The next day in Fenton works Ruby was holding a new white and green version of her weapon, "Ghost Rose is ready for action, come on Ghost boy show me what you can do!" Danny sighed as they went to the roof he went ghost. Ruby charged scythe glowing before her eyes widened as he made a heated ghost shield Ruby's hand got hot as she jumped back throwing it between them, "I get it heat shield " she spun it to cool it off, "I go in again ice shield the temperature clash shatters it!" her weapon cooled off, " Simple So let's try again!" she turned it to Gun mode and fired shots, Danny blocked the anti-ghost rays, with ghost shields. Ruby rolled her eyes, "If you don't come at me this won't be that Fun Danny."
The ghost boy held his hands together making spiraling wind appear as an orb he throw off, Ruby went to shatter with her semblance with it but the Wind sucked her up making her gasp as she was sent spinning in loops in the air, Turning Green and holding her mouth going, " Please don't make me vomit in the vortex!" Danny stopped Ruby fell to knees and throw the fuck up on the roof.
Our Rose held her legs saying one thing, "Oh Fuck, Ghosts are so much tougher then Grimm!" She vomited again wiping wrist on her sleep, "I mean, The hell!" She said charging out weapon in scythe mode, She moved at last second to try and find a weak points in the ghost shield power, only for Danny to turn and summoning an ice stick to hold her weapon back, he moved blocking and guarding it. Ruby jumped back sliding saying one thing, "Weiss would be so jelly that you can do that with out Dust, Like mega Jelly." She said speeding off only for Danny to go left and ride she stood there between two Dannies. Both ghosts grabbed one of her arms and used shock touch to shock her, her aura broke and she fell over, both becoming one.
Ruby's eyes spiraled as she said, "...I would like a list of all the things you can do then a rematch...because I have no chance with the unknown...how do you lot fight ghosts with no aura or semblance if they can do things like that? How?How?" She asked she would rather horde of Grimm over one ghost if box ghost was the joke she heard he was. She got up shaking adding, "...How?" She asked, "And why are you so depressed."
Danny pointed out as he said, "Look out at this world with me for a moment Ruby. It's true I am known all over the world, but That means they don't care about me! Just what I can do." She blinked, remembering Pyrrha, "people like me are always alone as no one likes us for us, they like us for the status we hold, the power that comes with it, They want to piggy back on us to become someone by being in the right place." She blinked again remembering Pyrrha as her eyes widened going down. "We pray for someone who doesn't know us, Someone who will get to know us, and care about us Not the title." Ruby held her chin she thought of herself as Pyrrha's friend but she seemed to realize she only every went everywhere because of Jaune. Jaune the guy who didn't know her. Jaune the Guy who could like Pyrrha for Pyrrha Nikos not the champion fighter. Ruby got a lot and sighed, the fact she didn't get this spelled out she probably wasn't really friends with Pyrrha, She was friends with Jaune who was Pyrrha's only real relationship on the whole planet of Remnant, instead of a fake for something.
Danny held his arms out driving it home as he went human, "You seen the sighs, Do any have this face? No!" he went ghost, "The world cares about the Hero Danny Phantom, the ghost boy, The living ghost, The undead champion of Justice. They don't care about Danny Fenton the boy who dreamed of going into space a dream turned into a nightmare because I went through because of my ghost form not being a human, The dork, who had is heart broken because the one girl who knew and liked him before he was a ghost, didn't care enough to do long distance, Danny Fenton the boy who's best friend doesn't have time for him, Danny Fenton the boy who's parents shot at him as they though all ghosts were evil despite things being clear they weren't till they saw the transformation of their Son. Danny Fenton the guy who was cloned and stalked by a whacko who wanted to become my dad by killing my real dad and violating my mom." Ruby shivered. "Danny Fenton the forgotten, Danny Fenton the treated as he is gone, Danny Fenton the real ghost. They don't see that Ruby Rose. They don't see me! They see a title a symbol, an object that keeps them safe, not a human being."
Ruby was crying now sniffling wiping a tear, as she said, "Well I see you Danny Fenton...The guy who protected an alien, the guy who took an alien home instead of letting her sleep on the streets, The guy who is suffering before everyone, and no one cares, yet he still had the heart to protect them all the same!" She cried her eyes shining so bright as he held his chest, "I See Danny Fenton the kind hearted heroic young man, cursed but using it to protect others. I see you Danny." She cried, "I will See you."
Danny sighed holding her face as he said, "yet come tomorrow we will enter the ghost zone to find the Map and get you home. You won't be able to see me a world away Ruby Rose Huntress in training dreamer of being a monster slayer." he sighed taking on his human form.
Ruby however held his face crying with him now as a tear fell form his face, "You can come visit me on remnant or I can come here, I am sure my friends would love you. I even Know Another Famous person Pyrrha Nikos champion fighter, Jaune arc is her person didn't know her, You can bond over the Famous warrior thing!" She saw a flash and stepped over to yell ,"BEGONE PHOTO HOUNDS WE ARE HAVING A MOMENT GOT DAM IT!" She said turning weapon to rifle mode to shoot reporters, "BEGONE!" Danny smiled.
The next day Ruby was back in her normal outfit her weapon plugged out standing before the ghost zone portal she held hands to her mouth and said one thing, "MOMMY?" Summer's voice called out, "RUBY?!" Ruby jumped crying, "MOM I AM TALKING INTO A PORTAL WITH THE FENTONS!"
Summer's voice asked, "ARE YOU WITH DANNY PHANTOM!?" Ruby blinked and said, "YES!" Summer gasped, "MY BABY IS WITH THE KING OF THE DEAD!" Ruby's jaw dropped turning to Jack who was working on the Specter Speeder.
Jack said one thing, "he beat the shit out of the last King but must ghost won't follow a half breed, Only people like the far frozen we are heading to give him his title." Ruby gasped yelling, "I DIDN'T KNOW HE WAS A KING MOMMY! MOMMY? DID YOU JUST HANG UP ME!?" She then screamed "RUDE MOM REALLY RUDE!" She stomped her foot.
However it was ready and Ruby got in buckling up as it took off into the portal into the land of the Dead, Ruby's eyes widened only one shocked by this endless chaotic space. She looked around shocked seeing ghosts, and doors everywhere, "...Danny Your kingdom scares the crap out of me!" That's when they saw a door open. She jumped seeing a skeleton , with knife in hand waving at them. She fainted in her seat. Leaning on Danny. The Ghost boy was red.
When Ruby woke up she was shivering cold she opened her eyes to see she was laying on a seat and got up, "So cold!" She looked outside at the winter wonder land out side on this floating island. "...Far Frozen...okay name makes since!" She shivered before saying, "Does this thing not have a heater!?" she said aura flaring as she saw it a rack of winter coats and mittens, She put them on and opened the door to step out into the snow, but she fell through the ground and yelled, "AAAAAAAAAAAAAA"" Within moments Danny flow out grabbing her with his arms in human mode rings hovering. She panted, "Ruby in the ghost zone Ghost lose phasing through things, but humans can it, You are the one that walks through things here! Control it! or wear the boots!" he said taking her to the speeder.
Ruby hopped back in shaking as she put on white and green glowing boots, "Now you tell me!" She said arms crossed walking off to the Far Frozen, "So Why don't we have the map?" Danny Phantom lead her to it to see a man in ice crystal armor looking like steel, holding sword he was twice her size. he removed his helmet revealing a face.
The man bowed saying, "I am Nicholas Schnee!" Ruby gasped, "WEISS YOU ARE RELATED TO WEISS!" the man smiled petting her head, "yes I watched, thanks for trying to be her friend Woman. I found my way here after my Death. I took to it like a fish to water and I am sorry." he put on his helmet and put his sword before them. "But the Infinite Map is missing!" Ruby's jaw dropped. The Schnee saw her, "A man with blue skin and dark hair, came in rags and took it." Danny growled, "yes Vlad your mother's stalker has the Map. with its power he could be anywhere I am sorry, but you are at a dead end in the land of the far frozen." he held his arm out, "However their is one thing of greater power here!"
The Yeti came over handing part of a book, "We have part of the elsewhereness journal." Ruby blinked, as he said, "Heaven Ruby Rose, the elsewhereness was found by only one ghost, who scattered his journal telling where it is to the winds, hundreds of pages of the elsewhereness last giving power to those who read them, and once together they will open the path to the heavens above. We have gathered Fifty pages of the book!"
Danny opened the book pages reading them he was glowing, "read the pages young king through them will come new power, beyond your latest Darkness and ecto sight, read this page and find Vlad, pages give one what they need." He said turning to leave as Danny finished glowing he closed his eyes, he could see all the Ecto Energy their was on a mental map, and soon light vanished in all but a path. " That's where Vlad is the path will change no matter where he goes." he made his hand grasp the book as he said. "I know where everyone is here I can see them as clearly if I was there, Johnny and Kitty fighting, The ectosuit using one inch wonder making a new one, Walker arresting people. Technus working on Machines, the Fright knight, Young blood. I know were they all are I can see them so clearly...I can see everything in the ghost zone!. Vlad is trying to get the map to take him back in time, but Clockwork is blocking them he is heading to clockwork to destroy him!" They all got in and in moments Danny held his hands touching the speeder. Dani Jack and Maddie gasping as the speeder turned to mist with them all and appeared at Clockworks lair.
Jack headed to their new ecto skeleton, "Kids go fight! well Dani and Danny Jazz Maddie help me put this battle suit on! So I can beat my former friend turned super villains stalker the fucking hell up! save some teeth for me to knock out! Ruby look panicked!" Ruby was running around panicked. "Good girl! serious ask out my son already I like this girl!"
heading inside our Two ghost form Phantoms saw clockwork making Clones to try and fight each clone dressed differently Clockwork was currently adult. Vlad in rages chained hanging off him a prison outfit was roaring in rage throwing around balls of Black Ecto fire. Clockwork became old man as clones with rifles fired on Vlad who made his own clones. "he was abducted and enslaved by Aliens with no faces he has lost his mind!"
Dani fired the open ecto shot on him. Vlad roared, As Danny Made clones to come at him, one with lighting whip, another a flaming sword, ice mace for one, and blades of wind for another, All this elements striking at him. Vlad held the map to keep warping around out of blows for his flaming claw strikes smashing Danny clones.
Danny got in front of Dani, "One choice left!" he opened his mouth for his wail, It damaged the wall but Vlad didn't move to both's shock, even Clockwork looked shocked, "he shouldn't be able to do that!" The Clockwork clones appeared now using weapons form remnant, to shoot at Vlad, but he won't go down. That's when Jack appeared in his new ectoskeleton with regulators so now side effects and landed a punch on Vlad, " V-man! I am going to knock out your teeth!" he said using the fists covered in lighting and red mist that made fire for flaming punches which left a mark. "You like the new anti-ghost knuckles they use blood blossoms, which I regrow form my ancestors seed collections to burn to generate flames that are anti-ecto giving me flaming fists of anti-ghost beat the shit out of you!" he said using boxing jabs while hovering knocking Vlad around everyone watched.
That's when it came out a black Tendril and a strange skull mask on chest. They gasped, Ruby who was watching hit speaker,"IT'S A PARASITE GRIMM A FUSION ONE! HE IS POSSESSED BY GIRMM!" Vlad got up left arm going Beowolf claws as he used flaming claw slashes and punches the arm was over sized bigger then his body, JAck's suit boxing it was still working but less. "YOUR GHOST STUFF WON'T WORK!"
She opened window holding rifle in sniper mode, "but I can take aim and fire!" She fired hitting the skull face shattering the parasite returning Vlad to normal in time for Jack's right hook to knock him out and the map fell for kid clockwork's clone to grab and give to Danny.
