Dairyland Photo-Ops:
NOTE: Some of the story is based on an episode from an unaired Nicktoon, 'Adventures in Wonder Land', called 'Photo Bomb.'
At the Loud House, in Luan's bedroom, she was gathering various items in her backpack...
Luan: Backpack! Headband... (Snaps googles on her head) Sunscreen! Ride face!
She makes a funny/excited face one might make on a roller coaster drop then snaps a phone selfie. As she checks it out:
Luan: Yep! I am amusement park ready! How about you, Lola?
Lola is standing in the doorway looking concerned...
Lola: While I love spending time with you, Luan, I'm just not sure that time should be spent at Dairyland.
Luan: Pfffft. (She grabbed Lola's hand, and then they went out the door) Your big sister is going to an amusement park, and you don't want to go?
Lola: (a little surprised) No, I do. It's just that I'm trying to not get messy, because had a pageant the next day, so I can't go on any of the rides there.
Luan: You can take a shower tonight, Lola. You'll be fine.
Luan and Lola went to the Dairyland Amoosement Park, then got in line to get tickets...
Luan: I've got some big plans at Dairyland today!
Lola: What are they, Luan?
Luan: You'll see.
Soon, the two Loud sisters got their tickets, and headed into the theme park.
Lola: I still can't believe how this is a great park for you.
Luan: Because I like cows, milk, and puns! (laughs) Plus, how could you not want to go on these rides?! There are roller coasters! Bumper cars! And a barn ride!
As Luan lists, cutaways to: the Milk Shaker, (rollercoaster) the Bumper Cows, (bumper cars) and the Barn of Horrors. (barn-themed ride)
Luan: (continues) Though, you might want to think if you want to go to the barn ride, Lola.
Lola: Those rides are impressive, but I'll see what else is available to ride.
The park is full of other people walking around while Lola and Luan speak. Giggles, Luan's friend came over to Luan and hugged her...
Giggles: Hello, Luan! (giggles)
Luan: (hugs Giggles back) Hey, Giggles, nice to see you too!
Giggles: I brought some chocolate milk for you.
Giggles gave Luan the carton of chocolate milk...
Luan: Thanks, Giggles, I'll enjoy this!
Giggles: See you later!
Giggles runs off into the park. Luan drank the carton of chocolate milk as she speaks to Lola...
Luan: I hope you won't be too embarrassed to go to those rides.
Lola: Don't worry, I'm not.
Luan: I'll likely have to ride with you... to build up your ride tolerance!
Lola and Luan then head over to the Cup of Whoa! (which is a spinning teacup ride) When they got there, they saw Luan's boyfriend Benny...
Benny: Hey, Luan!
Luan: Benny! (she warmly hugs him) How are you doing?
Benny: I'm doing well. (holds up his phone) I'm trying to get some good pictures of people riding the rides.
Luan smiles, because she thought of an idea...
Luan: Me and Lola are going to go on the rides here. Would you be willing to take pictures of us riding them?
Lola had a surprised look...
Benny: I'd love to!
Lola: Wait, Luan, is this a good idea. It won't make me look bad, will it?
Luan: Don't worry, Lola. The pictures will be good and funny. (laughs)
Lola sighed, and got in the teacup, with Luan behind her. As soon as they both got inside, the teacup was spinning with them in it. Benny took several pictures of Luan and Lola from his phone.
When they got out, the two Loud sisters looked at them...
Lola: Wow, I don't look half bad.
Luan: Yep, Benny, these are great. Let's go try some more rides.
Soon, Luan, Lola, and Benny were at the park's newest roller coaster, Fly Me to the Moo...
Luan: Yes, Lola, this is an adrenaline-like ride. But building up tolerance is like ripping off a band-aid. You wanna take it nice and slow.
Lola: (wincing at the thought) That's the worst analogy possible.
Benny: No, Luan's right.
Luan: Lola, you've rode on this before. Just start out slow, then when the coaster goes, let it out.
Lola: (sighs) Okay.
Lola and Luan went on the Fly Me to the Moo roller coaster together, and took a seat in the middle car. Luan puts her goggles on. As soon as the ride moves, Lola makes weird faces.
Benny shouts after her with encouragement:
Benny: Be the band aid, Lola!
Lola: I don't know what that means.
Luan and Lola ride off, with Lola making noises and a weird face, plus her arms getting higher right as they go through the track. Moments later, Lola and Luan are off the ride, with Lola lightheaded. As they got out:
Luan: Look at you, Lols! Made it all the way 'round the track and without throwing up!
Lola quickly recovered, then realized...
Lola: (happily) I did it! I rode a ride! And I liked it!
Lola does a silly dance...
Luan: (laughing) That's right, Lola. Nothing to be embarrassed about now, you pageant queen!
As Lola dances past a photo kiosk, she sees...
A ride photo of Lola- It's her worst picture ever taken: the most ridiculous version of her motion-sickness face. Lola freezes in a rooster pose, staring at the pic for a moment, then:
Lola: (shrieks) Did I really act like that on the ride?
Luan: Yes, but you admitted you have fun afterward. And that's what's important.
Photo Kiosk Worker: Congratulations on your wondrous ride photo! Would you like to keep this to yourself, share with your siblings, or share with your mom?
Lola: I would like to keep this for myself, please.
The worker gives the photo to Lola, then Luan takes her away...
Worker: Have a wondrous day!
Lola, Luan, and Benny were walking...
Benny: Lola, are you okay?
Lola, who had a small frown, replied, 'Do you two think that picture was embarrassing?'
Luan: Are you embarrassed because you took your worst ride photo ever?
Lola: I mean, that seems like an unnecessarily thing, but...
Luan So the perfect way to "unembarrass" you is by taking your 'best' ride photo ever. C'mon, Lola! Show me that ride face!
Lola: Ride face?
Giggles then walks in...
Giggles: I know about those! It's the fun face you make when you're on a ride.
Luan remembers the ride face she made from her house earlier...
Luan: Ride face...
Benny/Giggles: Ride face!
Luan, Benny, and Giggles end up making silly ride faces, and holding actual ride photos of themselves up next to their faces, their expressions identical to the picture they are holding.
Lola: Ok. I can make a ride face. Ehhhh...?
Lola tries, making an awkward fun face. Luan raises a brow then goes in to help...
Luan: Lemme just move this... (moves Lola's hair, removes tiara from it, then ties it up into a ponytail) and maybe a show little more smile... (Lola puts on a big smile) There! Perfect! Just do that!
Bunky has a really fun expression... but his face deflates.
Lola: (groans) There's no way I'll be able to hold that on a ride... that moves.
This makes Luan light up with an idea. She whispers something to Benny and Giggles, then she snaps down her goggles, ready for business.
Luan: (sotto) Oh, you'll hold it!
Lola: Maybe we should just- Luan?
Lola looks around to see Luan is gone. Lola saw Benny and Giggles behind her.
Lola: Where's Luan?
Benny and Giggles just shrugged. Meanwhile, Luan went to another area of the park...
Luan: (gets a small tube out of her pocket) Lisa, thank goodness you lend me borrow this.
The comedian soon came back to where her sister and friends were...
Luan: Lola, Lisa let me borrow this recently. I have an unembarrassment solution that's not totally weird...
Luan pulls out the small tube.
Luan: Ride Face Cream!
Lola: What the heck is-
Luan immediately squirted cream out of the tube, then put it on Lola's face. Luan then quickly moves Lola's face into the fun "ride face". It hardens in place.
Lola: (struggling to speak) I can't move my face.
Luan: You mean you can't move your ride face! That sucker's stuck on ya!
Benny: (to Luan) Is there nothing you can't do?
Luan says to Lola, 'You, my sister, are ride photo ready!'
Moments later, on Bumper Cows - Luan shoves (ride photo face frozen) Lola into the bumper car and off she goes. Lola holds the expression as she rides the bumper cars. At another photo kiosk, the gang watches with anticipation. After Lola gets off, they all watch as her new photo shows up on the kiosk screen.
Giggles: Lola, this is better.
Lola: I know!
Next, Luan. Benny, Giggles and Lola rode the Tunnel of Butter. Luan and Benny sat together in one boat, while Lola and Giggles sat together in another one, riding through the cream butter. Again, Lola had a great ride face photo. Then they all went to ride a boat together at Seas O' Cheese. The boat sailed through the melted cheese, with animatronic characters singing, and once again, Lola took another great ride photo. Next, they rode the Cheese Wheel. (which was a big swing ride) Yet again, Lola had another great ride photo. After many more rides, and photos of Lola, the gang were done. At the end of the day, Luan had a great idea for Lola, who just cleaned the ride face cream off...
Luan: Lola, we have something that might impress you.
Lola: What is it?
Benny: By sharing all your great ride photos to the public!
Lola was confused...
Giggles: We took all your photos and made it into something wondrous...
Reveal - a photo mosaic of Bunky looking brave and cool, on Luan's phone, shown online...
Lola: (happy) A photo mosaic... of me looking awesome...
Comments are coming in on Luan's phone: 'That girl is so cool!' ' I want a picture like that!'
Lola: Well, I am beautiful.
Luan, Benny, and Giggles nodded...
Lola: (realizing) You know, you making me focus on getting that pic totally helped me build up my ride tolerance without thinking about it!
Luan: Yeah...that was definitely on purpose.
Lola: I've got nothing to be embarrassed about anymore! (to Luan and her friends) You think more pictures of me could go viral?
All Luan, Benny, and Giggles could do is shrug, and nod, as they and Lola then left the Dairyland Amoosement Park, and went back home to Royal Woods.
