I only own my OCs, I do not own Tess, Bentley, Qwark, Carmelita, or any Van Helsing characters.
Suddenly the group heard a loud yelling, they look at a nearby grate, and noticed Frank frozen in a block of ice, with the exception of his head, which moves around to try and get out. Suddenly they hear a screeching, causing Igor to smirk, and say, "My master has awakened."
Soon a chain that was holding the block of ice was being lifted up. Van Helsing decided to use his werewolf strength to bend the bars and roars to get to him but stops as they were too much. Frank sees them, and said, "There is a cure."
Van Helsing looks at him, and asked, "What?"
"Dracula," Frank replies, he then explains, "He has a cure to remove the curse of the werewolf. Go. Find the cure. Save yourself and the others!" Frank then fainted.
Van Helsing bows his head, thinking he failed again, then Anna said, "Come on. You heard him. Let's find him."
"Wait. Why does Dracula have a cure?" Van Helsing asked.
"I don't care?" Anna replied.
"I do," Van Helsing replied back, the monster hunter, then goes back to the pinned hunchback, and asked, "Why does he need one? Why?"
"Because," Carl said, pausing and getting everyone's attention, then said, "Because the only thing that can kill him is a werewolf."
"That's it!" Bentley said, causing everyone to look at him, as he explained, "The moving painting- that's what it meant."
"But Dracula has been using werewolves to do his bidding for centuries," Anna said in confusion, which made Lupe and Velkan angry at that.
Carl then said, "Yes. Yes, but if one ever had the will to turn on him, he'd need a cure to remove the curse and make him human before it bit him."
"Which explains why Shadow gave me this," Bentley added, showing everyone what looked like a plastic retainer, and said, "This retainer when both on the upper and lower jaws, and can be able to stretch to fit the jaws of a werewolf."
"Which laced with the potion could be able to make Dracula mortal and defeat him without killing him," Taylor added.
Van Helsing removes to Tojo blade off of Igor's shoulder, grabs him, and said, "You're going to take these four," looking at Carl, Bentley, Tess, and Anna, then continues, "and lead them to the antidote."
"No, I'm not," Igor objects, Van Helsing growls, causing Igor to say, "Yes, I am."
Carl puts a hand on Van Helsing, and said, "Here's the plan. When the bell begins to toll midnight, you'll be able to defeat Dracula with the potion. We just need to find the cure and get it into you before the final stroke"
"Are you insane?" Anna asked hitting Carl, then asked, "What kind of plan is that?"
"There is something else," Lupe said, they looked at her, and explained, "I have Victoria and Francine's scent, so Velkan and I will go and free them and any prisoners Dracula and Nosfearatu have in this castle."
"Sounds like a good idea," Taylor said.
Taylor noticed Van Helsing messing with a tool, then said to Igor, "If they even suspect you of misleading them," used the tool again, looks at Anna, and said, "clip off one of his fingers."
Anna takes the tool, and said, "I'll clip off something."
"Oh boy," Taylor said, knowing what Anna meant.
Igor then pointed and said, "The tower over there, that's where it is."
"And what of the other tower?" Van Helsing asked, Igor took a minute to reply until Van Helsing demands to Anna for the tool, "Give me that!"
"That is where we reassembled the laboratory," Igor finally replied, paused, then asked, "Would I lie to you?"
Van Helsing takes him, and replies, "Not if you wanted to live," Van Helsing takes something out, and said, "Now, if I'm not cured by the 12th stroke of midnight-"
The thing extends up, showing it was a silver stake. Everyone was shocked, then Carl shook his head and said, "I don't think I could."
"You must," Van Helsing said.
"Don't be overdramatic, Senor Van Helsing," Lupe said, causing everyone to look at her, as she explains, "If it becomes too late, I can bite you so you can change into a werewolf at will."
Carl, still hesitant, but nods and takes the stake anyway, grabs Igor, and said, "Come on."
Taylor forgot one thing, look at the remaining three of her friends, and said, "I do have one job for you two, Qwark, Carmelita, and Chiyo," they listened, as Taylor explains, "If by chance Dracula awakens his children, blast as many as you can, this is the only way to weaken the Dark Crystal's barrier on Dracula."
"Right," Qwark said.
"Roger," Carmelita said.
"Sure," Chiyo said, knowing she won't kill the kids, but will do something.
Van Helsing goes to Anna, and said, "Anna," she looks at him.
"I don't like this plan," Anna objects.
"We don't have a choice. Just don't get killed," Van Helsing replied.
"You still don't understand," Anna said, Taylor was confused, as Anna explains, "It doesn't matter what happens to me. We must save my family."
Anna runs, but Van Helsing stops her and said, "If you're late, run like heck," Anna runs again, but Van Helsing stops her again, and added, "Don't be late." They both looked at each other, then embraced and kissed. After a few seconds Van Helsing then said, "Now, go. Go. Go."
Anna begins to run to join with the others, Lupe and Velkan went off to find Victoria and Francine, Carmelita, Chiyo, and Qwark stayed in the area, while Taylor said, "Come on, Van Helsing we got to move," Van Helsing nodded, and they went off.
Took a while to finish this. Now there is a gameplan to defeat and capture Dracula. What will happen when each group do their parts? Anyway, if you're reading this, thanks for reading.
