Waluigi watched as it was raining in Seaside Hill, with various different covered Egg Hovers hovering around the taco stand. Waluigi placed a couple of his tacos into his giant wooden shack as he sighed, placing both of his hands on his face.

"Wah, it's too quiet tonight." Waluigi grumbled as he shook his head, feeling quite impatient. "Where are all the hungry customers that are willing to pay a ridiculously high price for my tacos?"

"They won't come because it's raining, stupid." Dry Bowser bluntly confirmed as he had his skeletal arms folded, standing near Waluigi's taco stand.

Waluigi groaned as he rolled his eyes. "Oh, just who I wanted to see. What is it, bone head?" He grumbled, shaking his head.

"I'm just going around Seaside Hill to embrace the rain," Dry Bowser commented as he rolled his skeletal right hand around while having his left hand on his skeletal hip. "Seems like you're bogged down with selling tacos to nobody. As usual."

"Hey, it's not my fault that the weather sucks!" Waluigi grumbled as he clenched his teeth, shaking his right fist at Dry Bowser. "Why, if it weren't for this confound rain, I would be selling big right now!"

"Keep telling yourself that." Dry Bowser chuckled as he headed eastward, picking up various different seashells on the wet sand.

Waluigi picked up a fish flavored taco and munched down on it as he grumbled, shaking his head. "Wah... the nerve of that reptilian skeleton... at least I have important things to do like running a business!" Waluigi was then zapped by a bolt of lightning, groaning weakly as he collapsed on his back, unable to feel his legs.
