It was raining lightly in Seaside Hill as Waluigi watched Lakithunder approach his taco stand, with Waluigi munching on a spicy fish flavored taco.
"Hey Lakithunder. Things not going your way?" Waluigi asked as he talked in between munching on the taco, taking another bite of it.
Lakithunder rubbed the back of his head with his left hand. "Yeah... you think I should offer the people who race on these shocking race courses here in Seaside Hill some electricity to fuel their vehicles?"
Waluigi shrugged as he looked back at Lakithunder. "That should be able to do the trick. Go for it, thunder boy."
"I will, thanks Waluigi!" Lakithunder exclaimed as he snapped his fingers, floating away on his dark cloud.
Toadette skipped on other, her hands behind her back as she giggled innocently. "So I take it that Lakithunder took the advice well?"
"Definitely." Waluigi commented as he chucked Toadette a taco, continuing to eat the taco he had.
