At the crack shack. Tamsin and Bo have fallen asleep in each other's arms. Bo's phone is constantly ringing. Having left it in the bathroom, she slowly and quietly gets up to retrieve it, walking towards the sound like a zombie. Her eyes barely open. She returns to her bed, lying back down, answering it. It's Kenzi. "Where the hell have you been?" she asks, Bo. "I've been calling you for hours."

Bo is still half-asleep. "I um, I'm um, I'm at the house. Why?" she says, with a yawn, rubbing her eyes. She then looks over and sees Tamsin sound asleep.

"Um did you forget what day it is? You're supposed to be at The Dal. Ash-hole's inauguration ring any bells?"

"Oh, I totally forgot," says Bo. Tamsin is beginning to awake. "I'll be there," she says, shaking her head. "Give me like…forty-five minutes."

"Forty-five minutes?" whines Kenzi. "That's like a thousand years. Just hurry your ass up."

"Okay, I will," says Bo. She hangs up the phone. Tamsin sits up in a bit of pain, unnoticed to Bo. "I'm sorry, I forgot I had to go to Hale's ceremony."

Tamsin discovers a few lacerations on herself. "It's okay," she says, retrieving her clothes with her chains, putting them on.

"I mean you can stay if you want to. I wouldn't mind. It probably won't be long anyway."

"I'm good. I've got some things to take care of anyway," says Tamsin.

Bo walks over to her. "Well I had an amazing time with you." Bo goes to kiss Tamsin, but Tamsin is unresponsive to it. Bo frowns. "Did I do something wrong?" she asks, confused. Bo rubs her own head, and her heart is beginning to ache.

Tamsin sighs and uses a chain to retrieve her gun and the bottle of liquor, drinking some. "Thanks for the liquor," she says, walking away.

Outside of The Dal, henchmen are waiting in an alley for someone in a van. Inside of The Dal, Kenzi is already annoyed that Bo is running late, and now she's folding napkins. She expresses her disdain of not wanting to be there in the first place. Trick tells her that his bartender hasn't showed up yet and he really needs her help. As Trick leaves to finish up on other business, a guy walks over to Kenzi asking about a blonde with blue eyes. She finds him to be cute and gets flirty with him saying that she has those eyes, but he is looking for a natural blonde. The way that he looked at her body after saying that turns her completely off. She rips him a new one, not physically of course. He continues all calm and collected as if she isn't even disregarding him, mentioning that his name is Massimo, which means the greatest. Telling Kenzi his name doesn't seem to be working out in his favor. In any case, Massimo carries on pointing out that he can make the impossible possible. Kenzi tells him to do just that and disappear, clearly not wanting anything else to do with him. She continues folding the napkins. Massimo lets her know that he knows that she's human, and that he'll let her continue doing her tasks with a mocking smile. Kenzi wonders what was all that about, shaking her head. She sighs as she continues folding.

Taft's Lab. Lauren and Taft are discussing more science stuff. Subsequently the conversation gets serious when they start talking about a serial killer who gave his bone marrow to a man before he was incarcerated. The man who received the transplant ended up killing someone in the same fashion as the serial killer. Taft shows Lauren around the facility while continuing his story about DNA and people ascending. The discussion turns into a debate about how people should be allowed to ascend and what if they could do it. Then it gets into ethics, the same tools that we may have used to help have been used to destroy etc. The two discovers that they have just had their first disagreement. He restores the peace between them, but Lauren's facial expression reads that she is a bit uncomfortable. She does a brief sigh as they continue touring the facility.

The Dal. The bartender finally shows up making excuses on why he took so long to get there, saying things about keys missing, and traffic jams. Trick doesn't want to hear it, he just wants the bartender to immediately get to work and make drinks for the guests so that he can finally change his attire. Dyson enters looking dapper. He goes to the bar and orders whiskey. Dyson sees a crowd conversing among each other and when it disperses he sees Bo, dressed in a black gown that frames her silhouette. He can't seem to take his eyes off of her as she walks over to him.

"Dyson," she greets. Not really in a chipper mood, but a courteous one.

"Bo, you look very stunning," he says, with a mischievous smile. "And I mean that in a strictly platonic sense of course."

Bo doesn't feel in the mood for compliments. Her mind is still on Tamsin, and what the hell was that back there, but she continues as if she were okay. "Well thank you Dyson. And you're not looking too bad either."

"Well, won't you allow a gentleman of sorts to purchase you a free of charge drink?"

"Why not," says Bo. "I'll have a double of whatever he's having," she says, to the barkeep. Dyson still can't keep his eyes off of her. "Dyson, you can stop ogling. It's making me feel uncomfortable."

Dyson does a small laugh. "What? I'm in the friend zone."

"I can see people's sexual energy remember?" Bo sighs. "Anyway, I'm just not really in the best of moods."

Dyson looks concerned. "Everything okay, you know besides Lauren?"

"Everything is fine," says Bo. While Bo and Dyson are not paying attention, the bartender discreetly pours one of the stolen vials from Taft's lab into one of the drinks. "Any news about Lauren yet?"

"I haven't been to the cop shop yet, but I will after the inauguration," nods Dyson.

"I'm going to talk to Hale after all this is done," she says. The bartender hands them their drinks. "I guess a toast is in order. Cheers to a renewed Light Fae, and hopefully this time under the right person, kidding."

Dyson and Bo tap their glasses together. "And cheers hopefully to the right person who gets to take off that dress. I'm sorry I couldn't help it," he says, with a smile.

"Well you better," says Bo, giving him this in-your-dreams look.

Back at Taft's. Lauren is having her suspicions. One of the workers is looking through a microscope and Lauren asks if she can look at it. The worker complies, but as Lauren is looking through the microscope she unnoticeably grabs a vial. She then excuses herself and goes to another microscope to check it out and from the look on her face it doesn't appear good. Lauren tries to make a phone call but Taft enters. She plays it off like she was really having a conversation with someone about work. He smiles at her and swipes his key card into a room apparently that was not shown to her.

At The Dal. The Morrigan and Hale are sharing conversation of the not being killed kind while she is trying to kill him. It doesn't work because of the thing in the box his father gave him. In any case Bo makes her way in and talks to Hale about Lauren. Hale seems ever more frustrated. He tells Bo that Lauren asked to take a leave in order to work on a special project, but he told her no, Bo is a bit relieved. However, she still wants to locate her. He gives Bo to the end of the day to find out about Lauren then he will have to take matters into his own hands since it's a security issue.

When Bo comes back out to talk to Dyson, she finds him on the floor looking as if he is suffering from an overdose, convulsing with foam coming out of his mouth. She rushes over to him, wanting to know what happened. The bartender is acting like he doesn't know what happened, but informs her that he called the paramedics. Bo tries to help Dyson until they arrive, but to no avail. The paramedics show up pretty fast. They put Dyson on a stretcher. Then Bo remembers a smell, Skunk Apes. Bo becomes concerned since Dyson is part Wanblee and the two don't mix together in a deathly manner. The paramedics try to reassure her that everything will be fine, that is until she spots a gun in one of their jackets. She pulls out her knife and the two guys draw on her, threatening that they will kill anyone that gets in their way. She realizes that they are human. Bo tries to pressure them into letting Dyson go by letting them know about all of the other Fae that are there. Out of nowhere, Kenzi tries to attack one with some kind of object, but Bo stops her by jumping on top of her. The fall accidentally knocks Kenzi out. Bo tries to see if Kenzi is alright, but the humans are making their escape. She decides to go after Dyson, but the gunfire stops her as he is being tossed into a van, and of course it speeding off. The barkeep comes out asking Bo if she was able to stop them, all of a sudden Bo lays him out with a punch to the face.

Back inside of The Dal. Trick interrupts Hale in mid-conversation and tells him that they've just been ambushed by humans, and that they kidnapped Dyson. Hale is stunned by this and orders that the place be on lockdown. The Morrigan somehow catches wind of this and commands one of the waiters to call the Dark Fae elders.

Inside of the bar area, Bo punches the bartender and demands to know about Dyson. He acts like he doesn't know what she is talking about. Hale and Trick are behind her as she tries to get a confession out of him. She lets him know that he had something to do with it because he made their drinks and apparently dodged behind the bar before any guns were drawn. Now Trick gets involved, grabbing the barkeep by the throat, and threatens that Hale's first act would be he being put to death. Hale agrees. Trick is looking like he doesn't want to let go of the barkeep's neck, Bo has to pull him off. The barkeep quickly takes out a vial and drinks it before Bo can stop him. He apologizes, saying that he had to do it because his wife is held captive. Hale is beyond pissed, and Trick tries to tell him what to do which he already knows, walking off, Trick follows. Bo sees the vial that the barkeep had and it is labeled under Lauren's name. She sees Lauren's phone on the floor and rushes off with both.

Kenzi finally awakes with Massimo sitting beside her. He is concerned about her well being. Kenzi isn't buying it however. Massimo goes back into jerk mode as he talks about people being overprotective of their pets to which annoys Kenzi. He carries on, telling her how it must suck to always have to be rescued. She tells him that she doesn't have to be saved all the time. That she saves lives too. He seems to be more interested in breaking her down than building her up, for purposes unknown. And he knows that he is getting to her. Massimo informs Kenzi that he knows of a way for her to pretty much go from human to Fae. He has her attention but she wants to know where this is coming from, who is this dude really and what. She tells him to leave, which he does in a jackass manner, feeding more fire to the flame. Kenzi is starting to feel some kind of way as she rubs the back of her head.

At Lauren's. Bo is looking over one of Lauren's journals when she hears someone coming down the steps. It's Tamsin in a robe, looking as if she has just taken a shower, and eating a bowl of what appears to be cereal. They both look surprised at each other.

"A bit awkward I can see." Tamsin clears her throat. "You're probably wondering why I'm here. Um you were concerned about Lauren. So yeah, I um came over, you know to look around for some clues and, yeah, um I needed a shower, of course you know why, so I was like why not you know…and then I was hungry and shit." Tamsin shakes her head and places the bowl down. "Okay, I'm not even buying this shit. She wasn't here and I used her apartment. Did I mention that I've been living in my truck?"

Bo sighs. "It doesn't even matter Tamsin," she says, a bit distraught.

"Now what the fuck is the problem? Is it how I left?"

This makes Bo even more upset, but she remains focused. "I don't want to even talk about that. Dyson was abducted." Tamsin looks like she wants to laugh because it sounds like a joke. Then a little laugh comes out. "I'm serious Tamsin, he's was kidnapped and it was by humans."

"I'm not trying to be funny. Okay maybe a little, but he's a wolf. How the hell did that happen?" asks Tamsin.

Bo hands her the vial with Lauren's name on it. "The barkeep swallowed whatever it was in that. He apparently put the same thing in Dyson's drink."

Then Tamsin can't help but to laugh out loud, and hard. "I'm sorry," she says, in between her laughs. "But you have to admit, this shit is comical."

"It's not funny Tamsin. They were using the scent of Skunk Apes to mask that they were human, the same thing that Lauren used to make herself seem Fae when we were on the Hecuba prison case."

Tamsin laughs again. "I mean no one couldn't have written this shit better, your ex taking out your other ex. That shits classic," she says, nodding her head.

Bo frowns. "I know it sounds messed up."

"So why are you telling me all this?" wonders Tamsin.

"Because I need your help Tamsin," says Bo, earnestly.

"You must be joking right? I mean what in the hell would make you think that I would help him?" says Tamsin, really wanting to know.

"Tamsin, I know that you two have had your ups and downs, but none of this makes any sense. And right now, you're all I have."

Tamsin looks like she doesn't want to hear any of that. "So what happened to this bartender?"

"Well, he died before I could get any real answers out of him."

Tamsin raises an eyebrow in a duh manner. "So what makes you think that Dyson isn't?" She walks over to her almost empty bottle of liquor.

"Because…I can't explain it, but I just know okay."

"Well that's not giving me a lot to go on. And even if I did decide to help you, what's in it for me?" says Tamsin, slanting her head.

"What do you want?" Bo asks, with a shrug. "Huh? Is it money? I mean you were a mercenary right," adds Bo. Tamsin rolls her eyes. "A future favor, is that it?" asks Bo, with desperation. Tamsin doesn't respond. "Why can't you consider someone else for once? Oh but I forgot you don't care, you don't know how to," says Bo, smartly. Tamsin just shakes her head. "I saved your life before Tamsin, why can't you just do this one thing for me?"

Tamsin gives her a stern look. "When I went into The Dawning with you, I did it knowing that I wouldn't be returning, knowing that I was the only one capable of making sure that you made it out still normal and still alive. Now, how's that for someone totally not giving a shit?!" Bo is quiet. Tamsin tries to go for the drink and loses her balance. Bo hurries over to her and tries to help her. Tamsin regains control of herself as she moves away from Bo. "I don't need your help," says Tamsin, a bit annoyed.

"Tamsin, I'm sorry okay. I'm just frustrated. I have so many things going on in my head."

"Don't I know," mumbles Tamsin. She sighs. "You know I never did want anything from you. I just wanted to know if your thoughts and what you say out of your mouth had any kind of connection. And now I do," says Tamsin. Bo tries to speak but Tamsin interrupts her. "Look, whatever okay. This has nothing to do with us, so let's just drop it. It would be helpful if you remained clear on that so that I can think."

"Okay Tamsin. But you have to know that I really didn't mean that."

"I don't have to know shit. And if you want my help then drop it."

Bo sighs a regretful sigh. "Alright," she says. "Are you sure you're up for this?"

"I agreed didn't I?" says Tamsin, opening the bottle.

"Well don't you think that you should lay off the alcohol?" says Bo, grabbing her by the arm.

Tamsin snatches away. "I'm good okay. And I wouldn't blame everything on the alcohol."

"Tamsin stop," says Bo, grabbing the bottle. Tamsin tries to grab it back and then it falls to floor, breaking.

"Shit. You see what you made me do. You know what, fuck it," says Tamsin, irritated. She holds her head like she has a headache. "Just start searching the place, try to find whatever you can."

Bo complies, going over to Lauren's desk. "Oh, I do have her phone. Dyson was supposed to look up numbers for me. He ended up dropping it at the bar. What's strange is this number that she has been having a lot of contact with. I don't know who it is, not that I used to snoop through her phone or anything."

Tamsin does this I-can-care-less look. "Whatever. I can get some answers at the cop shop. Maybe if she did go shady, we'll know why," says Tamsin. Bo opens Lauren's desk drawer and finds the Light Fae necklace in it. Now she is really in disbelief. "Something up?" asks Tamsin.

"No," says Bo, shaking her head, placing the necklace in her purse.

"Well I'm about to put on some clothes. You might want to think about changing yours," says Tamsin, walking up the stairs.

Back at The Dal, all hell is breaking loose as the Fae argue among each other, some even trying to place blame Kenzi as to how the intruders were able to get inside. Hale speaks up for her, reminding them that while they were busy in hiding that Kenzi was there, helping to fight off The Garuda, even saving Dyson by herself. Suddenly The Morrigan quiets everyone with her little speech as she has stirred up the conflict that she wanted, I should say anything that is good enough to assist her scheme that is. She talks about how the Light and Dark have been doing their peace project, but she gets another idea, this is an opportunity to form an alliance that is in her favor. The Morrigan goes on about how it's Fae like Hale that have always treated humans as if they were better than they are, which isn't looking too good for him after having just defended Kenzi so avidly. In any case, The Morrigan continues that it's about time for a union between them all, but not under Hale's influence. After that she talks about the nerve of humans organizing an attack against them, and adding that Hale's management is the sole reason that it occurred. Hale disagrees adamantly. The Morrigan is like I got something for that as she hands Hale the other vial and asks him to read it. He resists then she demands it. He warns her, but this is all too irresistible to her. With everyone looking at him, he is left without a choice. Hale reads it much to his dismay and everyone is shocked that he was double-crossed by Lauren Lewis, his chief medical officer, who everyone knows is human, mission accomplished. The Morrigan issues a no-confidence motion against Hale. Everyone seems to be in agreement, applauding.

Somewhere in the middle of nowhere, is Dyson being thrown into a fighting cage as someone in what looks to be an observatory watches, commending Dyson on his strength. Dyson wants to know why he is there, and the observer wants him to demonstrate his might by going up against his kind's archenemy, a Lupercus. The opponent comes out and Dyson tries to reason with him by saying that they should work together to find a way out, but the guy doesn't care. They both go into their man shape shifting forms and duke it out.

Out and about the town, Bo and Tamsin are walking to her truck. Bo isn't sure about the area that Lauren's phone signal has been reaching. But Tamsin reassures her that it is where the phone signals came from. When they get to the truck, they find that it has a boot on the back tire.

"Well that's just great," says Bo, with a sigh.

"Just get in," says Tamsin. "This will only be a sec." Tamsin goes inside her truck and into a compartment, taking out a kit.

Bo, inside the truck as Tamsin is out disabling the boot, happens to look into the open compartment. She sees a picture of herself in a plastic zip bag along with the rune glass. Bo takes out her phone and snaps pictures of it before Tamsin returns.

Back at The Dal. Kenzi is looking for Trick, who tells her to leave, that it's not safe there. Furthermore he tells her to go into hiding and when everything is back to normal that he would seek her out. Trick leaves, and before Kenzi could she gets a call from Bo asking her to find information about the glass, sending her a picture. Then Kenzi tells her about all the stuff that's going on there, about The Morrigan, claimed humans, the no-confidence motion, and how they had some shit on Lauren. Bo tells Kenzi to leave as soon as possible. Kenzi is tired of hearing this, but understands.

Kenzi returns to the bar and is looking at the picture on her phone when Massimo comes from behind her. He tells her that he's seen something like that before. And she wants to know why he's there, and he tells her because she's there. She looks at him like what, perhaps because this is getting pretty creepy. Then she tells him how everyone wants her gone, and bids him a rude adieu. Massimo uses this as an opportunity to open up a vulnerable Kenzi by reminding her of all the things she's done for the Fae. And she gives him this who-the-hell-are-you look again while telling him that he doesn't even know her. He continues telling her that she might not have been born with powers but she fights alongside them just the same, and how it's not fair for her to be mistreated like that. His comments are starting to get to her now. As he dismisses himself, Kenzi stops him. She tells him that she doesn't trust him but she needs his help. Kenzi wants to know what the glass is for a friend. He tells her that it will cost her a kiss. Then this ass-hole expression wears across her face, and she's like whatever never mind, to say it mildly. He tells her that it's basically part of the rules for this type of info. She reluctantly kisses him, but the kiss is a bit passionate than she thought it would be. After that he walks away and she's like WTF. He stops and tells her that if she wants the correct information that it will take a bit of time. As he walks away again, Kenzi is looking a bit flustered as she deeply exhales.

At the Fae fight club. The observer laughs all evil-like as he continues watching. Dyson and his opponent are still going at it until Dyson rips his throat out right after being clawed. At that moment, the observer yells out that he knew that Dyson was who he's been searching for.

Meanwhile Bo and Tamsin get to a compound and are hiding behind some bushes. The compound is guarded with humans toting some heavy arsenal. "This is not good," whispers Tamsin. "I've been here Bo. And as much as you love your precious humans, things are not going to…things are going to get worse okay. Why don't you just leave?"

"Because Tamsin, those guards are wearing the same outfits as the people that took Dyson. And Lauren's in there somewhere too."

Tamsin pushes Bo further out of sight. "Dude, Lauren is probably dead right now. If not she will be."

"I don't believe that. My friends are in there, and I can't leave without trying to rescue them."

Tamsin grows upset. "Dammit Bo! Are you not listening to a damn thing that I'm saying here? It's not safe. I swear I don't understand you at all. I mean why in the fuck do you care that much?"

"Why do you Tamsin?" asks Bo, sincerely.

Tamsin sighs. Before she can answer the question a guard walks up to them carrying a gun. "Out of the way!" she yells, at Bo, pushing her away, taking the bullet instead. The guard tells Bo to put her hands up which she does, but is very concerned about Tamsin, who is hunched over. Bo's breathing becomes heavier. The guard still has his gun pointed towards Bo. "Bo calm down. I got this," she says. Tamsin looks over to the guard with her ghastly face, moans of tormented souls arise, the gun trembles in his hands. "YOU DON'T WANT TO DO THAT," she says. Then he begins pointing the gun at Tamsin. Bo is looking like what is going on, wondering what Tamsin is up to with the gun pointing at her. "THOSE WERE NOT YOUR ORDERS."

"Tamsin? Tamsin, what are you doing?" asks Bo. Tamsin doesn't answer her. Suddenly Bo punches the guard out.

Tamsin returns to normal. "That'll be the last favor you get from me," she says, before succumbing to the ground, unconscious.

Back at The Dal. The Morrigan's proposal has been approved by a 26 to 13 vote count. She does a bit of a declaration as to every human claimed and/or working for the Fae in their region are now to be deemed traitors, everyone claps. Hale takes off annoyed while The Morrigan is all smiles. Massimo catches up with Kenzi and tells her about the rune glass, saying that someone is trying to confine her friend to subjugate her, or make her powerless, maybe even trying to destroy her. Wow that's it, Kenzi's face reads thinking that she probably could have figured that much out herself. Of course before Kenzi can ask for anymore details of it, Hale gives Massimo a move bitch push out of the way. Hale wants to know why Kenzi hasn't left yet. This is starting to hurt her feelings. Then Hale finally declares his feelings for her. However The Morrigan and her muscle bound overly tattooed goon show up screwing up their moment. Hale proclaims Kenzi as an enemy of the Fae as he places her in handcuffs. Then he sticks a twig into Kenzi's pocket as he kisses her. Kenzi is looking so confused, one moment saying you care and the next declaring her a terrorist. Afterward Hale sends her off to be imprisoned until her execution. Kenzi is like WTF really, followed by making a run for it out of there. Meanwhile Trick is getting his things together in his quarters, putting it in a satchel, not forgetting the ominous picture of the giant winged demonic looking horse, breathing fire on unarmed people. He leaves out of a cleverly disguised fireplace exit just before Kenzi could reach him. The goon now stands before her.

Inside Dr. Taft's Lab. Lauren steals someone's swipe card and decides to see what is in that unknown room.

Outside. Bo is trying to get Tamsin to come to while trying to keep pressure on her wound, repeatedly telling herself to calm down. The smacks and telling Tamsin to get up doesn't seem to be working out. Tamsin's phone rings. Bo answers it. It's Massimo. Thinking that he is talking to Tamsin, he tells Bo that he obtained the kiss from Bo's bestfriend, and that the mixture to confine Bo is complete. Bo says that she'd keep in touch and hangs up. She looks down at Tamsin, shaking her head as she thinks about all those times when Tamsin told her that she wasn't who she thought she was. And now she is feeling betrayed and hurt once again, yet anger is building inside of her.

At Dr. Taft's. Lauren is looking around when Dyson yells over to her. She looks on in horror as she sees the claw marks on his chest and he locked in a cell of the see-through kind. They both ask each other what they are doing there. Dyson tells her that he was poisoned and when he came to, he had to fight for his life. All Lauren wants to know is if Bo is there since she discovered an enzyme from a Succubus. Dr. Taft interrupts, wanting to know who Bo is. Lauren asks him if he knows what he's dealing with and he asks her the same question, adding that he had been planning this for 40 years. Lauren tells Taft that he didn't tell her the truth and used her research to drug her friend. Then he gets all psycho stating that it was his research, but he did lie to her yes, and he will keep on using her. Dyson realizes that the gravesite was Dr. Taft's doing, shouting it out to him in anger. This only makes Taft more excited. He locks Lauren in a cell with a Fae woman and reassures Lauren that their research is going to be great, before exiting.

At the same time, as Trick is trying to escape, he ends being thrown into the back of a car trunk by two guys. Then it quickly heads off.

Back at Taft's. Lauren is trying to apologize to Dyson, who really doesn't want to hear it. He reprimands her for leaving in the first place because of things like this. Dyson tells her what they have the Fae doing to each other there which is repulsive. Adding that this is a major reason why she can't ever leave the Fae. The woman that Lauren is locked up with wants to know if Lauren knows anything about her husband. Lauren is looking lost. The woman tells Lauren that they threatened to take her life if he didn't go through with it. Lauren doesn't know anything about her husband, or have the slightest idea about what the woman is talking about, but Dyson does. He tells Lauren that the woman is talking about him. Then Dyson tells the woman that he did very well, so she'll live. Suddenly, Lauren and Dyson hear a voice, to Dyson all too familiar asking about her daughter, wanting to know if she were alright. It's Aife.
