Treasure Finding Under the Eyes of the King
Sun and Oscar look up seeing Jafar looking down at them, and he's not the only one as the rest of the crew are also here though it wasn't for pleasant gathering when the two saw everyone holding guns in their hands looking down at them fiercely.
"Hey guys, wasn't expecting to see you all here." Oscar greeted nervously.
"Though I'm a bit concern about all the guns you have." Sun said while being careful not to make any sudden movements or else something bad may happen.
Soon, the rest of the girls resurface seeing the crew with guns nearly pointing at them.
"Sweet, what's going on?" Elm asked her childhood friend.
"Nothing to worry about, these guns are just to make sure Sun and Oscar don't run out on us." Sweet said with a serious tone.
"What are you talking about?" Ruby asked starting to feel worried.
"Uncle Qrow, if this is some kinf od joke then I'm not laughing." Yang glared at her uncle.
"Sorry, Firecracker, but play is over and it's time get down on the serious business like why we're here." Qrow said tapping the gun on his shoulder.
"Okay, now you're scaring me." Neon said.
"What do they mean by serious business?" Velvet asked worry.
Sun and Oscar look at each other for a moment thinking a little hard and realization hit them in the face like a meteor with the speed of a lightning bolt.
"Damn it, now I feel so stupid." Oscar sighed.
"Same here, that talked we had during one of our camps. You all said your reason was for the money and the only thing that can get you all the money you want is the crystal." Sun glared at Jafar.
"Crystal, do you mean something like that?" Jafar pulled a piece of paper out of his pocket revealing the missing page from the Shephard's Journal, the one about the Heart of Atlantis.
"You took that page! And I'm guessing it was before we met." Sun clutched his fist.
"Yes, when I saw this page, I figure it must be some kind crystal that could beyond the riches most men would dream of and well, I'm one of those kinds of men." Jafar bragged.
"A greedy man who only thinks of himself." Jasmine glared.
"Well, it is a cruel world out there and some would do whatever it takes to be at the top. I just thought you two would become more like us." Jafar shrugged.
"Like a bunch of money obese mercenaries?" Oscar asked upset.
"Wait, where's Rajah?" Jasmine asked trying to see him through the crowded crew member.
"Do not worry, he is just taking a nap right now." Jafar revealed Rajah is sleeping with two tranquilizer darts on his left front leg.
"Now, how about you two helps find this special crystal." Jafar smirked waving the page at their face.
"Why don't you eat shit." Sun cursed.
Jafar knew they wouldn't come along easily like that, so he decided to do his backup plan and snaps his fingers having the soldiers with guns to grab Kida by the hair and Velvet by the ear. But those men seem to have forgot or didn't know that those two are stronger than they look, Kida grabs one solider by the head throwing him into the water while Velvet jumps sending that soldier flying with a kick to the face. More soldiers came though Weiss and Blake quickly join in to beat up some soldiers with their combat skills and the training they've done throughout the centuries.
Two soldiers suck up behind Weiss aiming their guns at her, but Elm jumps out of the water and knocks them both unconscious by slamming their heads into each other, she would have helped fight off the soldiers if Jafar hadn't shot his gun for the to fly past Elm though still left a cut on her right shoulder as she groans in pain.
"Elm!" Sun yelled.
Kida saw this quickly trying to go help her friend as she pins down one soldier and was about to stab him on the shoulder, but Jafar shot the knife right out of her hand and did a couple of miss fires to stop the other Atlantean girls from fighting. This gave the opening for the shoulders to retrain them and pull them away, but Blake did manage to stomp one soldier on the dick causing him extreme pain.
"Now, now, let's not do anything we may never undo." Jafar said before shooting a bullet close to Yang's hand who was trying to reach for a gun one of the soldiers dropped.
"Besides, there's no need for any bloodshed if you just take us to the crystal." Jafar said.
"No, Jafar! You have no idea what you're trying to do with that." Oscar stated as he and Sun got out of the water with the other girls behind them.
"What's to know more than that treasure is a big, shiny rock that can make us all rich." Jafar chuckled.
"That's where you're wrong, snake breath. That crystal is so much more than a treasure, it's what giving the Atlanteans the lifeforce that's been keeping them alive since the Great Flood 9,000 years ago." Sun revealed.
"Oh my, alive for centuries barely aging… Why that definitely bring in more money, wouldn't you say, Helga?" Jafar asked.
"I say wicked, I would tripe charge the price." Helga grinned.
"Why stop there? Perhaps we can charge it five times." Jafar grinned.
"Jafar, I'm warning you not to go through with this." Sun said and cut off by Sienna.
"You'll be killing whatever life is left here." Jasmine added.
"You naïve children, thinking you would better than the grown-ups. Can't you see that we are providing help to the archeological community. Your names can"
"Go down in history and other bullshit, why don't you save that for someone who's stupid enough to fall for your lies." Sun said anger.
"Say whatever you want, but we are not interested in the slightest." Oscar glared at Jafar.
"My word, such idealist thinking, both of you. Just like your grandpas, you may as well end up in a pointless death like Milo had." Jafar mentioned making Sun angry.
"The fool could have let us go find Atlantis right after we found the book, but no he wasted his time and kicked the bucket, dying as a laughingstock." Jafar mocked.
"ENOUGH!" Sun shouted and his body starts to glow golden again, pushing the shocked Sienna aside marching towards Jafar.
Jafar quickly pointed his gun at him, but the Golden Monkey of Atlantis moved instantly right in front of him and kick the away and punch Jafar cross the face with his left-hook.
Jafar saw Jasmine is the closest and quickly grabs her by the arm pulling her close to him and lean his snake staff close to her neck.
"Better stop the light show now or else your precious Jasmine will painful snake bite." Jafar threatened, the fangs open into metal and green liquid drips close to Jasmine's foot, the liquid melt on the small spot with green steam raising.
Sun gasp that Jasmine is now being used as hostage, and the soldiers soon pushes the Atlantean girls and Elm into each aiming their guns at them.
"Uncle Qrow… How could you." Ruby sobbed.
"(Sorry, Ruby, but I got to keep up the act just a bit longer.)" Qrow thought.
"Now, we don't try reading this little page." Jafar held the page to Sun and Oscar.
The two boys look at each other seeing they have no other choice in the matter.
(Royal Throne Room)
Willow and Kali are seen talking to each other while Kashekim sits quietly on his throne with Winter next to them, then suddenly the door exploded revealing Jafar and the crew along with Sun and Oscar's group being forced forward.
"Knock, knock." Aladdin said.
"Room services." Dusty alerted of the four guards glaring at them.
"Blake!" Kali gasped.
"Weiss, Kida!" Willow shocked.
"What is the meaning of this?" Winter demanded pointing her spear at them.
"You and your guards drop your weapons… Now!" Helga threatened as she and some soldiers tapped their guns at Kida, Weiss, Velvet, and Blake.
"Do as she say." Kashekin ordered her second middle child, fearing for Kida and Weiss's life.
Seeing this as well, Winter spoke in Atlantean telling the guards to drop their weapons as she does the same.
"Spread out! Search everywhere!" Helga ordered as the crew started looking around.
But after a minute or two, no could find anything as Kali, Winter, and Willow are being forced to back away even from the king.
"You two better not be wasting my time, if this crystal is so big then we should have seen it by now." Jafar angered.
"Then maybe you should a "shine-check" for your old eyes." Sun joked as Yang laughs.
"Look, the only clue the page says is "The Heart of Atlantis lies in the eyes of her King" and nothing else." Oscar stated.
"In that case, perhaps the king would shed some lighting in this riddle." Jafar walked up to the king with a couple of soldiers holding him.
"Do you know where we can find your crystal?" Jafar asked.
"You will destroy yourselves." Kashekim warned.
"Such a cheesy line. Maybe I need to be more forceful." Jafar grinned before swinging his snake staff right at the stomach and down on the head knocking Kashekim down.
"Kashekim!" Willow gasped.
"Father!" Kida, Winter, and Weiss shouted and glare angry at Jafar.
Sienna's eyes widen of shock of seeing one helpless old man being treated like as she lowers her gun and Sun is the only one who notice that.
"What's the big idea, Jafar?" This wasn't part of the plan." Sweet rushed to the king's side.
"Oh, still trying to uphold the doctor honor stupidity, you should have made your life choice better before becoming a mercenary." Jafar rolled his eyes and sat on the throne.
"Now, I'm about to count to ten and I better like what I hear." Jafar pulled out his gun and aim it at the king.
"No…" Kali feared what's going to happen next.
"Jafar, that's enough! I ain't taking your shit anymore." Qrow aimed his gun at him.
"Turning on me now?" Jafar raised an eyebrow.
"Truth be told, I was only with you because Ozpin told me to keep an eye on you because of something you did like." Qrow revealed.
"Oh, and what would that be?" Jafar asked.
"Killing Milo Thatch with poison." Qrow answered shocking Sun as he thought his grandfather died of old age, and this shock some of the others too.
"Would you look at that, you figured me out, but I'm afraid you're too late to do anything to me." Jafar signaled his soldiers to aim their guns closer to Ruby and Yang.
Seeing this, Qrow had no choice but to drop his gun and walked slowly toward his nieces while guns were aiming at him too.
Sun tries to think of a plan quickly and got an idea that might help.
"(The Golden Sight!)" Sun thought and activated that gift, looking around until he spotted one golden round gold.
"Wait, I think I found it." Sun stopped Jafar when he got to five and was about to skip the other numbers.
"Oh, have you now?" Jafar asked.
"Have, it's somewhere around here." Sun pointed at the center of the throne room.
"Ah, within the eyes of her king. Very clever, your highness." Jafar smirked as he walks to the spot.
"Jafar, you have to reason! This power is more than what you can imagine, there's no telling what may happen." Oscar tried to reason with him.
"True, but I can think of a few countries who would pay anything to find out." Helga grinned as she pulls Kida.
Jafar on top of a faded circle platform then it lowers down, he orders Sun and Oscar to get on as they do, and Helga drags Kida with them.
"Kida!" Weiss worried.
"Do not worry, little sister. We'll be fine." Kida said, hoping she is right.
The platform takes them down about over fifty meters underground and they spotted what appears to be floating stones with faces on them as they are glowing blue, they circle around a glowing sphere behind them.
"My, this is interesting." Jafar smirked.
Kida look at the faces on the stones recognizing some of them as if she knew them all along.
"The kings of our past." Kida sobbed, and bow preying the kings apologizing for what is happening right now in Atlantean.
"Please, as if the Gods would ever hear your prayers." Jafar mocked as he walks forward.
Sun kneels down and touch his hand onto Kida's back making her gasp a little and looking up at the sad expression on his face.
"I'm so sorry, Kida. I promised nothing bad would happen, but now things have gotten worse." Sun apologized, feeling that he had fail in protecting Atlantis like the Golden Monkey should be doing.
"Me too, we fell for that snake's trap." Oscar shared the blame while glaring at Jafar.
The commander looks up wondering if there is any trap or something and kick a pebble into the water, suddenly the Heart of Atlantis starts to glow red and searchlight-like beams are shining around.
"Let's get this over with. I don't like this place." Helga complained a little.
"Oscar, speak. How do we move this?" Jafar demanded.
"Okay, there's a giant crystal hovering above us about over 150 feet inside a cavern and the book says… Nothing, it says nothing about moving the Heart of Atlantis." Oscar said as he looks through the pages.
"You better find something in that book if you don't want something bad happening to you." Jafar threatened.
"Hey, leave him alone! He's doing the best he can." Sun pushed Jafar off.
Then one of the lights shines onto Kida as her crystal floats up a little then a memory came back into her mind, thinking about the light that took her mother all those years ago and now that light has called her as her eyes glow blue.
"What I'm not happy is that crystal not loaded onto the truck, not get that thing moving!" Jafar demanded angry.
"How are we supposed to move something that high?" Sun asked.
"Besides, we don't even know what's holding up there." Oscar added.
The men stop arguing when they notice Kida has walked past them and toward the shoreline as more of the light to Kida, one shined onto Sun's hand making the color change to gold for an instant surprising Sun.
"(That felt like… The crystal was welcoming back.)" Sun thought weirded out, probably because the old Golden Monkey got his special powers from the crystal itself.
"What's going on, why is that girl moving toward the crystal?" Jafar asked.
"I don't know, all we know so far is that the crystal is connected to their lifeforce from the crystals they are." Sun shrugged.
"And the journal says that the crystal is alive somehow with a soul of its own. I don't know, it's like their deity or something." Oscar confused on that part as well.
"Well, you two better think of something or else." Jafar threatened with his snake staff.
"Oh, here's an idea, why don't you translate, and I'll wave the stupid stick around." Oscar mocked.
"Yeah, and maybe I'll whack you with it too!" Sun added.
"(All will be well, Sun Wukong. Be not afrard.)" Kida said in Atlantean and her voiced sounded a bit eerie.
"What she did just said?" Jafar asked.
"I don't know, I didn't catch that." Sun lied, wondering what Kida meant.
Then the unexpected, Kida started walking on the water like it's solid and made her way by the trance of the Heart of Atlantis as she reaches the center with the searchlights centering onto her and an instant flash happened. After that, Kida floats up heading toward the center of the Heart entering within the glowing sphere, the floating rock faces spins around the sphere and Kida fast like a motor.
While this was happening, Sun suddenly felt something sharp hitting his heart and almost fell on his knees though kept standing as he looks back up.
The weird and mystical light show stopped with Kida floating back down with her body now shiny and glowing blue almost like a crystal as she floats back onto the water.
"Kida?" Sun reached out his hand to her.
Kida didn't respond as her eyes open showing them to be glowing pure white and feels like she is no longer Kida.
"What just happened?" Jafar asked shock.
"I… I'm not sure, but it would appear that she has somehow merged with the crystal." Oscar theorized.
Crystal Kida started walking back to the others as the stone of the past kings fall into the water though it did not touch Kida as if there is an invisible barrier surrounding her.
Jafar was about to grab her, but Sun stops him.
"No, don't… Don't touch her." Sun said as Kida walked past him.

Well, Sun and Oscar found the Heart of Atlantis though not in the way they hope to find with Jafar revealing his true colors along with the crew, and now Kida has become one with the crystal though that not stop the evil snake man from getting his money.
