Giyu returning in the butterfly mansion, on his way to Shinobu's office as he knocked the door having her to ask "Who is it?!" "It's me." Says Giyu and She says "Come in." Giyu comes in, only to find Shinobu without her Haori and Giyu sits on the seat "You got injured?" She asked and "just a little wounded, speaking of which, what happened to that haori?" Shinobu began treating him but as soon as Giyu asked her the question, her eye started twitching and she began smiling while vein marks were appearing out. "Do you even know how to raise Children?" She asked and Giyu was confused as asked "that doesn't answer my question." She sighs and says "Your Son, my own nephew is a literal Copy of my sister! Mentally! And I'm losing my brain. He's going off, wearing her Haori and her hairclips! Worse yet, Your Daughter sounds like child like Tokito stuck inside a baby's body!"
"That does sound like them, Giichi's just enjoying himself and Yumi is just taking her time and remaining patient and calm." Says Giyu and Shinobu say "enjoying himself? Are you seriously encouraging him? He's clearly-" "a cheerful boy. Without a Doubt Kanae would come in and play with you." Says Giyu and Shinobu make a frown face and said "This is why no one likes you." "At least your sister loves me." Giyu replied and Shinobu smiled and said "what did she even see in loner like you anyway?" "Who knows? It's not like you'll believe me." Giyu said it and with Shinobu being left off in silence, Giyu stood up and turned to leave the office, only for Shinobu to see Giichi clinging to Giyu's back of his mismatched Haori, while wearing Kanae's Haori and butterfly hairclips and smiling cutely like Kanae. Shinobu flinched and said "Giichi!? What are you doing?" Giyu didn't even react since he apparently knew he was behind him. "Like i said before, he's a cheerful little boy. And at the same time, he's making memories to spend some time with me. Just let him have this." Says Giyu as he leaves the office and Shinobu is just low-key frustrated right now, it's been 3 days and Giichi is still clinging to Kanae's Haori. Worse yet, he even cuddles with it while sleeping at night.
Shinobu then makes her way to a room, only to see the Aoi brushing Yumi's hair while the butterfly girls are going through the Raven Wing hairclips, "You have a thing with crows, making you wanna make Crow wing ornaments?" Aoi asked while raising her eyebrow and smiling "I designed it and let the dressing shop handle the rest. So yeah. I kinda did." She replied while she smiled in a smug face, basically her eyebrows pointed down while smiling, and crossing her arms, A proud face of a little girl who's already acting like a grown up. And Shinobu doesn't know anymore, she has Kanae's face and being more like Giyu, she's in fact colder than him when mad, basically as cold as ice. Shinobu comes in, and says "I see you're doing your hair, how nice." "You're saying my hair is not important to take care of?" Yumi asks and Aoi is just holding her laughter, "Either way, I'm proud to have Oka-san's hair, doesn't mean I'll go off acting like her. It's quite nice to see you without that haori, and nice to see Nii-chan taking good care of it."
"Yumi, your brother is nothing but clingy to that, he wouldn't even give it back. Even if it means sleeping while cuddling with it." Says Shinobu while being frustrated and Yumi chuckled and replied, "Well, his love for Oka-san is strong, you can't deny that. As long as it's with him, she will always be with him, of course, I'm not sure how long that will last." Shinobu was left in silence and unfazed, unsure how to handle this. Her niece is having her sister's face but having Giyu's savage talk.
A few more weeks have passed, with Mitsuri with a basket in hand, on her way to the butterfly mansion, as she sees Shinobu with her white haori other than a butterfly hoari and says "Shinobu-san, good to...wait.. where's your haori?" Shinobu's eye was twitching, smiling while looking pale, and saying "do you think i have the urge to answer that?" She asked that and Mitsuri was curious, Shinobu seemed traumatised and tired "Anyway, where are the twins? I wanna see them." Shinobu takes her in as Mitsuri sees how the twins are playing board games. Shinobu leaves "I hope you survive this." Leaving Mitsuri to be confused, she saw the twins playing boardgames and found out what really did happen to Shinobu's Haori, Giichi is wearing Kanae's Haori, no longer wearing the hairclips. "One piece of yours, down." Says Giichi and Yumi says "Hm! Let's see it then-"
"Kyaaaa!" Both twins looked towards Mitsuri, squealing in joy and out of cuteness. Mitsuri comes in and sits in front of them and says "Giichi-san, you are so Cute wearing that Haori!" Giichi was just facing her and replied, "this was Oka-san's Haori, and I'm wearing it to make sure she's with me." He says it as he clings into it, covering his body like a blanket, and Yumi sighing out of embarrassment, and saying "Mochi haired Girl, don't encourage him. He's Already getting too clingy to it. Nii-chan, when are you going to take it off? It's been weeks." She asked and Giichi replied "I don't know, maybe if Oka-san comes back to life all of a sudden, I'd take it off and give it to her." Yumi makes a whole straight face, not sure how to deal with her twin. She's 6 minutes younger than him and she's acting like a big sister to him. How ironic. "So, Giichi-san, Yumi-san. I got you some Sakura mochi, wanna eat?" Asked Mitsuri and Giichi started smiling, as he replied "Ara ara, how nice of you to bring sweets." He takes some and eats it and Mitsuri was left silent, like a sound of a glass shattering into pieces as she was left in confusion to wonder, what kind of attitude he's having? "Eh?" Yumi makes a frown face of what she's witnessing. "Just...roll with it."
"Kawaii! How can you find it embarrassing? He's so cute. A little baby Tomioka-san!" She says it as She caresses his head, while Giichi focuses on the board game as he makes his move "Check mate." "Hehhh?" Yumi was surprised to see that. "How? Wasn't it my turn?" "More than 1 minute passed and you haven't made a move, your time ran out." Giichi replied and Yumi made a frown face and crossed her arms. She takes a mochi and eats it. "Kyaa! WATCHING TWINS PLAYING WITH EACH OTHER IS SO CUUUTTE-" Mitsuri squealing in joy from witnessing cuteness only to have Mochi being thrown at her mouth, She saw how Giichi stacked one in her mouth, he faces to her while smiling and having vein marks appearing, saying "Lower your voice...your killing my ears." The room went utterly silent as she bowed to him and said "Sorry, got carried away." And Giichi stood up replied while smiling gently without marks appearing "... it's fine... I'll go get some fresh air." He takes 3 or 5 mochi with him as he leaves the room, while Yumi smiling gently at her and says "You're quite the cheerful women, without a doubt, my mother would get along well with you." Mitsuri's eyes to shine and say "Kyaaa, thank you so much. Also... You're creeping me out." Soon after she immediately snapped in to shiver based on her tone. "How so?" Yumi asked as she crossed her arms and tilted her head in wonder. "Yumi-san, you are a child but you sound like an adult, are you by any chance a Reborn child?" Yumi chuckled and replied, "I'm not sure if that's really possible, Either way, it's a nice thought. Also, if you want? You can be our Godmother if you wish." As he takes another bite of mochi. Mitsuri was excited and said "eeeeee, Thank you." She pulled Yumi into a hug and her head felt like getting crushed as her arms and legs were moving around like an insect dying from an insect killing spray.
Later on, Giyu sitting outside on a porch watching Tanjiro and the others training, while Giichi, who's still dressed up like his mother, showed up as he lays down on Giyu, using his lap as a pillow. "Heavy day?" He asked and Giichi said "Mhm,..." He stretched himself and lay down completely as he saw the squad training. "Hhaa...Pure Land of perfect bliss." Giyu, raised his eyebrow in confusion and asked "Where did you come upon this kind of phrase? Are you by any chance?..." "I was... Reading Oka-san's childhood books." Giichi stuttered a little but Giyu replied "You reading your mother's fairytale books. How thoughtful." As a flashback plays of Kanae who's tired, sleeping on Giyu's lap using it as a pillow, Giyu who's sitting at the porch of his waterfall estate simply caressing her head, flashback ends with Him caressing Giichi now.
