Waluigi was zipping around in style with a taco cart behind him as he was riding on a Flame Runner, trying to catch up to Funky Kong, who was not only also on a Flame Runner himself but in the lead, with them going through the Coconut Mall, with it being frosty. Of course, it's obvious that they weren't the only racers present.
"Wah! Hold still you funky monkey!" Waluigi snapped as he grabbed some of his tacos and chucked them at Funky as if they were Mario Kart items, grabbing a taco for himself and eating it as they headed up the escalators.
"No way, dude! I'm in a New Funky Mode, and I'm gonna make the most of it!" Funky taunted as he winked while snapping his fingers, leaving Waluigi behind as he took the shortcut across the store.
"How is Wally able to sell tacos and compete in a race?" Toadette asked Dry Bowser, the two not being far behind as the mushroom girl rode on a pink Quacker bike while the skeletal reptile was riding in his Piranha Prowler.
"Beats me. Maybe he's that desperate to make a quick buck," Dry Bowser pointed out as the taco cart became detached from Waluigi's bike, with it colliding into him and Toadette.
"D'oh! Not my money maker!" Waluigi cursed out as he glanced back while heading down the staircase, stopping his bike and turning around to get back his tacos. "Don't touch them! You have to pay for those-"
Of course Petey Piranha dropped in, landing on Waluigi and squishing the dastardly wicked tall man flat as the mutant piranha plant stuffed the pile of tacos in his red pouch and into his bulbous mouth, much to Waluigi's annoyance.
