Episode 2: Fighters of Freedom, meet Guardians of Elements

This is the second chapter of XL 12, I hope you enjoy, because I know I am

Somewhere in a forest clearing, outside of Xernia City, a group of Mobians are fighting a bunch of orange humanoid robots, the group consisted of 7 Mobians, a Male yellow 2 Tailed Fox who looked about the age of 13, he had blue eyes, white gloves, goggles, sneakers that are red on the front and white on the back and has 3 bangs, he is currently flying in the air with his tails as he kicks some robots in the heads, only for more to be shooting at him.

Some robots were attacking a female ground Squirrel who seemed to be the age of 19, she has a blue sleeveless vest that covers her crop top black shirt which was also sleeveless, has c cup breasts, her vest and shirt show of her navel, she has crystal blue clear wrings on her wrists she wore blue shorts that showed off her butt, which was 20 inches, blue knee high boots and he hair was short and was crimson, the squirrel had jumped up and kicked a robot back, one of the rings on her wrists glow as a blade appeared and sliced a robot in half, but then robots, designed as bees, surrounded her in the air.

A female pink hedgehog who looked like she was 17, wielding a giant red and yellow hammer, was flattening robots one at a time, she is wearing a red dress with white lines on the bottom of the dress and on the shoulders, the dress was sleeveless, she has d cup breasts, she has 3 big bangs, emerald green eyes, wore red boots with white stripes, gold rings on her wrists and white gloves.

Then smaller robots, with one wheel on them as transportation and designed as ladybugs, rode up towards her and drove around her, causing her to aimlessly trying to hit one of them, which failed, they in-turn had surrounded her, until one of the ladybug robots had been smashed by a female Golden Rabbit which seemed to be the age of 19, that has robotic legs and left arm, she has Pale yellow fur, white muzzle and her eyelids are Violet (and around her eyes), she wore a brown sleeveless vest with a purple spandex bodysuit, which only covered her torso she has c cup breasts, she also wore a cowboy hat, has 3 bangs, her hair tied into a ponytail and had a belt that was holding a lasso, she was wearing a white glove on her right arm, which had a gold ring on it, the rabbit had taken the lasso and started to, well, lasso the ladybug robots, some tried to attack, but only got hit by a lassoed bot, thanks to the rabbit, but more of the orange robots appeared and surrounded the rabbit and hedgehog, the hedgehog had grabbed her hammer again and was ready to fight back.

Some robots, that were designed after crabs, were fighting against a male red echidna who looks age 20 and a female white bat who seems to be also age 20, the red echidna has dreadlocks, white gloves with spikes on his knuckles, has blue eyes, a tanned muzzle, a white crescent moon mark on his chest, his shoes are red with yellow stripe, have metal studs on them and green bands on the ankles, the female bat is wearing a black body suit that only covers her bottom half of her body, she has a chest plate in the shape of a heart that exposes her cleavage which is tanned along with her shoulders, her breasts are DD cup and she has a 32 inch butt, she wears white long sleeve gloves with pink cuffs, thigh high boots with pink socks, the front of the boots toes have a heart each, the boots also have silver heels, she has a tanned muzzle, blue eyeshadow and pink lipstick, her eyes are cyan and her wings are purple.

The echidna and bat destroy the robots, the echidna was smashing them with his fists and he punches through them, the bat flies up and starts spinning, and kicks through the robots like a drill, she kept using her deadly kicks as her and the echidna were now back-to-back as more robots kept appearing, these robots however were more bulky and had metal grey armor with lasers.

Lastly was a male black hedgehog, he looks to be in his 20's, he has upward quills with red streaks, a tanned muzzle, red eyes, white chest fur, red stripes on his arms and legs, has white gloves with red cuffs and gold rings on his wrists, holding the cuffs and gloves together, he has some sort of custom shoes that are white and black with red lining and have small jets underneath and has gold rings on his ankles.

Some robots were surrounding him until he summoned yellow energy in his hand, "Chaos! Spear!" he says in a low but sort of quiet tone, he shoots a bolt of energy at the robots, which destroys some of them, but more take their place, the black hedgehog growls in anger, "Chaos Control!" he shouts as then suddenly a yellow flash appears as he has disappeared, he reappears in midair behind some of the robots as he kicks off one of their heads and punches through one of the other robots' torso, creating an explosion, he lands on the ground and smirks, but he stops smirking as he sees some of the bee robots flying towards him, shooting lasers at him, he dodges the lasers as he runs towards the other mobians, each of them stand next to each other now as they are surrounded in a circle.

"Damn it" the black hedgehog said as the Mobians were ready to defend themselves.

"Tails, what can we do?" asked the red echidna as the yellow fox, now known as Tails, was trying to think of a plan, "I'm not sure Knuckles, I just hope Sonic managed to beat that robot and is heading here now" said Tails as the pink hedgehog got worried, "Oh Sonic, please help us".

As the robots started to close in, suddenly, one of the robots started to let out sparks of electricity, it shook like crazy, it then split apart, showing off its mechanical insides before it then exploded.

The Mobians were in shock and confusion as the robots were just as confused, then suddenly they see a black, blue and red blur spin around some of the robots as they got destroyed, the blur stops to show Velocifaster with his mask down, he then jumps up and starts kicking one of the bulky robots in the torso, he was kicking so fast his legs became a blur, he stopped as the robots torso was dented a lot as it began to spark, which then it exploded, Velocifaster then stood heroically, opened his mask and looked at the group, "Somebody call for a hero?" Velocifaster rhetorically asked with a smirk.

~Opening Intro~

The scene shows a group, consisting of Mobians and humans, 3 Mobians and 2 Humans to be precise, standing on a Hill watching the sunset, one of the Mobians is a Red 2 tailed Kitsune/Fox Hybrid, named XL, as he looks at the device on his left wrist, it looks like a Omnitrix, except for it being red instead of green and the symbol is a X instead of a hourglass.

XL turns to the group as the group nod at him as he then smiles as they start to run down the hill towards an army of Robots and monsters, ready for a battle as the Mobians are suddenly in some sort of armored costumes while the humans changed forms completely.

XL changes into Inferno as he flies up, blasting fireballs at the monsters and robots below, one of the humans, Joshua Olivo, transforms into a Tyrannosaurus Rex and attacks a bunch of robots while the other Human, Casey Animal, with her own type of Xenotrix, transforms into a monstrous anthropomorphic Lizard as she tears through the robots and monsters, Kix used his Nanite gauntlet to transform his fists into 2 giant mechanical fists as he punches at some monsters, Diamond was flying in the air with her Light wings, firing light arrows from her heartbreaker bow at the robots and monsters that can fly.

The scene changes to show the villains, showing from the less strong to the most powerful, the camera shows 6 rows, some Egg pawns and droids on the bottom row, Monsters, Cyborgs and Roboticised Mobians on the 2nd row as they ready their weapons, the 3rd row has some big Badniks with different types of designs, mostly resembling animals or military vehicles and some Hulk sized drones with cannons for arms.

The 4th row shows all types of dangerous creatures, Spike the Gremlin ejects his bone spikes at the camera, Carnage changes his claw into a axe blade, a mutant serpent like creature and many other dangerous creatures, on the 5th row, it shows creatures in some agent like outfits, helmets covering their faces, each of the Agents having their own weapons, Six Six, Seven Seven and Eight Eight ready their weapons towards the camera, Metal Sonic summons electrical energy around him as silhouettes of more mecha Mobians stand behind him with different colors showing what Mobian there designs they are based off, and the final row shows Vilgax in crimson armor with a tattered cape, ready for a fight as the pistons on his arms pump into his arms as his arms grow in muscle strength and endurance and Empress Robotnik in a giant mech full of weapons and equipped with strong armor, but in the background of the 6 rows shows a giant silhouette of a creature with glowing yellow eyes as the eyes make the whole screen flash in a yellow light.

The scene then changes to XL and his team surrounded by monsters and robots until the Freedom Fighters help out, Sonic, Tails, Sally, Amy and Nicole attacking the robots while Knuckles, Bunnie Rabbot and Rouge go against the Monsters as they proceed to attack, XL and his group them start helping out each of the team mates beat the enemies.

STANDING UNITED, AFTER THE FIGHT

The fight continues as Joshua was about to be attacked from behind by a Badnik until a purple blast had struck at, Josh saw this as he sees Twilight and her friends there to help, each using their powers against the foes, Josh and Twilight then both transform into dinosaurs as they charge towards the camera.

ALL ALONE, WE WILL NEVER BE

THE TWO, OF US, ARE HOLDING THE KEY

XL then sees Vilgax and Empress Robotnik charging towards him as he smirks, he activated the Xenotrix as he then charges towards the 2 villains as he then transforms into Gigantosaur, ready for the fight.

WE SEE TODAY, A WORLD WE COULDN'T SEE

BEFORE I SAY GOODBYE TO YOU

ONE MORE LAST FIST BUMP

Each of the teams members pose for the camera, XL stands in center as 12 silhouettes of his alien forms appear counting down from 12 to 1, HydroBlast with #12, Insectoid at #11, Ultra-Tech at #10, SparkPlug at #9, Velocifaster at #8, FireFly at 7#, Steel-Jaws at #6, Sludge at #5, Phantom at #4, Thunder Fist at #3, Inferno at #2 and Dragonox at #1 as then XL shoots a stream of flames at the camera as then it shows he burns a piece of metal that shows the title as a flash occurs as the title is now in color of red as it reads "XL 12".

The group were amazed and confused, amazed that this creature is as fast as sonic and manage to defeat some of the robots so quickly, and confused because they didn't know what that creature is, they then saw Kix and Diamond attack more of the robots, Kix shot out lightning bolts at groups of robots, which they malfunctioned and dropped to the ground, motionless.

Diamond summoned her Heartbreaker Bow as she used her light arrows to shoot down many of the bee robots, which exploded because of the light arrows, Sonic then sped through most of the robots, he spin-dashed into the air and into the robots, which got destroyed on impact, he then ran in a circle around some robots, which created a strong wind cyclone that brought the robots into the air, and then Sonic and Velocifaster jumped up and attacked each of the robots in the air, Sonic with his spin attack, and Velocifaster with his claws and tail, after the robots were destroyed, the group were amazed at how strong these new Mobians and the creature were when fighting with Sonic.

Suddenly, the pink hedgehog ran towards them, she then grabbed Kix in a very, VERY strong hug as Kix looked like he was being crushed to death, "Oh Sonic! I can't believe you just did that! How did you shoot electricity out of your hands?!" questioned the pink hedgehog in a lovey dovey way, "Uh, Amy, I'm right here" said Sonic who was behind her, Amy looked behind her and saw Sonic standing there, she looked to see Kix in her crushing hug, who looked like he was desperately gasping for air, "Can't...Breathe...!" gasped Kix as Amy then gasped also and let Kix go, "I am sooo sorry" she apologized.

Kix gasped for air, "It's...its ok" he said, but then realized who was giving him the death hug, "Wait, you're Amy Rose?!" asked Kix who now had stars in his eyes, "Uh, yeah, thats me" said Amy as Kix was, again, internally screaming.

"Oh boy, now you've gone and done it" said Velocifaster.

"What's wrong?" asked Sonic as Velocifaster then looked at Sonic, "Basically my brother sees you as his idol, not only that, but he basically ships you and Amy together, like hardcore" said Velocifaster, Sonic then chuckles, "Well, that's ok, I mean, me, Amy and Sally are in a relationship" said Sonic.

Just then a yellow lightning bolt flashed in front of Sonic as Kix is now in front of him with a shocked face, "SAY WHAT?!" shouted Kix in complete shock.

"Uh, Sonic" Sonic then faced behind him to see Tails standing by him, "Who are these guys?" asked Tails as the rest of the group were curious as well, "Oh right, well guys, introduce yourselves" said Sonic as Kix shook off his shock as he stared at the freedom fighters.

"Kix Lightning The Hedgehog, at your service!" said Kix as he smirked, trying to act cool after his freak-out earlier.

"Diamond Starley The Cat, a pleasure to meet you" said Diamond, being polite as she bowed to the group.

Velocifaster heard beeping as then a blue flash appears as he is back to being XL, "Xander Flame The Fox, but everyone calls me XL for short" said XL as the group were shocked.

Tails looked at XL in confusion, "How come you have 2 tails? I thought I was the only Fox with 2 tails, also how were you that strange creature?" Tails asked.

"Well, I'm actually part Kitsune, I grew my 2nd tail when I was 10, and as for my form, well" said XL as he was nervous, "Don't worry buddy, we can keep it a secret" Sonic reassured him, XL sighed, "Ok, the reason how I was in that form is because of this" XL shows the Xenotrix to the group, the group was fascinated, except for the black hedgehog, who was suspicious.

"How does that little wristband allow you to transform into the creature?" he asked suspiciously, then Xenix appeared in front of the black hedgehog, "The Xenotrix isn't anywhere near close to looking like a wristband! The Xenotrix is a Level 21 technological device! THE HIGHEST RANKING OF TECHNOLOGY IN THE UNIVERSE!" Xenix shouted, it seemed the AI was a little sensitive about the Xenotrix's look, the dark hedgehog however was a little taken back, since the AI had just practically went ballistic towards him.

"Uh, anyways, mind introducing yourselves?" asked XL as then group then started introducing themselves.

"I'm Miles Prower, but everyone calls me by my nickname, Tails" said Tails, "I build Vehicles and gadgets for the freedom Fighters along with one of our other members, Rotor, he is currently back at the base".

"I'm Amy Rose, which I think you know since, you know" said Amy as she blushes a bit in embarrassment because she almost crushed Kix with a strong hug, "I am one of the strongest members of the team" she said as she pulled out her Piko Piko Hammer and spins it like it was nothing.

(A.N: No one knows what her hammer is made of, and if you watched Sonic X, you know she has a infinite supplies of those hammers and can summon them from out of nowhere, especially when she is pissed off)

"I'm Sally Acorn, I lead the Freedom Fighters against the Robotnik empire, but I'm still the princess of the country" said the Squirrel, now known as Sally Acorn.

"Name's Bunnie, but everyone likes to call me by my nickname, Bunnie Rabbot, nice to see ya fellars, I'm one of the skilled fighters of the team and the only one who can use a lasso to beat those mechanical varmints" said the rabbit now known as Bunnie Rabbot, in a western accent.

"I'm Knuckles, I'm the guardian of the Master Emerald and one of the strongest hand-to-hand fighters in the team, I'm not called Knuckles for nothing" said the echidna, known as Knuckles as he showed his fists had spikes on his knuckles.

"The names Rouge, greatest and most fabulous treasure hunter in all of mobius, I'm also a spy for the team, finding hidden information from the enemy, but that doesn't mean I can't fight" said the Bat, known as Rouge as she had a flirty tone in her voice, "Ain't that right Knucky?", Knuckles blushed as Rouge used that nickname.

"I am Shadow the Hedgehog, the Ultimate Life Form, I am one of the fastest and most skilled fighters of the team" said the black hedgehog, now known as Shadow, he didn't seem like the friendly type.

"Well anyways, maybe we should head back to base, we might get an explanation from Nicole and the others" said Sonic as the group agreed, they started to head back to the freedom fighters base.

Meanwhile in space

The Chimera Wrath was being repaired by many small drones, with multiple appendages, meanwhile inside the broken ship, many Bioids were attempting repairs to consoles, but where Vilgax's throne used to be, now stood a giant pod, it was filled with a sickly green fluid as many mini drones were attempting to repair a mutilated Vilgax, his torso, left shoulder and head remained, his mouth was connected to a breathing tube that was around his head that was attached to the pod, he had scars and blood vessels showing from his injuries, he also had a scar over his left eye, it wasn't deathly as he still had his left eye open.

A Bioid had approached the pod with a pad with crimson digital screen on it, "My Lord, the Xenotrix has been located on the planet below, known as Mobius" said the Bioid.

"We have also discovered that it has latched itself to a Mobian teenager" said the Bioid as Vilgax was clearly mad.

"Curse that Uxoride! She has cost me my body, now the Xenotrix is the hands of a child!" hissed Vilgax, "Send the drone to retrieve the Xenotrix, make sure it also destroys the child who bears the Xenotrix".

"At once my lord" said the Bioid as it went to a console and types in the commands, then a giant object shot out from the underside of the ship as it head towards Mobius.

Back on Mobius, the group had made it to the freedom fighters base, it was actually a giant ship, it resembles a helicarrier from Avengers, but it had different features, its metal plating was white, the top of the base had a logo of Sonic's head on it, and it seemed 3 times the size of a cruise ship, inside the ship were multiple hallways, rooms and much more, the camera then zooms in to the meeting room of the ship, where the group of Mobians had entered it.

There was 2 Mobians already in the room, one of them was a violet walrus, he seemed to be in his 20's, he has a green tool belt around his shoulder, he has white and purple sneakers, yellow fingerless gloves, big tusks, green eyes and a yellow backwards cap with goggles.

The other was a female Lynx, she seemed to be the age of 18, the ends of her ears are black, and her face features a stripe along the bridge of her nose as well as one under each eye. Her eyes are green and she has medium-long black hair with splits at the ends that she wears down.

She is wearing a shoulder-less, sleeveless and purple dress with split tails, decorated with a small broach. She has black pants, white gloves, and shoes, the gloves featuring round gold cuffs while the shoes had silver cuffs and toes.

"Good to see your back, we thought you wouldn't make it back" said the Lynx, she then saw XL, Kix and Diamond, "And who are these guys?" asked the Lynx.

"These are our new friends, XL the Fox, Kix the Hedgehog and Diamond the Cat" Sonic said as he introduced the 3 guardians to them, the walrus walked towards them.

"Nice to meet ya, I'm Rotor, I invent many devices for the Freedom Fighters, along with Tails" said the Walrus, now identified as Rotor.

The Lynx then walked over to them, "Hi, I'm Nicole, I help with most of the missions, providing info and deal with any hackers who try to get at our base" Nicole said, then Xenix appeared in front of them and looked closely at Nicole, "Fascinating, you're an AI that has perfected holographic projection with mass and able to interact with items and objects normal Mobians can" said Xenix.

"Wait, you're an AI?!" questioned the 3 guardians who were shocked, Nicole on the other hand was impressed with Xenix, "Wow, you must have some enhanced scanners to see through my holographic design that fast" said Nicole, then she had a confused look, "But, where is your device? An AI like you should have a device of origin right?" questioned Nicole.

"Well, if you must know, I am Xenix, the AI of the Xenomatrix, the device on XL's wrist" Nicole and Rotor looked to the Xenotrix and looked back to Xenix, "The Xenotrix is the most powerful device in all of the universe, it lets the user transformed into over 1 million alien species" said Xenix as they were shocked to hear this.

Just as Nicole was about to ask more questions, an alarm went off as Tails and Rotor went to some computers while Nicole had opened a digital screen out of nowhere in front of her, Nicole's screen then shows the atmosphere of the planet, it shows a red dot which is slowly heading towards the surface of the planet.

"We got a hostile reading, heading towards Mobius, I can't pinpoint what it is or where it came from" said Nicole in a worried matter, this was obviously something they haven't seen before.

Xenix then zipped over to the digital screen, he examined it before bringing out a screen of his own, he then compared the signal from Nicole's screen with his, he then gets the same reading, he examines further before he then comes with results, "it seems to be heading near Xernia City" said Xenix as he zipped back over to XL.

"Then we have to get there fast!" said XL, before he was stopped by Kix.

"Sorry to break it to you bro, but we still yet to obtain a way to keep our identities secret, and Xenix can't keep deleting footage of you from cameras, people will get suspicious, and what about live witnesses?" said Kix.

"Well, I do have a solution to that problem" said Xenix, "But it will only work for XL, I would need some help, it requires internal data forging and operating the nanomachines in the right way".

"I can help with that" said Nicole as she closed her screen, "Good, Kix, Diamond, you might need to make some makeshift costumes, we are gonna need backup with this one" said Xenix, then her turned to the freedom fighters "We will also need your help, until we finish with the data and nanomachines, you will need to give your best against that hostile" said Xenix.

"Alright then, we'll show that thing who's boss" said Sonic, Tails, Amy, Sally, Knuckles, Bunnie and Sonic then run out as Shadow pulls out a green emerald, "Chaos Control!" shouted Shadow as a yellow flash occurs and he disappears, "How does he do that?!" asked XL and Kix in unison.

"Its Chaos Control, Shadow is basically mastering the power of Chaos Energy" said Rouge, "I guess he is like a Elemental Guardian, mastering his element" said XL.

"What's a Elemental Guardian?" asked Rotor, "Well, I guess I can explain it to you" said XL as Xenix and Nicole started working on the Data and Nanomachines.

"You see, Elemental Guardians are Mobians or Humans that can harness the power of Elemental powers, Fire, Water, Wind, Electricity, Earth and so much more, they help protect Mobius, they stop most of the natural disasters, like dangerous Volcano eruptions, Tornados, Earthquakes, Tsunamis and much more, but there limitations, Elemental Guardians cant use too much of their powers, say if a Fire elemental guardian had absorbed too much fire, they would need to expel it, but if they don't have enough control, they can cause something like a supernova, that's why we have Elemental Masters, who teach mobians and humans with these elemental powers to control them, which then if they gain enough control, they become Guardians, the Elemental Masters protect the Elements, if they are successful, the guardian of their element will take their place when the master steps down or passes away" XL explained as Rotor, Rouge and Nicole listened.

Meanwhile near Xernia City

In the air, Tails Piloted his custom modified Jet plane, its color scheme was of metallic grey, blue tipped wings and a yellow nose cone, it's called the X-Tornado, in it was Bunnie and Knuckles, While Sally piloted a red and white Biplane, the Tornado 2, which had a logo of 2 yellow tails on the side with 'Sonic' on it as well, Amy was in the co-pilot seat while Sonic was riding on the Tornado 2's right wing, they were flying over a forest clearing that was near a campsite, they then saw a flaming object falling towards near the campsite, it crashes, causing a earthquake.

"That must be our hostile" said Sonic as Sally piloted the Tornado 2 near the ground, "I'll go ahead and see what I can do" Said Sonic as he jumped off the wing and ran ahead, leaving a light blue blur.

At the campsite, families of humans and Mobians were running in panic as a giant robot had entered the site, destroying campervans and searching for something, the robot was 3 stories tall, it's body was covered in brownish red and crimson armor, it has 3 legs with crimson metal plates as its feet, it as 2 big bug-like red eyes, black claw like fingers and cannons on its palms.

"~~~~!~~~_~~~!" it screeched as it continued to search for something, Sonic enters the scene and sees the drone, "Woah! Now that's big!" said Sonic as he saw people were in trouble, he then runs ahead and grabs some people and moves them away from the campsite, the drone saw this and tried to scan what Sonic was, but couldn't lock on as Sonic was moving faster than it can see, in the air, the X-Tornado and the Tornado 2 fly in as Tails, Bunnie, Knuckles, Sally and Amy saw the drone, Tails activated some guns on the X-Tornado and began to fire at the drone, however, the drones armor wasn't even scratched, the drone noticed the X-Tornado and aimed its lasers at it, the drone then fired its lasers.

"We got incoming!" shouted Tails as he barrel rolled out of the way, dodging the lasers, Sally did the same as she barrel rolled out of the way from the shot.

Just as the drone was about to fire again, a orange blur sped in front of it, it revealed to be Shadow as he kicked the drone in the face, the drone staggers back a bit but still stands.

"About time you showed up" said Sonic with a smirk as Shadow landed on the ground, the drone saw the 2 hedgehogs and scanned them.

"~~~~~!~~!~~~?" the drone whirred as it then aimed its cannons at Sonic and Shadow, then it got shot from behind by the Tornado 2 and the X-Tornado, the drone looked at the jet plane and biplane and aimed its cannons at them, only to be hit again by Shadow and Sonic.

Meanwhile at the Freedom Fighters Base

A giant hanger door opened to show it had housed the X-Tornado, Tornado 2 and a blue plane with yellow stripes, it was the original Tornado, XL was walking near the edge of the open entrance, he is now in a costume, it is a Red and Blue bodysuit-like armor, his suit consists of a red torso with blue stripes, a symbol resembling the Xenotrix symbol on his chest, the arms are red with blue single stripe on each arm and have blue cuffs with crimson gloves, his legs having blue and red stripes with crimson boots, his tails are also covered, but it didn't show the suit was restricting them at all, it was like his tails wasn't covered, he has a helmet that covers his face, his helmet also covers his ears, but he can still hear, the helmets resembled XL's head, had a mouth piece that looked like XL's muzzle, except it was red, where his eyes would be, was a one way visor, only he can see through it, and people can't see his eyes through the visor, they could only see 2 digital eyes, the same colors as his eyes.

"I'm loving the costume Xenix" said XL as Xenix appeared in front of him "Thanks, I couldn't have done it without Nicole's help" said Xenix.

"You aren't gonna leave us behind are you?" XL turned around to see Kix and Diamond in makeshift costumes, Kix is wearing a Visor of his eyes, a yellow and blue shirt that has a stitched symbol of a lightning bolt on it, still has his green trousers but now wearing knee pads.

Diamond was now wearing a white and pink hoodie, also wearing a sort of visor, her bow is now on her back as she also had black spandex pants with black boots that have hearts on the tips of the boots, much like Rouge's Boots.

"Not bad guys! After this we should get you 2 better costumes though, maybe base them on this type of look" said XL as he activated the Xenotrix, he scrolled through his list until coming up to a silhouette of a creature with wings, at least that's what XL hoped, he then pressed the core down as a red flash appeared.

The camera shows the Xenotrix gets absorbed into XL's arm as his skin then turns a mossy green, while his hand turns into a black claw with 2 fingers and a thumb, the scene flashes white as it shows XL's face, he closes his eyes as then four eye stalks sprung out from the sides of his head, mossy green while the eye stalks eyes were red and have black around them, his face also getting covering in black skin, the camera switches the back view of XL as his body then hunches, his legs split apart to become four insect like legs, his tails also twirl around and fused into one tail as it became a shield shaped black stinger, his back sprouts giant insect like wings, his uniform covers his body but not his legs, arms and stinger, his uniform is Blue with black V shape patterns and a single Red Diamond shape on his chest, his head is now fully black with the eye stalks on the sides of his head, 2 on each side, the Xenotrix Symbol on the front of the head, the Camera zooms out to show XL in his new form as he wings flap very fast, making a buzzing sound every time his wings flapped, then the screen flashes red.

The red flash disappears as Kix and Diamond saw the new form.

"Get on" said XL in a higher but gravelly voice, Kix was about to climb onto him, but then gags as he pinches his nose, "Oh my god! You reek!" shouted Kix as XL looks at him confused, Diamond then also pinches her nose now smelling the horrible stench coming from XL, Xenix appears in front of them.

"He is a Lepidopterran, they are insect like aliens that can shoot a gooey substance that is so sticky, it can prevent almost any being from escaping it when it gets covered in it" Xenix, "But they do indeed have a disgusting stench".

"We don't have time to talk about how I smell, lets go! Sonic and the others need our help" shouted XL, then Kix and Diamond climbed onto him, despite the smell, he then flown out of the hanger and was flying towards the campsite, with Kix and Diamond hanging on tight.

Meanwhile back at the campsite

Sonic and Shadow are trying their best to defeat the drone, Knuckles and Bunnie had joined the fight, but the drone is still attacking them, it has some dents on its armor, but it was too strong, they kept hitting though, Tails, Sally and Amy are shooting at the drone from above, but the shots were barely damaging it.

"Man, this is definitely stronger than other robots we faced'' said Sonic as Shadow got hit by the robot swinging its arm at him, he got sent flying at a broken campervan, as he got out, Shadow started to look really mad as he glowed red!

Sonic saw this and got worried "Shadow chill out! We don't want the campsite to turn into a crater" said Sonic, Shadow then calmed down, the red glow vanishing, but he was still mad towards the drone.

"We gotta think of a plan to take it down" said Tails as he did his best to avoid the drones attacks.

"I got a plan!", The freedom fighters then saw the drone suddenly got covered in green goo, they looked to where the shots of goo were coming from, and they saw a giant green flying insect with Kix and Diamond on it, the green insect was who spoke.

Kix and Diamond jump off and help attack the drone, Diamond grabs her Heart Breaker Bow and summons light arrows and shoots the robot in the left side of its body, sparks fly out as they got a hit on the robot, Kix then grabs a loose cable that is sparking from a damaged truck, he absorbs the electricity and shoots bolts of electricity at one of the robots legs, which shocked the drone as it staggers back.

"Let's see if you can handle Insectoid!" shouted XL, now known as Insectoid, he shot more green goo at the drone, covering its body in it, one of the legs of the drone was being dented a lot by Knuckles with his punches and Bunnie as she does strong jump kicks into the leg, the leg got dented and bent as the drone was now only on 2 legs.

Insectoid kept shooting his goo at the drone, then he saw a news truck pull up, a reporter, a Mobian Doe and a Human cameraman.

"Greetings Xernia City, I am Chelsea Sani and We are live at the scene of a robot attack! The Freedom Fighters are on the site, trying to defeat it" the Reporter said, then a explosion happened near her as Kix was flung there and got up, he absorbed a loose cables electricity as he then shoots it back at the drone.

"There seems to be a hedgehog with electrical powers also on the scene!" she said as then the reporter saw Diamond use her bow and Light arrows while she also formed angelic wings with her light element, she shoots her light arrows at the drones arms, but it wasn't enough.

"And a Angelic Cat Archer" the reporter then saw Insectoid using his stinger to attack the drones head, dealing some damage, "And a Giant Bug?!" Chelsea and the cameraman then ran to cover as they kept recording, Insectoid shot more goo at the drone before hearing a beeping sound, he lands on the ground as a blue flash appears and XL appears, still in his suit.

"Ok, time for a new plan" said XL as his tails got uncovered from his suit, then they suddenly grew larger and the tips of his tails ball up as they start punching the drone, make dents on the chest, XL smirks under his helmet until he sees his tails are now covered in Insectoids goo.

"Aw come on!" shouted XL as he shook the goop off his tails, "That is so gross!"

"The giant bug seems to actually be a Mobian, a Fox a think" the reporter said.

"Time to heat things up!" said XL as he then summons flames around his fists as he then charged at the drone, punching parts that weren't covered in goo, 'If I punch where the goo is, it will only cushion the blows' thought XL as he kept punching, but the drone grabbed XL and scanned him, it saw the Xenotrix on his wrist and scanned it to confirm.

"~~~~~!~~~XENOTRIX~~~!~~!~" screeched the drone as it then threw XL down and aimed its laser at him.

"Back Off!" suddenly, Knuckles and Bunnie jumped in and hit the arm of the drone away from XL, Knuckles punching while Bunnie used her robotic legs to kick it away, Sonic zoomed to XL and helped him up, "Thanks" said XL as Shadow, Kix and and Diamond then approached them, "It's way too strong! How can we beat it?!" Asked Kix, XL was thinking of a plan, then he saw some of the camper vans on fire, the embers from the fire hit some of the Insectoid Goo on the ground, and it suddenly exploded.

XL then looked at the drone and saw one of its legs and its torso was covered in Insectoid goo, then he got an idea, "I got a plan, Kix, Diamond, Sonic, Shadow, Knuckles and Bunnie, go for its legs, I'll get its torso" Sais XL, the others agreed, Sonic, Shadow and Kix go for the leg with goo on it, Diamond, Knuckles and Bunnie attack the other remain leg.

"What are you thinking?" asked Xenix "I saw that fire plus Insectoids goo makes an explosion, so if I absorb the fire around here and shoot it at the torso covered in goo" said XL as Xenix caught on.

"it would cause effective damage to the drone! Nice thinking" said Xenix as XL spread out his arms, "Thanks Xenix" said XL, then he closed his eyes as then all the fire in the area started to swirl around and went to XL's hands, XL started to glow a yellowish-orange as he absorbed the fire.

Kix, Sonic and Shadow attack the leg covered in Goo, Kix caught on what XL was planning and improvised, he shot a bolt of electricity at the goo, the sparks from the electricity landed on the goo and exploded, blowing off the panels, revealing the systems of the leg, Sonic and Shadow then curled up and spin dashed into the leg, causing the systems in the leg to be destroyed, the leg then goes limp and falls, breaking apart, making the robot only 1 leg left.

Diamond then shot 2 light arrows on the leg, Knuckles then grabbed the arrows, using them as handles, he rips off the armor of the leg, revealing its circuitry, Knuckles and Bunnie start ripping stuff out of the leg, well, Bunnie was, Knuckles was just punching the stuff in the leg like pistons and cords, the leg shuts down and goes limp, leaving the drone unable to move around.

The reporter and cameraman watch the scene unfold, XL then stops absorbing all the fire in the area, he then thrusts his hand towards the drones torso, he then shoots a stream of fire at the torso, then a giant explosion occurred, smoke clears to show the inside of the robot was now visible on its torso.

"Yes! It worked!" said XL as the others gathered around him, Tails, Sally and Amy saw the explosion and saw the team had gathered in front of the drone, "What are they doing?" asked Amy as Tails Smirked, "They are gonna finish it off!"

The Drone target the group as it raised its arm at them and shot a laser, XL and Kix thrust their arms out and start absorbing the laser, it split apart, turning to fire and electricity for XL and Kix to absorb, "Diamond, Shadow, take out the eyes!" said XL as he and Kix did their best to absorb the laser, "Got it!" said Diamond as she and Shadow run towards the robot, the robot saw this and raised its other arm to shoot at them, "Oh no you don't!" shouted Sonic as he jumped up and used a homing attack on the drones arm, he attacks the arm while curled up, slicing it's joints that connected the arm to the torso, Diamond flew up using her angel wings and Shadow jumped up, they used Light Arrows and Chaos Spear on the eyes, destroying them, the drone whirred in panic as it stopped using its laser.

XL and Kix glowed brightly, Kix glowing pale yellow and XL glowing Orange "What goes around, comes around!" shouted XL as he and Kix shot their elements together, which formed plasma as it shot at the drone, which exploded upon impact, the Reporter and Cameraman saw this and were shocked, they then ran towards the group.

"We have just witnessed one of the most amazing battles yet! Tell us, who are you 3?" asked Chelsea as XL looked at her and then the Camera, Kix and Diamond next to XL, "We are the Elemental Guardians, ready to help the Freedom Fighters and the world" said XL as Chelsea smiled and stared at the camera, "You heard it folks, we have new heroes, ready to help anyone in-need" said Chelsea as XL, Kix, Diamond posed at the camera, XL having his arms crossed, Kix copying Sonics smirk and rubbing his nose and Diamond showed off her Angel Wings.

Later

XL, Kix and Diamond were in a laboratory as Kix were showing them around until they came across 3 pods, each containing a mannequin with suits almost identical to XL's suit, which he dubbed the Xeno Suit, only these suits where only black, grey and silver.

"This is what I wanted to show you guys, with this, we can make weapons and better suits, we can be the best heroes and Guardians there ever was" explained Kix, Diamond and XL then smiled.

"Alright bro, but remember, we use our powers for good, today was lucky, but we need to be careful with our power" said XL as Xenix appeared next to Kix.

"I can help with programming the the suits, just give suggestions with what designs you want" said Xenix.

"Alright then, but don't make my next suit orange" said XL as Xenix and Kix started working on the suits, "...or Toony!" Said XL as Kix chuckled, "ok then".

Meanwhile

In a living room of sorts, a human teen was watching the news and saw the what happened a the campsite, he is wearing a red shirt with a green Dinosaur footprint on it, blue trousers, black and white shoes, black hair and brown eyes, he saw the Guardians posing at the camera and smiled.

"Now that, is Awesomsaurus!" Said the teen as the camera zoomed out of the room to show a small city.

Meanwhile in space

"My lord, the drone was destroyed, but we managed to find the Mobian, unfortunately, it has hidden its true identity" said the Bioid as he showed a clip from the drones vision before it was destroyed, it showed XL and Kix absorbing the laser.

"So, not only is the Xenotrix in the hands of a child! But the child also has powers of its own?!" Shouted Vilgax as many mini drones tried to cool his temper before he would break off his life support.

"...then we will need more than just drones to use against that Mobian child" said Vilgax as he chuckled as the camera showed the screen of the Xenotrix and XL's suit.

Alien Biology 2: Khoros

Hello viewers, Xenix here, back with more Alien Biology, Today we will be studying the Tetramand, the dominant race of the planet Khoros which have Harsh deserts and Wild Rainforests.

Tetramands, which translates to "Four Arms", consist of red skin, four arms, four eyes which are normally amber, but can be different colour be it from rare occurrence or one of their parents are a different species, they have 2 toes on their feet, they are also very strong with upper body strength, but they don't skip leg day, while it may seem Males would be the strongest, it is actually the female Tetramand that are the strongest, that is why they have made it tradition, if a male of any species defeats a female Tetramand in battle, they will have her hand in marriage.

After winning the hand, the female then visits the parents of her fiancé and also gather four wedding gifts. They have to be something, and I quote, "something severed, something conquered, something bruised and something blue". Wow, the wedding rituals seem pretty bizarre now that I say it out loud.

While it may seem barbaric to others, it's been a tradition since the dawn of time, but this can also be a bit of a problem for others, say if a female Tetramand had been beaten already, but then a new male beats her in battle, it would cause some trouble.

Lucky that the Females are stronger than male Tetramands, if you can't beat the male, then you stand no chance against a princess or a Empress.

The Tetramands have many predators, but most common predators in the Deserts of Khoros are SandCrawlers, Shark like beasts with blade fins that can cut through their prey, their jaws can bite through metal and they travel through sand, in the Jungle, the most common predator is the BoneCrusher, a twin headed creature made of bones with multiple appendages that make it related to another predator called Terroranchula, but we'll talk about that predator some other day.

Since SandCrawlers feed on anything that is on the sand, other predators had evolved to grow multiple limbs to face against the Tetramands.

Tetramands then discovered a metal that can withstand the blade fins and jaws of the SandCrawlers, the Empress of the Tetramands would bring down the predators and it would be a decision to either kill the predators as trophies, or have one as a personal pet or guardian of their temples.

They build their temples as pyramids, some beings believe they are the true builders of the pyramids of Mobius.

For other traditions, Tetramand often solves their crimes, affairs or trivial case through the Tetramand Trial of Combat. Yes, fighting solves everything in this culture! And here I thought Appoplexians were the only ones who solve things with fists, ha ha ha. The triall also acts as a tournament and some other intergalactic courts often used that method.

Tetramands's diets are spicy meats and fried meals, and they can eat x4 more meals than average humans due to their size. Speaking of size, the average height of Tetramand adults are usually 20 to 30 ft tall and are rivals to another species called Vaxasaurian in terms of strength. They can produce sonic blast by clapping their hands hard enough and their strong skin are resilient to fire and laser-based attacks.

The moons of Khoros were actually small planets known as Ize and Rthia. Like ice and earthia? Eh?

Ahem, these moons are home for sub-variant of Tetramand. On Ize, blue-skinned Tetramand known as Articmand (Snow Arms) lives among the arctic and they have their own share of predators but not as lethal as Khoros, my memory bank doesn't seem to have any data on their predators, I guess I'll have to update my systems. The Articmand can resist sub-zero temperature and can focus the ice or moisture to forge durable icicle armors that rivals diamonds and can hit x2 harder then Tetramand, which makes up the strength they lacks.

For traditions, they shares most from their cousins but rather then fighting, they solves their problems with racing and the female are chosen if the male succeeds in warming their blood. I dunno what that means, but I think it's got something to do with arousing and excitement.

On Rthia, the Tetramands are known as Gaiamands (Earth Arms) and they have green skin due to warm sun and greenery. They're in-between the strength level of Articmand and Tetramand, and doesn't have much abilities except they're mastery over seismic ability and can make usage on healing herbs and jungle terrain.

They share the same fighting tradition but often use blunt weapons for battle and prefer to avoid killing. They have very few predators, wow, my creator seems to be lazy with adding data about their predators, anyways, the female can be won if they present them the most beautiful and exotic flowers. Well ain't that sweet.
