After witnessing this, Bates fell to his knees in worship. Tara placed the monkey artefacts into their mission bag. There was no way they were going to leave these idols behind. Then they spent the next few hours having Bates packing everything else they could find in the mansion, into large creates and shipped them to the camping grounds. Using their powers, the two then force Bates to accompany the crates to their destination and will serve Ron, Tara, and Mary for the rest of his life.

The Chosen One

Chapter 9

Ron then knew that this timeline was going to be different now, with Fiske now gone, the mission that involved him would never happen. When the two return to Middleton, Ron and Tara decide to set up the idols in his parent's old home. Ron's parents have been doing a lot of work overseas, and so the house was always empty when they were away. With the house empty, the two decided to practise changing animal forms.

The two sat in the middle of the idols and said "Hey Monkeys, hit us," Then the energy shot out from the four jade monkey idols and hit the two of them and Tara had the look as if she was having an erotic climax.

"Wow! That still feels great!" Tara yelled

"Just as good as the first time!" said Ron

"Almost forgot how it felt, now let's do this," said Tara, they closed their eyes and concentrated, and soon it was Tara who turned into a cat.

"Wow! How did you do that?" asked Ron.

"Just close your eyes and concentrate on something small," said Tara and Ron and he slowly changed into a cat as well. Then they tried turning into dogs, then birds of all forms. At night they even change into an elephant in the backyard and several other larger animals. But the biggest problem after every change, they needed food to strengthen their bodies.

They headed to the campgrounds to find Mary to tell her all that had happened, but she knew that they had changed. "You have been zapped now?" asked Mary, and the two eyes glowed white as Tara opened her mission bag.

"YES! Something more than we both realized," said Tara

"We both have this power surging through us and we can take away the Go-family powers by just stretching out our hands," said Ron.

"We met this being called Adam, and he told us that we need to go to the island and find the underground base," said Tara

"So it's Time? My Husband and your grandfather also collected many souvenirs in their time in the military and they hid them over on the island in that underground base?"

"Why didn't you tell us before?" said Tara.

"If anyone knew what was in the hidden banker on that island, even the government would try and take it away from us," said Mary.

"And you were going to sell everything?" said Tara

"The island wasn't in the campground contract, it was in an environmental protection contract and couldn't be sold. I think we better go and show you the island," said Mary.

Then Ron and Tara's phone rang, "I think that will have to wait for now. Wade has a bounty for us," said Ron

"Looks like Kim and Bonnie have as well, we will have to wait for another time," said Tara. Then the next mission involved the Attack of the Killer Bebes as Tara called it, Ron remembered that this was time for Drakken to create his robots to get his revenge on Kim's dad and friends.

It started when Tara wanted Ron should be the team mascot and both Kim and Bonnie went nuts on her for saying such a thing. "I think he will make a good mascot unless you want him as a cheerleader?" said Tara

"This idea is idiotic! The entire student body will laugh at him, Loudly and cruelly, they will laugh, but it will be better if he was a mascot than a cheerleader," said Bonnie

"Fifty will say they won't," said Tara

"I will take some of that bet?" said Kim.

"For or against?" said Tara

"I think he will be great at it," said Kim.

"Okay! You're both on," said Bonnie.

"You are sure about this Tara," said Kim

"Yeah, Bonnie is just upset that Ron will get hurt! Trust me, I believe Ron will surprise us all," said Tara

"Let's hope you're right Tara, or he is going to be in a world of hurt," said Kim. Well, he was great and the whole school loved the new mascot, even Bonnie and Kim, more so Tara as she won fifty dollars from Bonnie.

Not long after the bet, Mr Dr P came to the school and screamed "Kimberly Ann Possible," Anyway it all ended at the Middleton Motor Lodge, with Kim's Dad James asking Wade to send a sonic disturbance through the Kimmunicator that helped Kim to destroyed Drakken's Killer babes, Ron then quietly hid one of the heads for a trophy.

After this Mission, Tara told Ron how Kim may have planted a tracking device in their heads, but he believed that it may have been GJ. Tara first placed her hand on Ron's forehead, and in her mind's eye, she scanned him and noticed the chip in his brain and crushed it.

After finishing scanning Ron's whole body, Ron scanned her and also found another chip, that he crushed as well. Then thanks to this new power, Ron, Tara, and Rufus all had a barrier stopping any more tracking chips from working in their bodies.

Then the two decided to use their transforming powers and turn into large eagles and flew to Wade's place to ask him to search for any government secret in Middleton going back to the 1900s. Also, they will comfort him about the tracking chips "It was Global Justice who wanted to keep track of the four of them and ordered him to do so. I told Kim all about it and she said it was wrong and that she would never do it, but they always tried. I found and destroyed two of them already without GJ knowing. GJ must have still found a way to get one past the two of us, so you may need to tell Kim and Bonnie that they may need to have Ann checked you at the hospital,"

"Using their mind control powers, they directed Wade's mind to not remember their request or even they were there. Even though Wade thought he was in control, he was doing what Ron and Tara told him to do.

After the two left Wade, Tara asked "Shall we notify Kim and Bonnie?"

"No, we will just scan them and crash any device we may find," said Ron, the two then returned to Tara's home. As it was a school day, they headed to bed. The next few weeks were busy for the two, with missions and new bounties, they didn't have time to visit the island.

The four then meet Senior Senior Senior and Senior Senior Junior, after Kim and Bonnie try to remake Ronnie to look better and as we all know, this all backfires on both of the girls again. Then there was a time when Drakken switched Bonnie's mind with Kim's in Mind Games, that was an interesting time for all four of them by the time they were back in each other mind, the two of them were closer.

The next mission was when Twin Factor, Kim's brothers helped Kim and Shego with one of those new compliance chips. Then the three met Monique in the mission called Pain King where a small talisman that was once a gift to Cleopatra, from the high priest of Anubis was stolen by Jackie Oaks. The four were attending the wrestling match when this jackal appeared and interrupted the match, the mission ended the same thanks to Rufus biting the necklace chain. The talisman is now locked in a vault in the campgrounds, then this mission has a second story for Ron and Tara.

Jackie Oaks tried to run after his court appearance and Ron and Tara were given the job to bring him back after he failed to report to the police. So using their powers, they found him and brought him back to earn twenty thousand dollars after a three-day chase.

With a few missions missing on this timeline, Ron and Tara had some spare time and were standing on the beach and looking over to the island as Mary walked up to them "How do we get to the island without a boat," said Tara.

"Follow me, your granddad showed me this little secret when I was just a girl and I think you will like it," said Mary as the three headed for a small concrete pump station, well that is what Tara and Ron thought it was. Mary pulled out a bunch of keys unlocked the lock and opened the small door, "No one knows about this, not even your uncle," Inside was your normal pumping station and saw a second door. Mary opened the door and all Ron and Tara saw was an empty storage room.

"I don't understand mum, It's just the pumping and storage shed?" said Tara, and Mary smiled.

"This little room used to be part of a lift bridge that connected to the island years ago. The bridge had to be demolished in 1930 after a big fire that made the bridge unstable, only this was left intact. The same forest fire had destroyed the old manor, but the secret base is still intact " said Mary as she moved a cupboard from the wall and pressed a panel on the wall. It opened and they saw a keyhole and Mary used a key and wall open to show a set of stairs. Mary then began walking down the steps, "Come on, it's still safe,"

"You kept this from me?" said Tara.

"I had to dear, my husband made me promise after your grandfather died?" said Mary, as the three reached the bottom of the stairs and Mary pulled a large lever down. The wall of the pumping station returns to normal as lights light up a tunnel,

"Oh my!" said Tara.

"It's a tunnel!" said Ron.

"And you were going to sell all this?" said Tara

"You would have gotten my will when I died telling you this was left for you," said Mary.

"But there was a war on the old timeline and most of this was destroyed, including the island," said Ronald.

"Maybe the reason why this Adam brought you back in time to stop this war?" asked Mary, as they started to walk into the tunnel.

"If all this was here the last time," said Tara

"That I wouldn't know, this tunnel was the service tunnel for the bridge and is the only thing left of my father's mansion, it goes all the way to the other pumping station on the island," said Mary as they started to walk.
