"Hey Wallace, where are you going this time?" Lilligant asked while selling her lemonade in Seaside Hill.
"Oh, I'm checking out the construction over in the other part of this godforsaken beach." Waluigi pointed out while riding in a taco cart as he was wheeling it. "I heard that Petey is going to open up a popcorn parlor."
"Sounds like fun!" Whimsicott exclaimed while bouncing about joyfully with a cup of lemonade.
"Can we come with you?" Lilligant pleaded while drinking up some lemonade. "I'm certain that we could have some traction as fellow stand owners!"
"Ehh, I guess. But ol' Pete doesn't know you like he does me." Waluigi said as he then took off.
Later on, the construction site was nearing its finish as Petey Piranha was selling popcorn to the various construction workers to help them stay energized, with Dry Bowser helping to lead the work as Waluigi arrived in his taco cart, greeting his heavyweight friends.
"I figured you would eventually show up." Dry Bowser spoek while adjusting his yellow construction helmet. "So, how do you feel about it?"
"I think it looks fantastic, from this viewpoint anyway!" Waluigi spoke up while eating a taco he just made while karting on his way to the spot. "It's always good for us to have some extra revenue for this place. Makes it less boring."
Petey mumbled while holding a bucket of buttered popcorn to Waluigi, who kindly declined as they all kept talking while several pillars were being put in place for what would soon become a parlor within the future.
