Eternal Gaiden 12: The Arrival

Weeks had passed after Kyoya took the cure for his heart disease and it was almost the day when the Elementals will arrive on their planet.

Sala spends most of her days seated beside Kyoya's bed as his body and the cure continues to fight the virus.

Thankfully Ange, Momoka, and Tusk had volunteered to look after baby Sei along with Van.

Ange, Tusk, and Momoka were in the cafe as it was closed for today, as they were taking care of Van and baby Sei as Ange was feeding Van while Momoka was feeding baby Sei.

"Sorry that you have to take care of Sei for me, Momoka." Ange told her maid.

"No it's alright." Momoka shook her head. "It's the least I can do but…" Momoko sadly looks down at baby Sei. "I can't help but feel worried about Salamandinay-san, and Kyoya-san."

Ange was saddened to hear that too. "Yeah, Salako, hasn't left his side after he took that cure."

"But I'm mostly worried about Kyoya. I mean, Sei told us that the chances of the cure working is still 50/50 at best." Tusk said in worry.

"Yeah…" Ange said as she stopped feeding Van and began to help him burp. "But all we can do now, is to have faith that Kyoya will pull through. It's the only thing we can do for him now."

"I guess that's true…" Tusk said as he and Momoko know that she's right.

They soon heard the door opening, they looked and saw it was Future Sei as he entered the building as he closed the door.

"Oh Sei, you're here." Ange said, a little surprised that he's here.

"Sorry for barging in all of a sudden. I just wanted to check on you guys." Future Sei said as he walked to them while looking at the inside of the cafe. "So this is Cafe Ange. I heard about this place from Vivian, but I've always imagined what it looks like and it seems really nice."

"Thanks I'm glad to hear." Tusk said in gratitude.

"Yeah, business can be really booming if Tusk doesn't serve that sea snake soup of his." Ange stated.

"Oh come on, you're still on about that? In case you've forgotten it's really popular with the girls in Aura's town." Tusk reminded his wife.

"They only stomach it, because they want to fawn over you." Ange stated before she gave her husband a narrow look. "And I'm sure why, but I sometimes get the feeling you somehow enjoy it."

Tusk flinched before he shook his head and waved his hands. "No! Of course not! You know more than anyone that my heart belongs to you and you alone!"

Ange chuckles. "Oh relax, I'm only teasing you."

"Well you didn't have to say it like that…" Tusk mutters as he lowered his head.

Watching those two bickering caused Future Sei to chuckle which got their attention.

"I-I'm sorry." Future Sei said as he stopped chucking. "It's just that you two are exactly what Vivian had told me about. And she often told me about those little incidents you had when you were younger."

That caused Ange and Tusk to blushed before Ange growled as she tightly clenched her hand.

"Vivian...I swear…" Ange mutters as she plans on making Vivian pay for that.

"Hey, I'm sure he was talking about future Vivian." Tusk told her.

"It doesn't matter, it's still the same difference!" Ange stated loudly which Van to cry in her arms. "Oh I'm sorry, Van! There, there…" Ange said as she tried to calm Van down.

"So that really is Van." Future Sei said as he walks to Ange as Van calms down before he looks down at the baby version of his best friend as he was looking at him, and Future Sei tickles him on the cheek which causes Van to giggle. "I know that you don't understand me, but it's good to see you old friend."

"So I take it you and Van are friends in the future?" Ange asked and Future Sei nodded.

"Yeah, the best of friends. We were almost like brothers. We used to compete in so many competitions that we've already lost count." Future Sei told them, and Ange and Tusk chuckled to hear that.

"Somehow I'm not surprised to hear. But it's at least good to know that you and Van become good friends in the future." Ange said and Future Sei flinched before he lowered his head. "Oh sorry...I didn't mean to."

"It's fine…" Future Sei told her before he looked down at Van. "You know the hardest wasn't getting here, but it was leaving my friends to die as they sacrificed themselves for me. But now that I'm here, I'm starting to wonder if I can really change the future."

"We will!" Ange told him and Future Sei looked up at her. "This isn't the first time our backs were against the wall. With the info you gave us, and the cure for Kyoya, we will change the future."

"Ange…" Future Sei mutters before he smiled and chuckled. "Thank you...And that's another thing that Vivian told me about you. It's how you inspire others, and how you care for your friends, even if you try to hide it."

"Vivian…" Ange growls once again.

"Ange, I'm sure she meant it in a good way." Tusk assured his wife while Future Sei chuckled once again.

"Yeah, I highly doubt that." Ange mutters with a pout.

"Well, anyway, I'm glad that we've had the chance to talk. I should probably check on Kaa-san." Future Sei said as he was about to leave the cafe...

They soon felt a selt tremor which caused Future Sei to stop as his eyes slightly widened…

"Oh no…" Future Sei mutters which gets the others attention.

Before they could ask what he means by that, they soon felt the entire cafe shaking as it got stronger and stronger, as Ange, Tusk, and Momoko tries to keep their place and to protect Van and baby Sei, the dishes in the selves begin to fall and shattered on the ground as some of the chairs and table fall over on the floor as well.

And it wasn't just in the entire island of Arzenal begin to shake as well as most of the residents of the island were confused on what's going, and the shaking even reach the town of the people of Aura, and even Aura herself felt the shaking as well.

Sala, by Kyoya's side, felt the shaking as well as she looked up at the ceiling as she tightly held onto Kyoya's hand.

Future Sei looks up at the ceiling with a determined look on his face as he tightly clenches his hand.

"They're here…" Future Sei said as this shaking is all too familiar to him.

(In space)

Outside of Earth's atmosphere four meteorites in the form of different elements headed towards the planet as they entered the atmosphere.

The meteorites are in the form of water, earth, fire, and wind, before they crashed in different locations in Japan.

One crashed in the water, one in Mount Fuji, one in the ruined city, and the final one was in the forest.

An arm soon formed from the meteorite as it broke out of it from the inside and rocks and stones began to gather and formed around it.
