Biography:

The first Star Spangled Kid was a young superhero in the 1940s, fighting crime along the Seven Soldiers of Victory. His bodyguard and 'sidekick' was one Pat Dugan, who worked as the hulking superhero Stripesy. The Kid met Ted Knight, the first Starman, and they established a good friendship, and they also created the first Cosmic Converter Belt together.

Stripesy was trapped with the Justice Society of America in a temporal limbo for decades. When he exited, he found several decades had passed on Earth. He moved on and married Barbara Whitmore, whose teenaged daughter Courtney found the Cosmic Converter Belt in Dugan's belongings while cleaning house.

Originally resenting her stepfather, Courtney used the Belt to moonlight as the new Star Spangled Kid, just to annoy him. The mechanically inclined Dugan built a suit of armor for himself and set out to protect her in a new identity as S.T.R.I.P.E.

Eventually Courtney wisened up and learned the true meaning of heroism, growing out of her spoiled ways. She and Dugan joined the new Justice Society of America and then the Justice League Unlimited, helping in the defeat of plenty supervillains and alien marauders.

Class Skills:

Riding: D

She is taken from an age when she still was not eligible for a driving license, so there is not much she can do to steer vehicles beyond bicycles.

Dragons and phantasmal beasts cannot be mounted by the Servant.

Magic Resistance: B

At that rank, the Skill cancels spells with a chant below three verses. Even if targeted by greater magecraft and Greater Rituals, it is difficult for Stargirl to be affected.

Personal Skills:

Cosmic Converter Belt: A

A belt built for Courtney Whitmore by the elderly Ted Knight. An upgrade over the original worn by the Golden Age Star Spangled Kid. It functions on the same cosmic principles as the Cosmic Staff- see the next Skill.

As a Servant it is one with Stargirl's Saint Graph. It cannot be separated from her for long as it will fly back to her immediately. Without it and the Cosmic Staff she would not be in a capacity to act as a Servant.

While her normal Strength is puny, when activating the belt she can lift up to four tons and take blows from the likes of Solomon Grundy without being massively injured. The belt also allows her to shoot white star shaped projectiles at her enemies, which explode upon hitting.

Cosmic Staff: A

Also known as the Cosmic Rod.

Inherited from the family of Starmen, it is a weapon powered by cosmic energy. As a Servant it is one with Stargirl's Saint Graph. It cannot be separated from her for long as it will fly back to her immediately. Without it and the Cosmic Converter Belt she would not be in a capacity to act as a Servant.

It allows Courtney the blasting of powerful projectiles of cosmic energy, repelling darkness and mystical shadows, and briefly blinding her foes.

Pure Heart: B

The goodness of her heart grants her limited additional resistance, but no extra offensive power, against Evil aligned anti Heroic Spirits.

Although she may look frivolous and arrogant at times, her good nature always shines through.

Since she is able to feel envy and slight petty feelings the rank is lowered.

Flight: B

The Star Rod allows Stargirl highly maneuverable and efficient aptitudes of flight and protects her from aerial friction.

She still flies slower than Supergirl.

Noble Phantasm:

A Fire from the Stars- Dawn of the New Era: B

Anti-Army.

Up to 200 enemy units at a time.

The cosmic staff is used to draw a wide amount of cosmic energy from above the atmosphere.

It is then used to bombard the battlefield with a single bomb-like detonation, comparable to that of a nuclear warhead in display and destruction.

Ted Knight was working on such a project for the US government in the forties, and understanding its implications horrified him.

The attack is very dangerous and only to be used in the event of emergencies against superior opposition that isn't to be handled any other ways.

Start of Battle:

"Prepare to get your butt kicked - Star Spangled Kid style!"

"You'll be punted all the way to Earth Three!"

"Get ready for a Crisis on Infinite Beatings!"

"Couldn't we solve this peacefully?"

"What a buncha hotheads."

Attack:

"Slowpoke!"

"For justice!"

"Getting tired, old man?"

"Feel like giving up?"

"For your own good, throw the towel."

Damage:

"What?!"

"Now you did it!"

"Oooohh, now I'm mad!"

"Blegh!"

"Ouch...!"

Damage by Noble Phantasm: "Oh, oh, it hurts, it hurts!"

Victory:

"Star Spangled Kid, Stargirl... Call me however you want! I don't mind beding called a kid! One shouldn't be ashamed of being young!"

"You failed the test, sorry!"

"And they call me dumb..."

"I'm not a religious person, but... I'll be praying for you."

"Killing... This isn't what a superhero should be doing..."

Defeat:

"I never know when to shut my big mouth up!"

"I'll remember that!"

"Justice League? Justice Society? I'm not even Young Society stuff."

"I just feel terrible."

"I failed everyone."

Summon: "Hey there! Servant Lancer, that's how you can call me, but others have called me Star Spangled Kid, or Stargirl, as well. You'd better take this seriously! I don't like having to look after newbies who don't put any effort on it!"

Noble Phantasm Activation:

"Unlocking the full functions of the Knight Staff... Let's hope this works and we don't kill everyone... Fire from the Stars!"

Extra Dialogue:

"Batman? I was expecting for a more... intense... kinda guy." (When you have Rider Batman).

"'Staaaaaaars'? Huh, cut it out already, it's getting creepy, you hearing?" (When you have Berserker Nemesis).

"Ah, hi. Nice you see you're doing better. No, wait, you're from another Earth, aren't you? This stuff always gives me headaches." (When you have Saber Shining Knight).

"A flying dog with a cape? This job's so weird sometimes." (When you have Berserker Krypto).

"Bleh, what a gross creature..." (When you have Caster Gilles de Rais).

"Oh, it's Green Arrow! The Green Arrow! Pat told me about working with you! Cool to meet you!" (When you have Archer Oliver Queen Green Arrow).

Birthday: "So, happy birthday! What would you want to do? Let's get away from these weirdos for a while."

Event: "So, what do you think? There's surely bound to be plenty bad guys there, isn't that right? Let's make 'em see some stars!"

Holy Grail: "Wow. There are so many things I could wish for... Mom... I wanna see Mom again..."

Next: Saotome Ranma's greatest foe, not really.
