"Happy birthday, Waluigi!" Toadette exclaimed as she twirled around Waluigi at the Ribbon Road, with there being extra ribbons and colorful confetti for they were celebrating a birthday today, specifically Waluigi's.
"Yes, yes, happy birthday to wah." Waluigi remarked as he was selling different colored tacos, using it as an opportunity to make it stand out as he handed them out to the Miis that were gathering there.
"Hey bone face, do you celebrate birthdays?" Waluigi asked Dry Bowser as the two were driving around the rainy streets of Neo Bowser City, with Waluigi riding in a taco cart as he chucked tacos to the customers watching the race, as a way to get free publicity.
"No. I'm an undead skeleton, stupid," Dry Bowser remarked as he proceeded to leave Waluigi behind, zipping across the giant red bridge, with Waluigi coughing as he grumbled to himself.
"These tacos taste weirder than usual," Petey Piranha mumbled as he turned his big plant head to Waluigi, with them being at the infamous glitchy docks of Soleanna.
"Well of course they taste weirder, stupid. It's my birthday," Waluigi remarked as he folded his arms.
Both characters, as well as the bunch of tacos, being glitching out for no reason, which was not surprising for the city of Soleanna.
"Do you feel better, birthday boy?" Gigi and Merri asked in unison as they were massaging Waluigi at their new massage spa installed in Seaside Hill.
"Yeah. Something to keep me from getting all worked up," Waluigi remarked, with a clone of himself running the taco stand in his stead. "Say, you two are doing a nice job. I'm surprised that-"
Without warning, Gigi farted flames in Waluigi's face, with Merri farting lightning in the tall lanky man's face, causing him to be burnt and zapped as he groaned in pain.
"...on second thought, I'm not surprised." Waluigi coughed as he felt like his body was twitching.
