A/N: I've decided to focus on Ninja In The Web as I had to skip to the Lizards episode as I thought Naruto would easily handle the previous episodes as I am someone who believes that Naruto especially after the two-year training can easily take out most villains without any chakra and only needing chakra (Or his cloak for the very powerful ones/gets so pissed off and do it for a one-hit knockout punch)

That's why I usually give Naruto a weapon in superhero stories. So I do have a chapter for all but one story written out but needs to be beta'd. Mainly did that as email alerts are down again so wanted to wait for a bit. So after A Fox In Middleton gets updated that will be the focus until it's finished

Shouldn't be super long as I'll probably have to skip one or two episodes or quite a few will be short with Naruto handling them. Plus I like doing the multi-parts as one chapter too. Then the poll will go down at Midnight after A Fox in Middleton's next update (Ch 11) then I'll leave it up for a rotation, taking it down the day after Ch 12 of that story.

Epilogue

Chapter IV

Protest.

Air Nomads take a stand! Korra, Naruto, Mako, and Bolin look to get help to find Tokuga and stop his army before it's too late! But they'll need to get help from an unlikely place. Meanwhile, Tenzin and the Air Nation go to protest at the new Spirit Portal. Can they find a peaceful solution before the military takes drastic measures?

Creeping Crystal's Hideout.

The gang members are cleaning up the mess from Korra's intrusion. One triad member is reading a newspaper. "I guess Raiko's days are numbered. Says here that Zhu Li Moon's running against him."

"… Rumor is, Tokuga got turned into some kind of lizard creature…"

"… I'm tellin' ya, a little soda water will get those bloodstains right out…"

Jargala, who was playing pool, looked up at that. "Keep quiet for a second, I can't concentrate with you all yapping!" The walls start rattling as the glasses at the bar begin shaking. "I said quiet!"

"It ain't me!"

Jargala stood and marched to the window at that, "That better not be the Avatar again!"

A giant blast of fire hits the door from outside, sending Jargala and the Creeping Crystal members falling backward. "AH!"

Tokuga stands outside the blasted doorway and burning hideout with mecha suits and tanks positioned behind him. "This is our turf now!"

"Don't start celebrating yet!"

Tokuga grinned at Jargala. "You should leave while you still have the chance!"

A Creeping Crystal triad member grabbed Jargala's arm and attempted to run out the back. "He's right, Jargala. Let's go! They have us outmatched!"

"For now... I'm not finished with you, Tokuga!"

They turn to run out the back of the building, as the hideout erupts in flames around them.

Spirit Portal.

"General Iroh, look!"

Iroh emerges from one of the tents and looks in the indicated direction, whereupon he sees many members of the Air Nation flying toward the spirit portal on a herd of sky bison, before landing within the perimeter.: What are your orders, general?"

"Don't make a move," Iroh ordered as Tenzin and Meelo dismounted from Oogi and walked toward the general. "Tenzin, I'm sorry, but the president's order still stands. I need everyone out of here immediately."

"Oh yeah? You're gonna have to make us leave!"

"We already discussed this Meelo. This is a nonviolent protest." Tenzin said to his son.

"Believe me, I want to see a peaceful resolution too. Why don't you head back to the island? I'm sure President Raiko will get distracted by some other crisis and call us off soon enough."

"We're not leaving until the United Forces do," Tenzin spoke to Iroh

Iroh sighed and turned to walk away. "Then I guess we're going to be here awhile."

"That's right, keep walking, buddy!"

Creeping Crystal Hideout.

Metalbender cops are on the streets, while Korra, now back in her casual attire, stands on the roof of a nearby building with Naruto, Mako, Bolin, and Lin. "What are we waiting for, Beifong? You have the Triple Threats surrounded. Let's go after Tokuga now."

"We can't. The Triple Threats aren't letting anyone leave their apartments. Tokuga is threatening to turn this neighborhood to rubble if we try to move in." She said to Korra.

"And considering he tried to kill us, I doubt he's bluffing," Mako said from his spot.

Raiko's Headquarters

Raiko is sitting at his desk, reading a newspaper article titled 'Zhu Li Moon announces candidacy for President', which is accompanied by a photo of Zhu Li standing on a podium addressing a crowd of people, while Varrick stands behind her.

"Face it, this election's over. People want a fresh face. A fresh start." Raiko sighed before Wenyan stood up at his desk.

"Zhu Li's a nobody! A former assistant with no campaign experience!"

"But she stepped up to help out the evacuees. People seem to like her authenticity."

"It's all an act! She's been taking advantage of their misery for her gain!" Wenyan explained.

"But while I was cowering during Kuvira's invasion, she was helping the Avatars take down the mecha-giant. She's a hero!"

"No, she's irresponsible! Reckless! Foolhardy!"

"Well, when you put it that way…"

Wenyan smiled at that. "Trust me, when I'm through spinning this, nobody will want to vote for Zhu Li."

At that moment, the council page enters the room. "Excuse me, sir. I have General Iroh on the line. He says the airbenders showed up at the portal and are refusing to leave. It seems you have another crisis on your hands."

Raiko stood up and said, "Not a crisis, an opportunity to change the narrative!"

"That's the spirit!"

Spirit Portal

Tenzin, Meelo, Jinora, Kai, and the rest of the Air Nation are gathered, an unhappy Meelo tugging on the front of his father's cloak. "Daaaad, protesting is so boring. And I'm hungry! Can we go now?"

"No, Meelo. We all must stand together as one." Tenzin explained before kneeling down and gently holding Meelo's shoulders. "President Raiko needs to understand that we're not going anywhere until he changes his mind."

"And how long is that going to be?"

"For a stubborn man like him, it could take weeks, maybe longer."

"You mean we might be here forever...?"

Before Tenzin can reply, a section of the wall is metal-bent down to reveal General Iroh, a metalbender, and Raiko standing behind it. "Airbenders, evacuate this area immediately, or you will be forced out!"

"Raiko wouldn't dare…" Tenzin rises into the sky atop an air vortex. "President Raiko! Draw back the United Forces!"

"You have no claim to the portal. This land belongs to Wonyong Keum."

"And we're here to bring attention to the fact that he intends to misuse it."

"Go back to Air Temple Island," Iroh said to them.

"We won't."

Raiko turned to Iroh at that. "Send in the waterbenders!

"Yes, Sir."

Tenzin dissipates his vortex and descends to the ground, heading toward the other airbenders. "Airbenders, prepare to stand your ground! But no matter what happens, do not retaliate!"

United Forces waterbenders move forward and begin hosing the airbenders with water, who raise their arms to try and protect themselves, while Tenzin uses his body to shield Jinora and Meelo from the bombardment. "All right, you've made your point. Let me call them off." Iroh said to Raiko who glanced over.

"Not yet."

"Sir, the airbenders aren't fighting back. There's no cause for this."

Raiko looks around and glares at Iroh with gritted teeth, before turning his attention back to the airbenders. "Fine. Order the waterbenders to cease. But keep them in position."

The waterbenders stop their attack, allowing the airbenders to regroup. "I fear that was only the beginning. Everyone brace yourselves for whatever comes next!"

At that moment, the ground starts to rumble, causing the airbenders to struggle to maintain their balance, Poki flying off of Meelo's shoulder with a screech. "What now?!"

Another section of the wall is brought down, after which Zhu Li comes forward to stand on one of the fallen pieces of the wall, a large crowd of people behind her. "Everyone, follow me!"

"Zhu Li?"

"What is she doing here?!"

Wenyan brought his hand to his chin at that, "She bought her camera crew? Cunning move…"

Zhu Li and the crowd, which indeed includes a camera crew led by Varrick in his director's uniform, move forward into the fortified area.

Varrick spoke to the camera crew with a megaphone dressed like a 1950s director. "Remember, in a docu-mover, there are no second takes! Make sure you frame the shot so the portal's behind Zhu Li!"

Tenzin shook Zhu Li's hand as she stopped by him. "Thank you for coming. And to convince all these people to join you."

"I'm hoping that when Raiko sees all of us standing together, he'll be persuaded to begin a dialogue about the portal's future." Zhu Li turns to address the crowd, putting herself in front of the portal. "This portal shouldn't be held hostage by businessmen or politicians! It is a symbol of harmony and peace and should be shared by all! We call upon President Raiko to draw down his troops!"

"BRING PEACE TO THE PORTAL! THE PORTAL FOR THE PEOPLE! BRING PEACE TO THE PORTAL! THE PORTAL FOR THE PEOPLE! BRING PEACE TO THE PORTAL! THE PORTAL FOR THE PEOPLE!"

As the crowd chants, Zhu Li and Raiko look around and glare at each other.

Meanwhile, Mako drives a police van through the streets, Bolin, and Korra sitting in the passenger seats of the vehicle. Naruto pulled up beside his motorcycle and swerved past cars. They pull up next to a shabby building with shattered windows. "Beifong got a report that a few Creeping Crystals were seen going in and out of this building," Mako said as Naruto got off and walked up.

"Are you sure about this, Mako? The chief said she didn't want any officers wasting time going after a triad on its last legs." Bolin spoke as he got out.

"Technically, we're not going after them. We're here to get Jargala's help."

Going inside, they saw Jargala sitting on a couch. "So you're here to apologize for falsely accusing me?"

"No, we want to make a deal," Mako exclaimed, arms crossed.

"You know your old turf better than anyone. Are there any old tunnels or passageways under the streets? Ways to move around undetected?"

"Sure, but what do I have to gain by telling the Avatar and a couple of cops all my secrets?"

"Tokuga," Naruto said as she looked at him.

"You want to help me get revenge?"

"Don't care, just need to stop him," Naruto said as Jargala took a moment to think about it, before dropping the piece of a green gem into a flower pot containing a plant.

"Do you know how my triad first got its name?" The gem begins to grow over the plant. "From jennamite, the original creeping crystal." The jennamite has now covered nearly half the plant. "When it comes into contact with organic matter, jennamite starts to grow and grow…" The jennamite completely covered the plant as she looked up. "… Until there is no escape."

She stands up and looks at Naruto, determined. "Tokuga's about to discover why the Creeping Crystals were once the most feared triad in Republic City."

Underground.

Tanks and mecha suits stolen by the Triple Threat Triad are patrolling the streets. Beneath them, Naruto, Korra, Mako, Bolin, and Jargala make their way through an underground passage, Jargala in the lead, lighting the way with a glowing piece of jennamite. "Some of these passages are as old as the city itself... This way."

"The only building large enough to house a couple of stolen airships is the abandoned Earthen Fire Refinery. Tokuga has to be there." Mako said as they continued walking before coming to a ladder.

"This should take us straight to Tokuga."

They quickly get up and start attacking the Triple Threat mecha suits as a Creeping Crystal member strikes one with an earth pillar to the chest; Jargala, Mako, and Bolin fight another with jennamite, fire, and a lava shuriken, respectively; and Korra and Naruto blows back a third mecha suit with airbending.

Tokuga narrows his eyes at the sight of Korra and vaults over the edge of the railing. He moves to follow them but looks around in surprise when he feels the ground rumble beneath him. Seconds later, Jargala uses her earthbending to shatter the floor beneath him, sending him to the ground and making him drop his hook sword.

"Guess you missed your flight." She then bends a small piece of jennamite at him. "Catch!"

Tokuga catches the jennamite with his human hand and grins up at Jargala, unimpressed. "Ha. You're gonna have to earthbend a lot harder than that."

"It's time you learned..." She said as the jennamite started growing around Tokuga's hand, weighing it down and sending it falling to the floor, whereupon the jennamite attached itself to the ground and moved up Tokuga's arm. "...Don't mess with a Creeping Crystal."

Tokuga strikes the jennamite with his tentacle arm, shattering it and forcing Jargala to cover her face as the jennamite shards fly around. His hand free, Tokuga leaps to his feet and grabs his hook sword, before jumping back onto the metal platform and hooking an overhead pipe with his sword.

"I'd love to stay and finish this -!" He uses his hook sword and tentacle arm to swing along the ceiling toward the airship. "But my ride's leaving!"

Swinging off outside, Tokuga reaches for the airship's gondola with his tentacle arm, grabbing hold of it and pulling himself in. "Mako, Bolin! We have to follow that airship!" Naruto yelled running up to them as he took out a member by slamming his head on the ground with a stomp.
