Challenges
Bruno was in charge of babysitting while Mirabel and Miguel were out on date night, The girls were ready the trouble was getting his youngest and most stubborn godson down to change and get ready for bed.
Poor Bruno was chasing him around the whole of Casita trying to catch him, Dolores chuckled at this and asked if he needed help but he reassured her he got it.
"Héctor Emilio Rivera Madrigal get back here right now". He called
"You never make me Abuelo". Héctor answers
Now granted Bruno was not as young as he used to be but still quite fast he remembered doing this with his Sonbrinas and Sonbrinos when they were younger and god he was more like his mother than he thought.
"God your not as young as you were Bruno remember that". He thought
And then an idea popped in his head.
"Okay I give up ". Bruno walked away
He turned on his feet and just as Héctor came back and he slowly turned and he caught his godson in his arms.
"Got you". He claims
"How ". Héctor whined
"Practice Mijo now come on it's time for you to head to bed ". Bruno smiled
"Okay". He gave in
"That's it". Bruno chuckled gently
"But as long as you tell me a story of Señor Raton". Héctor whispered
"Deal Mi travieso". Bruno winked
So with that he headed with his godson to his room and he told stories until Héctor was passed out on his shoulder and Bruno hugged him closer as he nodded off.
When the parents came back the sight they saw was so sweet Miguel and Mirabel smiled as Miguel chuckled as he kissed his kids forehead before he went to get ready for bed he kissed his wife. Mirabel kissed her angels forehead and tucked them in with a blanket each and smiled at the sight.
"Buenos Noches". She whispered
She leaned over and kissed her Tio on the cheek as a Thanks.
"Muchas Gracias Tio" Mirabel smiled
Mirabel then walked away from the sight and decided to get some rest, little did she know Bruno smiled at his Mariposa as it never erased from his face. As he nodded of to sleep with his godson in his arms yes everything was perfect.
