Small Will with a Pirating Inspiration
A single lone man with red hair and wearing a straw hat is walking through the quiet neighborly street while carrying a small treasure chest, he looks around to make sure that no one who might be trying to hunt him down and take that chest away from him.
"(I don't think I can keep this chest with me for any longer.)" The man thought knew he would have to hide away and give away what's inside.
He continues walking around trying to come up with a plan to hide this chest away or at the very least hide away the special item inside.
"Now Katsuki, you better play nice with Izuku this time and I don't want to see any bruises on him as well!" A woman shouted at her son.
This caught the attention of the red hair man who looks over to see two women with two little boys standing at the edge of the forest park, and it looks like the spiky ash blonde woman is yelling at the boy with the same hairstyle as the woman must mean they're mother and son, and the other woman and boy are also mother and son.
"Shut up, it's not like he's dead or anything." Katsuki shouted back at his mom.
Katsuki's mom named Mitsuki Bakugo is a woman with spiky sandy blonde hair and red eyes. She wears a dark purple shirt with a skull in front of an exploding, brown skinny jeans, and red shoes. Breasts size: H-cup.
"You shut up, Katsuki!" Mitsuki yelled back at her son.
Katsuki has the same traits as her mom; short, spiky, sandy blond hair with choppy bangs that hang over his eyebrows. His eyes are sharp and bright red in color. He wears a black shirt, dark red shorts, and black shoes.
"Easy Mitsuki, I'm pretty sure your son got the message." The other woman said.
"Just making damn sure that he does, Inko. I don't want anything bad happening our friendship because of our sons." Mitsuki said.
"Don't worry, I'm sure everything will be fine. I hope…" Inko said nervously.
Inko has large and circular eyes. Her hair and eyes are also slightly dark green. Her hair is straight and shoulder-length, with a small and spiky ponytail at the back. She wears a pink shirt with a white bunny picture with electric sparks around it, light blue skinny jeans, and white sneakers with pink tips. Breasts size: E-cup.
"I hope we can play well together, Kacchan." The boy named Izuku smiled.
"You're just tagging along, Deku!" Katsuki glared at Izuku.
Izuku Midoriya, also known as Deku, with his round face being framed by a short mop of fluffy dark-green hair which curls up at odd angles around his head, casting noticeably dark shadows onto itself. His eyes are large and somewhat circular, and his irises are the same shade of green as his hair. He wears a blue green shirt with a skull and cross bones, brown shorts, and red sneakers.
"Okay, we're going off to do whatever." Katsuki said to his mom and Inko before he walks away.
"Wait up, Kacchan!" Izuku called out as he quickly follows him.
"That boy with the green hair." The red hair man looked more at Izuku.
But then the red hair man notices something dark and sinister is nearby, and he fears that something bad may happen to that boy and his friend.
"So, what do you wanna do today, Kacchan?" Izuku asked.
"Hell if I know, the only reason I'm here is about our moms decided to get together for whatever shit they want us to do." Katsuki complained with his hands in his pockets.
"Well, maybe we could play pirate hunting down treasure and stopping any bad people from hurting others." Izuku suggested.
"Huh, what makes you wanna play pirate? I thought you'd be more into playing some hero games." Katsuki asked, surprise that Deku would suggest playing pirates.
"It's something my dad showed me when he visited me and mom, it was an adventuring book about a boy wanting to become a pirate but not in a bad way because this guy is friendly and really cares for his friends like his crew." Izuku explained.
"Oh, was he a strong pirate?" Katsuki asked.
"Oh yeah, a very strong pirate with a powerful heart to stand up to even the meanest people in the world." Izuku answered.
"Well, I'm in a mood for something different, maybe we could try playing pirates but I'm the powerful pirate that you could never beat." Katsuki grinned.
"(Yeah, I figure you would go for that.)" Izuku thought knew sweat drop.
"And would you look at that, we can use that big empty tree to be the pirate ship. And you're going to be in my crew as the chore boy." Katsuki smirked.
"Okay." Izuku nodded.
"Hello! Sisters, where are you?" A girl called out getting the boys' attention.
"Oh no, I'm completely lost. I have no idea where I am, and I'm scared." A girl with bangs covering her eyes sobbed.
"Kacchan, that girl needs help." Izuku pointed out.
"She must be stupid for getting herself and—Hey! I was talking here!" Katsuki yelled at Deku for running off to help that girl.
Izuku ran through the woods to find the crying girl hoping that she is not too hurt or sad for being lost, maybe he could find a way to help here even though he doesn't have a Quirk unlike his friend Kacchan who has a powerful Quirk and the big majority of the planet while he's one of the people who are deemed Quirkless.
"(Hmm, I wonder if I could find one of those fruits?)" Izuku thought curious about those strange fruits he heard about.
"Someone helps me!" The girl cried out again.
"Don't worry, I'm coming!" Izuku responded as he runs a bit faster.
"Hey, are you okay?" Izuku asked as he was finally able to reach the girl.
"Huh, who are you? Are you a jungle boy?" The girl asked.
"No, I'm no jungle boy." Izuku answered, but then his eyes became a little wider when he saw the girl in front of him.
"Whoa, you're really tall!" Izuku commented.
"Hey, are you calling me a freak or something because my mommy told me to not forgive them." The tall girl said.
"Oh no, I'm sorry! I didn't mean that in any way, I was just amazed of how tall you are and thought it was a cool Quirk! By the way, my name is Izuku D. Midoriya." Izuku introduced himself.
"At least you're nice enough to tell me your name. I'm Harumeg Charlotte, nice to meet you." Harumeg introduced herself.
Harumeg is a little girl who is very tall, about twice as Izuku's height, with short brown hair and bangs covering her eyes and is styled in bunches with a pink bow on top. She wears a pretty pink dress-like out red-pink shoes.
"What are you doing out here?" Izuku asked.
"I was having a picnic with my family, and I saw this beautiful butterfly, so I wanted to catch it and show it to my Momma but then I realize I didn't bring my net and by the time I wanted to go back, I'm lost!" Harumeg explained, crying again.
"Don't worry, I'm sure we'll find your family." Izuku hoped.
"Deku!" Katsuki called out as he ran in fast with his Explosion Quirk.
"Harumeg, this is my friend, Katsuki Bakugo. Also known Kacchan." Izuku introduced.
"Kacchan, that sounds like a sweet candy, and you don't look any sweet." Harumeg commented.
"Like fuck I wanna be sweet as candy, you tall weirdo!" Katsuki angered.
"Hey, you shouldn't say such bad words when we're all little kids!" Harumeg scolded, remembering what her Momma told her about bad words.
"Little? Have you look at yourself in the mirror because you don't look little to me! Are you even the same age as us?" Katsuki demanded.
"I'm five years old." Harumeg revealed her age.
"(She's the same age as us!)" Katsuki and Izuku thought shocked.
"Well, I'll be damn, then you're tall because of your Quirk?" Katsuki asked.
"No, I'm tall just like this. My Quirk is something else that I need my four sisters to do it." Harumeg mentioned.
"Like combining into a giant robot?" Izuku asked curiously.
"No, but you could say we do combine." Harumeg giggled, finding Izuku to be cute.
"Don't think this girl is better than me, Deku. My Quirk is far superior!" Katsuki smirked letting out small explosions from his hands.
"It does look impressive, but I've seen Devil Fruits being WAY more powerful than those little sparks." Harumeg stated, making Katsuki angry.
"Oh yeah, well" But before Katsuki could yell at her, something large and scary looking came bursting through some trees rushing past the kids causing them to fall.
Izuku groans in pain as he looks up to see a scary snake-like monster villain is hissing at the kids as he surrounds them with his long body.
"My, my, it's been a whole since I had a kid size meal." The large snake villain grinned.
"You meanie, my Momma told me to never be close to mean strangers!" Harumeg stated.
"Your mother hasssss the right idea, too bad ssssshe didn't teach you well enough to avoid them." The large snake villain moved in closer to Harumeg.
"Now let see how well you taste." The large snake villain said as he was about to open his mouth.
"Leave her alone!" Izuku threw a rock right at the eye of the villain and quickly stands in front to protect Harumeg.
"You little brat… Do you honestly think you have a chance to defeat me?" The snake villain asked angrily.
"I know I can't, but I'm not gonna let you hurt her because that's what heroes would do if they were here right now." Izuku stated strongly despite his legs shaking like a leaf.
Harumeg is amazed of the bravery from Izuku that he is willing to work his own life for one girl that he just met today, that he is willing to risk his own life to protect hers.
"My, you're an even stupider kid than I thought!" The snake villain laughed.
"I am going to enjoy eating you up!" The snake villain laughed and launches himself at the boy.
"DEKU?!" Harumeg cried out, wishing her sisters were here to help use her Quirk.
Just when the snake villain was about to take Izuku into his mouth and swallow him whole.
"I see, so you have a strong will." A man smiled.
Suddenly the large snake villain is halted much to his confusion and became shocked when he saw a single finger is holding him back and keeping him in place, Izuku is very shocked of how close he was to being taken out by a scary villain.
"Are you a hero, sir?" Harumeg asked.
"You could say that, but I'm much more than those legal rule-bounded heroes you know. You see, I'm something much more than that with a whole lot more freedom than the heroes." The man smirked.
"I'm a pirate, the name's Shanks." Shanks introduced himself.
Shanks is a tall, muscular man with a tan complexion. He has short red hair and a triple set of parallel, linear scars that pass vertically, at an angle over his left (untouched) eye. He wears a sweeping long, sleeveless, high-collared cape of black color while bearing a lighter, gray inside and beneath a simple, white shirt half-buttoned up, exposing the middle of his chest and upper abs. He also wears pants cut below the knee, collected halfway up the shin. Initially, the pair was a slightly loose, plain brown one with golden buttons down the outer leg sides, and a red sash around his waist to keep his shirt tucked inside.
"A pirate? Wait a minute, you're the Red Scar Hero: Red Sea Pirate! What the fuck are you doing here?" The snake villain asked shock.
"I was taking a stroll around and I felt something off in the woods here and decided to check it out." Shanks explained.
"Now, I believe you were about to leave these kids alone." Shanks glared.
Suddenly the snake villain felt something coming off from this man almost like he was being stared down by someone very powerful, his body sweating like shit and fear taking over from just stare of this man. And then, the snake villain fainted with his body dropping to the ground.
"(What just happened?)" Izuku thought confused in shock while Katsuki just woke up from his unconscious state.
"Tell me, what is your big dream." Shanks asked as he looks down at Izuku.
"M-Me…?" Izuku pointed at himself in confusion.
"Yes, you were very brave when you stood up to that villain and protected that girl. That must mean you have a big dream you want to accomplish." Shanks stated.
Izuku felt at ease with this man who wants to hear what his dream is, he doesn't know why but it's like this man can be trusted even though he just met this man who also revealed himself as a pirate.
"To be a hero just like All Might, someone who saves people with a smile no matter the danger and how matter how scary things can be. Someone who would risk his life to protect others, even when his body is shaking, I'll be the one to beat up the bad guys!" Izuku explained his dream.
Harumeg felt like her heart just skipped a beat after hearing about Izuku's dream of becoming a hero and Shanks seems to be mood by this as well.
"Sure, keep telling yourself that when you don't have a Quirk." Katsuki pointed out.
"Even so, I'll find a way." Izuku determined.
"(This kid… He almost reminds me of my old captain.)" Shanks thought smiled.
"Well then, if you're dead set on becoming a hero then maybe you should have this to help you get started." Shanks pushed his treasure chest to Izuku.
"What is it?" Izuku asked.
"Something that will help you make the world happy." Shanks opened the chest revealing a strange purple fruit.
"A fruit?" Katsuki confused.
"Not just any fruit, this is a"
"Devil Fruit!" Izuku realized what this is.
"That's right, it's one of the many special fruits that one can grant the user a power even to that of Quirkless people. This one is called the Gum-Gum that can make one's body stretchy as rubber." Shanks explained.
"Rubber? That sounds more like a useless power but guess it's perfect for Deku here." Katsuki mocked.
"You may say that now, but even a weak Devil Fruit power can become power to rival even a strong Pro Hero." Shanks said.
"You don't have to eat it right away, give yourself a few days to think about it though I have a feeling that you'll come to eat it." Shanks said as he stood up and walks away.
"Hey, wait!" Izuku ran up in front of Shanks.
"Can I ask you just one question?" Izuku asked.
"Sure, I still got time before I meet up with my crew." Shanks decided to hear his question.
"…Is it possible for a pirate to become a hero?" Izuku asked. This surprises Shanks as he wasn't expecting to be asked like that, but he smiles, nonetheless.
"Sure, if that pirate wants to be a hero to help others while still keeping his freedom and adventure. After all, that's what being a pirate is really about. Although in this case, those kinds of pirates would be viewed as vigilantes." Shanks answered.
"I'm a legal hero myself, but I don't exactly follow the rules of the government. Just isn't my style." Shanks chuckled.
"Wow, that's so cool!" Izuku amazed, and then Shanks placed his straw hat on the boy's head.
"This straw hat is very special to me, and now I'm giving it to you. Let's meet again after you have become a great pirate hero." Shanks smiled.
This was something Izuku was not expecting when he came here to the park with his mom and found a new friend, for this was the day Izuku felt more determined than ever to become a hero while also deciding to be a pirate in the mix to show everyone they're not scary like this man here.
"I'll do it! I'll become a hero pirate, so great that I'll be even greater than All Might and you!" Izuku declared his goal in life.
"Oh, be a greater pirate than me, huh? I'm looking forward to seeing you grow." Shanks smirked.
Shanks leaves the three kids while Izuku is holding the chest with the Gum-Gum Fruit in his little arms, Izuku smiles at the man's back wondering if he'll see him again in the future.

Here is a new story of My Hero Academia and One Piece where the Devil Fruits exist in the world of Quirks, and there are pirates still around as you can already tell, including the good pirates who seen as vigilantes as Shanks just explained. And it looks like Izuku made quite a strong impression on Shanks who happened to be passing by, he passed on the Gum-Gum Fruit and the straw hat to Izuku knowing that he's gonna do great things.
This is also a harem story, so expected for some of the girls to be on a bit of a pirate side for him.
