Heroes and Monsters

The wedding was canceled as the President and most of the guests left the area. Only a few guests were left as the staff went about cleaning up the area. Susan sat and moped in a giant chair that had been brought from the military base along with the giant table that Susan had ate her meals at. The giant table had been decorated with a giant white tablecloth and had a smaller table and chair sitting on that had originally been setup for Derek after the vows were done. Susan had just looked at the little table and chair before she picked it up and placed it on the ground to have the staff take away. The giant hero was incredibly depressed by her current situation and love life.
Elastigirl, Mr. Incredible, Dash, Violet, Jack-Jack, Frozone, Link, B.O.B, and Dr. Cockroach were concerned about Susan and felt bad for their friend and comrade. Insectosaurus stood off in the background due to his great size. Susan's special day had been ruined by villains and Derek had officially broke up with her. She needed her friends help and support.
"How are you doing Susan?" Asked Elastigirl.
"Pretty...terrible. My wedding in utter disaster agin and Derek broke up with me! Derek was right I'm just a magnet for trouble!" Said Susan.
"Hey I get it. The life of a hero is really rough and has a lot of issues." Said Elastigirl.
"But...I never wanted this life. I just wanted to be married and have a normal life. Then that meteor struck me and turned me into a giant monster freak! At least you all have control of your bodies and powers. I'm stuck like this." Grumbled Susan.
"You know I didn't want this life at first either, Susan." Said Elastigirl.
"You didn't?" Asked Susan.
"I hated my abilities at first and tried to keep a low profile, but then I took notice of all the crime and troubles going on in the world around me and I realized that I could help and do something about. So I made myself a costume gave myself a hero name and went out to help people and it felt great to do that. Sure this life has a few rough patches and issues, but a lot of good comes out of it as well. Same goes for you Susan. You have a incredible amount of power and we've seen you do amazing things with it and save people. You may never have wanted to be a giant or hero, but now you are and your a great hero." Said Elastigirl.
"Thanks." Said Susan.
The giant turned to her monster friends.
"I'm sorry about saying monster freak. That was incredibly insensitive of me."
"Oh think nothing of it. We understand your situation and you're upset about what happened with Derek." Said Dr. Cockroach.
"Yeah we've been called worse." Said Link.
"Well you're not freaks, you're awesome monsters and I'm happy to call you my friends." Said Susan.
"Aaaaaa!" Said B.O.B.
"Thank you Susan we appreciate your friendship as well. And don't you worry too much about being a giant forever, all the best scientists in the world including myself are looking into your condition and seeing if we can shrink you down to normal size or give you the ability to change size." Said Dr. Cockroach.
"Thanks Dr. Cockroach. You know I'm feeling a whole lot better now. I don't need Derek as long as I got friends like all of you, I'll be alright. I'm Susan. I'm Ginormica. I'm a hero of Earth. I can take whatever life throws at me!" Declared Susan as she stood up proudly.
The others cheered Susan on and then a bright light suddenly appeared from above around Susan. Susan looked up at the air in confusion before her feet suddenly left the ground and she began to get pulled upwards! Everyone looked up to see a gigantic alien ship! It was Gallaxhar's ship and it was abducting Susan with a tractor beam!
"Susan!" Yelled Link.
"We got to save her!" Mr. Incredible.
Insectosaurus let out a roar as he fired a steam of silk from his nostrils and ensnared Susan's legs halting her assent. The heroes and monsters cheered as they tried to figure out their next move. But before anything could be said or done a grey flying saucer the size of a house suddenly flew out of the large ship and flew down to the group firing lasers at them forcing the heroes and monsters to scatter and run to avoid getting hit. The saucer ignored the heroes and monsters and went after Elastigirl who was holding Jack-Jack. A large hose exited the saucer and went after Elastigirl and her baby. Elastigirl let out a gasp as she felt a powerful suction pull at her body and child. She managed to reach some trees and tried to wrap both herself and Jack-Jack around them to keep from being sucked up, but the suction proved to be too strong and Jack-Jack was yanked away from Elastigirl and sucked up the tube, with a frightened look on his face.
"Jack-Jack!" Cried Elastigirl as the saucer flew back to the big ship.
Unbeknownst to anyone just yet, Violet had gone invisible and had run up behind the saucer as it had chased her mother and brother and had used her shields to help her leap onto the alien aircraft before it took Jack-Jack and flew back to the big ship.
As all that happened Gallaxhar had grown annoyed with Insectosaurus's interference and had simply decided to blast the big big monster with a powerful energy cannon on his ship. The bottom of the ship had opened up and a large purple orb of energy shot out and struck Insectosaurus tearing the silk strand anchoring Susan as the big monster let out a wail of pain and collapsed on the ground on his side.
"Insectosaurus!" Cried Susan in dismay before she was sucked up into the ship and vanished.
The enormous ship then slowly rose into the air as the heroes and monsters watched by helplessly.
"Now the real fun begins." Chuckled Gallaxhar as he rubbed his hands with glee.
