humphrey awoke to the warm rays of light shinning down upon him , lifting his head with a yawn he looked to his left side and there she was cuddled next to him the one he loved since pup-hood …. kate and to his right lay grace currled up in a tight furry ball snuggled against him.
much to humphreys dismay he let a small yawn out and stood up with out waking the girls , and walked to the edge of the train car looking out to the extravagant landscape.
trees of green, skyies of blue and red roses too, the birds fluttering too and fro tweeting out thier songs the cool morning dew tickling his nose , but even the most peruvial morning must end there it stood a tall , ominous , dingey grey coloured sign that read…. WELCOME TO JASPER PARK CANADA …. humphrey knows he can not turn back now its far too late to run…..again…his deepest instints are saying turn back , caution , flight to saftey but he must subdue those emotions as its time to face the consequences of abandoning his role as omega leader and leaving his friends behind as well. with head hanging low and filled with shame humphrey turned to the girls with a deep breath he put on a masquerade of a smile and excited demeanor and yelled out '' RISE AND SHINE SLEEPING BEAUTIES WE ARE HOME''.
with some groans and yawns the two female wolves started to rouse form thier slumber , kate being the first of the two up and alert she walked over to humphrey and sat next to him
kate — so humphrey how long you been up for ? and why didnt you wake me up sooner ?
humphrey— well you looked comfortable so i decided to let you sleep in a bit and ive only been up for a short while now enjoying the view of the beautiful morning before me when we passed by the jasper park sign so i woke you two up.
grace now standing up with a cute little yawn walks over to humphrey and embraces him in a warm hug , kate let out a light giggle at the sight before her and humphrey felt a feeling in his heart he could not describe , but it made him feel happy and proud as he hugged her back tightly.
grace— good morming dad ,good morning kake, whats going on ?
humphrey — well sweetheart we are here , we finially arrived back in jasper. i hope you are ready to meet some of my old friends and acquaintances of mine.
after humphrey finished speaking he decided it was time dismount the train. grace climed onto humphreys back and held on tight per humphreys request and once everyone was ready the three wolves jumped from the train.
with a perfect landing humphrey continued walking with grace on his back and kate followed behind them during the walk to the alpha den one wolf reconized who was walking and approached then and spoke '' i am to escort both of you to the alpha den if i was to spot you so lets go.''
after the wolf spoke humphrey piped up with an annoyed tone ''look barf we were on our way there anyway whats with the scrutinizing huh?''
kate nodded in agreement with humphrey
after humphreys amusing statment garth replied calmly ''look guy i dont know why the want me to do this im just following orders and even tho im with lilly and there is more food the tensions are running high especially with the omegas rebeling those guys are ruthless right know they have actually been instigating and causing some turmoil with the pack.''
humphrey stood there in bewilderment that his pals would do that. kate spoke up ''what , but why its not been 7 days yet.''
humphrey instantly understood what was going on when she said that and replied ''look we need to hurry to winston or it will be bad , part of omega training is the destabilization of packs from the inside out it was a secret experimental training only a select few of us got ill tell you more about it later but the short version is by day 7 the pack will be killing each other , it will be a civil war with no winners! ''.
with those words spoken the four wolves took off in a sprin to the alpha den.
uppon arrival humphrey could see winston , tony , eve , hutch , cando , all conversing with each other once in earshot humphrey could make out faint details of attacking the omegas.
humphrey shouted out to get thier attention '' wait dont do wat you are planning it wont work.'' now face to face tony spoke '' how dare you come here and dish out commands you are a traitor you abandend the pack and sent the omegas on a rampage we will stop them even if i got to gut you infront of them''. winston interupted ''stop tony he didnt abandon us it was us who betrayed him its my failt you were driven out of the pack and im sorry and i hate to ask this of you after all the pain i caused you but i need you help i thought i could stop it but the more i pushed them to stop the harder they fight i do not know how to fix this.''
everywolf there stood stunned they have never seen winston the head alpha of the pack basicaly begging for help.
minutes passed in silence when eve spoke ''look humphrey we have exhausted all of out options and im affraid that the elite team we forced you to make even tho you said it was a bad idea is now our enemey and however you trained them had made them impossible for us to stop.''
humphrey was now angry at everyone including himself he growled out '' yeah they are doing what i trained them to do , i told you making that team was going to backfire but you still forced me to do it , look i will stop them but remember this next time take heed of my warnings and the bois are being nice this pack would of fallen in three days if they truly desired it . they are making a statement and seeing that lilly isnt here either it must be bad , for me to fix it i need to know what you did to piss them off this bad?!''
again a silence befell upon the group as garth spoke up this time '' look man we didnt do anythin diffrent besides merge the packs and then after you ran off they got reall aggro and none of us know why.'' kate blurted out with rears in her eyes '' its my fault they are mad at me for breaking humphreys heart and are mad that i mad him leave and made it clear to me they would make me pay if i didnt bring him back and apologize to him i dint think they would actually try to hurt the pack they just said that they would go on a strike not do all this.'' with all these truths comming to light humphrey decided to fix this before anyone gets killed so he yelled out as he ran on twoard the tree line ''kate protect grace dont let her get hurt and winston call all alphas here and dont let any of then leave and do not let then fight eachother either .'' with that humphrey reached the tree line and vanished in to the woods.
