Please, before moving onto the next chapter, read everything that is in bold-italics. Though everything that is not in bold or italic explains why I hadn't updated in a while for those who found this story before I published again. I'll most likely publish this explanation (The part of the texts that are not in b or t) on only and A03.

A few of you attempted to correct me on the Spanish I used in the narrative. Although I am aware that you are all well-intentioned, I would like to point out that there are several dialects of Spanish, just as there are variations of English. Although I still use Google Translate, there are certain people I know that speak Spanish as their first language. They told me my Spanish passed when I went to see whether it was right. Although I am aware that this game is set in Spain, I find it amusing that both Google Translate and Spanish language lessons utilize Spanish from Spain. They speak in an extremely formal manner. They resemble a walking dictionary, almost.

Additionally, I advise against reading this only if you haven't finished the game or have just started playing/watching it-there will be spoilers! No one is stopping you from reading if you don't care about spoilers.

In other news, this fanfiction will be a one-sided connection between Osmund Saddler and Leon Kennedy, and if you've already read the title, you might know what to anticipate; therefore, most plot points will be somewhat adjusted or changed entirely for this. But there is light at the end of the tunnel for Leon. There are other minor ships, such as Luis and Leon and Ada and Leon, but that's about it.

Okay... So... I'm sure some of you have been questioning where I've been. Simple, I may no longer be in high school, but college still takes up a lot of my time. Which sucks. It also doesn't help that my attention span can be really short on some days, making it hard to do anything important. Should I blame it all on that? No, but I am. Oh well. I really do appreciate you guys waiting, though. Thanks for being so patient. Even though I have had all this time to complete my story, I am still not quite finished, and I'm probably going to make some tweaks here and there. Please do not expect weekly updates. I wish I could, but at this time, life has its ways. Thanks for your understanding once again.
