Basically, me ripping off ShinjiAndWarhammer40K, only it's a love letter to Nintendo. In his youth, Shinji happens upon a box of childhood fun, and with three... "little" words, the fate of the world is forever changed.

In a way, Shinji did die when he attempted suicide. Because as far as the people around him were concerned, this was not Shinji Ikari they were talking to. It was someone who was more real than Shinji himself in a way. And perhaps that was what terrified them the most. But she wasn't going to run away. She was going to save him from himself. Contains Shinji/Asuka.
