Kazuya Minamoto was an 18-year-old Japanese high school student, who was above average in looks, having the typical Japanese features such as black hair and eyes. He was fairly smart, having good grades, as he was always ranked in the top 15 when in school. He was also somewhat of an otaku, with only a few people knowing about it, having a fondness for both light novels and anime. His personality was decent, and he had a fair amount of friends, being an ordinary but smart male.

Kazuya's life was good until the moment he started dating a certain girl.

Yuno Tachibana was a good-looking girl only a year younger than him. The girl, while seemingly perfect on the outside, had a couple of screws loose, which became obvious to him as their relationship progressed. She always needed to know what he did and did not give him much personal space. Even in the first days of their relationship, he had a suspicion that the girl could be a yandere, but he did not trust his feelings at that time.

It was supposed to be a day like any other.

Kazuya woke up early, got ready for school, and had breakfast with his family. Despite the normalcy of his morning routine, his thoughts were preoccupied with Yuno. Since they started dating, Kazuya noticed peculiarities in Yuno's behavior: her clinginess, her constant need for reassurance, and her unsettling curiosity about every detail of his life. Initially, he brushed these signs off as quirks of her personality, but as the days passed, the red flags became impossible to ignore.

The air was tense during their last meeting. Kazuya, determined to end things, had chosen a public place, hoping it would keep the situation under control. Unfortunately, he underestimated the depth of Yuno's obsession. As he voiced his desire to break up, her initial shock quickly morphed into rage, culminating in the fatal strike that ended his life.

Kazuya woke up in a white room that stretched seemingly endlessly in all directions.

In the room, he saw a very attractive-looking woman with long blonde hair and blue eyes, dressed in white Greek robes similar to the goddesses in mythology, sitting behind her desk, reading through the papers in her hands. The woman, for only a second, turned her gaze towards him when he arrived, and soon went back to reading the papers.

Having read many Isekai stories in his life, Kazuya decided to walk towards the chair in front of her desk and sit down, assuming that this will be the time where he would be reincarnated by the goddess in front of him, while the goddess herself did not say anything to him.

The moment he sat down on the chair, he tried to start a conversation with her "Is this the moment where I am going to be reincarnated?", still remembering the fact he was stabbed to death by his previous girlfriend before arriving at this place, assuming this to be the place where she would decide where he is reborn.

"Please wait for a couple of minutes, while I finish reading through your report," replies the goddess, sounding displeased for being interrupted from doing her work.

After a couple of minutes, she turns her focus on him "From what I have read, you were a decent human while alive, being born to a middle-class family and having a younger sister. You were somewhat of an otaku, being mostly interested in the isekai genre. Although you were loyal to both your two girlfriends you had in the past, you also were fond of the harem genre. So I have decided to offer you a chance to reincarnate in one of the worlds which is based on a light novel world you have read in the past. With your purpose being to save that world. The reason being, the world where I plan to send you is heading towards destruction due to this version of the protagonist being a completely useless pervert with low willpower and no talent unlike many alternative versions of him."

"There are almost infinite alternative universes out there, and the world where I am going to send you is an alternative Deus Draconis world. You may remember this world as being the world where the light novel series High School DxD takes place. You have read a few volumes about this world in the past, but you dropped it due to you not liking the protagonist for his overly perverted personality, in which the protagonist stripped the women naked and got his power from breasts."

Seeing a look of recognition appear in Kazuya's eyes while listening to the plot, she continues, "I am going to reincarnate you in the place of a minor villain in the light novel story, who you yourself do not know anything about, who happens to be a Pure-Blooded High-Class Devil when the story canon starts far before canon. His overall personality is that of a trash, meaning he will not be missed once your soul takes over his body due to his accidental death. You will also gain all his previous knowledge and memories."

"In order for you to make an even greater impact on the world and save it, you will be given skills, which would be completely random."

Waiting for him to process all the information, she continues, "To help you in your quest, you will be given one random god class skill, which will belong to the ability category and become your clan trait that could also be inherited by your future descendants, while the others will be an unknown number of random class and category skills based on luck."

Having revealed the information, she asks, "Would you be interested in this offer, Kazuya Minamoto? If not, you will be reincarnated in your previous world as an ordinary human without any memories."

Thinking about it for a few minutes, he decides to accept her offer due to this being a dream come true for most otaku, despite him only reading up until the end of the Riser arc.

The woman then summons two golden dice with black dots on them and gives them both to Kazuya. "Please roll both dice at the same time in order to determine how many skills you will be given. Unlike the god class ability skill that is always positive in nature, you have a 50% chance of getting a positive, 25 % chance of a neutral and a 25 % of a negative skill. Those skills would be abilities, talents, and even special personality traits."

Kazuya takes the dice and rolls them, getting a good number on both of them, with one of the dice being 6 and the other being 5, which is a total of 11.

"I guess this could be some kind of karma being awarded for your bad luck of getting killed by your last girlfriend, as I don't know how you got such a result, as the dice is charmed to prevent cheating.", says the woman. "Now I am going to give you 12 random skills, starting with a god-level positive skill that would become your new clan trait."

Kazuya then heard the same woman's voice in his head:

'Ability: [Gura Gura no Mi] (Clan trait), a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit ability without the standard devil fruit weaknesses, which allows the user to create vibrations, or 'quakes', however due to it becoming the Devil clan trait, the power of Gura Gura no Mi will now depend on the amount of the user's demonic energy.'

'Archetype: [Donquixote Doflamingo: 25%] (Neutral): as a result of the ability the user will have a 25% change in their personality, making the user act more like Doflamingo, becoming more arrogant, prideful, carefree, bold, while also inheriting some of his unique habits.'

'Skill: [Taekwondo Mastery] (Positive): the user will become a master in all forms of Taekwondo.'

'Attribute boost: [50% increase in Magical Energy] (Positive): Due to the user being reincarnated as a devil, the user will have a 50% increase in their demonic energy.'

'Habit: [Mild alcohol addiction] (Negative): the user will have an alcohol addiction, however it is only at a mild level. Meaning the user will only have a small tendency or love towards alcohol.'

'Archetype: [Kisuke Urahara: 25%] (Neutral): as a result of the ability the user will have a 25% change in their personality, making the user act more like Kisuke Urahara, becoming smarter and more cunning. Due to having a previous archetype, the users laid-back, optimistic and eccentric personality are further increased as a result, while the trait of pride is reduced and the trait of arrogance is removed due to Kisuke's humble personality.'

'Personality trait [Lustful: 50%] (Negative): the user will become 50% more lustful towards the members of the opposite sex.'

'Ability: [Busoshoku Haki] (Positive): a form of Haki that allows the user to use their own energy to create, in essence, an invisible piece of armor around themself, providing incredible offensive and defensive capabilities. This form of Haki can be used to injure users that are otherwise immune to ordinary physical attacks and can even injure members such as those of the Phenex clan. In order to adapt to that of the user, Haki now uses demonic energy instead of spiritual energy.'

'Skill: [Gambling Mastery] (Positive): the user is a master in all that involves gambling.'

'Skill: [Aikido Mastery] (Positive): the user will become a master in all forms of Aikido.'

'Talent: [50% increase in Lightning Magic Affinity] (Positive): The user will have a very decent affinity towards lightning magic.'

'Skill: [Mathematical Mastery] (Positive): The user will have a complete mastery over Mathematics, including being able to make calculations in an instant and knowing all mathematical formulae, including those which have not been yet discovered.'

A paper sheet then appears on the woman's desk, which she picks up. When her eyes see the paper, she whistles. "You must have been born under a lucky star to have such good skills. In addition to having a skill related to the Astaroth clan who is known for their mathematical sciences, you also got many rare skills", giving him the sheet to read.

The sheet reads as follows:

Having read through the sheet, Kazuya places the sheet on the table. The goddess then summons a blood quill, like the one used in Harry Potter, a popular book in his world.

Having signed the contract in blood, the goddess snaps her fingers, and Kazuya is reincarnated into the world of Deus Draconis as Diodora Astaroth.
