[Ch7: Plans to remake and struggles]

When they all got far enough away in one of the back streets, Meray showed them what became of the bottle, making her brother gasp. Baraz calmed down and used his power to sense what happened to the bottle. After sensing what happened Baraz explained, "Of course. Shunned by Hoopa, the shadow wanted freedom and destroyed the bottle so it would never be imprisoned again."

He then told them, "We need a new Prison Bottle. We can recreate the body of it!"

"Remake the Prison Bottle?" Meray asked, surprised by this.

"Isn't it destroyed?" Serena asked, unsure how that ca be possible.

Baraz looked and told them, "Yes, it was. But with what remains we can recreate it at Dahara Tower.

Ash stared and admitted, "Amazing."

Looking at them Baraz reminded, "Dahara Tower was where the Prison Bottle was originally made. The energy from when Great-Grandfather made the oriringal Bottle can still be found there."

Meray then revealed, "Great-Grandfather Ghris borrowed the power of Fire, Water, and Ground, from Arceus' life respective plates to create the bottle."

Baraz nodded, "Right, so as long as we have those three types of Pokémon, I believe we can be able to recreate the Prison Bottle again."

"For Waterpower, I got Frogadier." Ash said smiling, holding up the Water-Type's Pokéball in his hand.

"For Firepower, I got Braixen." Serena added, knowing that Braxian would be willing to help.

"But we don't have any Ground-Type Pokémon." Clemont pointed out to them, before stating, "And I don't know if the one our friends back near Courmarine City would be enough to do it."

They knew he had a point as Rhynox did transform into a Rhydon, but they were not sure if that would count given his Extraterrestrial origins. Bonnie then got their attention, "Hey! I got an idea!"

They all looked at the young girl, confused by what she had in mind.

In the desert outside of the Oasis that Ash and his gang were at just this afternoon, a ring portal opened up near one of the Hippopotas, pulling it and some sand around into the portal. Before it closed.

The kids watched as the Hippopotas uncovered itself from the sand to look at its new surroundings.

Bonnie giggle and approached the confused Pokémon asking, "Hi there, Hippopotas! Will you please help us out?"

Taken in by her request, the Ground-type looked at Bonnie and wondering what she needed help with.

Before it could give a response, they heard a portal opening behind them and saw a Ring opening up; Shadow Hoopa was looking for them. It must have gotten away from Lugia long enough for it to open a portal to their location!

Shadow Hoopa was floating over a tall building looking through its ring, even though it was unbound, it had the same problem as the real Hoopa did and could not pass through without feeling the push back by the seal that Ghris had put on both itself and the real Hoopa a century ago.

Lugia found it's foe and used Dragon Rush to attack the out-of-control Shadow of Hoopa. The Dragon-Type move forced Shadow Hoopa away from the ring, giving Ash and his friends more time to escape from that location.

They ran till they got far enough away while Clemont exclaimed, "Let's go! We've gotta move… No time to waste!"

Bonnie then suggested, "Then let's travel by ring!"

"Don't forget, Hoopa can't." Meray reminded the girl, glancing at Hoopa.

"Oh yeah…" Bonnie said, remembering.

She then asked, "Do you think they'll be willing to help us open a gate?"

The three from Arche Valley looked confused at the young girl's question. While Clemont said, "I don't know if they'd like it when they find out we let slip what's going on."

Ash looked down not wanting to get anyone involved with the Maximals, especially their weapons. Thinking about that made Ash have a flashback to what Ariadosus said and did that night.

Baraz approached the Pokémon he'd known as a child and said, "Hoopa…"

Hoopa looked at Baraz wonderingly even as the adult human spoke, "Until we finish making the new bottle, I want you hide so the Shadow doesn't find you."

"All right! Hoopa go hide!" Hoopa exclaimed giggling, treating this like a game of hide and go-seek.

Ash approached and said, "I'll go with you too, Hoopa!"

Pikachu nodded, willing to go as well, especially if his best friend was going. Looking at Baraz, Ash explained himself, "We can't just let Hoopa be alone."

Turning to the Mischief Pokémon, Ash said, "We'll make sure Hoopa stays safe!"

Pikachu agreed, promising the same thing. Hoopa couldn't help but smile at what it heard, "Ashkan… Pikan…"

Meray and Baraz smiled, pleased to hear that from the two that Hoopa just met hours ago. Ash then called out his Frogadier, who looked at his trainer as Ash told Clemont that he's leaving Frogadier to him.

Meray smiled and thanked, "Thank you so much, Ash! Take care and protect Hoopa!"

Hoopa flew over and said, "Hoopa protect Ashkan too!"

Ash smiled hearing that. He even had a flashback of Cheattor saying the same to him. Hoopa used its ring to make a portal to travel everyone else to Dahara Tower to make the new Prison Bottle. After they were safely at the Tower Ash and Hoopa began to walk away, or float in Hoopa's case, to stay out of the Shadow's reach.

As they went, Ash turned to Hoopa and asked, "So… Shadow Hoopa and you, your both Hoopa, right?"

Hoopa was confused by what the kid meant, so Ash explained, "I mean you're both two of the same Pokémon, but it's like you having a battle against yourself, or something."

His eyes darkened looking down and said, "I mean… I can get why two people of different factions might fight, but why are you and shadow fighting? Someone once said it's a mystery of the universe… but I don't get how that can work when your Pokémon and I know there's no such thing as an evil Pokémon."

Ash returned his softer gaze to Hoopa and said, "But since you're both the same Pokémon, shouldn't you be able to get along and make up with yourself?"

"Hoopa make up?" Hoopa asked, confused.

Before it could get an answer, they saw a ring forming, and knew what it meant. They hurried away as soon as they saw the face and arm of Shadow Hoopa. This made them try and run when it tried to grab them. Only for something to hit Shadow Hoopa from its side of the Ring and pulled itself from the rings.

Seeing this opportunity, thanks to Lugia, Ash told Hoopa, "Let's go!"

And ran for it. They hurried down the stairs to hide under the basement of one of the buildings.

"Ashkan?" Hoopa spoke up, catching the boy's attention. Hoopa then asked, "Do you think Hoopa and Shadow can really make up?"

"I'm sure you can." Ash said, though not certain, considering the Poké Wars, "Then you can get your old power back. Very cool, right?"

Pikachu said something that made Hoopa fly over and asked, 'You really mean it?"

Pikachu nodded and Hoopa cheered before declaring, "When Hoopa get power back, Hoopa will grant Ashkan a wish!"

Ash looked surprised by this and said, "My wish is to be a Pokémon Master."

"Hoopa will ring it for you!" Hoopa exclaimed, excited.

But Ash got up and explained, "You can't. Becoming a Pokémon Master can't just be given, it's something I have to achieve on my own!"

"You can't use Ring?!" Hoopa asked, shocked to hear that, before pressing its hands to its face and appear to be having a hard time understanding how that could be possible. Especially since Hoopa got nearly everything it wanted to give by ring in its long existence. Ash and Pikachu couldn't help but laugh at the antics of the Pokémon before them. Ash then thought how different his laugh was. When was it that Ash had laughed without a care in the world?

Ash couldn't think about it for long as it heard another Ring opening and the three of them hid behind some boxes. Shadow Hoopa looked through, looking for the real Hoopa. The silence was intense as Shadow Hoopa grunted as it appeared to have lost them, pulling its head back through the ring. Pikachu looked up and shouted, catching the attention of Ash and Hoopa as they saw another ring opening and the arm of Shadow Hoopa pushed through, crushing the boxes where the three heroes used to be. Pikachu and Ash ran outside (Hoopa in the boy's arms) as they turned the corner to find a new hiding spot, only for a ring to open up before them and out showed Shadow Hoopa. Around the three of them came five more rings.

Hoopa looked concerned, and warned, "Ashkan! Careful! Shadow using Hyperspace Fury!"

"Hyperspace-what?" Ash asked, before seeing five more hands from the Shadow Hoopa come through and begin to punch in their direction before returning to the rings they came from. Though they seem to come out one after another before they glowing seem to increase around the Shadow's arms.

Before the the final part of the move could happen. Lugia came flying towards them and told them, "Get on."

They got on the Legendary Beast of the Seas' back and got out of the way just as the fists shot towards them and caused an explosion. After they were a safe distance away, Ash thanked Lugia, "Thanks a lot, Lugia."

"You do not need to thank me. I am only helping a friend." Lugia assured the boy, telepathically.

Their smooth flight was interrupted as Shadow Hoopa sent out a Dark Pulse at them, hitting Lugia in the chest. Ash and Pikachu held on as much as they could as Lugia began to lose altitude and crash landed on one of the building's rooftops. The impact had forced Lugia's passengers off its back.

Ash opened his eyes to see that he and his friends were okay and saw Lugia roaring aggressively out at Shadow Hoopa. Before it took off again and flew at its enemy. It used Dragon Rush once more, hitting Shadow Hoopa, which made it hit the side of one of the buildings, no doubt causing damage and waking up the people inside.

Lugia came out of Dragon Rush and flew over to make another pass at Shadow Hoopa, preparing to use Aeroblast at it once more.

Shadow Hoopa used a ring to send the attack somewhere else. Lugia quickly moved out of the way before its opponent could send it somewhere. Only the ring moved in front of the silver-feathered Pokémon and sent it back into the ocean that Hoopa had called it from, back in the sea in the Orange Archipelago, the last thing it could do before the ring closed, was shout, "Ash!"

Rhynox was typing away intensely at his station while Cheattor, coming out of his exercises after Megatron sniped him, asked, "Hey, Big-R, what's going on?"

"I'm picking up massive spikes of Hyperspace Dimensional Energy." Rhynox answered as he kept working.

"Hyperspace dimension-" Cheattor repeated, before he asked, "You mean portals?"

"Theoretically, yes." Rhynox stated, "However, they are only appearing solely in the location of Dahar City where the kids are."

Optimus approached and asked, "Are they safe?"

"I don't know, but I do know that there are considerable risks to opening so many portals at once in one location, even for a city, in such a rapid succession. These could have catastrophic consequences to the space-time stability with this dimension."

Many of the Maximals were blinking, confused by what he was saying, even as Ratitrap asked, "Uhh… you wanna run that by us again, buddy?"

Before Rhynox could explain, they heard beeping and saw heard Serena calling, "Rhynox can you read me? We need help! Please!"

Optimus, hearing the desperation in Serena's voice, looked over to his teammates and ordered, "Maximals. Lock and load."

(Ash and Hoopa get to talk some more, and Shadow Hoopa sent Lugia back into the seas from where its lighter half brought it from. Oh no! Will they be okay?!

Yes, I know I had Hoopa state the name of its Signature Move "Hyperspace Fury" but I thought it was needed, as well as the communication between Lugia and Ash when it saved them. And yes, I am not scrapping Lugia's being able to use its Singature Move "Aeroblast" for convenience's sake. I wanted to do it that way because I feel like Legendary Pokémon should use their Signature Moves to help them through their challenges (like what's going on here for example). Things are getting intense now, especially as the Maximals are getting involved to help their friends even if they don't know the full situation yet, they still will do their duty to help their friends and protect the innocent.

Find out how things will be next time and stay tuned for the next chapter to this any other stories of mine later on.)
