so I decided to try And make a replacement for the future failure.

it's a nice sunny day in shells town. The sun is shining. The birds are flying. Everything is at peace again. Why you ask?.

didn't you hear?, "ax hand" Morgan got put behind bars. Finally, he's tyrant days are over. As for his son Helmeppo...

he got put in cuffs, may he live a hell like life...

as for the savers of the whole island, they celebrate at the town pub.

ahhhh~. Man, not eating anything for three weeks, I thought I'd be eating my boots laughed Roronoa Zoro. Zoro is known as the strongest swordsman in all of the east blue. Nobody has ever beaten him in a fight so far.

I can't believe your already full, lightweight said young monkey D Luffy. Luffy is a 17 year old pirate who dreams of going to the grand line and find the former pirate kings treasure, the one piece.

after saving Zoro, he decided to join Luffy's pirate crew.

how in the hell can you eat more then me? Asked Zoro.

I always had a big appetite, but ever since I ate my devil fruit, my appetite grew bigger said Luffy as he then finished his 20 big bowl of food.

so Luffy, how many are there besides me? Asked Zoro wanting to know the crew number.

it's just you and me so far said Luffy.

seriously?, but... that makes me the first right? Asked Zoro in shock to hearing his first mate.

it sure does, sisisi laughed Luffy.

do ya even have a ship? Asked Zoro hoping for a miracle.

sorry Zoro, but me and Luffy came by boat. That's how it has to be for now said Young Coby. Coby is a young lad who dreamed of joining the marines... at least until he witnessed a marine captain use his rank and power for evil.

after that he had to think about his life choices.

so Coby, what you going to do?, you can't still want to be a marine, not after what you've seen and heard, right? Asked Zoro worried.

no sir, I've been thinking. And... well... was all Coby could say out of being nervous.

i was wondering if, maybe... I become a member of your crew Luffy said Coby nervous.

hmm?, why join my crew? Asked Luffy confused.

think about it Luffy. Your brave, your strong, you have a good heart. You risked your life saving me from slavery by the Alvida pirates. You even risked your life for the people of this town and island. If I'm joining a pirate crew, I wish to join yours, and become strong. You are a good pirate Luffy. So I say, why not help you follow your dreams? Asked Coby.

what about you?, what kind of dreams do you have now? Asked Luffy.

I want to explore the world and see the wonders of it. Even if I become a pirate, I wish to help those in need said Coby.

sisisi, I like the way you think Coby. Yeah sure, you can join, but you need to be strong in order to stay with us, think you can do that? Asked Luffy.

Coby thought it through and decided. If he's going to be a pirate, then he'll be one with a good heart.

yes sir, captain Luffy sir! Said Coby saluting his friend/captain.

sisisi, then alright, welcome aboard Coby said Luffy.

this brought tears to Coby's eyes. Tears of joy.

just like that, the marines showed up.

hello, I'm marine Lieutenant Ripper. I hear you lot are pirates. Is this true? Asked Ripper with a serious face.

yep, it's just me, Zoro, and now my good friend Coby said Luffy.

I see... as thanks for saving our town and the whole island, we'll not report you to marine HQ. however your still pirates, so I must ask you to please leave at once said Ripper.

sure thing, let's go guys said Luffy as he then left the pub. Zoro followed behind his captain. Coby followed but stopped to salute to Ripper.

I hope you make a great leader someday sir said Coby before running to catch up.

[at the docks]

just like that the three stepped onboard the small boat and set sail to the great unknown.

so where to next? Asked Zoro.

simple, to the grand line said Luffy excited.

I was afraid you'd say that, Luffy, do you even know how to navigate to there? Asked Coby.

nope said Luffy being honest.

then do you have a plan on how to get there? Asked Zoro.

we just wing it said Luffy.

looks like there's no denying it. Luffy until we have enough people and supplies, as well a real ship. We can't go to the grand line said Coby.

but... was what Luffy was about to say before getting cut off by Coby.

no buts, we need to think smart. I can't navigate greatly, but we need a good navigator and a map to the grand line first. After that, we plan ahead said Coby.

oh alright... man, I was really hoping to go there already said Luffy saddened.

have faith captain Luffy, we'll head there sooner or later said Coby.

do you at least know where to go first kid? Asked Zoro.

looks to me, we'll be on root to an island tomorrow morning. Best keep your strength up you two, it's going to be a bumpy ride said Coby.

that seems fair, wake me when we make land said Zoro before falling asleep fast.

grand line here we go said Luffy to himself.

something tells me this is going to be a long trip said Coby.
