Captain Lightning-bolt needed answers, so he had come to the one place he could. He walked to a place which had a neon blue sign out the front
"Club Wonderland, it's been ages since I was here" he said smiling as he remembered that he and Holly had their technically fourth date there. Which was odd since it was technically a strip club, but it was a good time nonetheless and he saw his then girlfriend in a sexy manner
"ID" the bouncer said as he got closer. Grunting his showed the bouncer his ID
"Your boss in?" he asked "I have private business to discuss with him" he told the bouncer, who nodded and let him in while calling for someone on his radio. Captain Lightning-bolt walked into the door, the loud beats of dance music invading his ears
"Jimmy, is that you?" a friendly female voice said. Looking behind him Captain Lightning-bolt saw a blond hair woman wearing a tight fitting powder blue corset with matching panties, blue and white striped thigh highs, and a black bow in her hair
"Hey Alison" he said hugging the woman ":How are you
"I'm good, here to see Willis, is he in?"
"Sure follow me" she said leading him through the club, his eyes focused ahead of him
"So you're married, I'm guessing to Holly?" she asked
"Yeah" Captain Lightning-bolt answered "Third highest Aussie Pro Hero" he smiled
"Oh look at you, a proud husband" Alison said as she knocked on a door
"Enter" a voice said making Alison open the door.
Walking in Captain Lightning-bolt saw a man with long dark red hair who looked like he stepped off the stage of a glam metal concert. His long leather coat looked like a pair of folded up dragon wings.
"Willis Burke" Captain Lightning-bolt smiled
"James Ryan, my friends how are you?" Willis asked hugging the man.
"Not bad, but in need of information" James said
"You and every other villains in the area, you want to know where Atlas came from right, and most of them want to know where he went" Willis said "Something I'm guessing you know about?" Willis asked
"I might" James admitted
"Ooh?" Willis asked "Carmen!" he shouted making a woman with dark tanned skin walk in, she wore a bring orange set of lingerie and had cat like eyes.
"Yes boss?" she asked
"My usual, and A Farmer's for my mate" Willis nodded, a smile on her face as she walked out of the room
"Right away boss" Carmen walked out with a smile on her face
"So, tell me who did in the legendary Atlas" Willis inquired with a curiosity in his voice.
"He was taken down by a member of my team" James said
"The Villain Rehabilitation Team?" Willis asked
"Yeah, now I need something thing else I need from you, did you send any more recruits to Dingo?"
"I might of sent one" Willis said as Carmen walked in with a cup of coffee and a class of iced coffee.
"One Crème brulee mocha coffee and a Farmer's Union Iced coffee" she set the drinks down.
"Thank you Carmen" Willis smiled. "A small change I made, No more alcohol. It's better that way people enjoy their time here better and the girls don't have to worry about."
"Good idea" Captain Lightning-bolt said "Now that recruit"
"Indeed, One Karl Tuner, he uses a Toon inspired quirk" Willis said showing him a picture of Karl.
"Mr Toon?" Captain Lightning-bolt asked "he's the one you sent to Danger Dingo" Captain Lightning-bolt asked.
"Indeed I did. And I bet he's working on something for the Cabal, or at lease the coalition" Willis said
"Then I think we have to stop him" Captain Lightning-bolt said.
"Well done getting those files" Danger Dingo said over the radio
"No worries boss, it was a piece of cake" Mr Toon smiled as he removed his hair and pulled out a piece of cake. "ooh Chocolate Mud"
"Boss are you sure about this nutjob?" Rupture asked
"I mean he's not exactly the most sane" Wallop said
"Are any of us?" Danger Dingo asked
"Good point" Wallop said
"What I'm worried about is that they'll send the Hooligans after us again" Danger frowned "So better ready for them"
'Oh I will be" Massacre laughed as he formed a sword out of his blood.
"Easy Port, you and I are heading to Japan, to join Puppetress" Danger Dino said
"Aw, I don't get to play?" Massacre asked
"Shall I stay here and try to strengthen our forces?" Rupture asked
"Please do" Danger Dingo said as he and Massacre walked to a portal. "Tuner, be on guard and head for our next target"
"Yes sir" Mr Toon saluted and threw the cake up it the air and swallowed it, before hanging up
"ALL RIGHT VILLAINS LISTEN UP!" Wallaby shouted as she walked into the main base area "We got a new mission!"
"After that last one where we got no action?" Feedback asked
"Indeed, you're hunting down one Karl Tuner aka Mr Toon. A living Cartoon thanks to his quirk Toon Force" Wallaby stated
"Great" the twins groaned
"Why are we targeting him?" Eclipsa asked
"He stole confidential files from Jackman, including a student in IWP" Wallaby frowned.
"There's a student in Jackman like that?" Huntsman asked scared
"Indeed" Wallaby nodded.
"One of those psychos in the Cabal might be after her" Cruncher said
"So how do we defend her?" King Brown asked
"We're not sure. We don't know what student it is, but at this point I'd be scared of them, especial what we heard" Perisher said
"I heard the captain's son barbecued Shigiaraki" Feedback said
"WHAT!" they all shouted,
"Zack, how?" Captain Lightning-bolt asked shocked.
"He shot a bolt of lightning thru one of Spot's portals, striking Shiggy straight in the chest. Heard he's being healed at the moment" Feedback said
"Damn, you are good at being a double agent" Thredbo complemented him
"Thanks mate" Feedback nodded.
"right now, we need to move out!" Wallaby snapped "NOW PEOPLE!" she shouted
"YES M'AAM!" the team said.
Soon they were boarding their aircraft, only for Captain Lightning to stop Boomerang.
"Boss?" Boomerang asked
"Not you" Capt Lightning-bolt frowned "I can't trust that you won't do that again" he frowned
"Oh come on mate, he deserved it" Boomerang shrugged
"Problem?" Wallaby asked.
"You could say that" Capt Lightning-bolt said "Boomerang's staying here" he said
"Negative, you're all going, Director's orders" Wallaby informed them
"Fine" Capt Lightning-bolt frowned "But he stays on the plane" he stiffly said walking inside
"what was that about?" Eclipsa asked
"He killed Atlas, so Capt doesn't trust him" Feedback said
"Oh" the group said as they took off
"Come on mate he needed to be put down" Boomerang argued,
"Don't care" Capt Lightning-bolt frown.
"So where is our target?" Hunstman asked
"Downtown Adelaide, he was last sighted walking out of Jackman" Wallaby told them
"What?" Captain Lightning-bolt snapped.
"GET READY TO DROP!" Wallaby said as they were locked in their drop box
"I always hate this thing" Sharkfang said
"We know" the twins said
"Geronimo" King Brown said as the aircraft opened the bottom hatch making the box drop down
"Please tell me no one ate" Thredbo frowned
"I may of" Feedback said
"Rookie" they all said
"Target is in the are of the drop site" Captain Lightning-bolt said
"How long unto we touch down?" Feedback asked
"2 minutes" Cruncher said
"Deploying Quirk tracker," Sharkfang said
"Got him" Eclipsa said "he's 250 meters out and closing"
"Alright guys, let's do this" Captain Lightning-bolt said
"YES Sir" the hooligan shouted as their descent slowed down.
"Touchdown in 3" Cruncher said
"LET'S DO THIS!" they shouted as the box opened up.
"Let's cause some chaos HOOLIGANS!" Lightning-bolt shouted
"Right on!" they shouted
"Yeah right on, a new voice said making them all look and saw Mr Toon standing there cheering
"Target 0 meters" Eclipsa told them
"GRAB HIM!" they shouted as they tried to grab him, dogpiling on him.
"Did we get him?" Huntsman asked
"Y'all sure did" Mr Toon cheered
"HUH?" they asked getting up
"Slippery bastard" Capt Lightning-bolt shouted
"He's a damn toon or did you forget that?" Cruncher asked as he bit into a chunk of stone, turning his whole body into stone and stood up, the sound of rocks shifting as he did so.
"Wow, you're going to be a tough one" Mr Toon laughed.
"Not funny asshole" Cruncher swung at him, only for Mr Toon to manipulate his body going side to avoid the punched
"Then try this joke!" the target said as he pulled out a boxing glove and punched Cruncher, making him fly back as it was spring loaded. "HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!" he laughed before he disappeared in a cloud of dust.
"We were outmatched by that guy" Thredbo frowned
"No kidding" Perisher agreed
"He's a damn cartoon character: King Brown hissed
"So what's the plan?" Feedback asked
"we track the bastard down and bring him back to Wallaby, so he can't join up with the Cabal" Captain Lightning-bolt growled.
"Okay" they all nodded
"Let's move out and find this asshole!" Capt Lightning-bolt shouted
"YES SIR!"
"Let's see, hopefully one of these are who that Victorian Edge lord is looking for" Mr Toon said as he pulled out the files he stole from his hat and flipped through them "Angel girl, catgirl, magician, Coffee Addict, Leather Belt, Fairy, Onikage's grandson, Sugar addict!" he shouted
"Will you hurry it up?" Rupture said as he walked out of the nearest pool of water
"Sorry, sorry but I grabbed so many files" Mr Toon said
"Look Ripper is looking for one in partcicular" Rupture said
"Hang on, hang on" he said as he pulled one out "Marybelle Watson" he handed it to Rupture
"So that is what he wants, but the question is why?" he asked
"Don't know" Mr Toon shrugged before a bolt of lightning shot past them "HEY NOW!"
"THERE THEY ARE!" Captain Lightning-blot shouted as the Hoolugans charged at them, Mr Toon made his eys pop out as a warning klaxon was heard
"Oh will you stop that!" Rupture said
"Sorry" Mr Ton shrugged
"Get those files, we need to make sure they don't get in the hands of the Cabal!" their leader ordered
"Yes sir" they shouted.
"Oh you mean these files?" Mr Toon cheekily asked as he shoved them back into his hat, then pulling out a small clown horn
"what is that going to do?" Perisher snorted.
"Oh just this" Mr Toon snickered as he squeezed the end of it, unleashing a massive soundwave
"GET DOWN" Thredbo shouted as he made a wall of ice, hoping to block it, only for it to blow the ice apart into small fragments.
"SAY DO YOU ALL LIKE BALLOON ANIMLS?" Mr Toon shouted as he pulled out a set of long skinny balloons.
"Uh oh" Captain Lightning-bolt frowned as he saw that Mr Toon had created a gun out of balloons.
"DUCK AND COVER IF YOU CAN!" Mr Toon called out as he opened fired. The Hooligans quick jumped behind cover.
"That's no fear" Boomerang whined
"Thanks for stating the obvious!" King Brown said as he spat acid at Mr Toon, who warped his body to avoid it
"How do we stop a cartoon?" Eclipsa shouted as she blasted him wither quirk of darklight, which was a bolt of black and white energy.
"Missed me, miss me" Mr Toon laughed as he twirled his legs into springs and bounced off.
"So how do we beat this guy?" Huntsman asked after Mr Toon got away
"Did none of yours watch TV?" Boomerang asked
"Meaning?" Feedback asked
"He's a toon, you gotta think like one" Boomerang said as he pulled out a small explosive and grabbed an apple "HEY MR TOON, I GOT A NICE POWER UP FOR YOU!" he shouted as a hand appeared and grabbed the apple.
"Don't mind if I do" the cartoonish villain laughed, eating he piece of fruit
"no one would be that" Perisher started only to see Mr Toon expand like a balloon as a bang went off, smoke pouring out of his mouth and ears. Taking advantage of the Boomerang walloped hi, making his head literally spin
"Low blow" Mr Toon growled
"Take his hat!" Cruncher said
"I got it" King Brown grabbed it
"HEY!" Mr Toon shouted "OH don't think so" he the smirked while rearing his fist back and expands it "HEY LOOK MA! I'M LUFFY!" he shouted as the first flew at them. Cruncher saw this and quickly swallowed a piece of titanium, turning his body into the metal, he stepped in the path of the giant fist as it flew forward as a smirk formed on his face.
"Uho oh" Mr Toon whimpered as he punched Cruncher, which made several bones broken "YEEEEOOOOOWWWWWW!" he howled in pain.
"Sucker" Cruncher grabbed his throat "You find the files yet?"
"No we haven't" King Brown said pulling out a bazooka.
"I have a permit for that" Mr Toon told them while he had Cruncher's hand around his throat.
"Shut up" Cruncher frowned
"Ah found them" King Brown said pulling them out
"Thank you" Rupture said as he grabbed the files "we've been looking for a way to finally get our hands on these"
"Puddle boy!" Captain Lightning-bolt shouted as he ran at the portal quirk user.
"My My, is there something in here that is making you angry, maybe like your son Zachery" Rupture taunted him
"SHUT UP!" Captain Lightning-bolt snarled.
"I'll take that as a yes" Rupture laughed. "Mr Toon, that gallon of water please"
"Sure thing" Mr Toon said as he dumped a gallon of water on the ground, making a puddle on the ground "There you go"
"Thank you, now deal with them" Rupture ordered as he stepped in the puddle and quickly form a portal which lead to a harbour
"NO YOU DON"T!" King Brown shouted
"Sorry, but later" Rupture said as the portal was destroyed, only after Rupture used his puddlegate quirk to get away.
"We failed to get the intel" Eclipsa said
"But we have him" Huntsman snarled as he pulled out a pair of knives and charged at Mr Toon, who pulled out a metal spoon,
"Oh please, that won't work on me" Huntsman skimmed as he jumped at Mr Toon
"SURPISE!" Mr Took shouted as the spoon turned giant and hit Huntsman in the face, sending him into Boomerang, Eclipsa and the twins.
"Whoa!" Captain Lightning-bolt said as he turned to the enemy
"Come on then" Mr Toon laughed
"I seriously wish Sharkfang did join us, since he's mostly useless on land" Captain Lightning-bolt frowned as the radio crackled
"Gee thanks boss" Sharkfang said "You're having all the fun while I'm in the box" he said
"Then get out here!" Captain Lightning-bolt snapped before he was dodging giant fists.
"Okay okay" Sharkfang said as he ran out of the box, "You do realise we no longer have a guy in the chair right?" Sharkfang asked as he saw Mr Toon, and snapped at him,
"WHOA!" Mr Toon panicked as he sucked his head i like a turtle before he slapped Sharkfang in the nose with a frying pan
"Really?" Sharkfang asked
"Yeah, I mean you are a fish after all" Mr Toon smirked before he spun his legs into a tight spiral, jumped into the air before drilling into the ground.
"Oh no you don't!" Sharkfang shouted as he dived in after him, his dorsal fin sticking out.
"Should we help him?" Cruncher said
"I think he got this" Captain Lightning-bolt smile "But lets' set up the trap anyway."
Mr Toon jumped out of the ground and shook the dirt off like a dog, finally fixing his suit and looked around.
"Hey stupid tuna, thing you can beat me?" he smugly asked as he walked off
"Yeah, I do" Sharkfang shouted, jumping out of the hold behind Mr Toon, who turned and looked before letting his eyes bug out of his head.
"SHARK!" Mr Toon cried, his legs turning into circles as he ran off.
"Not this time" Sharkfang snarled as he pulled out a grappling hook and fired at him, snaring the villain's body as his head and feet continued forward
"Um, something seems off here" he muttered as he was pulled back to his body, which flung him into a capture box they others had set up after the pair took off
"Mission accomplished" Captain Lightning-bolt said
"Only puddle boy got way with the files" Boomerang whined.
"Something we don't know why" Cruncher said
"I might know where to find out" Captain Lightning-bolt frowned.
Captain Lightning-bolt kicked the door to Willis' office and stormed in, with Willis holding two girls, one in Apple Red lingerie and the other in Apple Green lingerie.
"Beat it" he snapped making the two girls leave quickly. Willis looked offended
"HEY!" he shouted only to be grabbed by the jacket and slammed against the wall.
"Okay you all knowing shit-stain, I want to know why the Cabal needed files of the Jackman first year hero course students, and if you lie to me" Captain Lightning-bolt started "I'm going to remind you I am the one the highest ranking villains despite working for AHAB!" he threatened
"Oh my, where to begin" Willis taunted as Captain Lightning-bolt's hand started to spark "Okay, okay, okay; They wanted the file to identify a few of them"
"Which ones?" Captain Lightning-bolt asked increasing his grip on his throat
"A new exchange student who Gentlemen Ripper is hunting down so he can force her mother off of some trial, the Sons of Adam are looking for another exchange student for some reason. Puppetress wants to know about your son's weaknesses, Onikage is hoping t reunite with his grandson, Shimmer's little sister so they can blackmail her into getting something for them" Willis strained out.
"Okay tell me about this trial" Captain Lightning-bolt asked
"Alright, alright, alright. The trial is about an electric quirk user who was arrested for killing three people with his quirk and sent to the Black Stump for life. Only it turns out he was unjustly convicted and this is a retrial to get him pardoned and released
"Keep going" Captain Lightning-bolt urged him
"turns out there was an eyewitness to the crime and he was framed by a crooked Aussie cop; he had a taser quirk but took Trigger to overclock the quirk, killing those three people" Willis told him.
"And the student's mother is on the jury, but Gentleman Ripper's a bloody pom and so is this juror; why are they here?" Captain Lightning-bolt asked.
"I have no clue, but she's here and is on the jury" Willis gulped back nerves
"One more thing, this prisoner; what is his name?" Captain Lightning-bolt asked
"Terrance Ryan" Willis revealed "That's right your brother Terry is about to be cleared of a crime he didn't commit" Willis said.
G'day Guys Grizz here, and that was Mr Toon a tribute to The Mask and Looney Tunes wrapped up in one quirk and man was he a pain in the ass for them kind of fun to write though meaning he may come back, plus we found out a but more about why Gentleman Ripper wants Mary, so he can stop Zack's Uncle being released something I'll touch on a later chapter, maybe three chapters time when I think of more reasons Mary's in danger.
Now the files of the stolen students are important to what I call the Villains vs Student arc, which will cover the previous, this one and the next two chapters. Each one focusing on why the villains are after those students before I get into the final stretch...however long that may be. Now when I wrote this fic I never had the usual set goals of X amount of chapters to write, I've been enjoying this fic and I don't know when I will end it it could be between 30-40 chapters long but I don't care just as long as it has an audience of readers
