Waluigi was at the start of the high in the sky, beanstalk invested Cloudtop Cruise, noticing all the wooden airships as he was with his little taco cart, not really caring as he had his lanky arms wrapped around the back of his head, his feet resting on top of the cart.
"Meh. This course looks fine, but I'm not looking forward to racing on it." Waluigi remarked as he watched the seven Koopalings and all five babies zip by him on the racecourse. "I'm not too fond of the obstacles on the airship. Nor do I enjoy the idea of being zapped by lightning.
Princess Daisy and Toadette flew by as Daisy was holding onto Toadette's arms, with Toadette spinning her pink pigtails around as they landed on the beanstalk, approaching Waluigi, with Daisy in her biker outfit.
"Oh come on, Wally! It's not so bad up here!" Toadette exclaimed as she twirled with glee. "I personally enjoy it! I can be so high up and not worry about a thing down below!"
"And I can make my farts stink even less!" Daisy exclaimed as she lifted her left leg, releasing a brassy fart that poofed the back of her biker pants as she held her hands together. "Now gimmie a taco, big boy!"
"...I don't think so." Waluigi replied to Daisy as he held a chicken flavored taco in his right hand, screaming as he, Daisy, Toadette, and the taco cart all got blown by an extremely powerful wind from the east, with a thunderstorm occurring on the racecourse as the race had to be halted.
