Waluigi was at his taco stand, typically selling tacos to the various different tourists, most of them being organic as Toadette skipped over to Waluigi, her hands behind her back.
"Hey Wally! Is it true that you moved your Bridal Boutique to the Casino Park?'
Waluigi nodded as he handed a taco to a couple of young human boys. "Yeah. Not only does it get more business and offer me a different place to hang out, but I don't have to worry about that stupid old Chief Chilly from chilling me to the core."
"You might wanna be careful saying that." Toadette commented as she snatched a taco, munching on it as she looked around, feeling watched. "You know that Chief Chilly and his two ice bullies can be anywhere."
"Peh, I'm not afraid of them." Waluigi commented as he rolled his eyes. "They're just stupid ice."
Suddenly, Chief Chilly emerged out of a nearby sandcastle, scaring the tourists and causing them to run as Toadette squeaked in fright, with Waluigi growling in annoyance.
"Oh good going, you chunk of ice!" Waluigi snarled as he chucked a taco at Chief Chilly's face. "You made me lose all my customers!"
Chief Chilly cleared his throat as he stomped towards Waluigi. "How dare you insult me when I allowed you to run your business here! Now you shall pay, with the price being as cold as my exterior!" He then breathed icy breath on Waluigi, freezing him up completely.
Toadette dropped her half finished taco as she screamed, running eastward with her arms in the air as she didn't want to be frozen. Chief Chilly watched as Toadette disappeared in the distance, shrugging as he went back to scouting the beach, leaving Waluigi to be stuck in ice.
