"Hey you guys seen K'Wame?" Fern asked as she walked into the main area of her class' dorm
"I think he was up in his room" Graham said
"Why do you ask?" Annie asked
"Something's up" Fern said
"I think I know" Scotty said as he pointed at the screen, showing a report on the International Outreach Centres were blown up by the members of a cult called the Sons of Adam. The offspring of the African villain Adam-1.
"Oh no," Fern said rushing upstairs.
"What should we do?" Tao asked looking unsure about the situation
"All I know is that things are going to be tough for him" Scotty said.
Up in his room K'Wame knelt on the floor while placing a small bowl on the ground, crossing his arms over his chest before bowing his head. A he was besides himself as he heard his countrymen were attacked and killed by those who wanted to hunt his family. He was barely holding it together, but he had to be there. He most of all wanted to head home and just be with his father and mother in this rough time as that meant the capital city of his nation was going to be attacked.
"Please Ancestors, may the rest in the green veld" K'Wame said as he lifted his head, tears streamed down his face, he bowed his head once more as the door was knocked on, he looked at the door to see his class leader standing there
'Hey K'Wame, you okay?" she asked
"I am, juts sad over the lost of my countrymen" he said as Fern hugged him
"Just tell us what you need." Fern told him
'Just some time to myself" K'Wame said as his phone beeped "Excuse me" he bowed
"Of course and come down in a while, the others are worried about you okay?" she smiled
"You got it" K'Wame said.
"I have to head home for a few days" K'Wame said smiling
"Oh" Annie said saddened a bit.
"Don't worry, it won't take long" K'Wame smiled as he hugged her. "And I'll be better than ever" he said
"Okay, go have some fun" Fern said as K'Wame hugged her and left.
"We're not going to let him go alone?" Tao asked as he, Anne, Graham and Betty looked at their leader
"No way" Fern said
"You're going to follow him?" Scotty asked, "You know what trouble that may cause?"
"Yeah" the five said as the raced off
"Idiots" Theo sighed
"They have good intentions" Shelly said
"We should Tell Mr Jackman about this" Scotty groaned.
"How are they going to follow him?" Theo asked
"I'm...not sure" Scotty admitted.
"WHOA!" the group said as they saw the transport for K'Wame to head home in.
"I'm guessing our best bet in that we get in the cargo hold" Grahama said
"Good idea" Fern nodded
"But who are they?" Annie asked
"I don't know" Betty said
"I think they maybe Wakanadans" Fern frowned
"Wait you don't think K'Wame is?" Tao asked
"NAH!" they all shouted. Once they saw the ramp being lowered for the cargo hol dthey made a run fo it
"This looked like a HVT" Fern said as she got in the hold followed by Graham and Tao who helped Annie and Betty up into it as it closed
"Now the fun part begins" Tao said.
"What is the situation back home?" K'Wame asked as he sat in one of the seat while a soldier dress in armour had his hands over the control
"The Sons of Adam have been attacking out Embassies and Outreach centres" the pilot said making K'Wame frown.
"So why am I being brought home?" K'Wame asked.
"Because an emergency situation has been decided for as long as you remain in Australia to finish your education, then you must have them!" a bodyguard said "This are your father's decisions. The rest of the council agree with him, even that one"
"I see, so it is time I drop my hero name of Panterra" K'Wame said
"Indeed it is, but at least you can use it in school rather than the one you will be given to you" The bodyguard said "now then tell me about this girl who stole your heart."
"How did?" K'Wame asked as he blushed.
"You hear anything?" Fern asked from the cargo hold
"Just muffled voices" Betty said
"Great" Graham said as he frowned
"Just enjoy the ride" Fern said.
Soon they landed on the aircraft and K'Wame got out, warriors and servants bowed to him
"Welcome home" The bodyguard said as his father walked out of the building
"Father" K'Wame said as he hugged his father "I'm happy you are safe, and disappointed that I return home in these circumstances" he said
"I know, my son" his father said "But I think it is the right time for this"
"There will be two of it" K'Wame said
"There will be, after all his has been our protector for generations" his father said "and now he is needed more than ever"
"Indeed it is" K'Wame said as he and his father walked off, while the cargo hold was emptied. Once the coast was clear Fern and the others jumped down and looked around amazed at where they had landed
"No way" Betty gasped
"He's Wakandan!" Annie said
"That means" Grahame said
"He's may just be the son of a government official" Fern said
"I doubt it" Tao said
"I'm starting to as well" Betty said
"I'm dating a prince?" Annie muttered
"Come on guys" Graham said.
"PEOPLE OF WAKANDA!" K'Wame's father shouted making the four tribes of Wakanda pay attention as he stood on a platform at the bottom of a waterfall, the four Aussies hiding behind some rocks to try and not be spotted. "FOR AGES NOW OUR NATION BEEN PROTECTED BY A GREAT HEARO, BUT OUR BRETHEN WHO ARE EXPLORING OUTIDE OUR HOME ARE BEING ATTACKED FROM A FORCE WE NEVER EXPECTED, THAT IS WHY I AM GRANTING MY SON PRINCE K'WAME THE EMERGENCY RANK OF GRAND PROTECTOR, HE WILL ACT OUTSIDE OF WAKANADA" he declared, the Australian students shocked by what they heard
"Okay there is no denying it now K'Wame is really the prince of Wakanda" Tao said
"I-I-I-I" Annie fainted as Betty caught her. Fern looked at where K'Wame was standing
"I present to you; The second BLACK PANTHER!" the king said as he produced a necklace like his only gold in colour with a panther head in the middle of it. K'Wame knelt done and bowed his head, his father placing the necklace upon him.
"No kidding" Tao said
"He's a second Black Panther now" Annie squeaked as they saw the suit form around him, nanites flowing from the teeth of the necklace forming the suit, the bracers were edged in the golden coloured metal, matching the necklace. Flicking his hand out he deployed his claws making the crowd cheer.
"Oh wow" Fern gasped
"YEAH!" the guys shouted making Fern pull them back. K'Wame snapped his eyes to where he had heard the noise. The King noticed this and nodded making K'Wame nod and rush off.
"Er guys?" Tao asked
"Running!" Graham shouted as he picked up Annie and dashed off.
"He's faster! Why is he faster?" Betty asked
"It must have something to do with the mantle of Black Panther" Fern guessed
"I did hear something about how they used a type of herb to enhance their physical abilities" Tao told them
"And with his quirk, man are bad guys going to get it" Graham looked back "CAN'T YOU DO SOMETHING!" he shouted
"BUT WHAT!" Fern asked as she looked around.
"MAKE A BRANCH HIT HIM!" Betty suggested
"why didn't I think of that?" she deadpanned
"WE DON'T KNOW!" they shouted
"EEK!" Annie shouted as she tripped
"ANNIE!" the others cried out as the Black Panther landed and was about to tab Annie when he froze, his claw a millimetre away from her eyes
"Annie?" asked as his cowl minimized revealing his head. "What are you doing here?" he asked hugging her before he looked up to see the others of his classmates. "Fern, Betty, Tao, Graham...were you checking up on me?" he asked
"Yeah" they all admitted.
"why?" K'Wame asked as he helped his girlfriend up, who was just happy to be hugged by him
"She was worried" Betty said
"BETTY!" Fern exclaimed
"Thank you my friends" K'Wame said as he smiled as more footsteps were heard, the group looked up to see the King approaching "Father" he said respectfully
"Your majesty" the others said bowing their heads in respect.
"These are the intruders?" The king asked
"Yes father, they are my friends from Jackman in Australia, in fact this girl" K'Wame said pointing to Fern "Is our class leader, she and the others came when she thought they were in distress" K'Wame said.
"I see, thank you for looking out for my son" the king said "It is a pleasure to meet my son's friends, or at least some of them" the king smiled "And this must be Annie"
"Um, yes sir" Annie nodded as she stepped away from K'Wame
"So you are the maiden who caught his heart, come we'll bring you to the place" he said leading the group to a aircraft.
Upon seeing the golden palace the Australian kids were in aw, while the king chortled happily
"You guys should see the look on your faces" K'Wame joined his father in chortling
"Hey shut up, we're just from the cities of Australia, we've never seen anything like that!" Tao shouted
"Now, now K'Wame, I do am in awe of it when I come back after being away, and so are you." the king said
"Yes father" K'Wame said "But one thing I do miss are the sunsets" K'Wame said
"Sunsets?" Annie asked
"Yes, they are magnificent" K'Wame said
"While you are here you will have to view one" the king said "For it is nothing like you have ever seen"
"Indeed" K'Wame confirmed "And there is the best place to view them" he said pointing to a statue of a black panther guarding a cave
"Whoa" the Aussies said.
Meanwhile hiding in a building on the outskirts of a city was a group of men and women who were wearing ivory coloured cloaks, sinister looking tribal masks and had bronze daggers
"My brothers and sisters, long has our Father Adam-1 been a power in our world, one to lead us out of the shadows and role what the weak masses" their leader said
"YES!" they all cheered
"But there are those who are a threat to his glory, namely the King of Wakanda and his war-dogs" the leader said "Which is why we are here, we will be making sure the end of the Black Panther" the leader said making them all cheer
"It doesn't matter how many heroes they throw at us, for we are the Sons of Adam; we are the ones who will remake this world!" he shouted as the others cheered loudly. The leader smirks
ADAM, ADAM, ADAM, ADAM, ADAM!" they chanted before a spy slipped in and bowed
"Sir there are more of those heroes here, they appear to be from a different nation" the spy said
"What?" the leader asked "Do you which one?"
"Australia; my kin." the spy said
"Australia...what are they doing in Wakanda?" the leader asked as he looked at the palace "Were they invited?"
"I do not know, I will work with the other spies to find out" the spy bowed their head
"Very well, start the plan" the leader ordered.
"This is so cool" Graham said as he looked out the window at the view.
"Indeed" K'Wame said as he smiled as his friends relaxed
"I'm sorry for barging in" Fern said as she bowed to the king
"It's okay" the king said smiling "I was hoping to one day meet you"
"This is a lovely country your highness" Betty said
"Good to hear" The king smiled before becoming serious "You do know what threat we are facing?"
"The Sons of Adam" Tao said
"Indeed, they've been attacking out Outreach centres and embassies" the king said
"Are you saying they could attack here?" Annie asked
"I'm afraid you are correct" the king frowned
"Great timing" Fern sighed as she rubbed her head
"Don't worry, it will be fine" the king said before an explosion was heard
"That was the marketplace!" K'Wame said
"They have began" the king scowled.
"Let's move out" Fern declared before blushing and looked at the king "Sorry" she said
"Don't be" the king laughed "You are right, I'll stay here and try and locate their main base, K'Wame take you friends and defend the marketplace"
"Yes sir/father" they bowed and quickly pulled out their phones and typed in a command code allowing their costumes form around them, K'Wame touching the middle fang of his necklace, his new suit formed around him
"Let's go" K'Wame called out.
"Nurse, you and Grampian evacuate the civilians!" Black Panther shouted "Krysta, Kageken and Aquus with me, we will deal with this scum!" he shouted
"You got it!" they all responded as they went into action
"Translators in people" Krysta called out
"Copy!" they responded. Nurse and Grampian quickly went to work, helping the civilians of the area
"I got you young one" Grampian smiled as he picked up a young girl who looked nervous, "We need a Triage area" he called out
"Okay" Nurse nodded as she helped a police officer with someone who injured their leg. A group of Wakanda rescue workers rushed over and moved more of the injured civilians and established a Triage area for the injured. Grampian saw a cultist with a knife about to stab a rescuer. Activating his rock form, he intercepted the knife, breaking the blade.
"Not cool" he growled in a deeper gravelly voice as he punched the cultist "CULTIST IDENIFIED!"
"I got it" Krysta nodded as she fluttered about looking for the bombs. Kageken charged his fist with shadow energy and punched a few of them.
"I am not sure they have a firm goal in mind" he said
"No" Aquus said as she used a staff made of water, her wave like skirt moving around as she attacked
"Eyes on the prize guys" Krysta said as she made the trees grab them.
"COME OUT THE BLACK PANTHER IS READY FOR YOU!" K'Wame cried out as several Sons of Adam approached him, each one with armed with blades. They raced forward the closet one rearing back, about to chop the second Black Panther in half, only for him to slide under, his claws slicing the swords apart, then spinning around and kicking him in the back, forming blades from his wrists he charged at the next two, cutting through their cloaked to reveal woven armour underneath. "So, they wear armour underneath that is woven from fibres" Black Panther said
"So, they're the supposed sons of Adam-1" Krysta said as she used the nearby leaves as throwing knives
"They are," Black Panther said as he used his knives on another member of the sons do Adam.
"Okay, here you are" Nurse smiled as she laid a young man down, unaware that a , the young man shouted in Wakanda about what was behind her, picking up on the tone of his voice, Nurse turned to see a cultist about to stab her. All she did was hugged the young man protecting him
"Hold on" she said before a Panther made of black energy and threw him away, then it looked at Annie. who had a sweet and gentle smile on her face, petting it. "Good kitty" she laughed before the panther moved away from her and started to maul the son of Adam "Good kitty" she said "See we're safe because of the Black Panther" she smiled making the boy relax.
"They attacked the triage centre?" the king asked shocked
"Yes sir" an aide said
"Anyone hurt?" the king asked shocked
"No, thankfully the Australian heroes and your son are a big help in that area" he said showing the footage of the fight
"They are good" the king said as their files were pulled up "Huh, one of them is Onikage's grandson" the king said
"Is that a problem?" The aide asked
"No, I believe he is trying to distance himself from Onikage" The king said
"Sir another bomb has been discovered at the airfield" a security office shouted
"I will deal with it" The king said activating his own Black Panther suit and moved out with this royal guards.
"King T'Challa" a voice said as he reached the airfield "How good to see you" the voice said a sits own appeared before the king, wearing a white suit with a tribal patterned scarf around his neck and a staff in his hands.
"Adam-1" The king scowled
"You know, every child I have expands my life, so there are governments out there, who have sent soldiers to murder them. But they do not know how many of my children there are" Adam said as he held his staff as if it was a club. "Every attack against me leaves no mark." He said before revealing five small scars on his chest "Except for the ones left by your father!" he scowled "So, I have made plans and deal to end those who I see as a legitimate threat to me and my children"
"So you are the one who created the Sons of Adam!" the king snarled
"I may have, but it is possible that my sons have done it independently of me" Adam-1 pondered "tell me, as a father, are you proud of your son?" he asked
"I am" The King said as he stalked towards Adam-1 "Are you, are you proud of their madness?"
"Some of them I am proud of, but the ones who started the Sons of Adam; I am both proud and ashamed of them" Adam-1 sighed
"ADAM-1!" the student heroes exclaimed as they raced over, getting ready for a fight
"Ah, you Krysta, Aquus, Nurse, Grampian and Pantera, or is that Black Panther now?" Adam-1 smiled. The students were in shock at what they just heard.
"How did he know our identities?" Krysta asked
"You'll learn soon enough" Adam-1 smiled and bowed. "I Must take my leave" he dropped a smokebomb, disappearing into the air.
"He got away" K'Wame said
"He did" The king frowned "For no you must head back to the school"
"But father" K'Wame said
"Only because you have been here enough, your education as a hero is important, not only yours but your friends too" the King told him
"Are you injured your highness?" Annie asked concerned
"I am fine young one" he smiled.
"Father I" K'Wame was about to continue when he's father placed his forehead on his
"It's okay" the king smiled "I am okay, now go!"
"Yes father" K'Wame nodded.
"We're back!" Fern said as she and the others walked in, the atmosphere was not a good one
"What happened?" Tao asked
"The school was broken into, and student files were taken" Scott said
"What who's?" Fern asked worried for her friends
"Several, including the new girl's. Turns out a member of the Cabal is interested in her" Theo added
"That's how" K'Wame said
"How what?" Scott asked
"How Adam-1 knew who we were" Fern said "Our hero identities"
"Meaning they have access to our files" Candy panicked
"We'll deal with that later, I believe K'Wame has something to show us" Fern smiled. K'Wame just sighed and nodded before he tapped the middle fang of his necklace making his Black Panther suit form.
"HE'S THE BLACK PANTHER!" his classmates shouted making him laugh
"I am indeed" K'Wame smiled as he sat down to tell his classmates about his true history.
G'Days Guys Grizz here, and that was a bit of fun wasn't it, not expecting the Black Panther to show up here did you, especially on facing off one of Mrotrax's characters which was fun due to it being because he seems a different to the others, and finally yes K'wame is the new Black Panther after he was changed into that role rather then being the Expy he was going to be, but he was always going to be from Africa, just not Wakanda which was added in later during the planning of this fic, making him the Black Panther alongside his father, who is a descendant of the modern T'Challa. That will be fun
