Robert and Holly went back home, Robert was planning on doing some work from home. When they walked in, Seana saw them and ran to Robert. "Grandpa!"
Robert lifted her up into the air. "My girl. What have you and Grandma Tiff been doing?"
Tiffany walked over. "We were about to go outside and play with bubbles. Do you two want to join us?"
"I don't know, do you want us to join you?" Robert asked Seana, making a face at her.
Seana giggled. "Yes!"
Ethan and Annie's House
The two had started to move things over, mainly things they weren't using.
Annie looked out the back window and could see the grandparents and Seana playing. Robert and Seana were chasing bubbles. She laughed. "That's the sweetest thing."
Ethan came over and looked, smiling at how happy they were. "Thank you for being okay with them being so involved."
"I welcome it. I love your parents and Jayne now, too." Annie smiled at him. "I remember being little and thinking your mom was the prettiest lady ever."
"I wish I had known her then." Ethan said with a hint of sadness in his voice.
Annie touched his face. "She would have doted on you. She was always so excited to spend time with my mom and me. Her and dad would sit and talk about Robert."
"I'm glad you had that, and she had that. Now our daughter has it." Ethan looked back out the window to see a devious plan in motion.
Robert and Holly's backyard
Robert turned on the sprinklers, and Tiffany and Holly jumped up. Seana happily started playing.
"Robert Scorpio!" Tiffany shrieked as she scooped up a giggling Seana.
Holly couldn't stop laughing. "Why did you do that?"
"It was hot." Robert grinned as he grabbed some towels he had brought out after turning the sprinklers off. "Seana enjoyed it."
Seana nodded and giggled again. Robert took Seana and wrapped her in a towel while the ladies dried off.
"I have to admit, it was fun." Holly smiled over at Robert.
"It was fun to see little Seana's face light up." Tiffany went over and kissed her granddaughter's cheek.
Ethan and Annie's House
Annie smiled as she watched them from the window. "She really lucked out with the grandparents. I know dad would have loved her, he met her but at that point he didn't know who she was." Annie softly spoke.
"I know I didn't know Sean, but I have a feeling Seana always will." Ethan wrapped his arms around Annie. He remembered how hard it was on her coming to grips with losing her dad. He knew he would always be there for her.
