Rest and Relaxation
After they got done with their intense battle with Team Flare and pretty much saved the entire Kalos region; Kevin and his friends talked for a bit and decided that they and their Pokemon were in dire need of some time off.
After looking back to all the places they've been before, they all walk back to Cyllage City and check in at the hotel there.
They all plan on spending an entire week there, just chilling and relaxing.
Right now, the group were lying on beach towels on a shore that was just outside Cyllage City in swimwear; Kevin was wearing light green swim trunks, Jonny was wearing navy blue swim trunks, Rolf was in brown swim trunks, and Nazz was in a white, two-piece, swimsuit, all staring out over the sea while their Pokemon were playing or lying in the sand.
"Wow, we all really needed this." said Kevin.
"Yes, even the son of a shepherd has to rest his bones once in a while." said Rolf.
"I'll bet this is how the Eds felt after that battle they had with that Team Galactic group back in Sinnoh." said Jonny.
"Speaking of the Eds; I wonder how they're doing in Alola?" asked Nazz.
"Probably doing some Pokemon training or something." said Kevin.
"It's hard to believe that the Eds are the reason we're having this awesome adventure." said Jonny.
"Yeah, who knew that us chasing after them for sliming us would lead to us learning about Pokemon." said Kevin.
"Remember how we found out the Eds were in the Sinnoh region?" asked Nazz.
"Yeah, those lousy Kanker sisters had us tied up in their trailer because they thought we had something to do with them missing." said Kevin.
"Good thing they saw the Eds on their TV at the Lily of the Valley Conference, otherwise who knows what they would've done to us." said Jonny as he shudders at that memory.
"Yeah, and that's how we all learned about Pokemon." said Rolf.
"They were so cool!" said Jonny.
"They still are." said Kevin as he looks at his Greninja swimming around in the water.
"Then the Eds got two invitations to compete in two different Pokemon leagues, then they give one of them to us." said Jonny.
"And I didn't want to be left out, so I convinced my Mom and Dad to send me here." said Nazz. "After I got here, I found my first Pokemon, Flabebe."
"Yeah, it was so amazing that you caught a Pokemon without having to battle it." said Kevin.
"At least I didn't have to hurt her." said Nazz.
"Rolf is happy Nazz got her first Pokemon." said Rolf.
"And after we all met up at Santalune City, our adventure really got started." said Kevin. Jonny takes out his badge case and opens it to see all the badges he collected.
"I remember every gym battle I had here." said Jonny with a smile as he thinks back to all his matches. Kevn, Rolf, and Nazz all take their badge cases out and open them up as well.
"I liked the one in Laverre City." said Nazz. "I loved all those dresses."
"I liked the one in Shalour City." said Jonny.
"You really liked Korrina, didn't you, Jonny boy?" said Kevin. Jonny blushes as he remembers the kiss he and Korrina shared.
"Rolf is glad to be having this adventure with his friends." said Rolf.
"We all are." said Kevin.
"And I really enjoy seeing all the new places here." said Jonny.
"Rolf wonders what else we'll see when we do our next gym battle?" asked Rolf.
"And when will I rise in rank at the Battle Chateau?" asked Nazz.
"What do you think our rivals are doing?" asked Jonny.
"Oh, those guys." said Kevin. "I almost forgot about them."
"They're probably training for the Kalos League." said Nazz.
"I'm pretty sure that our Pokemon got plenty of experience battling Team Flare and their Pokemon for now." said Kevin.
"Yes, at least we don't have to worry about those villians anymore." said Rolf.
"What's Lysandre going to do now without that ultimate weapon?" asked Nazz.
"Who knows?" Kevin replied.
"At least the Kalos region won't be in danger anymore." said Jonny.
"Right now, let's just chill out." said Nazz.
"Yeah, our Pokemon definitely deserve it." said Kevin.
"It can't get any better than this." said Jonny. Just then, a familiar voice calls out to Jonny.
"Hi, Jonny." Jonny looks and what he saw made him blush and his heart beat faster; Korrina was walking over to Jonny, wearing a white, one-piece swimsuit with a red trim.
"Hi, Korrina!" said Jonny, standing up. Korrina walks over to Jonny and they kiss, surprising Kevin, Rolf, and Nazz.
"When did that happen?" asked Kevin.
"The night at the Tower of Mastery after our gym battles in Shalour City." replied Jonny.
"So, what brings you here at the beach?" asked Korrina. Jonny explained to Korrina about their battle with Team Flare at Geosenge Town. "I heard about what happened in Geosenge Town; I'm glad you guys stopped Team Flare."
"After that, we decided to spend some time here relaxing; we needed one after all that." said Kevin. Korrina looks at Jonny.
"You want to go swimming with me, Jonny?" asked Korrina.
"Absolutely." replied Jonny. He and Korrina walked towards the ocean, holding hands. Nazz reaches into her backpack and pulls out a bottle of sunscreen.
"Hey, Kev; you mind putting some sunscreen on my back?" asked Nazz, making Kevin blush.
"S-Sure." replied Kevin. Nazz gives Kevin the sunscreen and lies down on her stomach. As Kevin puts some sunscreen on his hand to rub on Nazz's back, Rolf stretches and lies back down on his towel.
The group are enjoying their week in Cyllage Town. Soon, they will continue on their journey to Snowbelle City where their next gym battle awaits them.
