They all search the house for Katie, with Camille eventually spotting her and grabbing the attention of the others.
"I found her in the bedroom where she's been sleeping. Carlos is with her," Camille informs them.
Kendall, Logan, and James quickly make their way to the bedroom and witness Katie watching Carlos, who is energetically jumping on the bed with a wild grin on his face.
"Why did it take you guys so long? I have no clue how to calm him down. Do any of you? It's so frustrating when he acts like this. When he was younger, it was amusing, but now that he's a teenager, it's incredibly nerve-wracking," Katie expresses.
"Don't worry, Katie. I know what to do," Logan reassures her as he approaches the bed. "Carlos, buddy, you need to stop jumping on the bed, alright? You're going to end up with a massive headache once the sugar rush wears off. To minimize that as much as possible, you need to follow my instructions," Logan instructs.
Carlos ceases jumping and looks at Logan, then smiles. "Okay, Logie," he responds, stepping off the bed and walking towards him, still jittery but calm enough to listen.
"First, I need you to do your usual bedtime routine. Brush your teeth, use the bathroom, and then I'll explain the next step," Logan directs.
"Okay, Logie," Carlos acknowledges before leaving the room.
"What's the game plan to get Carlos to unwind and catch some Z's?" Camille inquires.
"Good ol' meditation," Logan replies casually.
"Meditation?" James questions skeptically.
"You heard right. No stuttering here," Logan retorts.
"But getting Carlos to meditate? That's a tough sell," Kendall points out.
"Carlos usually trusts me to lead him in the right direction. You guys know that," Logan reminds them.
"But meditating isn't exactly his idea of a good time," Katie chimes in.
"True, but the whole point is to find inner peace and relaxation, not entertainment," Logan explains.
Carlos returns from the bathroom and joins Logan, who announces, "Ready for the next step?"
"We're going to embark on a journey of meditation," Logan says with a serene smile.
"Oh, sounds incredibly dull," Carlos quips.
While understanding Carlos's lack of enthusiasm, Logan gently explains, "I believe this practice will truly benefit you by helping you find inner peace and relaxation."
"Alright, I'll give it a shot for your sake. I feel terrible about snacking on those gummy dinosaurs without asking. I have a weakness for sugar, but I know I shouldn't have eaten them all. They were just too irresistible!" Carlos confesses.
