On the midnight train. Dyson and Clio stumble inside of a dining cabin. Right away Dyson is groaning in pain, trying to shake it off. Clio tells him that he's suffering from transcendental sickness from the dimensional shift. She goes over to him and tries to calm him down in an effort to cure him, he does so and she funnels from her mouth a source of fuchsia-colored energy into his ear. He instinctively grabs her by the neck and pushes her away. Clio is hunched over while holding her throat as Dyson recovers. He immediately apologizes for his actions, still wanting to know what happened to him. Clio is looking pissed off like this is what I get in return for saving you, and I already told you what happened, me elemental, you wolf, I saved you, still rubbing her neck that appears to be sore. Suddenly, a man bursts into the cabin, apparently a train conductor, spouting about the train's arrivals and departures in a bizarre forward-backwards kind of way that makes him appear a bit whacky himself.

Dyson calls to the man, walking over to him while Clio is leaning over a table in what appears to be fear. Dyson asks the man if he's seen a woman named Bo, and suddenly the train seemed to have jumped off an invisible track or two. Dust falling from the ceiling, the train shakes to the point that Clio does a small shriek in alarm as she and Dyson bump over the tables they were standing next to. Dyson is wondering what just happened. The conductor is just standing there and tells them no worries, that the engineer misplaced his glasses, saying glasses with a long and major emphasis to it. Then he takes out a pair of old-fashioned binocular/glasses, placing them over his eyes and runs straight pass them like he's just fled from a nurse at a mental asylum. Clio, who is still appearing terrified, gets out of the man's way while Dyson's face is reading what the hell was that. Dyson then calls out to the man to no avail. Clio seems to be looking out of the window as Dyson walks over to her. He asks her if she thinks it's a coincidence that the train behaved like that when said Bo's name, to which makes the train shake even harder, and sounding as if it is yelling. Clio and Dyson are trying to maintain their balance as parts of the train are breaking apart. Holding on to a broken window panel, Clio tells Dyson that the noise they hear are screams of the damned trying to escape, in which they have no time for, behooving him that they need to locate his girl fast so they can get off the train.

It's morning. At the crack shack, Kenzi and Tamsin are in the middle of eating the breakfast that Tamsin made. "Man, me forgets how you can throw down in the kitchen," says Kenzi, chowing down.

"You really like it?"

"Like a crackhead on crack," says Kenzi. Tamsin is looking at her oddly. "Like I lurves me some um medicinal alcohol for drinking," she says. Tamsin gives her the same look. "I likey alotta, okay kiddo."

Tamsin nods her head. "Thanks." Tamsin is starting to look disturbed. "Why won't it stop?"

"What?" says Kenzi, still eating. Then Tamsin stops eating and holds her head tightly like she's trying to push something out of it. Kenzi notices. "Hey hey, what are you doing?" she asks, concerned.

"It won't stop," says Tamsin, sounding like it hurts.

Kenzi goes over to Tamsin. "What won't? What's wrong? And please don't tell me you started the woman's curse." Tamsin lifts her head up and looks at Kenzi like what are you talking about. Kenzi sighs, "Don't mind me, you're Fae, probably don't even get that shiznit anyway. Soo wish I wasn't human for that alone. Anyway, what's with the head deal? Need a Tylenol or something, shit, I mean shoot, well you know what I mean, anyway I keep for getting yall are Fae, yall can heal yallselves, wait, now that I think about it, just how exactly do you feed?"

"Um with food," responds Tamsin, giving her a crazy look. "And you don't hear that?"

Kenzi is looking around, Jungle Jeeves' voice in the background on the television. "Did you know that tigers not only have striped fur, but their skin also have stripes," he says.

"Do I hear what?" asks Kenzi.

"You know, the voices."

Kenzi is thinking and looking like just when I was starting to get comfortable, here comes some bullshit. She clears her throat. "Sorry kiddo, unless it's you and me, Jungle Jeeves and my awesome thoughts, I'm not sure what voices you're talking about."

Tamsin sighs. "Never mind, it'll pass." She continues eating her breakfast all the while wearing a quite bothered and painful expression.

"KT, it's me K-star. You can tell me anything. Are your memories coming back or something?"

Tamsin stops eating, this time with a loss of appetite since she places a napkin over the plate. "I don't think it's memories, or it could be, I don't know. But it's like a lot of people talking, some shouting, and screaming, and it's like all these different languages, and it's all at once," she explains. Kenzi is trying her best not to appear worried for her life. Tamsin continues. "I've been trying my best to act like Superman, you know when he can hear everyone in the world, but can control it. But I guess I'm still learning how to shut stuff out," she says, with a shrug.

Kenzi is still trying not to freak out, her appetite gone as well. "How long has this been going on?"

"Since I can remember I guess."

"And the nightmares?"

"Mmuhmm…same thing I think. I can't remember them. I just feel like it's a lot of suffering going on, and pain," answers Tamsin, rather calmly. Then she smiles. "Hey it went away."

"Thank the gods," says Kenzi, relieved. "You just keep on acting like Superman, and control that sh-stuff, and I'm gonna go," she says, grabbing her purse.

Tamsin frowns. "Hey, you never said that you were going anywhere today?"

Kenzi is looking like after hearing that I should be riding out of here on a torpedo. "Yeah well, I gots some things to do in the city. Like getting a bed and what not, etcetera etcetera. You want your side of the room to look hellified don't you?" Thinking about what she just said, she corrects herself. "I mean be the shizzle." Tamsin looks confused. "The shiznit." Tamsin still confused. "I mean like cool."

Tamsin nods her head. "Yeah yeah," she replies, excitedly. "Can I come?"

Kenzi is looking like hell to the no. "Not only do I do personal styling, but interior as well, and with that it's a no."

"Ah man, I never get to go anywhere," Tamsin complains.

"Hey that's for your own good, and mine," says Kenzi, the last part underneath her breath. "Besides someone should be here to watch the place."

"You mean this dump."

"Hey, it is not a dump. It is our home so get used to it. And I got a homework assignment for you."

"What to clean up? I always do."

"No smarty pants, to do some research on slang because you're killing me. I would tell you to watch WorldStar, but you are too youngish, and plus I don't need you doing any of that shi-stuff." Kenzi looking like one can only imagine.

"What's WorldStar?" asks Tamsin, curiously.

"Nothing to concern your kiddy head about. So do as I say, and when you get bored, do whatever it is that you do when I'm not around. And don't let anyone inside of the house while I'm gone."

"Okay," says Tamsin, sounding disappointed.

"And if anything…" says Kenzi, being cut off.

"I know contact you," replies Tamsin. Kenzi nods her head. "You do realize that I don't have a phone."

Kenzi is looking like yeah I forgot about that. "Internet, use that," she says, like yes, I got you on that one. "Alright kiddo, I'm outtie. Later gator."

"After while crocodile," says Tamsin as she watches Kenzi leave.

At Lauren's apartment, a handyman is fixing the air conditioner all the while humming a little ditty, finding Lauren's fugitive file, and saying that it was the cause of it not working, he tosses the file on the floor. A barefoot woman is walking near him in a black dress as he is putting the AC back together. He appears puzzled by her presence, climbing down a step-ladder, he places the front panel of the AC on the counter and asks the woman if she needs assistance. The handyman walks over to her, touching the side of his face in a gentle manner, she tells him that he misses the piano that he had in Poland to which makes him start to tear up. Then she tells him that it's a shame, she could have made him famous. She places her finger on his forehead, he yells in pain as his body melts entirely, except his toolbelt. Sighing, she turns around, and it's a bruised Evony, sporting a black eye-patch.

At the crack shack, Tamsin stops what she's doing, suddenly feeling as though a bomb just dropped on top of her heart. Before she could figure out what is happening to her, the voices immediately return, and they are in a frenzy. Meanwhile in the middle of a forest, Bo is running in no particular direction, the bottom of her gown and shoes that she obtained from the train are covered in grime. She sees a house from afar and decides to rest there, her breathing heavy, yet before she could take another step, she disappears.

Ronny's restaurant. Lauren has rearranged the kitchen to the effect that makes the most sense. Crystal walks into the restaurant, looking in amazement of what Lauren has done to the place which makes Lauren go into nerd-mode explaining her system. Crystal all smiles. Lauren wants to know what she thinks of everything. Crystal tells her that she likes it a lot to which makes Lauren smile awkwardly. She reaches over to get some sugar all in Lauren's personal space, which makes her uncomfortable, she tells Crystal that whatever this is can't happen, yet before Crystal can respond, a bell is being rung by Ronald, telling them to get back to work.

Back at the crack shack, the voices finally stop, and Tamsin begins walking as if she isn't in control of her body. She walks up the stairs, to Bo's room and sees a woman fast asleep in the bed. "Bo? Bo, is that you?" she says, aloud, wondering how she got in when the door was locked. She walks next to the bed. "Bo?" she says, again. However, Bo seems to be in a deep sleep. Tamsin is trying think of what to do, but she can't seem to take her eyes off of her. Fascinated, she calls Bo Sleeping Beauty. She gets an idea. "I know, you need a kiss from a true love." Then she frowns. "Great, Kenzi is gone, I don't know if she likes Dyson, I feel like I don't most of the time, and Hale is so into Kenzi." She sighs "And no one is here but me, and we kind of just met." She thinks. "Wait it can be like love at first sight. She probably has to awake for that though, plus it has to be from someone that she loves, and I don't really know what love is, only from what I watch." Still staring at Bo and shakes her head. "I don't know what this feeling is though." Then she looks as if she has received an epiphany. "Wait, it works all the time in the movies. And it's better to do something than nothing at all, so here goes," she says, with a huge and timid sigh. She gets on the bed next to Bo nervously, swallowing like there was something in her throat. Then she closes her eyes as she kisses Bo on the cheek. She looks over to Bo. "Well that went well. Maybe it was supposed to be on the lips." Out of nowhere something begins happening to Tamsin, and whatever it is, it appears to be painful, mixed with voices, and thought overkill. "What's going on with m..." she says, being cut off by her falling over, next to Bo, in a sleep as well.

On the midnight train. Dyson barges into a cabin, Clio behind him. He sniffs around and tells Clio that Bo was here, that it was her living quarters. Dyson continues to walk and sees the maid lying in bed asleep. He wakes up the maid, who is all a smile, and questions her about the woman that put her in that state. The maid still mesmerized by Bo's draining, talks about how great of a kisser she is, however Dyson becomes frustrated and wants to know her whereabouts, mistakenly saying Bo's name which angers the train, screams and shakes, knocking things about. The maid tells Dyson that he who has no name will be upset upon finding out that Bo left the train, then she goes back to sleep. Now Dyson is so angry that he yells Bo's name and a door bursts open. Going out of the door, he sees a piece of fabric dangling from the railing. He picks it up, sniffing it, telling Clio that it belonged to Bo. Clio warns him that if she jumped off the train, the transcendental sickness that he suffered is just the beginning, eventually it will destroy her from the inside out leading to her death. Dyson is looking worried for a second then he tells Clio that he's okay, so she should be okay too. Clio reminds him that it's because of her that he's alive, adding that if anyone left this type of train without permission or someone like her then they'll eventually die. He asks her if she could still heal Bo, which Clio can't say with any certainty. Dyson pleads to her to at least try, handing her the piece of fabric. She takes it with a bit of hesitance, pulling it across, allowing it to blow in the wind, then grabbing Dyson's hand. The fabric begins to breathe off the same color of energy that Clio used to cure Dyson when she blew into his ear. "Here goes nothing," she says. Then they both jump off the train.

At Lauren's apartment. Massimo enters carrying a leather bag and begins going on about not receiving any calls or correspondences in over five years from Evony, and now she needs him in a cocky-like manner. She's looking like she's bored already. Evony threatens that if he doesn't grow her an eyeball, that he'll be saying goodbye to one of his balls, testicles that is. Then Evony asks a nail technician what part does she sing in her choir, alto or soprano. The woman shyly answers alto. Evony gives her a poor-thing look then she melts the woman, going back to looking at her nails. Massimo is like o-kay as he walks over to Evony, sitting next to her. She warns him to not mess up her eye like the nail tech did with her nails, and tells him the color of her eyes, brown, to which he informs her in a correcting manner that her eyes are imperial brown with a hint of green. Evony's like whatever, just don't F it up. He shows her a glass jar of eyeballs, and she smiles.

In the forest. Dyson seems to have lost Bo's scent. Clio tells him not to worry, that she knows these woods like the back of her hand, plus she has a friend named Lazy John that lives in the forest, well buried there. She begins telling Dyson the fascinating story on how Lazy John came to be in the forest, sleeping against a tree, and that monkeys buried him. Dyson is like monkeys though. Clio is calling out to John as she walks, Dyson follows. She finds him, uncovering his face from leaves and such. They greet each other politely. She introduces John to Dyson, and then asks John if he's seen a Succubus come through the forest. He confirms that he has, but doesn't know which way she went doing a sad puppy face. Clio starts taking off a shoe while telling Dyson not to ask her any questions. When her foot is bare, she holds it over John's mouth, telling him that he can only lick one of her toes. However, John refuses and instead wants Dyson to it. Dyson's like in your dreams. John is like I guess you don't want to find the Succubus then. Dyson frowns. Moments later, Dyson and Clio are walking through the forest, he is adjusting one of his shoes. Clio is surprised that Dyson went along with it, and Dyson wants no one to ever know what just happened to him.

Ronny's restaurant. Lauren is cleaning a table when Crystal walks over to her, handing her the tips she made for the day, walking away. She thanks Crystal and then looks at her tips as if she was thinking about something else. Lauren feels compelled to explain herself to Crystal, walking over to her, telling her that she has a lot of things going on. Crystal is placing a pair of shoes into her purse while reassuring Lauren that she doesn't need to explain anything to her and that it's alright. Lauren nods her head. Then she asks Crystal why she works there. Seeing as she had already figured why the rest of the staff, including herself works there, she wants to know about Crystal. She tells Lauren a brief story about her life, how things were bad to the point that she felt it was because of herself; and that being a great singer from a small town doesn't equate to being so great in a larger one, that sometimes dreaming big isn't always the solution, but smaller dreams she has come to know can come into fruition. She takes out of her purse an ad about a farm, handing it to Lauren. She talks about how it could be a great and peaceful place for her, and right now that's all she needs. Lauren appears very sympathetic, not really knowing what to say, handing Crystal the ad. Crystal is about to leave when she stops herself, turning to face Lauren, she figures that from the way that Lauren's been acting that she is in a relationship, however she offers to Lauren that if she wants to vent one day with beers and pizza, that she knows where to find her. And Lauren's like actually I don't, that is know where she lives. Crystal looks in the direction of Lauren's tips and exits. Lauren opens her tips that are wrapped inside of a napkin and sees Crystal's address to which makes her smile.

Meanwhile Dyson and Clio makes it to the house that Bo had seen, but never entered. They stumble upon a family being haunted and possessed by a Jumbee, an elemental/body jumper. Clio does a why-did-I-even-sign-up-for-this-again sigh. The pair decides to help the family.

At Crystal's. Lying in her bed, drinking wine, she receives a knock on the door. She opens the door in a fitted pink strapped V-neck tank-top and colorful undies, and sees Lauren with a box of pizza and a six-pack of beer, stating that she brought everything, including the venting. Crystal happily invites her inside, grabbing the beer.

At the crack shack, Bo and Tamsin are still asleep. Kenzi finally returns home after being gone the whole day. She calls out to Tamsin a few times, but doesn't get a response. "You would think that after all the thrifting and lifting I did today, a girl can get a hello, how are you, how's your day, I mean common courtesy people." She tosses the bags to the side and goes over to the drinking cabinet. "Hmm…I'll take a bottle of wine for 400 Alex, and she scores, looks like I got the daily double," she says, grabbing a glass.

The house in the forest. The Jumbee is raising everything but hell, making the daughter slash her mother in the throat. Clio is like this is extra pay as she is leaving to find the Peony plant, said to be the remedial plant of the gods, and in this case, it will stop the woman from bleeding. The husband begs Dyson to save their daughter, who is still possessed by the Jumbee out in the woods somewhere, while he is applying pressure to his wife's injury.

Back at Crystal's. She and Lauren are drinking and laughing about all of the crazy things they've done, some of which were illegal, some of the things that they've had to deal with and/or have gone through that they want to forget ever happened. The beer must be very high in alcohol content because Lauren slipped up and said that she had a master that forced her to work for him for five years. Crystal is looking at her like WTH. Lauren takes a huge swig and recovers telling her to pay her no mind it's the alcohol. A moment of silence ensues. Breaking it, Crystal is like what if we could forget about all the bad, wondering how life would be then. Out of the blue, she goes in for a kiss that Lauren reciprocates, leading them in bed, and ultimately having sex, a much-needed stress reliever for Lauren. When they finish, they just laugh, holding each other as lovers do.

Haunted house. Clio has since returned to the house with the healing plant for the wife, and Dyson has retrieved the daughter, who is trying to get out of Dyson's grip. The Jumbee jumps into Clio, placing her into a trance-like state, and shows her without explaining to her why she is doing this to this family. A flashback of her and fiancé's death, killed because his brothers believed her to be a witch while she was only an elemental. They shoved her head into a fountain of water, only to find her face appearing as if it had been eaten away, skin damaged and peeling. One of the brothers goes to shoot her with a rifle when her fiancé jumps in front of the bullet, unfortunately killing both of them. The aftermath was placing them in separate graves. Ever since that day however she has vowed to never stop haunting their family until everyone is dead. Coming back from the trance, Clio tells them what the Jumbee told her. However, the Jumbee is still inside of her trying to take control of her body, Clio trying her best to fight her off.

At Lauren's apartment. Massimo is in the background wiping his hands while Evony is looking into a mirror, trying to get her eyes to focus. She tells Massimo that he did a decent job, more or less. He responds that he'll always be there when she needs him to which makes her smile. Out of nowhere she kisses him on the mouth, leaving him at a loss for words, dazed and confused. He wants to know what the kiss was about. She goes on saying that being in the cell that Vex placed her in gave her time to rethink things, things like how she's been way to nice and it's time to get back to business, starting with Bo. Massimo tells her that she doesn't have to worry about Bo, that he and Tamsin took care of her. She's looking like come again? He then tells her that he did it for her and that he's been thinking about returning, to be closer to Evony. She's like that's sweet, but if she allowed that to happen there would be no room for her dogs, leaving him dumbfounded as she walks away. Forgetting that he was just insulted, he wants to know of her plans. Her plans she tells him is do whatever it is she wants. She exits, leaving Massimo with this look of despair.

Haunted House. Clio has figured out what they must do to end the curse, that is by finding their graves, placing them into one and marrying the two. Dyson looks at her like she's off her rocker, and she's like pick up a book for crying out loud. He thinks about it, and it begins to make sense. Dyson has the family lock themselves up while he and Clio go on the adventure of finding the graves. Not too much time after, they find them, Dyson digs them up, and the pair starts tossing bone for bone into one of their graves. After that, Dyson finds their wedding rings, and Clio is having second thoughts like if this doesn't work, we're dooming each other in marriage for a millennium. Dyson reminds her that it was her idea and she's like yeah I know. When she sees the rings the Jumbee takes over Clio. However, Dyson hurriedly places the rings on himself and her, finding a rag from one of the graves, wrapping it around each other's hand as he marries them. And just like that, the Jumbee leaves Clio, and she is left wondering if it worked which Dyson confirms as he looks up and see their spirits hugging each other before they vanish. He helps Clio up, and the pair goes back to the family to let them know that they lifted the curse.

At the crack shack. Kenzi is a bit tipsy, and wonders why she hasn't seen or heard anything from Tamsin since she's been back. She decides to look for her figuring by this time of night, she's probably in Bo's room asleep, so she heads there first, and what she sees frightens her. "What in the Rosemary's Baby?" The entire bed is covered in blue flames. "Either I'm drunk and don't know it, but what the fuck dude?" She goes closer to the bed and not surprised in the least, she sees Tamsin, and then, "Holy fucking shit! Bo?!" she says, looking at Bo lying next to Tamsin. "I mean flames though," she says as she tosses her hands up in the air in a what-the-hell manner. "Like there wasn't another ritual to go with…and like I don't even know what to do. And me remembers seeing what that shit does and I don't really like want to look like burnt kotleti, I mean like my mother needs to be able to recognize my face…okay think Kenzi think…okay okay, I got it wake they asses up." She yells out their names several times, each to no avail. Kenzi is out of breath and tired. "Hell I ain't got time for this. And dammit yall better not be in a damn coma." She begins pacing the room, thinking. "I got it," she says, exiting. She returns with a bucket of water, she tosses it on them but it turns into steam. "Because nothing's ever that simple." She finds a fire extinguisher and uses it. "Whoever said anything about wishful thinking needs a quick punch to the face right about now." She looks over to the wooden mop stick to see if it'll make it through to nudge at least one of them, but it disintegrates the moment it touches the flames. Kenzi quickly jumps away. "See now this is the type of shit I'm talking about. I swear if I die." She finds a steel pole and is about to use it when she stops herself. "Desperate yeah, stupid hell no." Kenzi doesn't know what else to do, looking defeated, throwing the fire extinguisher at the fire just to watch it dissipate. "I bet if I poured some gasoline on them it would work because shit be funny like that." At her wits end, she goes to the side that Tamsin's on and calls out to her a few more times, the last being at the top of her lungs. Tamsin awakes, and the fire instantaneously disappears. "Oh thank god there is a God," says Kenzi.

Tamsin comes to as if she were drugged. "What, what's going on?" she asks, blurred vision and all. "What's wrong?"

"What's wrong? What's wrong is that I've been through a lot of shit today, excuse my French, and dammit I feel like I'm sober." She starts to frown at Tamsin. "Hey look at me…look at me." Tamsin complies. "Have you been in the medicine cabinet that's in the kitchen?"

"You mean the cabinet with all the booze in it?"

"It's medicinal. Answer the question," says Kenzi.

Tamsin shakes her head. "No, why?" she asks, looking a bit out of it still.

Kenzi walks over to Bo and begins pushing on her in an attempt to wake her. "Because you lookin hella funny and not in a ha-ha way. And I needed to check for negligence of my medicine, and the children. Now that that's outta the way, tell me how in the hell did B…" she says, being cut off by Tamsin.

"Wait Bo, she's here," she says, now remembering.

Kenzi gives her a no-shit look. "I can see that, even if my eyes have a shade of glaze," she says as she checks Bo's pulse, still alive. "And I thought you had to reach like Fae puberty to do stuff."

"Do what stuff?" asks Tamsin, not understanding.

"Ah forget it," says Kenzi, sitting on the bed, tiredly.

Tamsin looks over to Bo. "She's still asleep."

"Still asleep? Just how long has she been here? And more importantly, how come you didn't tell me?"

"Um since you left…well a little after. What time is it anyway?"

"Time for you to tell me what happened. And it's night-time."

"Wow I didn't know I was asleep for that long," says Tamsin, looking as if she is trying to figure out something. Kenzi clears her throat to get Tamsin back on track. "Oh yeah, um I found her like this, in her bed. I thought I could help her by giving her a kiss to wake her."

"Alright, stop right there cuz this is gettin too real, and me and prison orange, yeah that ish is not in my style catalog."

Tamsin looks at her confused, but continues. "I was going to contact you if it didn't work, but I thought it would like on TV, a kiss always wakes people from sleeping curses, but I think you have to be in love with each other. I tried though, but after I kissed her on the cheek, I guess I went to sleep too, which is kind of weird."

Kenzi is looking like phew that was a close call. "Weird yeah, and you so have no idea," she says. Tamsin gives her a strange look. "I'm going to call Dyson. And what did I tell you about watching crap like that, emo kid emo." She goes downstairs, calling Dyson, he goes first about his day and tells Kenzi that he doesn't know where Bo is to which Kenzi tells him that she's here. Shocked and confused he tells her that Bo is in trouble, him thinking about the transcendental sickness, and that he and Clio are on their way, hanging up. Kenzi is like what kind of trouble, but Dyson already hung up the phone, now she is worried, thinking the worst. She yells to Tamsin and asks her to bring Geraldine with her.

Coming down the stairs, Geraldine in hand, walking to Kenzi, "What's going on, is everything alright?"

"I'm not really sure kiddo. All I know is that Bo is in some kind of trouble." Kenzi still wearing her worried face.

Tamsin frowns. "How can she be in trouble when she just got back, and has been asleep?"

"I know right. Your guess is as good as mine…but things like this happen sometimes," shrugs Kenzi.

"That's why you want Geraldine, to protect her."

"Not all of us are born with powers. Anyway, let's go upstairs," she says, grabbing her bottle.

In Bo's room, Kenzi and Tamsin are sitting on the floor, their backs against the bed. "Is there anything I can do?" asks Tamsin.

Kenzi sighs. Bottle and Geraldine resting on the floor beside her. "I'm not really sure."

"But I can help. I helped you when the snake man was chasing you, remember?"

"I do, and thanks."

"You think he's still resting?"

"Totally dude, and might I add peacefully," says Kenzi, taking a swig. "It's medicinal."

Tamsin is looking like whatever you say. "So, what's Bo like?"

Kenzi raises an eyebrow. "Uh, what do you mean?"

"Well I know that you two are BFF's, so I was wondering if you can tell me about her."

"Shoot kid, I don't even know where to start with Bo. I mean she's a lot of things."

"Like what? And I don't care where you start, I just want to know about her."

"You do realize we're on high alert here," reminds Kenzi. Tamsin nods her head. Kenzi sighs. "I guess since we are passing time and all, and hopefully not waiting to be killed, I could tell you some stuff," she says, much to the excitement of Tamsin to which she is displaying. "Whoa kiddo, getting a little creepster there, and it's not like we're about to watch a Kevin Bacon flick."

"Sorry, I don't know what got into me."

"I'm gonna go with the flames," says Kenzi, coughing out the last word. "I mean, I'll say. Okay so about Bo…" Kenzi gives her the brief version of how they met, about the Fae, Light and Dark, Bo being unaligned, their private investigation business, how Bo was raised by humans too and has a soft spot for them, some of her good deeds, especially the many times Bo has saved her life as well as many others, how she's a great friend, supportive, always trying to help others, caring, loyal, lurvable, trusting, and has the biggest heart, and how they're like sisters more than friends. Kenzi purposely leaves out any of Bo's personal relationships, and doesn't include how she feeds.

Tamsin appears astonished. "She sounds like a great person. I want to be like that when I grow up, you know helping people in need, just not being broke."

"Hey I'll have you know that we run a multi-hundred dollar business," says Kenzi, with pride.

"It shows," says Tamsin.

"I'm going to ignore that remark since your idea of happiness and status is what you see on television, but it's not. And when you get older, you'll come to realize that too, that it's all a crock of shi-stuff, just to get you to buy things that you don't need, making you want things that you don't have, making everything seem perfect, but nothing ever is. No matter how much you have, or how much money you have, like it doesn't make you happy, well sometimes, but the point I'm trying to make is that it doesn't make the person, and that's what makes Bo special. I thought of it, the P.I. service for income because let's face it, I lurves me some coins, but Bo, she would help clients whether they could pay or not. And that's the true nature of helping, doing so without looking for anything in return. Oh god, I must be drunk. I mean do you hear me? I can't even believe the words that are coming out of my mouth." Kenzi pauses then sighs. "Kiddo, if you really want to help people, you can."

"But what if I'm a Dark Fae, doesn't that make me a bad person?"

Kenzi looks a bit concerned. "Why would you say that?"

"I don't know. Dark means bad and light means good right, plus Bo is the only one that's neither."

"That's all just Fae politic B.S. Listen kiddo, mayhaps it's my medicine, still being all positive and scheisse, but you can be whatever you want to be no matter who or what you are, it's all up to you. And don't you ever let anyone push you off your track." Kenzi thinks. "Oh and just for the record, when you do get your memories back, remember who raised you. I'm just saying."

"Thanks," says Tamsin, with a smile. "And I will."

Kenzi takes a swig from her bottle. "Well okay, now that that's over. By the way, never mention this to anyone like in your life," she says. Tamsin nods her head. "I got street cred to uphold…I feel like I'm getting all soft, being a mo, I mean guardian and all. And dang what is taking them so long? Quick doesn't equal me doing a whole Vaj monologue." She stands up and Tamsin does the same. "I'm going to wait for Dyson downstairs."

"What about Bo?" asks Tamsin.

Kenzi looks like she's thinking about something. "You know what KT, since you always want to help and way into the Disney, well now's your chance kiddo. You stay up here and protect Bo," says Kenzi. Tamsin appears more than happy to help. "Now I don't condone violence, well only if I am about to be killed. Anyway, me thinks my medicine is starting to flow again. But what I'm trying to say is that I know that you're a little big girl, and I'm not asking you to hurt anyone. Just that if you see something or someone that you haven't seen or met before, try to keep Bo safe until Dyson arrives. You up for the challenge?"

"Yes," says Tamsin, nodding. "But do you think I need a weapon too?"

"Hells to the nall," answers Kenzi, quickly. "I mean no. Not every conflict is resolved with violence…god, I'm sounding like a freakin PBS after-school special by the minute. I don't know if it's the alcohol, that I should stop or continue…continuing," she says, having a conversation with herself. Tamsin is looking at her oddly. "It's my medicine. And anyways kiddo, you don't need any."

"Why is that?" asks Tamsin, not understanding.

"Because you're special. And before you ask me about my Geraldine, we are ride or die. Plus real gangstas move in silence."

Tamsin smiles. "Thanks. You're special too. And I know that we're friends, but you're like my family too."

"Aww kiddo, that was really sweet. I do wonder sometimes how long it will last though, but still sweet. Anyway, I'll take care of the downstairs, and you Bo's room. Got it?"

"Just call me The Protector," she says, excitedly, with an arm up in the air as if she were holding an invisible sword.

"Um alrighty then…I'm pretty sure I'll be needing another drink after that display...of my medicine. Okay um what was it again, oh yeah, um The Protector, go and um protect," says Kenzi, walking away.

"Will do. No need to worry Kenzi, I'll protect you too."

Kenzi continues walking. "I hope so kiddo, because these days I sure as hell need it," she says, underneath her breath, exiting.
