Chapter-8
Whoosh! My longest chapter till now. It took long well first because I was busy with the Euro's and Copa Final. To anyone watching please don't do sports betting. I won the Euro Final Bet, Lost the Copa Finals and won it again after betting on extra time. I really should stop my gambling addiction.
Future Chapters are gonna take more time due to my college has been restarted. I would still post a chapter in 3-4 days but if its longer than 4000 words than it will come in a week like this one. Thank you
Kakashi Hatake was annoyed with the woman, she true to her title was a hunter. Using the Hidden Mist Jutsu she hid and tries to hunt him. Senbons, Kunais, Shurikens where did she hide all that and she wielded a wakizashi too. All more difficult to evade her. The woman in tandem with her water clones hunted him from every direction. Obito's eye and Hatake nose was the reason he was alive.
Trying to disintegrate the mist also didn't help since the mist was widespread and thick a simple Gale Palm didn't work so he has to use Divine Mountain Wind and wind was Kakashi's worst element, the normal B-Rank caused him an A-Rank's worth of chakra to use. Combined with Sharingan it was obvious who will run out before.
Kakashi had seen the strange green construct fighting with Yagura's in bijuu form, he has to end it soon. But it is God damn difficult to win. Lightning Release: Spider Web Kakashi brought his hand down sending a web of electricity shocking multiple water clones. The copy nin than bent down barely avoiding the kunai aimed for his head but Himari wasn't done she threw senbons on the Hatake's thighs, Kakashi at the last second brought his hand in front. A couple of senbon fell due to his glove guard while a couple pierced his fingers making them immobile.
"If they had pierced my thighs, I would be dead. I can't lose mobility at any cost" Kakashi thought. The cyclops sent a thunder wolf usingLightning Release: Beast Tracking Fang. The wild unpredictable thunder beast started electrocuting the whole place when coming in contact with water before it was destroyed by a Wind Torpedo, Sharingan again coming in clutch allowing the Hatake to see the invisible ball of chakra.
Knowing he has no other option he slammed his hand on the ground after biting a finger "I am sorry guys" Summoning Jutsu, Hatake slammed his hand on the ground summoning eight dogs. "Guys, I need you to find my opponent for me. Be careful she is an expert hunter". The dog pack went to work as the copy nin went through hand signs of his all-original technique. He heard Urushi and Shiba howl in pain. "That damn bitch, that's why I didn't summon them sooner" He was ready and now he waited his Lightning Clone acting as a guard to any more water clones. He heard a woman's scream, Kakashi didn't wait any second pushing chakra in his feet running at full speed. Himari heard sounds of chipping birds, saw flashes of lightning her instincts screaming her to move. Raikiri was all she heard as she looked at lone sharingan eye of Kakashi before dying.
Ryosuke has sensed Yagura's chakra, Mei-sama was doing her part now he needs to fulfil his. Ryosuke released Lava Release: Quicklime, Raiga countered with his own Lightning Ball, the two balls collided cancelling each other out. Raiga instantly charged with his thunder swords. Ryosuke blocked with two chakra enhanced kunai. Sparks flew as the dual wielders fought in close combats. Slash, thrust, parry, counter both weapon users met each other at every point. But Raiga's thunder swords were one of seven swords for a reason, they gave him far greater piercing power, after a minute of the deadly dance Raiga finally broke Terumi's kunai barely missing on taking his hand with them.
"You are sure talented, to be able to hold your own against me with just two kunai is astonishing. But it's a pity you have to die. But don't worry I will give you a grand funeral" Raiga said in a sad tone Lightning Burial: Banquet of Lightning, Kurosaki release multiple bolts or thunder both in air and ground after Ryosuke. "What is his deal with funerals" Ryosuke thought while dodging he really wished he had a wind affinity now. "Fuck it" Ryosuke started weaving multiple hand signs while moving towards Raiga, Fire Style: Hydra Ryosuke released a three-headed fire dragon.
The hydra's three heads went separately one above consuming all of thunder bolts raining from the sky, while one did the same with ground and the middle one went straight for the swordsman. Knowing it was too big to dodge, Kiba wielder answered dropped his sword and casted a Water Dragon, the two dragons collided destroying each other. "That dragon without a water source took a lot out of me. I should play it safe" before his instincts screamed as saw a blast.
Raiga was covered with burns due to the other two dragon heads colliding that was nasty jutsu for sure. "You little bastard forget it you are getting the worst funeral imaginable" Raiga growled while creating the mist. "Oh, for god's sake just shut up with your funerals you necrophile" Ryosuke retorted clearly annoyed. "I am not a necrophile you brat" grumbled back Kurosaki sending a bolt of lightning from the mist. It was too fast to dodge completely but due to thunder's voice Ryosuke was able to get away in time with minor scratches and shocks. But even these minor scratches were a problem he was losing blood very fast. "I need to take the mist out but how wind is too difficult for me. And even I manage by overloading he can just cast it again. Got it"
The Terumi headgathered chakra and started casting multiple seals ending it with Tora and slammed his hand together just before Raiga's thunderbolt reached him releasing a destructive wave of Fire around him not only clearing the mist but also searing everything in its path. "It's a good think Kakashi is in other room" Ryosuke muttered while panting, the jutsu has taken a toll almost a fourth of his reserves to be exact.
Raiga came out covered with burns he has barely survived the Fire came so suddenly that the only thing he was to do was form a makeshift armour around his body using water chakra while try to block it with Kiba. But the wave shattered his double and armour but it has done his job make the fatal jutsu non-fatal. "The Hell you are alive. Are you a zombie maybe you are. Maybe somebody didn't give you a funeral so you became a zombie ranting about them" Ryosuke babbled out. "No more games brat, I am going to kill you" Raiga screamed crossing his Kiba together and uttered Lightning Release: Thunder Dragon Tornado
Ryosuke's eyes widened as he saw Raiga spinning with lightning chakra from Kiba gathering around him mixing together to form a storm. He dodged the random lightning bolt that was fired from the storm. He instantly went through seals, "Its all or nothing" putting every bit of chakra he had left Lava Style: Lava Tsunami.
By this time Raiga has stopped spinning his storm charged towards Ryosuke only to be met by incoming tsunami. The two S-Rank jutsus clashed. Ryosuke's overwhelming tsunami met Raiga's unstoppable dragon. Lightning bolts were thrown here and there from the dragon only to be consumed by the giant tide. The storm dragon started piercing through the tide's centre its piercing too much for the tsunami. Ryosuke dreaded and Raiga smirked but soon their expression reversed as the Tsunami's was too much for dragon it faded before it completely pierced it but it did to enough to collapse the tide. Which didn't help Raiga as still has lava coming after him but with from ground now and even some of it dipped on the bottom floor it still was fast enough. Raiga in pure desperation and adrenaline used whatever chakra he has left to break the wall behind him using Kiba and get away.
Ryosuke fell down on his ass he was too tired to give a chase and besides it's not like Raiga could break the barrier. "It's all up to you Mei-sama we have done our part" he said before laying down.
When Kisame and Mangetsu saw the tower's roof being blown by a green construct of chakra Kisame chuckled "Man there some freaks out here between us and here you and me are having a boring sword fight" while thrusting Hozuki back Mangetsu dropped his right shoulder in a feint which Kisame fell for and went for a cross slash from left, the shark nin was able to get his sword to block it but not before his chest was slashed. "Here I thought you wanted to be a swordsman with honour and all" Mangetsu taunted, Kisame smiled as pushed up Mangetsu back to the duel position through sheer strength "It's just like you said Mangetsu-kun we are shinobi first"
Kisame again due to sheer strength and chakra sent Hozuki back this time gar enough for the shark nin to release a high pressure towards the Hozuki tearing the ground apart. Mangetsu turned Hiramekarei to its long sword form blocking the incoming Water Severing Wave. The Hozuki was again sent backward but managed to hold on by sticking chakra on his feet. Mangetsu seeing Kisame charge towards sent multiple Finger Bullets with one hand, this time Kisame was forced to use his sword as a guard. The living sword hissed as she blocked the bullets halting Kisame's aerial charge.
Hidden Mist was simultaneously muttered as master swordsmen fought each other in mist. To any aspiring swordsman or hunter this was their guidebook. In the mist the two shadows could be seen clashing here and there. Mangetsu tried to cut Kisame's stomach open only for the monster to block him leading to another duel. Clangs, slash, thrust, block, feint, dodge everything was happening with such a beauty it looked more like dance in dark than fight.
Mangetsu's downward slash was met by Kisame halfway through he than brough Samehada from another angle for Mangetsu to parry him using a reverse thrust. Mangetsu than went for side slash only for Kisame to block him again and use his superior strength to push Mangetsu downwards. The Hozuki managed to hold his guard before Kisame completely broke it. Mangetsu knowing the disadvantageous position stepped back little Kisame instantly went to slash through his torso but Hozuki using superior speed not only dodged but also went for Kisame's side which the shark nin dodged or did he as the Hoshigaki had a little cut on his side.
Both swordsmen smirked as they disappeared again, this time Kisame found Mangetsu trying to pierce his spine which the Hozuki sensed and turned his abdomen to water while going to cut Kisame's head in half, Kisame instantly leapt back and met head on again dodging each other first strike their swords clashed on second attempt and again at third this time with reverse angles.
After matching each other at the fourth one Kisame again try to his strength but this time the Hozuki kicked the him in the gut sending Kisame back. Kisame charged again Mangetsu meeting him in between, Hoshigaki side-stepped and slashed at Mangetsu's torso which he dodged went to take Kisame's eye out with an upward thrust, Kisame tilted his head and went for pin point slash at the torso again Mangetsu surprised was a second late to turn his body into water getting a gash on his side. "The monster strength is unreal to generate such power from such short distance truly scary" Hozuki thought as this he disappeared.
After few more minutes of clashes here and there the mist disappeared and the two combatants were seen both were without any serious only some minor cuts but that wasn't due to lack of trying. Mangetsu just turned his body into water stopping anything fatal and Kisame healed himself with Samehada.
"I must say Mangetsu-kun it's unfortunate we are shinobi had we been samurai you would have won. Your talent for swords is second to none" Kisame applauded. "But unfortunately for you we aren't, you have lost of chakra didn't you. You know why because whenever you turned your body into water, my Samehada has been stealing your chakra little by little never enough for you to notice but now it's taking effect" The shark nin added with a cruel chuckle.
"It's a pity you have to die. I was pretty sure I could have convinced Yagura to spare you. But no have to be righteous" Kisame said in disappointment. "You try to serve a man who murdered your whole family" Mangetsu spat. "I would have, Sharks believe in the survival of the strongest if my clansman were weak to be slaughtered, they deserve it" Kisame said it without any remorse. "You are monster" Kisame only chuckled at the accusation.
Earth Plate Barrage Kisame lifted the Earth between left and used it hurling them at Mangetsu transformed Hiramekarei into Twinsword form and coatedthem with wind chakra clearing the pieces of Earth falling on him. Kisame then went for the finale Water Release: Exploding Water Colliding Wave Kisame spat out a large tidal wave towards Mangetsu who cursed this water has Kisame's chakra laced with he can't liquify and be one with the water. So, he did the only natural counter to it unleashing a wave of his own the two tides collided. Water Shark Prison Kisame has started his finishing counter turning the whole tides into a large water prison. Kisame combined with Samehada adding more to his shark like appearance by giving him a tail and fins.
The only consolation Mangetsu has that he too can breathe in water like Kisame. So, he readied himself turning Hiramekarei into its Hammer Form he added just chakra to it adding wind would exhaust him far sooner. He needed time to think of an escape. Mangetsu used to hammer form to smash the Thousand Feeding Sharks on him while moving around the prison trying to escape. He really wished he learnt lightning jutsu now. But Mangetsu didn't know Kisame could sense wherever he was till in the prison.
Mangetsu was getting overwhelmed the no of too much some sharks finally broke through his defensive biting his arm forcing Hiramekarei out Mangetsu in last ditch effort tried to turn into water but with Kisame's over 50 leftover sharks and the chakra of water prison made sure he couldn't. Before he could even think anything, he was cut in half and as blood gushed out on Kisame's fin who had just bit the Mangetsu torso.
The shark nin released his jutsus and turned back to human form with now Samehada in Mangetsu's torso instead of shark's mouth. "That was a truly great fight Mangetsu-kun. No other seven swordmen would have given me that. Maybe if you had been a little older, things could have changed" Kisame said twisting his swordinside. Mangetsu gulped more blood "Like hell it would. You were right I might be the better swordsman but you are stronger shinobi. But strength is the only thing you have dumb shark" The Hozuki groaned out in pain. "Oh, going towards petty taunts death truly brings out the worst in people" Mangetsu just laughed at Kisame's reply.
"Taunts do you even know the man you serve is already under control of someone claiming to be Madara Uchiha" This time Kisame laughed. "Do you think I didn't know of course I did know that our dear ANBU Commander is much more than just a mere Commander" Mangetsu's eyes widen. "Then why" was all he could blurt out in pain and shock. "Why, I told you before I am shark and my survival is my only priority. Do you wanna know I have been loyal to Madara even longer than I have been to Yagura" Kisame chuckled at the look on Mangetsu's face. "Then I can't let you go there"
"What you gonna do haunt me" Kisame taunted with twisting his sword again. "Bet I will" was also Mangetsu muttered before he used last bit of chakra to turn his whole upper body into water bullets and attack Kisame at pinpoint range. The shark nin hissed in agony as some bullets pierced through and multiple embedded in his body. "You bastard you sore losing piss. Fuck you I Hope you rot in hell" Kisame screamed as he saw Mangetsu fall behind dead.
When Kakashi reached the top floor, he was greeted by a strange scene Mei and Yagura fighting against Shisui and the ANBU Commander. "What the fuck is this. Why are Mei and Yagura together. Did Shisui free him and if he did why is he fighting them with the ANBU Commander, wait why does the Commander have sharingan. FUCK NO" was the Hatake's thought train.
"What the fuck is happening here" Kakashi asked. "The Copy Ninja, I knew Hinami wouldn't be enough but to defeat her without any major injuries that is Commendatory" The Commander was the one who answered him. "Your friend broke Yagura out and then decided to join forces with his kin. That's what happened Hatake" Mei screamed. Oh, she was angry first Yagura was nothing but puppet. The poor man doesn't event knew what he did till Sanbi told him. But it was still God damn difficult to give him pity. And even more to fight with him. And now their trump card has betrayed them and the Sanin was out for the count. Just great.
Kakashi's suspicions were confirmed by Mei's words and Shisui muttering "I am sorry" so he joined the fight with Mei and Yagura. Safe to say with how long everyone has been fighting, this one won't take long. "Hatake Kakashi you are truly a remarkable shinobi to be able to use Uchiha bloodline better than most Uchiha" Madara complemented. "Thanks, it belonged one of the greatest Uchiha. I have to honour him" Kakashi replied as he completed the hand signs for Electromagnetic Murder combining it with Mei's Water Colliding Wave, the electrified wave was met the Shisui Great Fireball amplified by Madara's Divine Mountain Wind. The two combinations collided generating a large mist which Yagura utilized sending his tails in the mist, this time he didn't look a beast only have cloak of orange chakra with three tails on him.
"I apologize for any harm I have caused to you even though it didn't mean much to you but I am truly sorry for everything I have done" the Kage's sincerity was seen through his voice. "You don't need to Mizukage-sama it was Madara's doing" Kakashi said, he understands Mei this is awkward. Kakashi brought his kunai against Shisui's own as the Uchiha flickered in front of him. Sparks flew as kunais clashed against each other.
"Shisui, have you gone insane or is Madara controlling you now" growled Hatake. "If you think there is genjutsu than is stronger than mine then you are the insane one senpai. I am sorry but what Madara is doing is beneficial for all of us" he replied. "I didn't know mass genocide was beneficial" Kakashi retorted while kicking Uchiha in the gut but before kunai's could pierce Shisui's shoulder the Uchiha flickered away. "And the villages are doing anything different. At least Madara's end goal is piece can you the same about any Kage" the retorted heatly by sending a Fire Spear, Kakashi blocked using a Mud Wall. "Peace this peace that, how many times I have to tell you. No single person can bring peace"
Kakashi said in anger flickering in front of the Uchiha to drive a kunai through his shoulder only for him to turn into a flock of crows. Before Kakashi could blink Shisui dove his kunai on Hatake's back for him to also turn into nothing. "You wield Sharingan like most Uchiha could never. Heck your mastery is probably on same level as Fugaku, Mikoto, Itachi and mine. But unfortunately, my Sharingan is greater than yours ever will be" The Uchiha bragged before switching to Mangekyo. "You have used Koto Amatsukami and that green construct wouldn't be without a large chakra cost. If you think having a better perception is all you need than that Uchiha arrogance has taken over you too" Hatake replied. "We will see" Shisui replied as their kunais met again.
Madara was getting annoyed his chakra reserves were below halfway point. That wouldn't be trouble since the Sanin was out and even if he returned, he wouldn't be much trouble. Same was with Mei and Shisui was capable to fighting Kakashi. But Yagura who is perfect jinchuriki is troubling. The Mizukage thanks to Shisui couldn't be controlled now and bastard's bijuu was able to break his hold on Mei. If Kamui runs out the Mizukage would be able to finish him. His thoughts were put to a stop by Yagura's chakra tails now back to his second transformation. Those tails were far more deadly and with Mei's lava and mist, most of his time was spent using Kamui to dodge.
Boil Release: Geyser, Mei attacked by opening boiling hot geysers below the Uchiha while Yagura's tails rained from above. The duo cursed as there wasn't any effect. "Can we stop this pointless game. Your methods are futile you know that. Just surrender the Sanbi and I would leave" Madara asked in mocking tone. "I would never give Isobu to you" Yagura growled in his beast form. "Common Mei, would giving the man you wanted to kill is a such a bad deal" Madara said. "I wanted to kill the man who destroyed Hidden Mist and that's you" she retorted heatly both metaphorically and physically as she sent lava chains at him.
Madara just teleported with a metal chain capturing Mei, Yagura instantly jumped only to pass through Madara as the Uchiha went to kill Terumi after she had melted the chains but wasn't fast enough to escape completely. She readied herself for the kunai for it to be blocked by another one, "Do you think you can keep the great Jiraya down for long imposter" the toad sage announced his arrival.
"You are surely a pest Jiraya. To think you will not only survive but return to battle to. Can't say the same about your toads can't we" Madara taunted with a chuckle. Jiraya eyes hardened. The toads were the only reason he was alive. Once his sage mode run out, he was at the man's mercy which Madara didn't have. The Uchiha straight up went to kill him teleporting here and there with his chain, kunai's, point blank Fireballs, Wind Blades etc. The only reason he was alive was due to his experience-honed reflexes and multiple toads who suffered injuries to protect him. Had Shisui not unleashed that construct Madara would have finished the job. Speaking of the younger one why was he fighting Kakashi.
Jiraya didn't get to ponder much as the Uchiha came again for Jiraya's left shoulder Mei intercepted him Jiraya than punched him from side which again passed through but before Madara could attack Yagura jumped on him. This was getting troubling for Madara, with the three of them attacking him he doesn't have time to attack and Kamui was taking chakra continuously he was on quarter of his reserves. "Why can't this fucker without that pink-eye ability" Mei screamed as her fist passed through again. "Calm down Mei, he will run out of chakra" Yagura tried to calm her only to be shot down. "Not everyone has an infinite chakra battery". "Yagura is right Mei, our masked friend will run out before as I believe using that ability takes much more chakra than it does for punch him" The sage added to Yagura's thoughts.
Madara teleported away and did the hand signs for Fire Lily releasing multiple fireballs like Pheonix Flower but with their size being compared to a Fireball. Yagura responded with the Great Waterfall using Sanbi's mastery he released giant waterfalls from the scattered water left from previous fights. Madara again teleported behind with the intention to kill for Jiraya and Mei to intervene again. The three veterans have come to understanding. Let Yagura deal with jutsus and attack Madara together but a second delay at each attack.
"You know this strategy is effective but what will we do if he teleports away when he is running out of gas" Yagura asked. Jiraya still found it strange to work with the man but as veteran of two wars he has worked with plenty of people who tried to kill him and Yagura was a victim which also eased the awkwardness. "The only other way is to hit him at exact moment he touches you. That's how Minato and since none of us have his speed or teleportation the first strategy is our only bet" Jiraya explained. "The Yellow Flash was a freak if he manged to defeat this monster alone" Mei praised.
Jiraya didn't have time as he was busy attacking the Uchiha again but internally he beamed with pride. "You are right none of us has anything comparable to the Yellow Flash in terms of speed and reflexes. Alone that is working together we might have a chance" Yagura said as he explained the plan to Mei in Mist's morse code while Jiraya and his clones kept Madara busy before switching with him as Mei explained to Jiraya in the rebel morse code.
Madara was getting annoyed when the sanin and rebel leader joined Yagura again. He was sure he can outlast both of them but the Sanbi jinchuriki he never could. And the only one he needed was Sanbi their preparations were just about to be complete. He was sure since Sanbi is going to be sealed third he can hide it for that long. But since casting Yagura in a genjutsu was out he might have to resort to 'that'. Madara eyes narrowed as he saw Yagura staying back but then soon realized it will the tail manoeuvre again. He dodged the tails and his two attackers before he smirked in glee.
Mei's eyes widened in fear as she saw Yagura's tails attacking Jiraya this wasn't what they agreed on. She soon realized as she saw Shisui standing behind Yagura his eyes glowing red to her side she saw a dead Kakashi.
"You should have given the beast to me. I am man of my words I surely would have left but you have to be stubborn. Did you really thought Shisui gave the control to Yagura. It was all Konoha's ploy which now became my ploy." The Uchiha mocked as he threw Jiraya's dead body. "Don't worry I would let Yagura kill you. Hey at least you would die by the hands of the man who you truly thought was your enemy" Yagura roared as his tails pierced Mei.
Mei hissed as she saw Yagura's tails piercing her shoulder and she was released from the Uchiha's Demonic Illusion: Worst Nightmare. Only to see Madara's kunai near Jiraya's heart she instantly released multiple Boiling Finger Bullet on the Uchiha which he again phased out that second was what Jiraya needed as put his hand between his heart allowing the kunai to pierce it and grabbed Madara hand from pierced hand. Madara was flabbergasted when the Sage dug his fingers into his arm doesn't allowing him to move. He instantly put Fire Chakra to put the sage in more agony. But Jiraya didn't care as Yagura instantly arrived and slammed his palm on both Jiraya's hand and Madara' arm.
The Uchiha for the first since Minato was near death when the coral started spreading immobilizing him. Jiraya's coral was melted by Mei as the man readied the Rasengan. "This is for Minato and Kushina" and went for the finishing blow.
"No No No I can't die like this. I haven't my dream. I haven't had my revenge" Madara thought as he waited for the death blow but it never came.
Shisui have to say Kakahi was the epitome of a normal shinobi till things like bloodlines, Bijuu's wasn't involved there was hardly any people who can match up to the Hatake in whole shinobi history. But here bloodlines were involved and it wasn't any bloodline it was one of oldest and strongest bloodlines in history. Shisui's Mangekyo really gave him the better perception but it wasn't enough. Hatake was too smart he could switch up his taijutsu instantly and the fucker somehow could cast ninjutsu with less hand signs than needed.
Their fight was a stalemate to an outsider but he was getting pushed. His genjustus weren't working and believe him he tried from the Feast of Crows to Demonic Illusion: Shackling Stakes nothing worked. Hatake always broke out. Shisui dodged multiple lightning kunai only for one of it to turn on him "The Fuck, Bastard hid a Pure Lightning Kunai in between multiple ones who were just electrified" Shisui dodged multiple times before he released a volley of shuriken with flame chakra on them using Pheonix Flower Nail Crimson. The shuriken collided with the kunai stopping it. Kakashi jumped on the Uchiha engaging in dance of taijutsu. Shisui seeing a hole in Kakashi defence capitalized using a kunai from his left hand piercing the Hatake's shoulder.
"I told you Mangekyo would be enough" at the taunt Kakashi dissolved into lightning and shocked the Uchiha. "Lightning Clone" The real copy nin came out from the ground with an electrified kunai ready to pierce the Uchiha's gut to shock him unconsciousness. Shisui seeing Kakashi only smirked as he muttered Idaten.
Jiraya was astounded when he found Kakashi in front of him instead of Madara. Kakashi had the same emotion when he saw Jiraya in front of him. The Sage and the copy nin stopped there jutsu immediately but not completely as Kakashi's kunai pierced Jiraya's shoulder not to deep and without any shock but enough to leave a scar. While Jiraya Rasengan had enough to send Kakashi spinning backwards dazed. "What Kakashi how are you here" Mei questioned. Fuck there only chance was gone. "I am as confused as you are. I was on the verge of finishing Shisui when he said Idaten" Hatake explained. It looked like he was gonna throw up.

Roots came out from the ground and went to attack the four stunned shinobi, years of honed reflexes were enough to dodge the initial strike. But roots kept on coming Mei and Yagura released multiple Vacuum Blades to cut the roots.
"Impossible that bloodline died with the First Hokage. How" Kakashi gasped out, Jiraya was also too stunned to speak. "Can he really be Madara" Inside Yagura the Sanbi was raging "Kill him Yagura, he can control us again". The Kage was too shocked to reply, The First Hokage's mythical Wood Release. The Bloodline that made him the God of Shinobi.
"What's with the look. Maybe I should explain. In my last battle with Hashirama I took his DNA and inserted it into myself in hopes of getting something grander" Jiraya gaped in fear. "Please God No" the sage thought. "But this was the outcome which is not bad I say. Of course, it's not even a quarter of what Hashirama Senju could do." Madara explained finishing with real tone of admiration. Even Shisui was shocked he never imagined Madara to have this the legendary Wood Release. The Bloodline of the strongest shinobi in history.
"If you are done with your gauging than can we end as you know some of us has plans to complete" the masked man chuckled and turned the upper floor into a large forest using Wood Style: Deep Forest Emergence Shisui capitalized burning the whole forest by Fire Release: Stream. Yagura countered the burning forest by tapping into Sanbi's chakra and releasing the largest tide till now using Great Exploding Water Colliding Wave, the tide washed over the burning forest. Mei using, her experience surfed over the tide to jumped over Shisui with a Lava coated kick for the Uchiha to switch with Madara through whom she faced through.
The younger Uchiha than switched with Jiraya with a sign Fireball formed ready to burn the Kage alive before Kakashi intervened and was switched out too. The Fireball hit Yagura dead centre only Sanbi's chakra kept him alive as he roared in pain. Mei and Jiraya tried to attack I tandem again but this time Madara was fighting them with occasional teleportation. "He has to be low on chakra to not spam that annoying jutsu" Mei thought as she jumped back and let loose multiple Lava Balls. Madara blocked using a Wood Wall and phased through Jiraya's Swamp of the Underworld.
Kakashi was getting annoyed with Idaten, the ability wasn't as harmful as it was annoying like he could guess and Shisui is not dodging a wind bullet meaning he would switch. So, he readied himself for that. But it messed up all of their attack Shisui switched them between taijutsu, casting ninjutsu in air while dodging. It was getting too annoying. Of course, there was chakra limit that's why the Uchiha was not spamming it like Minato-sensei did with Hirashin. But he really hopped there would limitation of not allowing to switch with someone with larger reserves. Who was he trying to fool after seeing Madara's space-time jutsu and Shisui's chakra construct that would be too simple.
There has to be a way even Minato sensei Hirashin wasn't without weakness there has to be some way to stop it. Kakashi coated his body with chakra when he saw Yagura throwing the Uchiha into a wall. Kakashi was slammed into the wall due to using chakra as protection he didn't have much injuries. He groaned and kept his makeshift armour on when he saw Yagura's tail ready to slam Shisui on the ground. He was switched again but this time it wasn't perfect as he was disorientated and fell from Yagura's grasp. On the other side Yagura saw Shisui being disorientated as well.
"What was that, did the switching wasn't perfect this time. Both of you were disorientated unlike before" Yagura questioned. Shisui was confused too did he mess up. Kakashi stood up rubbing his head. "I have hunch Mizukage-sama revert back to your first jinchuriki form" Yagura looking confused did so. Kakashi kept his armour too. Yagura attacked again with Sanbi faster than Shisui but the Uchiha matched him with body flicker. Seeing Kakashi joining the Uchiha started to use his old tactic of switching them up but this time when he switched with Yagura as Kakashi chop was about to land he again was disorientated. Hatake at the moment went for side kick sending the Uchiha tumbling back.
"His technique much like genjutsu needs his chakra to enter in your system to work. But unlike genjutsu outer source is not enough to discard it. It only does to disorientate the switching for both. Isn't much since his motive of keeping himself out of danger and messing up your attacks still works. And you can't fight full time with your chakra as an armour. You will run out as he won't use it and if you drop he will. It's not an ideal solution in any way. Unless you have bijuu on your side" The scarecrow finished his explanation.
Shisui cursed heck even he didn't know the technique's weakness but Kakashi has found it. Well, it wasn't much of a weakness more of a limitation. So, what if the switching isn't perfect, it still does its job. But against multiple opponents in which one of them is a jinchuriki he was screwed.
Where is Madara, Shisui got his answer by sprouting of multiple giant flowers and strange pollen being released from them. Shisui sighed as he saw Kakashi falling down unconscious. Yagura himself was near dream realm only Sanbi keeping him awake. "What's this" The Kage questioned his partner. "Looks like one of Wood Release techniques, the only way you are conscious is due to my chakra filtering the pollen." Yagura saw Madara arriving with an unconscious Mei and Jiraya on his shoulder. "I have to say since the Fourth Hokage nobody has given me this much as you all have. But it ends now" he said as he dropped them. "Don't worry about your comrades they are just sleeping. Of course, I have control over it making myself and Shisui immune to it. You are probably due to your bijuu" Madara hypothesized in the end.
Yagura cursed he needed to wake them up and soon. "Wait they are asleep due to pollen even if I wake them up with Sanbi's chakra they will be asleep again. I need to destroy the flowers" Yagura dodged the body flickering Uchiha's advance as jumped between the roots created by Madara. He went to cast hand signs but Shisui was on him again. He flared Sanbi's chakra forcing the younger one back. And before the older Uchiha could teleport he released the wind chakra surrounding him mixed with Sanbi's the wind picked up faster turning and twisting into a Great Tornado as jutsu's name sprung.
The tornado started moving reducing the flower garden into shreds. Madara with Shisui teleported away as Yagura went to his comrades protecting them with Sanbi's chakra once the tornado passed and crashed into the barrier, he woke them up. But not before Madara's roots captured him. Mei's lava stream phased through as Shisui switched with her between Jiraya and Kakashi split kicking them apart. Madara meanwhile casted the Hokage Style Elder Jutsu: Tenth Edict on Enlightenment. Ten pillars surrounded the Kage as the Kanji for sit appeared on the Uchiha's hand.
The Sanbi screamed from begging Yagura to get away. Yagura meanwhile screamed at Mei, "Mei kill me I can feel my connection loosing to Isobu. Don't hesitate I deserve it after my actions. People of mist shouldn't know their Kage was weak enough to be puppet of some rouge nin" Madara cut the speech. "Great speech but you act like I will let this happen" Madara dodged the geysers again from Mei. That woman was definite fighter.
Jiraya joined in this time throwing caution to the wind. Rasengan in both hands attacking the Uchiha. These attacks aren't gonna hurt him but if waisted any more time Yagura would escape. He needed to touch the jinchuriki with the Kanji on his head. Madara knowing the risk teleported directly above Yagura touching him on his head. The bijuu chakra instantly vanished as the Kage gasped still trapped. Mei released a jet of lava at Madara's hand the Uchiha hissed as lava pierced his hand and burned Yagura's hair. He didn't allow them to attack time teleporting behind the sage he used his left hand to release a Gale Palm Jiraya has only enough to turn around and put-up double elbow guard before he was thrown away.
Kakashi meanwhile was fighting Shisui one on one again he heard Yagura's plea and saw Madara taking on Yagura with Mei and Jiraya he needed to find a way. The Hatake created Hidden Mist to escape from the Uchiha but with Shisui's Mangekyo it wasn't enough. Well, he was on his last legs so it was all or nothing. He created two shadow clones who engaged with the Uchiha. "Thanks for the idea Shisui" and casted the hand signs for Raikiri.
Shisui and the others heard the lightning and went to their roles. One of the copy-nin's clone got away when he saw Jiraya jumping in. The sage mouth was full of blood but that didn't stop him as he engaged in taijutsu dance with Shisui. Mei on the other hand was making Madara busy which was possible due to two toads Jiraya summoned. Madara looked at amphibians with pure hate it was the second time they interfered his plans.
Yagura meanwhile was in his mindscape. "I am sorry for being selfish Isobu. I know you die with me but still asked them to kill me. I know there is chance we could survive if he fought but there is also a chance we will be captured if we fought. And I don't want that chance they don't need suffer anymore because of me. I have caused enough harm death is the only option for me. But I am taking you out to. You are right humans are selfish." He finished with a chuckle. "Yagura you were the first human friend I made in centuries. You were someone who didn't saw me as a burden or source of power. But a creature with intelligence. You befriended me and treated like a partner. When Madara got us, I am too as responsible as you are. So don't worry about me I do deserve some punishment in our sins. Besides I will be reborn again in three years. You are one sacrificing yourself. You were truly a great Kage and had Madara being not there you would have ushered Mist into a new era. Thank You Yagura for befriending me" Sanbi finished. "Isobu if you can please be nice to your next host. Their life will be tougher due to me being the previous. So please take care of them and my village" Yagura finished with tears. The turtle nodded in solemn
Kakashi was ready he charged with full speed while Mei released a full power boiling mist on the Uchiha forcing him to stay phased. As Kakashi was near, the Kage smiled with acceptance but Kakashi didn't reach him as Shisui switched. "Got ya" Uchiha smirked before he was tackled by Jiraya. "You damn brat. Why you" The Sage screamed forcing the Uchiha face on ground. Madara chuckled before he heard "Yea I did" as lightning kunai phased through him as realization hit before he could teleport Mei and toads attacked.
Kakashi than substituted with the kunai piercing Yagura's heart through Raikiri. The Hatake gasped when he saw Yagura's mouth bleeding and a smile of acceptance in his face while the Kage muttered "Thank You". "Rin" thought the Hatake as his mind went haywire. He removed his head and gasped for air muttering "No no, it was an accident" while his Sharingan morphed without his knowing.
On the other side Madara screamed in pure rage. "Hatake Kakashi" releasing multiple roots attacking the everyone his roots slammed the sage of Shisui into a wall. The toads were thrown outside where they dispersed before falling. Mei barely dodged burning them with her Boil Release. But the worst of Kakashi multiple roots pierced him in shoulder. Arms and legs slamming him on the ground.
"Why do you keep doing that" Madara muttered only for Shisui to hear him. Madara's rage has taken over after seeing the same scene that drove him to his path. He calmed himself down he needed to think. Shisui brought him out of his stupor informing him that the barrier is down. The Shinobi holding the barrier ran out of chakra probably. They saw Mist Shinobi coming in towards the tower. He could also feel Mei's allies coming up after seeing the barrier going down. "This isn't over you have merely delayed my plans but you can't stop me. I would have my revenge especially on you Hatake Kakashi" The Uchiha threatened before teleporting away with Shisui.
Mei saw her allies coming over Isamu and Ao supporting each other. Ryosuke walking up with huffed breaths. Shiori carrying Umeko who has severe injuries. She couldn't find Mangetsu and hoped he was alright. Jiraya summoned a healing toad to gave Kakashi an emergency help as he went to join Mei.
The mist reached up to see Mei and the allies standing over Yagura's dead body. Seeing the afraid and surprised looks she addressed them. "Shinobi of Mist, Yagura's reign if terror is over. He divided the Mist's unity and put up against each other. The clans who were important part of villages were hunted and treated like rabid dogs. We all lost people in the war and we can't bring them back. But we owe them to end this madness and start over again. I know some of you still hold grudges but its time to look past them as they were sprung up by a madman corrupted by power. Most of you remember the time when Bloodline wielders, non-bloodline wielders and civilians all lived together. Its time to go back. I would like all of you to surrender and nobody will be harmed till Water Daimyo arrives. You will be treated like what you are a mist citizen. Although anyone who doesn't will and still want to escalate conflict will not be shown any mercy" Mei ended her speech. Her resolve was enough for most Mist shinobi to surrender. All of them were tired of killing their own village men, friends and comrades till Yagura made them. For some who didn't the threat by the people who put down a perfect Jinchuriki was enough.
After hearing the surrender Mei's allies smiled at their victory. The Terumi also gave a small smile outside as inside she was still thinking as the real culprit was still alive out of their reach while the man who was as big if not a bigger victim than them had been made the culprit. She dismissed her thoughts, they can come later as it was the time to celebrate their hard earned victory.
