Waluigi yawned as he was at the top of Mount Wario, with there being barely anyone around to buy tacos at the top of the snowy, snow capped mountain, with Toadette pulling by on her pink colored Bit Bike as she approached Waluigi.
"Hey Wally, don't you think you would get more coverage if you were down by the finish line?" Toadette suggested as she glanced around, rubbing the back of her pink mushroom cap with her right hand. "I mean, let's be honest... you're not gonna get much good coverage up here."
"Don't you think I tried that?" Waluigi growled as he pulled his mustache, sighing as he placed his right hand on his face. "Besides, even if I wanted to, I wouldn't get a chance with all this damn snow." He then grabbed a fish filled taco and munched on it.
Toadette simply stared at Waluigi blankly as she shook her head. "I don't think so. If you just try hard enough..." She then hugged Waluigi, squealing. "Then you can do ANYTHING!"
Unfortunately, due to Toadette's scream of joy, the entire mountain began shaking violently, with an avalanche occurring as the entire taco stand began heading downhill, alongside the snow as Toadette held onto Waluigi, who in turn held onto the wooden boards making up the taco stand.
"For the record, I blame you...!" Waluigi exclaimed to Toadette as they both screamed, the two heading down the avalanche as the Mt. Wario racecourse had to be closed off as a result, cancelling the race, much to the annoyance of everyone looking forward to it.
"I bet Waluigi did something to make this happen. As usual." Dry Bowser stated to Lady Palutena as they were skiing together, with Petey Piranha diving in and out of the snow as they were all heading downhill, trying to avoid the incoming avalanche.
Palutena chuckled as she felt a bit disappointed at the same time. "At least it wasn't my farting that did it! Ha ha... oh." Caught up in the moment, the green haired goddess got swept up by the avalanche.
Dry Bowser took one quick glance back, only to bump into a giant boulder, his bones scattering around the place as Petey broke through the same boulder, only to bump into a coniferous tree and cause it to topple over as he was lying flat on the tree, greatly injured, heading into the giant icy cavern ahead.
