It had been eight days since Christina had opened her eyes. She was fighting something fierce inside of her that wanted her to stay this way. But all she wanted to do was escape. Everyone had been in and out of the room to see her and there were so many gift and flowers mainly from Elliot. Elliot was going mad this last few days. But his brother and him had been alternating shifts so he could go home and shower and take care of business. But while we would be trying to work he would see things for the apartment and for the baby. Her belly had finally popped out like it should for where she should be.
He wondered if she had had any ideal the changes that were going on in her body. But he was kind of excited because he would do what ever he had to at this point to keep her and their baby safe. All his fears went away about Jack because he didn't care what Jack would do to him. Elliot just wanted to keep them safe. He was sitting on the couch in her room that Christian got her moved to since the DNA test had gotten leaked to the tabloids.
Everyone now wanted a picture of the twin of Christian Grey. Many had dug up her arrest records, her hospital record even her rehab. There were even videos from with inside the club of her stripping. Christian was driving himself mad over all of this and needed a release. What he needed was Ana but She was in Georgia and he didn't want to follow her but then again he did. He was falling for her and he didn't want to admit it.
Elliot convinced him to go down there and see her. He told his little brother you only find true love once and Christian started to believe those word. So he decided to give Ana a taste of more. He himself wanted to try as well to see if this was right. He felt his urges less after knowing that his twin had ended up being a submissive to a guy that was just like him and he feared that he might end up just like him. Elena ended up giving him Jack's name and found that he had a clean record and was the editor at S.I.P. where ana had applied to so he had his people look into it. He was on the phone with his Christian.
"no there is no change yet. Doctor said its in her hands right now her body is functioning she just has to fight." Elliot told him
He looked over at her her hands resting on her belly and a smile on her face. All she need to do was open her eyes and come back. Ana and Christian were at breakfast
"Well with what I've found out is she had a rough life. Taylor came to me before I came out here and he's trying to get the storage locker key from his ex wife while I am away to try and get his hold files from back then. He said she tried to build a case but she ended up on the run and has been for years." He said
Giving his brother and ana a bit of insight on her since he had the world at his finger tips and could find anything he wanted to. Ana had been bugging him to tell her about what he found on Chris since it was her friend too. But Christian didn't want to taint her with that. Which was making his heart break because What he wanted to do someone had been doing to his sister all her life.
As the brothers talked Christina was starting to open her eyes a bit. She had no sense of time or day. The last thing she could remember was Nick and Jack stashing her in a truck and not much else. She could hear
Elliot ask "Do we have a name of the mark for the case?"
Christina sounding hoarse said "Nick Parker. Sargent Nicholas Dwayne Parker."
Elliot's eyes lit up and said "Christian let me put you on speaker someone wants to say something."
Ana grabbed Christians hand and looked at him excited. Elliot smiled giving her a kiss.
Christina sat up and took a sip of water and said "Nick Parker. Sargent Nikolas Dwayne Parker. I had a photo album but I am sure Jack gave that to him."
Elliot took it off speaker and said "Did you get that Christian?"
Christian heard the name and wondered where she had heard that name before and started to realize Elliot was Christian's Brother. She had no ideal their connection she had no idea who he was other than someone her friend was falling for. Christina had heard bits and piece when she tried to fight. But nothing that seemed to stand out. She rubbed her face and looked down at her bump that seemed to have grown a bit more. It confused her but explained why she hadn't had her period. She usually got it after a while since she was usually irregular since she had to deal with torture and mayhem that she liked to a point but those point everyone took to far because of her life style.
Christian finished his bite of food "Yeah I did. I will get that name to my people and i can fly back once I get Ana back to her moms. I am sure she probably has a lot of questions. I am not sure if she even knows what we know."
Ana looked sad that he would miss dinner with her family. But she understood it was for a good cause. Ana bit her lip and Christian brushed it with his thumb causing her to suck it into her mouth making him look stunned and in awe at once.
Elliot said "Yeah I don't know either. But we can ask her."
Christina who was being checked out said "ask me what?"
Elliot not thinking just blurted out "If you Knew that Christian was your twin."
"WHAT THE FUCK?!" Christina shouted and then apologized to tur nurse who came in.
Christian had to pull the phone away from his ear and said "I am going to take that as a no. I will see you tonight so we all can talk okay."
"Laters Bro" Elliot said hanging up his phone
He kissed her lips softly and grasped her face and said "Don't ever do this to me again. Its been Eight Days of misery."
Christina smiled and said "well if you would have just come graduation."
She remembered that it happened at graduation. She couldn't remember what but she knew Nick and Jack did it.
He let out a sigh and said "And I have regretted that for eight days and always will. But I was getting us and our family a place. I got us a Penthouse But a floor below Christian. since he had to be atop the ivory tower. Though its more his way to look out into the world. It is completely gorgeous babe. I have started setting up the nursery with help of course."
Christina grabbed his hand before he could move and said "Our Family? you still want to be with after everything you have probably hearing almost all my crap."
As she looked down wondering if Jack would even care not that she planned to ever be in contact. She would Give whoever what they need. Whatever Jack gave her they could tear apart search whatever. Christina didn't want it if he was capable of doing this to her. She rubbed her face and though about her bags in the trunk of the car. One of them had her lock box of cash she never left home with out it just in case she had to run. She really hoped Jack hadn't .
Elliot lifted her chin and said "Yes I will put my name on that birth certificate no matter the DNA Chris. After hearing all your crap it makes me understand you a bit more and want to help you and love you like we should of before."
Christina removed his hand from his chin and held it and said "I Love you to Elliot i always have. I just was trapped by what i was use to because I never thought myself worthy of you especially once i seen your wealth and then You started to show up at the club and it was super nice and fun but Jack had so mentally fucked up."
She started to cry and Elliot hushed her and held her. She had so much mental and emotion abuse to work through and it was going to be rough but now she had to push forward and prepare for a child in four months. There was a knock on the door and it was Elliot's mom and Doctor Greene who is her OB/GYN. Grace smiled seeing her awake and gave her son a hug. Christina wiped her eyes and laid back. She recognized the woman hugging Elliot and her voice but couldn't remember from where.
Dr Greene looked at her and said "You have missed some appointments."
Chris let out a laugh and said "Yeah it would seem so. I had no sympathy but i thought it was stress like usual."
"well that's not the case obviously. I am here just to check out the baby and see if we can see the Gender." The doctor said to her as she started to lift her gown so they could do the Ultra sound.
This was something her nor Elliot talked about. They shared a look.
Elliot said "whatever you want to do Chris."
She kind of always wanted to do a gender reveal party and she might be able to get Ana to pull it off for her.
"I wanna be surprised if dad want to know you can tell him." Elliot shook his head and said "Nope I wanna be surprised with you." "Good because i had a cute idea for the gender reveal for us. but I don't know if Ana is up for it." She said looking at him.
Mentioning any sort of scent of a party Grace was all about it and
Grace said "Oh that's lovely. I can find out and help make whatever ideas you have come to life."
Chris felt overwhelmed and said "Dr. Grey i couldn't ask that of you. You and your husband and your family has been so gracious enough."
doctor green turned the monitor from Christina and was getting it all set up.
"nonsense you are family. You have brought some light in both my boys life and I'm grateful to help." Grace said a soft smile watching the monitor.
Elliot and Christina were having a thumb war so they wouldn't be tempted to look.
Elliot looked at her and said "She's a good Party planner especially if u give her a concept."
Christina just wanted to cry because he was still mind was trying to piece everything from the conversations she heard in her slumber but she couldn't fight enough to stay awake. Grace smiled at her son and the love of his life just smiling at each other.
The doctor finally finished with Gender pics and said "Baby is good a little under where it should be but once we get you on the right meds and supplements the baby will be fine so we should be seeing this baby around September 16th Which puts conception around thanksgiving."
Christina breathed a sign of relief and knew that meant Elliot was the only chance for a father because Elliot had gone to his families in Detroit and she wasn't invited. Elliot looked at her and raised his eyebrow wondering if that meant that there was no was Jack was the father. He kissed her hand as the Doctor finished and left the room leaving the family alone. Grace smiled looking at the sonograms since she knew what they were having and they would be surprised.
Grace looked at Christina and said "My dear you must have so many questions about the last week and everyone around you."
"Yeah Kind Of." She said sitting up in the bed.
She took off the oxygen and said "I remember you though. You were the doctor who smelled like Apple the day my egg donor was found. You tried to save my twin and I. What every happened to him?"
Grace smiled sitting on the other side of her bed and took her hand as Elliot had the other.
Grace wiped a tear and said "well My name is Grace or Momma. As for your twin he has done quiet well for himself. i am sure he will be here when he is back from Georgia with your friend Ana."
"Wait those two are a thing? Man I have missed a lot." Christiana said laughing a little at the though of Ana ending up with her twin.
Christina wondered what twisted stuff he went through growing up and wondered what his life was like.
Grace smiled and said "Yes and he seems smitten with her. Just like my eldest is with you miss Chicago."
Christiana could only wonder the stories he told his mother about her and some of their crazy adventures while their significant others were fucking their brains out. Christina smiled looking at him
"well I am blessed for him. He's saved my life more than once and he keeps saving me." she said as he gave her a kiss on her lips.
Grace loved this for her son that he was getting the woman he only dreamed of.
Grace smiled and said "well you save people right back too sometimes. but enough of the gushy stuff what are you thinking for the gender reveal."
"I honestly don't know as long as i have cotton candy anything and french fries n ice cream." She said feeling her stomach grumble for food.
Elliot kissed her hand standing up knowing that was his cue to get her real food.
"Where Am I stopping at?" He asked her with a smile scared to leave her but he wanted to be the one to do things for her.
Christina smiled and said "McDonald nuggets sweet n sour and a strawberry milkshake and of course my large fries."
"Mom you want anything?" He asked her
grace smiled refusing "Oh no I am good hunny I am meeting your sister later and we are doing dinner since dad is working and you and Christian will be here. Plus Your father is working on that case."
Elliot hugged his mom gathering his coat and keys and things.
He went over to Christina and said "Don't go anywhere okay? "
Christina smiled and said "I don't think I have a choice." with a laugh.
Elliot smiled and kissed her again. He was forced to take one of the Guards, He decided on Dawson. He was a ex mma fighter and had been personal security for many famous celebrities before moving into the private sector. Christina smiled watching him leave and put her hand on her belly.
Grace smiled and said "Chris I am sorry we didn't fight harder for you honey. I really wanted you both because i knew you two would be lost without each other. But my husband likes to tell me fate has a way." taking her hand.
Christina adjusted herself in the bed and said "Mrs Grace, you did all that you could and you besides my twin were the two most genuine people in my life. Well other that Elliot. What's my twin like?"
She wanted to know more about him before meeting him.
Grace smiled and said "well your brother is his own kind of character just like it seems you are. He is very private and formal. He was a bit of a handful and never talked till we adopted our youngest Mia. He's always been one to take care of himself and others. He and Elliot tend to do the brother thing and fight and poke fun at each other but it is all harmless. Its surprising to see them agreeing on things to be honest when it comes to you and the baby."
Grace had questions to ask her about the bruises and scares on her body but didn't know how to because she hadn't see anything that horrific since the twins first came in. Christina could tell she wanted to know if it was Elliot's. She also had other questions too about her and Elliot along with other details.
Christina took her hand and let her feel the baby moving and said "you can ask me whatever you want."
Grace smiled feeling the movement and asked "How did you and my son really meet? because he never officially told us he would just tell us he met a girl and we nicknamed you miss Chicago because when he lost you he was a whole different human being"
Christina let out a laugh and wiped her eyes and said "That is a long story. But the simple version is we actually first met in a hotel bar. Our significant others were in the hotel having an affair. It just went from there. We had planned to run away when we were in Chicago. But my ex caused some damage and I wanted to save him from seeing what I lived with. I stayed lost without him because I wanted to protect him from whatever dark cloud rains over me."
Chris tried not to cry thinking about her past and with Jack it was hard to handle knowing her state now. She had no idea she was off birth control because he had her pills for all psych meds as well as her pain meds in a pill organizer and he would make sure that she was taking them all and dispense them so she didn't have an episode.
Grace smiled grabbing her hand and holding it and said "Well I can tell you he has been lost with out you too. When did you guys meet again?"
Christina was a bit ashamed but it was what she had to do to make money without being found.
Christina said "Elena Lincoln found me living in my car. Elliot had helped me get into WSU while we were in Chicago because coming here was always the plan. So she helped me get on my feet. She gave me a job at her club as a waitress at first. I would become a dancer when one of her main girls ended up no showing and she needed a fill in.
She had been letting me teach classes just to use the dance studio whenever I wanted. Plus I felt I owed her my life so i would do anything for her. Elliot happen to be there that night with a bunch of friends. I hadn't seen him in two years and he still looked as i remembered but i had changed. My copper locks were now a bleach blonde color and I was a shell of who I once was.
I had never told Elena about Mr Chicago but it seemed he had told her about me. So she of course was trying to play match maker. I had picked three songs that would make me a headliner for Elena every night of the week. Elliot had seen me dance before because I use to do all the time when we were together.
Elena made sure he was front and center to watch it. I had no idea he was even there because I never focused on the people watching I just danced. I wouldn't find out Elliot was even there till Elena took me to a Vip Suite and told me to wait because she had a surprise for me. Elliot walked through the curtain and it was like i was getting my heart back but my ex still had his claws into me so it was hard . But Elliot did what he could to help. It wasn't till a couple of weeks ago i finally decided to let myself have that happiness with him that we could be official. "
Grace shook her head and said "You and your twin are so much a like. you think you don't deserve to be loved or how to accept it because of the trauma you both endured. Both equally as painful."
"What's he like?" Christina asked her wondering about the little boy and what man had he grown to be.
Grace smile at her and moved a few of Christina's copper locks from her face and said "Strong willed, scared to get close to anyone. It wasn't till our youngest my husband and i adopted Mia came along when he started to talk. He is still that little boy inside scared and worried the world is going to hurt him."
"I understand that feeling." Christina said looking down at her bump.
She feared she could end up like their mother and all this wanderlust around her wouldn't bee real and she would wake up from the dream she felt she was living.
"Well just know you now have a family around you who will protect you and my grandbaby. "Grace said taking Christina's hand .
Christina sighed and laid her head back and said "yes it is Elliot. By date of conception my ex and i weren't intimate. I didn't even know my ex took me off my birth control. He handle all my meds."
"I wasn't going to ask. I adopted all three of my children and am grateful for them all. Plus I know my son he is smitten with you and would do anything for you." grace said patting her hand
"I figured you wouldn't but I needed you to know because I know there is going to be a lot of drama once and if my ex finds out." Christina said with fear in her voice wondering what Jack was doing or plotting.
Okay Guys I am gonna try smaller chapters for each chatarte and give them their own rights and words and not feel limited.
