Coconut Mall

Coconut Mall is a large mall located by the beach on the western side. Populated by Miis, Nokis, and Piantas, it's a popular place for tourists, and also a popular place for racing. Be wary, though. Don't let rogue green shells, homing red shells, abstract red fake item boxes, ripe yellow bananas, and winged spiny blue shells ruin your shopping day.

73. Chapter 73

Toadette, Birdo, Waluigi, and Funky Kong were all in the front of the Coconut Mall, playing the mini game Freeze Frame as they were trying to snap as many photo shots of Galoombas as possible. Donkey Kong and Bowser watched from the top of the yellow arch where the Mario Kart sign was, watching as various Galoombas were able to hide themselves.

"Wah! These dang stupid mushrooms!" Waluigi cursed as he was unable to get a shot of the hiding Galoombas. "Stop hiding from Waluigi!"

"Come on, man, don't be like that." Funky commented as he briefly did a pose, getting two Galoombas interested as he then snapped their pictures, smirking.

"No fair! Funky's using is funky charms to lure them!" Toadette commented as she witnessed Funky's pose, turning around and seeing a Galoomba in plain sight, only for it to dash out of the away as she took a snapshot. "D'oh I Missed!"

Birdo sighed as she shook her head, watching various Galoombas dashing to the western side as she took a snapshot, turning to Toadette. "Don't worry about the others, Toadette. Just try and snap shots of as many Galoombas as possible!"

"These weird cousins of the Goomba from Dinosaur Land really are good at hiding," Donkey Kong commented to Bowser as he was munching on a ripe banana, noticing their odd appearance. "You would think that their weird shape would give them away."

Bowser chuckled as he folded his burly arms together, nodding his head. "That's Galoombas for ya. Bigger than Goombas, but sneakier than one might expect." He stated bluntly.
