Chapter 21: This Ain't No Saint's Row

Isaribi finished brushing her hair as she looked at herself in the mirror. The trio had agreed to each make an outfit to wear while dealing with one of the gangs. It was something to make combating them a bit of fun for them. For today, they agreed on dealing with the wannabe Saints. Thus, Isaribi wore a black and orange 'No.13' basketball jersey, black baggy cargos with a studded orange belt, her fingerless gloves, orange Heat hi-tops, two silver necklaces around her neck, a pair of black Eris hi-tops, Saint's purple lipstick, Saint's Purple nails, a black bandana around her head, and a pair of black sweatbands around her upper biceps that sported a fleur-de-lis in green.
While she did not do it for her outfit, she had gotten her hairstyle changed last night to have her hair long with a ponytail that branches off into multiple flocks, while a side fringe of hair waves freely in front of her face. She left her apartment getting into her Infernus before speeding off for TF HQ.
Naruto looked upon himself in the mirror at his Tahitan apartment, smirking. For his 'Saints Outfit', he wore an open orange buttoned silk shirt over a white undershirt, black silk pants, black leather boots, a belt with a gold-plated buckle, gold-rimmed glasses with opaque black square lenses, a black bandana tied around his right arm that sported a green fleur-de-lis, a pair of two gold necklaces on his neck, gold earrings, a gold bracelet in his right hand. He slipped on his fingerless gloves.
"I make a good looking Gat." Naruto said before looking at the time. "Well, better go…"
He took off getting on Zombie as Yara was the last to get dressed. She opted to wear a slate gray camisole, light orange bell bottom jeans with dark orange flowers on it, a silver chain belt, black canvas sneakers, a blue and black USLA letterman jacket wrapped around her waist, a orange bandanna around her hair, a black spiked choker necklace, red lipstick, a single silver stud piercing below her lips, silver bangles on her right arm, a studded wristband on her left arm, two rings on her left hand.
Her goal was to look like an Asian Shaundi and even got her burgundy hair down as chest-length dreadlocks. She took off for her motorcycle before racing off for headquarters. The three arrived at the office whereas Yara was the one to pick up breakfast for everyone.
"I've grown fond of breakfast burritos." Yara said, tossing Naruto and Isaribi their food.
"You pull off Shaundi well." Naruto said. "I'll pull off Gat."
They entered the building and went right up to their office. Nora greeted them before pointing to the meeting room citing their markers were available. In the meeting room, there were three glowing marquees. Saint's Row is styled with a circle with the gang's emblem in them and in said gang's color. The three went to the marquee with the Saint's fleur-de-lis and started their first mission.

The three found themselves in the meeting room as Fu was there with a diagram as everyone was here except for Nora, Deja, Choji, Mirabel, and Shikamaru. Naruto and Isaribi noticed that the new fish were trying to wear something in orange. For Jabari, it was an orange armband. For Molly, a burnt orange track jacket with Tidal Fox's logo on it. For Ruth, an orange bandana around her neck. Fu was setting up a diagram with several game pieces.
"So Fu, what do you have for us?" Naruto asked.
"This is how we're going to start fucking up the Wannabes. Yes, I refuse to call them Saints." Fuu said positioning some pieces. "Oh, and Fuu now with two u's."
"This should be good." Isaribi said interested.
"They got a stake in the Be Lucky casino. I think hitting their biggest money maker is a sign we're not to be fucked with." Fuu said confidently. "Plus, I made a friend on the inside through Vanessa. Now Vanessa told me the owner's trying to sell but can't due to the Wannabes having a grip on through blackmail. I got someone working on getting that blackmail. So all you have to do is split into two teams. One will go in and trash the casino and kill the fakers posing as security. The second team goes after the Stockade that has the cut of the profits for the Saints. On Fridays, they move a truck to deliver that cut to the leaders. It always leaves at 9 in the mornings. Vanessa's on driving duty. If you can get there early enough, you could sneak around and jack the truck before it leaves."
"Time's 8:30. Let's move people." Naruto said as everyone got up. "I'll handle the casino trashing with Yara and Jabari. Ladies, you're with Isaribi on pickup."
"Here. This burner phone has everything you'll need to rob the place." Fuu said, giving him a flip phone with a piece of paper wrapped around it. "The security number is on that paper and the phone is synced to a bomb. When you're done, dial the number and blow up the security system."
"Ok, people! Let's move it." Isaribi said.
Everyone left the office for their respective vehicles. Though given that Jabari, Ruth, and Molly came by cab…they had carpool with others.
"So I never got the deal with you and those girls. Is it a poly thing?" Naruto asked as he drove with Jabari.
"It is." Jabari said sheepishly.
"How's that like?" Naruto remarked.
"I wouldn't complain. I love them both…in a way they saved us like I saved them. It was just us against the world, you know?" Jabari mused. "Wouldn't trade it for anything."
"I can respect that." Naruto said before turning on the radio.
Everyone managed to arrive there five minutes before nine, so Naruto opted to help Isaribi as everyone snuck around back only to see Vanessa loading the Stockade by herself.
"So you're leaving me to handle all this money alone…." Vanessa said, looking at her phone to see a text. "I don't know what makes it more insulting…the fact she's probably going to wake up in a ditch or the fact she has the gall to have a timed message for me saying to cover for her."
She looked up to see Isaribi before giving the signal that she was alone. Naruto and his team went back to the front.
"Isa, been far too long. We can talk when we secure this thing." Vanessa said as Isaribi tossed Ruth the keys to her car.
"You're on gunner." Isaribi said as she got in the Stockade with Vanessa.
Molly noticed a car, a convertible Dewbauchee Rapid GT with the windows down. She walked up to see the cars still in the ignition. Given the gang colors, it had to belong to one of the gangbangers inside.
"Well, they're not going to be alive much longer." Molly said, getting in.

As the B Team was leaving, the A Team got bandanas around their mouths and readied their weapons. They burst in with Jabari firing into the air as Naruto and Yara got their mission prompt as the Saints descended on them. Within the building, there were twenty guards and not a lot of civilians.
"Allow me." Yara said, swapping to her minigun. "I got bullets to spare."
"Ah sh-"
She fired a torrent of bullets ripping through several Saints, people, and gambling machines. Naruto wasted no time going for the security door with Jabari.
"Damn, she's using that kind like a champ." Jabari said as he shot a Saint with a Tec 9. "I'm impressed."
"She's built different." Naruto said using the fallen Saint's hand to enter the code before it clicked. "Even still, you should help he-"
Naruto was cut off by Jabari taking the Micro-SMG off the dead Saint and shooting dead the Saint in front of Naruto…before whirling on the one behind him in mere seconds.
"Jabari." Naruto said, stunned. "Well done."
"I was trained by the best." Jabari stated before tripping up a Saint and shooting him dead.
"I believe you." Naruto said as they moved in. "And now there's only about eight of them left."
They found two Saints with the owner.
"We'll protect you."
"About that." The owner said before shooting the two Saints in the back of their head.
"I know what you two are here for. Side note, thanks. Safe's open." The owner said before leaving.
By the 'System', Naruto was guided to the vault which was left open. Jabari had a backpack ready to load the cash in. Naruto's earpiece hummed.
"Got 'em all." Yara said. "Ready to clear out?"
"Yeah." Naruto said before using the burner phone to activate the denotation. "Clear out."
Jabari and Naruto went out the back door while Yara went out the front as the explosives went off wrecking the whole place. There were several cars around belonging to the Saints as Naruto got the key to a Benefactor Feltzer that he tossed to Jabari.
"Consider that a bonus." Naruto joked as he got in his Infernus. "Let's clear out!"

Up at a cliff in the Chiliad Mountain State Wilderness, Vanessa had them all come to a stop on a dirt road before they all got out.
"Ok, that's far enough. Take the money, load it into the other cars, and then push this thing off the cliff. I need to call 'my boss' to sell that I got attacked." Vanessa said as Isaribi, Ruth, and Molly got to pushing.
Vanessa could have called the boss, but had a much crueler idea. She called Kevin, knowing the lieutenant was useless most mornings.
"Ugh, hello…"
"It's Vanessa, we got a problem." Vanessa remarked tersely.
"I thought you were on birth con-"
"That's not the issue! The issue is I got jumped before I could deliver the payment from the casino." Vanessa said annoyed. "Plus, I didn't even sleep with you!"
"Oh…OH! Shit, what happened?" Kevin said, a bit more attentive.
"I got jumped and found myself stuffed in the car. They left it to roll down the road off a cliff…if I hadn't got out in time." Vanessa said before the car exploded from the fall and the explosives that were put inside it. "I'd be dead."
"Shit…at least you're not dea-"
"Fuck you." Vanessa snapped. "I'm pretty sure they'll attack the casino…shit, my phone's dying. I need to lay low…but you will have to explain to the boss why the casino is in shambles."
She hung up.
"So what's the plan now?" Ruth asked.
"Drop me off at the highway so I can call a cab. I'll head for home." Vanessa remarked.
"And as for after that, we're all heading back to base." Isaribi said as Ruth was about to return the keys. "Nah, you can have it."
"But it cos-"
"I stole it from the mall. They have a bunch of them and some Blazers on display." Isaribi mused. "But I got it resprayed and junk, so there's no issue. Plus, I can count that as part of your pay."
"Joke's on you, considering I stole this car. This is my spoils." Molly joked.

Palesa was in the middle of class only to get a text from Eli that there was an emergency. Groaning, she left the classroom. Considering that the teacher recorded lectures, she could stand to leave early. She called up Eli.
"What happened, Eli?" Palesa asked.
"We got robbed. Or more specifically, the casino we have a stake in got robbed. Apparently, so did the truck with the money for our stash." Eli said as Palesa balked.
"WHAT?! How?!" Palesa exclaimed.
"Apparently, someone left the driver of the money alone. She got jumped…and the person who was supposed to be helping her is nowhere to be found….never mind, she's in jail" Eli said bitterly.
"What the hell for?" Palesa asked.
"Apparently, she woke up pantlesses in a police station." Eli said dryly.
"How the fuck do you-Fuck it, which station?" Palesa asked.
"Mission Row." Eli said as Palesa groaned.
"Home to the Gang and Narcotics Division. Ok, get her bailed out asap." Palesa said.
"Already did. She's on her back to campus." Eli said. "This will set us back a fortune. I hope you have a plan."
"We still got other ops, and we got the owner in our-"
"We don't have that. The owner managed to sell the place off and call for insurance. Interfering would expose us…, but we never hope whoever did this isn't aware of our other casino." Eli said before hanging up.
Palesa angrily shoved her phone in her pocket knowing her plan to get that nice house with a pool was now on hold.

As Tidal Fox arrived back at the office, the world turned gray briefly for the 'protagonists' as they were greeted by an SR-styled mission complete screen.

[Homies Gained: Vanessa, Jabari, Ruth, and Molly]
There was an explanation that the hood was now considered Tidal Fox 'turf' and that there three businesses there they could now purchase. They were warned not every mission would supply turf or a business. The world returned to normal.
"I assume the mission was a success." Nora said as they nodded. "Good, I'll take that."
She took the backpack of cash from Jabari.
"This will go straight into investing considering this money's dirty. I looked into some things and there were three businesses up for sale in Mirror Park. The file is in Naruto's desk." Nora said.
"Can we use the money?" Yara asked.
"No, you'll have to pay with your own funds. This is going into office funds, namely the new CEO accommodations that SecuroServ gave to you at a discounted price." Nora said before laughing. "But I know it's an excuse for them to take this money."
"So they want the casino money, but not the stash?" Ruth asked.
"Yes, the cash that was for Saints is for you all to split." Nora said before going to the elevator. "I'll need to make this delivery, but your accommodations can be accessed through your office. Living space for your needs."
"Wait, what about me?" Yara asked.
"Yes, there's also a new and improved lounge for you all to hang out in." Nora said, pointing to the door for it.
"Before you go, Nora. I want it to be known that Jabari Reznikov is officially recognized as a Kobun. He's earned it." Naruto said.
"I agree that he should be fully welcomed as a Kobun. Though I suppose we should do the same for Molly and Ruth." Yara said. "Isaribi?"
"A bit fast, but we'll take a risk. I did a bit of digging on you three. I happen to be friendly with the Grove, so any ally of the Grove is a friend of mine. As for you Ruth, I can respect a fellow lone wolf. And Molly, quite frankly, you need a group you can call home. And this is yours." Isaribi said. "So all three of you are now recognized as Kobun."
"I guess I'll run the paperwork and get them a kit." Nora said with a chuckle.
"No, go on ahead. We'll split up the pay and they can wait in the new lounge." Naruto said as Nora left.
Everyone else moved to the new lounge to which the CEO 'protags' got a notice that they can buy staff for the lounge by way of their computers. Yara got the notice that as a VIP, use of the vending machines were free. The lounge was fairly basic. A modest-sized television, couches, cabinets with a setup for a sink and microwave, vending machines, a radio, and a few tables. A deck of cards lay on one table.
"It's a work in progress. So how much cash was for the Saints?" Naruto asked.
"Vanessa took a cut, but it amounts to 450k." Isaribi said putting the money on it. "For the Kobuns, 54k split between the three of you. That's 18k each."
Isaribi paid them.
"Remember this pay isn't what you'll get all the time…it'll be in flux depending on what mission you join us on. The work you can take up on your own through the organization will be a bit more consistent." Isaribi remarked before taking the bag with the rest of the cash. "Do wait for Nora to return to run you through some things. I have to have a meeting with my fellow head honcho."
"But Jabari, let's hang out sometime. I really do need guy friends." Naruto said sheepishly as Jabari laughed.
"I know the feeling. You already got my number." Jabari said as the trio left.
"Holy shit, 18k and a promotion." Ruth said jovially. "Plus the nice car."
"At least it covers paying to repaint them." Molly mused before turning on the television. "But right now, I want to chill out."
As the poly trio sat down to watch television, Naruto set 54k aside for Fu's payment before they divided the rest evenly netting them 115,333 dollars. It was then they noticed that the mission markers for the other two gangs were there, but not the one for the Saints. Then, Naruto's phone rang to which he answered with it automatically going to speakerphone.
"Mr. Uzumaki, I've heard a lot about you. I assume you're with Ms. Umi."
"Who is this?" Isaribi asked.
"A friend of Fuu's and someone interested in working for your organization. Me and Vanessa have formed a bit of a plan to leave egg on the face of the Saints. It'll be the chance for me to see you're as good as Fu and Vanessa claims. Meet Vanessa at the Los Santos Country Club in Richman, you'll need two cars…and you'll need a team of four to do this. I'll be watching."
She hung up on them as their mini-maps updated with the mission marquee mapped to be at the golf club in Richman. It would then come with a message from the System citing they could only to two gang missions a day per each gang.
"So that's about six missions we can do a day?" Yara asked.
"Eh, we may as well…do and get it done before lunch. Seeing Lamar's next job lined up." Naruto said.
"I also see something from the cab depot to do." Isaribi remarked before they closed their mini-maps.
"But, should we look into the businesses we can buy?" Yara asked. "I have to admit I'm actually excited to own something. A bit of legit business, you know?"
Naruto took the file off his desk before showing it to the others.
"Mirror Fashion…sells hippy clothes and even stuff from 'On the Rag', Mirror Park Tavern, and Reflex Nails." Naruto said, listing them off. "I want the tavern."
"Ok, I'll take the clothing store, having a place for discounted clothes will be rather handy. Even if it's hipster clothes." Isaribi said. "First turf we get…it's hipster land."
"What's a hipster?" Yara asked.
"The postmodern hippie. May as well call them hypocrites." Isaribi joked. "I guess that means you get the nail salon, Yara."
"Great…" Yara said dryly. "Next time, I get first pick."
Everyone got ready to leave with the CEOs deciding to check out their new 'safehouse' later among other things. As the three were on the ground floor, their personal cars were on the street.
"What about that IAD lady?" Isaribi asked.
"Yugito? Shit, we should look into that. Tonight." Naruto said as she nodded.
Naruto got in his car while both Isaribi and Yara got into Isaribi's FMJ.
"We'll grab up the business and meet at the club." Naruto said, getting nods before he took off.
He called up Mirabel.
"Naruto, hey. I just finished registering for classes online." Mirabel mused. "What's up?"
"I need you for a job. Where are you now?" Naruto asked.
"Mirror Park. I swear the people around here keep asking where I get my clothes." Mirabel said.
"Oh that's perfect, I'm on my way to invest in something. Meet me at the Mirror Park Tavern." Naruto said before hanging up and hitting the gas.
Mirror Park. The home of hipsters and gentrified home…he could smell the coffee and hear Issis blaring Mirror Park Radio. He arrived at the tavern and saw it was a rather small place with a fenced parking lot next to it. He parked and walked to the front seeing a glowing 'For Sale' marquee next to it. He walked up to it, accepted buying it for 50 grand, and got a message from the System.

He entered it seeing the atmosphere was rather chill as the bartender was if a goth and a hipster had a kid. It surprised Naruto to hear the guy speak, who sounded upbeat.
"You must be Naruto, the new owner. Dude, this place is like a second home for me and you saved it from those vultures who own up most of the land there. The name's Cadell." Cadell said, shaking Naruto's hand. "Let me call the staff over."
"You own the place?" Mirabel said coming out of the bathroom. "Since when?"
"A few minutes ago." Naruto snarked as the staff came out.
"Jesse aids with drinkmaking and Dina cooks some of the dishes on our menu." Cadell said.
The two were slightly younger than Naruto expected…though old enough to be working in a bar. Ironic that you have to be 18 to work in a bar but 21 to drink any of the booze sold.
"Seems Dina's just about ready to pop." Naruto joked citing the pregnancy.
"Yeah, it's going to be any day now. It's our first time to be parents." Jesse said sheepishly. "So we'll have to cut our hours down."
"Don't fret. I was going to add staff. At least two more and security. I'll also be looking over everything." Naruto mused as Cadell pointed him to the office. "Thanks."
The office was small, but had a small locker and cot inside it aside from the usual stuff. Naruto got on the computer to work on looking through several things. First things first was getting employees which was easy enough, thanks to SecuroServ. The only thing Naruto had to pay for was security to guard the place which cost him $6000 grand. Then there was $20000 put towards cosmetics stuff for customization and increasing the pay for the staff. At least SecuroServ handled payroll.
Nearby, Yara got a similar message to Naruto after buying Reflex Nails. Soon enough, her and Isaribi were in front of Mirror Fashion as Isaribi went up to the 'For Sale' marquee before going up to pay for the place.

Isaribi walked in with Yara to be greeted by the cashier. Naruto arrived with Mirabel not long after.
"You own a clothing store?" Mirabel said eagerly.
"Yeah, you need a day job because TF members are welcome to do shifts for any of our businesses." Isaribi remarked.
"I could use a day job." Mirabel said eagerly.
"Good, you can start after you change. We got a job to do…and you can use my discount." Isaribi said.
In a few moments, Mirabel would be walking out wearing an off-shoulder white Interlock top under a black studded cropped leather jacket, blue denim shorts over black leggings, black canvas shoes, a white scarf around her neck, a white saggy beanie on her head, and orange hipster glasses. Yara got herself a white LED watch with a gold strap.
"Well considering the Saints are a gang of college students, hipsters, and rich little shits…you'll blend right in." Naruto joked as she got in Naruto's car.
Isaribi got back in the car with Yara as they all drove over to the Los Santos Country Club. Much to the relief, they could agree the mission marquee from their cars.
[LS Saints - Torching the Deck]
They spotted Vanessa working on her Penetrator while being watched by two nearby Saints leaning on their Comets.
"That's a sweet ride, V." The first one said.
Vanessa sighed.
"Who does your custom work?" The second one asked.
"I do it." Vanessa remarked. "Most of it."
"Nah, that spoiler work looks like Hao's." The first one said.
"Underglow looks like Ri-"
Vanessa cut off the second one asking if they had better things to do only for the second one to panic mumbling that he had class. The two guys got in their cars and drove away as Vanessa sighed.
"Assholes." Vanessa muttered as Naruto and Isaribi rolled up. "I swear we're not going to kill these bastards fast enough."
She saw them and walked over to them.
"Aside from the macho bullshit and the hipster bullshit, I've been sifting through the lot of it. The Saints are pissed about the casino being robbed. So much so, they put a few of their sub-lieutenant on run to guard a Packer truck transporting several sports cars. We were going to have you steal them and plant bombs, but given the added security, just torch it. Make sure it never arrives at LS. It's on the Senora Freeway…now get out of here before someone sees." Vanessa said.
Objectives shown and with the blips on their mini-maps, they took off leaving Vanessa to sat on the hood of her car before her phone rang. It was her father. Now that the phone was no longer bugged, she answered.
"Hey father, I know a lot to explain. I'll try to tell you everything I can." Vanessa said.

On the freeway between LS County and Blaine County, a MTL Packer was driving loaded with six sports cars in the back. Surrounding it were four Banshees bearing the Saints' colors.
"Bro, I'm starving. Can we please stop for burgers?"
The sub-lieutenant was getting this complaint from all his subordinates. Thad's own stomach growled given that the boss's orders forced him to miss breakfast. Then he saw the text on his phone.
"Fine, we can stop for burgers, backups on the way to guard the truck. Let's be quick about it." Thad said as the four made a turn for the truck stop.
They were all unaware Tidal Fox's first objective was to fight said 'backup' on the way. Further down the road, a firefight raged. Mirabel winged one Saints with a shot to the chest before running up and driving a knife into the Saint's neck. Icily, she shoved the revolver up the Saint's jaw before blowing a hole through it and…the skull.
WHUMP!
"Holy shit, she killed Luigina!" A Saint said before Isaribi sliced her head clean with her katana.
"A Katana? You don't bring a sword to a gunfight!" Another Saint lining up a shot with his shotgun only for it to be sliced in half by Naruto's katana. "Shit!"
BLAM! Isaribi blew the chump's head with her Sweeper Shotgun. Two tried to flee for a car only to get mowed down by Yara's AK.
Mirabel took up the money and weapons off the fallen.
"You can keep the cash." Naruto said as Mirabel took up the keys to a Ruiner.
"Damn, I have not seen one of those in ages. I used to love riding around LC in those." Isaribi said nostalgic as Yara took up the guys for a Declasse Drift Tampa.
"Guess we'll torch the re-SHIT, I see the truck coming up!" Yara said.
Both Naruto and Isaribi whipped around swapping to their rocket launchers firing it one handed at the truck trying to break only to meet its end in a fiery explosion alongside the sports cars. Of course the recoil did hurt their arms as they winced from the pain.
"Worth it." They muttered.
The world went gray for the three again.
[Torching the Deck - Mission Complete! Cash: $1,500 RP: +1000]
The world returned to normal, but got a notice that they were limited to two gang missions a day per gang with 'Strongholds' being an exception.
"Let's get out of here." Naruto said before they got into their cars.
Naruto left some grenades to blow up the remaining car before everyone raced away.

Thad was full. Everyone was happy as they left the truck stop as he was on the phone with the Boss.
"Boss, what do you mean you can reach the back-Oh shit!" Thad said before hitting the brakes seeing the wreckage. "Uh, boss….I think I know why you can't reach them."
The screaming from the Boss got him to hang up before driving along as he had a meeting to get to. As for Tidal Fox, Mirabel made sure that the car she got was repainted and given to Fu. Naruto and Isaribi decided to take the rest of the day off to recover, deciding to leave the other missions for another day. Yara was on her own and she went to the nearest gun store to restock on ammo, get a Rocket Launcher, and get her brass knuckles personalized. Best 20 grand she spent before looking at her mini-map.
There was one of those mentioned 'Stronghold' missions and drove to that spot on the map which took her downtown to Pillbox Hill in front of a hotel. She got out of the car walking up to the mission marquee before triggering it.

Yara's phone rang and she answered to hear a voice that Naruto and Isaribi knew, but not her.
"I was expecting Uzumaki or Umi, but you'll do." MC said. "I'm MC, the guy who briefed your friends on the matter of their organization. I got a job for you to aid in that organization and put a dent in the Saints. You are now in front of Hotel Wisdahl. Owned by the Wisdahl family, crooked bastards. The third floor has a secret illegal casino hidden in the basement run by the Saints. Go in, wreck the place, kill all the Saints there, and I'll deal with the cameras. There will be an employee waiting to show you where it is."
He hung up as Yara looked up at the building and decided to make a call.
"Ruth? You busy?" Yara asked.
"Depends." Ruth mused.
"I got a job, meet me in front of Hotel Wisdahl on Pillbox Hill. And yes, bring Jabari and Molly." Yara said before hanging up.
She did not have to wait long as they pulled up in their cars which all resprayed with little decals.
"Yara, where's our Oyabuns?" Ruth said before awkwardly asking if she pronounced that right.
"To be fair, I'm not Japanese. Filipino actually." Yara said. "But let me tell you what we're doing. The Saints have another casino, this one illegal. We're going to trash it and waste those fools."
"Good thing we went to Ammu-Nation." Ruth said as the four walked in.
Channel X was playing over the speakers as Yara quickly found the guy who showed them the way down before leaving. They noticed the hotel had an attached store, On Thin Ice.
"So hear me out, let's get some glasses." Ruth said. "If we're going in blasting, I want to look cool while I'm doing it."
Everyone purchased a pair of trooper shades which were basically reasonably priced aviator shades. They were down the stairs to see two Saints guarding a door.
"Hey, private party-"
That Saint did not finish his sentence before Yara shanked him with her switchblade. The second one got his head bashed by a bottle letting Yara sink the knife into his neck. Molly and Ruth happily took up the machine pistols so they could dual wield. Yara saw the new objective to cause $100,000 in damage and kicked open the door before getting out the Rocket Launcher getting people inside to turn silent with the only sound being the machines and the music over the speakers.

People froze before their survival instinct kicked in to get the hell out of the way as gambling machines exploded sending bits of metal and money flying everywhere.

Jabari opened fire with his AK as Saints sprung into action to defend the place. He noticed on any video arcade machine in his sights.
"You fucking bastards!" A Saint screamed, firing her pistol at them. "The Saints own Los Santos."
"Every other gang in this city begs to differ!" Ruth said, firing several bullets into that mook before kicking over a craps table.
Molly snatched a bandana off a dead Saint and snatched a big bottle of vodka to make it into a makeshift Molotov that she flung at a group of people near the video arcades before shooting it to make it explode. The poly trio took cover while Yara decided on a pragmatic approach, using a human shield. Switching to her SMG, she mowed down the last of the Saints in the room before shooting the human shield dead.

With the place trashed, the next objective was made clear…the counting rooms. Yara gestured for them to follow as she switched to her Carbine Rifle. She kicked open the door, accidentally killing a Saint who fell over dead.
"What a shame." Molly said. "But he went quickly."

They noticed that the remaining two people inside were unarmed.
"We're just the managers of the racket, man." The first one said. "You could spare our lives, please…I got a family to support."
"Look into my eyes." Molly said as the shaking potential victim looked Molly in her eyes. "I don't see any bullshit…"
Yara was given the choice and she decided to act on it.
"Open the safe, take a bit of the profits, and you'll be free to go." Yara said. "But you'll want to be out of town by the end of the day…"
They were quick to comply and quick to leave. Yara looked at the safe to see there wasn't a lot of money left.
"Want me go af-"
"No, our goal was to trash the place. Besides, they left the cash boxes. 11 of them." Yara said as they got to opening them.
In total, $9000 was split between the four of them. With the objective changed, Yara let her party back up to the first floor. She came expecting reinforcements only to see said reinforcement get hit by a drunk driver.
"Well…that was convenient." Ruth said awkwardly.
Hearing sirens, Yara saw the objective was to leave the area and she told her friends it was time to make their leave. She led them away to the nearby parking garage as the wanted stars faded and she'd receive a phone call from MC.
"Well done. Don't worry about the hotel, that'll be dealt with." MC remarked. "As for your friends, I had a box left nearby with their pay. Pleasure doing business…" MC said hanging up.
Yara found the small box before opening it to find $24,000 to which she split for the three to get paid before the world went gray again.

Sure, there were no businesses to buy on that turf, but a penthouse suite was a decent prize. She was unaware that unlike safehouses, cribs were more shared. The world returned to normal as she looked relieved. Their phones buzzed with a text.
"New meeting place? Damn, you guys work fast." Ruth said. "Think the cops are all done?"
"Even so." Yara said, taking the letterman jacket off her waist to put on. "Let's put a pin on that. How about I take you all out for lunch as thanks? I've been meaning to try some more of the restaurants."
"I'm down to eat." Molly joked. "After all that fighting, I need some calories."
That got laughs out of them.

Palesa was pissed. Enough to call a meeting at the apartment with her friends…Eli, Kevin, and Neenah. Kevin was still nursing a hangover much to Eli's annoyance. Neena sat off to the side holding their pet cat, Snickerdoodle.
"Our other casino has been trashed." Eli said as Palesa was guzzling down a cappuccino. "But this time we know who did it."
"Ok, who's the piece of shits responsible?" Palesa remarked.
"They call themselves Tidal Fox. They predominantly wear orange." Eli said.
"Orange. Loud and obnoxious." Kevin groaned. "There's an old rumor that the Families were just the GSF…they were going to be orange before deciding on green instead."
"Ok, do we know who's leading them?" Palesa asked.
"Yeah, it's fuzzy who exactly is the leader. But I got a few names." Eli said as he stopped typing on his computer. "Now Uzumaki's got ties to the Families, a graduate of Davis High. And a problem kid transferred to more schools in America despite being from Japan. Couldn't get those records…both sealed and in Japan. There's this chick who is supposedly third in command, but aside from a name, she's a damn ghost. No parents, an orphan, just nothing. However, it's this chick…I'm well worried about."
He turned his laptop around to show a picture…of Isaribi Umi.
"She doesn't look so tough." Neenah said with false bravado.
"Neena, she is who you'd wish you were. Isaribi Umi. She was one of the major players in the chaos that was Liberty City, 2008." Eli said as Palesa and Kevin balked.
"Ok, why does everyone in the underground bring up that year and that place? They bring it up as much a…"
"It was a major year for crime over some diamonds and heroin. Insane shit that carved out a war." Kevin remarked. "And to my knowledge, Isaribi Umi's the only female major player."
Neenah gulped.
"She ran with the Lost. First female member to be fully patched…at the age 18. Supposedly, she was connected to all three sides involved in the Diamonds and the heroin." Eli said, getting shocked looks from everyone. "From what I gathered, she was there at the end of it. The death of Billy, the wedding shooting, Pegorino's death, and Bulgarin's death. She was involved in them all."
"She's what Boss Bitches wish they were." Kevin said as Palesa gave him a glare.
"Point being, she's skilled, capable, and dangerous. There's also another thing…her rap sheet is completely clean. No arrests, no nothing." Eli said. "Meaning one of two things. She never got caught or she's got government ties."
"Fuck me. You think we can take her?" Kevin asked.
"As Johnny Gat once said, bullets still kill motherfuckers." Palesa said. "So let's set up a trap and ride on them."
"That could work, we could bait them out to the middle of the desert to an ambush." Kevin suggested.
"Which is good because we got delivery coming in by boat." Eli said. "Let's just say using my skills, I found out that a dealership is getting a big delivery of cars by truck and we could steal it." Eli said logging that into his computer.
"Let's make the most of it then." Palesa mused.

(A/N: Yes, I was going to introduce assets that our protagonists can feasibly get without breaking the lore. The world of GTA has a lot of potential and I merely wanted to expand on it. For those curious, I'm modeling the hotel crib after the Hotel Crib in Saint's Row 2. Unlike safehouses, cribs are more for the entire gang to use as a hangout. Moving on, I also introduced more for the Saints with the reboot friends making their appearance together. Obviously, there'd be nothing for anyone to find on Yara, least of all, Naruto's realistically would be sealed in Japan being out of reach, but Isaribi has a rep (this is also where the RP comes into play). Isaribi would have the highest RP out of the three given that the System is counting her past in LC with Niko/Johnny/Luis/Huang. But the next chapter comes with Tidal Fox facing off against The Buffalo Girls.)
