily flexible in order to avoid any attacks, float, and bend their body like a piece of paper.

Luz's Haki: A mysterious power that allows the user to utilize their own spiritual energy for various purposes. It can be used to sense people's spiritual energy and predict their actions, give the user a protective coating of spiritual energy, and, for a certain group of "chosen ones", overpower the willpower of others. All living beings in the world are capable of learning Haki; however, most people do not notice it or fail to awaken it.

1. Observation/Kenbunshoku Haki: A form of Haki that grants the user a sixth sense that allows them to sense the presence, strength, and emotions of others, as well as gain limited precognitive abilities.

2. Armament/Busoshoku Haki: A form of Haki that allows the user to use their own spiritual energy to create, in essence, an invisible armor around themself, providing incredible offensive and defensive capabilities. Often comes off as skin turning shiny and black, like metal.

Luz's Weapons:

Oneshot for Inspiration:

Leaving the marines, it was the biggest decision of Luz's life and it was a rather hard decision to adjust too.

Her first problem was manning a ship all by herself, but she managed with her shave technique.

The second problem was that leaving the marines basically made her an unofficial criminal since they didn't like the thought of someone with her strength and potential going against THEIR justice, which means within a week, Luz had her own wanted poster with a 5,000,000 berry bounty on her.

Which leads to Luz's third and most annoying problem, bounty hunters are constantly on her tail to capture her. 5,000,000 berry might have been chump change compared to other wanted criminals like pirates but it was more then enough for upstarts to make a name for themselves.

Or a professional that will take any and all bounties in the sack of "justice."

"Huh!" A man grunted as he clashed his weapon with Luz's tonfa, staring at down at her.

"Commodore Smoker, it's been a while!" Luz shouted as she pushed back, putting distance between her and him.

"Ex-Captain Luz. I see you've kept up your training." Smoker said, a man with white hair, brown eyes, and wearing an open white jacket with brown gloves, dark blue jeans and gray boots. "It's a shame you quit the marines, you were one of the good ones that truly knew justice."

"I can say the same to you, sir, but I couldn't stay after what they did. Allying themselves with pirates only sullies everything they stand for. They're nothing but hypocrites!" Luz said as she held her weapons firmly.

"I understand how you feel but you can't change the world in a day. True justice comes with time, if you had stayed you could've changed it slowly." Smoker said as he pointed his Nanashaku Jitte at her. "It's not too late to come back, you can still be a marine."

"Never! I can never come back after they did nothing to the man who killed my mother, you're superior officer!" Luz shouted at him, jumping into the air! "Moonwalk!"

Luz kicked the air to fly, glaring at Smoker as he sighed sadly but remained firm.

"Very well, Luz. I'll just have to bring you in myself." Smoker said as he produced white smoke, using his devil fruit powers. "White Out!"

Punching towards Luz, Smoker shoots clouds of smoke from his arms to try and engulf her.

"Tempest Kick!" Luz said as she kicked towards the smoke, launching a blade of wind to cut through the smoke and hit Smoker but he turned into smoke to avoid damage!

"White Launcher!" Smoker shouted as he reformed and turned his legs into smoke to fly at Luz while using Armament Haki on his jitte. "Jitte Wild Dance!"

"Paper Art!" Luz shouted, dodging midair as Smoker launched multiple strikes with his weapon. "Finger Pistol!"

Kicking the Jitte away, Luz pointed her right finger out and counted it in Armament Haki and stabbing at Smoker who dodged.

'Her Haki and mine are equal in strength but I can't risk it.' Smoker thought as Luz Moonwalked away to the ground, making him fly after her.

Luz landed on the ground and turned to launch a kick as Smoker reeled his fist back, both coating their limbs in haki.

"Iron Body!/White Blow!" They shouted, clashing their attack before blowing each other back.

"Shave!" Luz shouted as she blitzed to Smoker at high speed, making him raise his jitte to block her tonfa!

Watching from the side was a fellow marine that severed as Smoker's partner, Tashigi. She was a woman with dark blue hair, white skin, blue rim glasses with a matching jacket, light pink gloves, a white Hawaiian shirt, blue jeans, and dark shoes. In her left hand was a sword with a white sheath and red handle.

She watched the battle full of frustration as she wanted to step in and help Smoker but couldn't!

'I want to help him but they're both in a level I'm not on yet. It could get me killed if I try to help.' Tashigi thought as she gripped her katana tightly, gritting her teeth in frustration. 'But I swear, I'll reach that level some day.'

Putting her frustration aside, Tashigi continued to watch the fight between two proud warriors that valued justice greatly. If only one could've stayed, she would've made a valued addition to their team.
