"It's alright, Carlos. I'm just glad you're not feeling queasy from devouring a bunch of gummy dinosaurs," Logan reassures him. "Let's head to the living room and start our meditation session there."
"Do you think I'll enjoy it?" Carlos wonders.
"It's up to you and how involved you get in the session," Logan replies.
The friends return to the living room.
"What's the first step in meditation?" Carlos inquires.
"A serene and peaceful environment for optimal results," Logan answers before being interrupted by Kendall watching a hockey game. He lets out a sigh. "I said we need a quiet, calm space."
Kendall rolls his eyes as he switches off the television and continues watching the game on his iPad with headphones.
"Now what?" Carlos asks.
"Let's sit on the floor with crossed legs. I'll need to be cautious with this restrictive arm sling," Logan explains.
They settle on the floor with legs crossed.
"What comes next?" Carlos prompts.
"We shut our eyes and let our thoughts float away," Logan suggests.
"Already there," Carlos responds immediately.
"Not like there was much to begin with," Kendall jokes under his breath.
Logan shoots him a look. James can't help but burst into laughter. Camille and Katie just shake their heads in exasperation.
"Do you think I'm dumb?" Carlos asks, his voice tinged with anger.
"No, Carlos. I apologize for the joke. You're actually quite intelligent," Kendall reassures him.
"I'm sorry for laughing too. It wasn't funny, just mean," James adds, feeling remorseful.
