Waluigi was selling his tacos as usual, with it raining nonstop in Seaside Hill as he placed his hands on his face.
"Wah... where the hell is everyone?" Waluigi remarked as his clothing was soaked from all the rain, munching on his tacos as he shook his head. 'it's not like for the gang to not show up."
Suddenly a bolt of lightning struck the Taco Stand, causing it to explode into flames as Waluigi screamed in horror, twirling to make his Waluigi Tornado as it actually made the situation worse.
"Man, what is he doing?" Dry Bowser said to Lakithunder as they were watching the madness with binoculars from Lakithunder's Power Plant.
"I don't know, but it's a big shock!" Lakithunder exclaimed, being slapped across the face by Dry Bowser.
"Someone make me stop please!" Waluigi pleaded while continuing to twirl around in his tornado.
"Oh goodness!" Toadette exclaimed as she was seeing this from Petey Piranha's Popcorn Parlor. "Poor Wally just doesn't know when to make himself not the bane of his existence!"
"He's a pretty big guy... for you!" Petey Piranha laughed a his voice was muffled behind a mask, basking in a large bunch of buttery popcorn as he dove back in.
"You think this is funny!?" Waluigi snapped from within the tornado prison that he got himself into.
"Why are all these Noshi dinosaurs looking at you oddly?" Arceus asked a different version of Waluigi while being in the Dino Jungle, with the Nossie reptiles looking over everything at the giant prehistoric lake as this Waluigi copy was decked in red and white clothing while having a British tour bus parked next to him.
"Eh, I dunno." The Bus Driver Waluigi yawned while adjusting his cap after juggling several tacos that fell to the ground, shaking his head. "Shit happens you know?"
"You're telling me!" The original Waluigi cried out while carrying the reptilians into his tornado, with it going through the ancient jungle and leaving it in a wrecked state.
"Hmm..." Brewster stated as he glanced outside of The Roost to see the tornado that was becoming bigger, shaking his head as he sighed. "That tall lanky fellow doesn't know when to call it quits..."
"Isn't that a line for the ages?" Waluigi sarcastically remarked as his tornado finally stopped spinning, with him landing on the grass as he was in pain, with several of his tacos falling onto him shortly afterwards.
