Waluigi watched as it was pouring harshly in Seaside Hill, being inside his wooden shack as he noticed Opa Opa was zipping by several times. He shook his head as he munched on one of his tacos, his left hand on his hip while his right hand held the taco.
"Wah. That Opa Opa thing's been racing all around here for days." Waluigi commented as he glanced up at the dark, stormy sky, shaking his head as he watched the lightning zap in the clouds. "I guess neither rain, sleet, or snow would stop this vehicle being."
"That's what I like about Opa Opa." Dry Bowser chuckled as he suddenly appeared within the wooden shack, spooking Waluigi as the skeletal reptilian folded his skeletal arms together. "He has the determination to keep doing what he loves. Even if the weather is wonderfully horrid such as today."
"What the hell are you doing here on such short notice?" Waluigi exclaimed as he pointed at Dry Bowser.
Dry Bowser smirked as he approached Waluigi. "Well, I'm going off on another adventure to help rattle my bones. What are you doing, may I ask?"
"...I'm contemplating on setting up a new business." Waluigi remarked as he rolled his hands around, having finished his taco. "Not only am I barely getting any new customers, but the author is slowly running out of material for me in regards to selling tacos."
"That's why quality is always better than quantity." Dry Bowser chuckled as he picked up several tacos, with Waluigi eying him suspiciously.
"Hey, why do you need tacos?" Waluigi asked as he placed his hands on your hips. "You don't need to eat. You're a friggin' skeleton!"
Dry Bowser rolled his eyes as he faced Waluigi. "I promised some of my minions tacos on the way back to the Grumble Volcano. Don't think about it." He then paid off Waluigi as he left, walking on the green wet grass as Opa Opa zipped past him.
Waluigi rolled his eyes as he kept a close eye on Opa Opa, wondering how many laps the vehicle being had done by now.
