Our story begins in the courtyard of Hogwarts school of witchcraft and wizardry on July 17th near the end of 3rd year with harry, Hermione and Sirius.

"Harry this is where i must leave i will try and contact you but i need to leave" Sirius said

"and your taking harry with you' Hermione said with the tone she gives when forcing everyone to do homework

"and me" a 4th voice said

"Drake what are you doing here?" harry asked "and what do you mean i go with sirius mione?"

"have you not seen it harry the headmaster has been controlling your life this whole time what headmaster would let a student go through all you have been through in this school and also what one would send you to an abusive home without investigating after you told him 2 years in a row I think more is at play here and you both need to leave." Hermione responded.

"as for why i am here Hermione came to me and said i needed to be here and also mentioned for me to tell her go back another turn." Draco said.

"Ok if both you boys are coming the get on but the minister is in the school so i want to be gone"

Harry and Draco both climb on buckbeak

"Hermione what about you?" Harry asked

"i will find some excuse just write to me that your ok every 2 months or so".

"goodbye my friend"

"goodbye harry"

and with that buckbeak took off flew in a circle dropped to almost ground level then pulled up

about 3000 ish feet above Manchester july 17th 1994

the flight so far has been quiet and Sirius broke that by asking Draco "so who are you as Harry only referd to as drake"

"Darco Malfoy at your service"

this shocked sirius so much he almost pushed the others off "Harry how did you come to befriend a malfoy of all people?"

"long story short he and I resolved our differences we had during second year turns out that polyjuice doesn't last as ling as it say's in books"

just then from below around where buckbeck claws are 3 gasps are heard.

"Mr black i think we have some potentially unwanted passengers in the claws" Draco said.

"even if we are not wanted"

"please don't drop us"

"or the sleeping werewolf we are holding on to for dear life"

"Sirius those voices you heard are of the infamous Weasley twins" harry informed the only adult

"and it seems moony is also in the claws although sleeping now that is strange"

"we must ask"

"so very kindly"

"when are we landing"

"London is the destination i don't know where we are but once we get to where we are going you would know"

the rest of the flight al told took another hour before buckbeak landed on yhe street of grimmuld place then rolled around at a safe to fall from height until everyone had fallen off him then left to live the rwst of his life being the only male Hippogriff is a nature reserve for them.

"where are we?"

"my old family home grimmuld place now grab a arm or leg of moony we need to get him in also the hiuse of balck is 12 grimmuld place"

just then the house appeared and harry, draco, Sirius and George are able to carry Remus in to the living room

"WHAT IS THIS MY DISGRACEFUL SON RETURNS AND WITH MUDBLOODS"

"would you shut the fuck up mother there are children it's good to see your dead"

"YOU DON'T TELL ME WHAT TO DO BOY YOU..." what she was going to say was cut as moony woke up and chose to use Mrs Black's portrait as a scratching post few screams later then he goes back to sleep landing on top of the collapsed to exhaustion Weasley twins.

"well no use getting them a bed as i don't know the state of the other rooms bar my own i will let you boy take the bed and i will sleep as padfoot on the end tomorrow we will cheak the other rooms" Sirius said

"don't you mean later today it's gone midnight" Draco said

"oh shut up"

and so they went up to his room and all fell asleep.

and that my friends us chapter one of this new story i came up with this idea started stopped it started again with my edited idea i don't know how this would play out so i didn't put any absolute statements of what would happen just that dumbledore is evil and that the focus characters are Harry, Draco, The twins and Remus.
