Chapter 20 Wedding Prep

The day of Susan and Derek's wedding was approaching and though a solution for Susan's giantess growth hadn't been discovered or way to to help her shrink down to normal human size hadn't been figured out, Susan was exited about the wedding. Susan invited her family, friends, monster friends, General Monger, Winston Deavor, Frozone, the Incredibles, and a few other heroes to the event. Derek took the wedding as an opportunity to invite President Hathaway, Henrietta Selick, and several powerful political figures and celebrities to the wedding. Susan was hesitant about having the President and several powerful and influential people at the wedding, but Derek assured everything was going to be great and that the VIPs were there to show their love and respect for Susan and her accomplishments.
"It'll be the wedding of the century, Susan. The world loves you. Not as much as I love you, but close." Said Derek turning up the charm.
"Oh ok. Let's have ourselves a grand wedding." Said Susan.
A few days later Susan got a call from Edna that her wedding dress was ready for her. Susan was very exited by this as Edna came to her hanger home to deliver the dress. The dress was carried in a giant box on a large flatbed trailer. Another truck brought some giant white shoes to go along with the dress. Susan was very excited as she grabbed the clothes and went into her home to change. A few minutes later she stepped out in her wedding dress and shoes and she was a stunning sight to behold. Edna and the truck drives looked up at Susan in awe.
"Magnificent! You are a giant goddess Susan!" Declared Edna.
"Thanks Edna, I really love the dress. Hopefully this time the wedding will go by without a hitch and I don't get struck by a meteor this time and get even bigger." Said Susan.
"Relax darling, you are Ginormica! Your wedding is going to be wonderful." Said Eda.
"Right. This time things are going to be different." Said Susan.
As Susan and Derek prepared for the wedding, a different group of people were making plans of their own. In a secret lair miles away a dangerous villain by the name of Dr. Calico was making plans to crash the wedding and kidnap the President along with the other VIPs attending the wedding.
Dr. Calico was a tall man in a dark business suit, he had dark hair and beard with some white in it, and his right eye was green and cymophane, while his left eye was normal looking.
Dr. Calico was the head of a global criminal organization and he was currently sitting at the head of a table looking at a assorted group of super villains he had summoned to carry out his daring plan. There was the Doom Syndicate, which consisted of Psycho Delic, Destruction Worker, Hot Flash, The Conductor, Judge Sludge, and Lady Doppler all of them sat on the right side of the table. On the left side there were three members of a disbanded group called the Vicious 6 which consisted of Stronghold, Svengeance, and Jean-Clawed. Another two villains attending the meeting and sitting on the left were a dangerous female villain named Scarlet Overkill, and a man dressed in green named Professor Twiney Vines.
Dr. Calico looked at the assembled villains and began to speak
"Thank you all for coming. As you all may know a important wedding is going to happen within a few days and the President of the United States will be attending along with several VIPs. This is a golden opportunity to snatch them all and hold the some of the most powerful people in the world for ransom."
"But this isn't a normal wedding. The bride is that giant superhero everyone loves, Ginormica and I hear that her monster friends as well as a few superheroes will be attending it." Said Scarlet Overkill.
"Sounds like a party I wouldn't want to crash." Said Psycho Delic.
"I'm well aware of the bride and the people who will be attending the party, that's why I specifically selected each and everyone of you to pull this off. I have a plan." Said Dr. Calico.
"You have a plan?" Asked Judge Sludge.
"I do. Some of us will infiltrate the party, while others act as a distraction to lure the heroes away. I have the technology to aid us in some of those endeavors. Disguises both the traditional kind as well as a few holographic. I also have a nice little fleet of M9 Assassin drones at my disposal that should help things run smoothly. Plus I believe I found a weakness in Ginormica we can exploit." Said Dr. Calico.
"What's that?" Asked Lady Doppler.
"Why the groom of course." Said Dr. Calico with a grin.
The others villains grinned as well. This was going to be a wedding no one was ever going to forget.
