"Wahaha!" Waluigi laughed as he popped out of his taco cart, extending his arms as he screeched out to Seaside Hill, "I'm back, world! And there's nothing you can do to stop me!"
All that he got in return was the sound of his clones squabbling about, mixed with the seagulls chirping and the sounds of the waves splashing onto the beach, making the lanky man groan as he dropped his arms and ate one of the tacos he just made. The usual trio that hung around with Waluigi noticed how disappointed Waluigi seemed as they were at Dry Bowser's Burger Stop, which the skeletal reptile set up after going through the battlefields of the Reset Bomb Factory.
"Gee, I kinda feel bad for him," Toadette cooed as she was eating more burgers than Petey, burping as she caused herself to bounce from the seat.
Dry Bowser huffed as he flipped some burgers, with Petey nodding in agreement as he said, "Well it's his fault. He should not have waited so long to announce his return."
